Room/suite was excellent for us with our 20 month old. The staff were all lovely and the restaurant was excellent. We ordered from the partnered Italian in the evening and ate it in the hotel restaurant, which made dinner with our toddler so much easier.

Was there for a few days during a busy period. Location extremely convenient to the Olympia venue. Extremely happy with the large room, staff and breakfast. The only downside really were the crowded elevators during busy periods. You need to plan for the elevator time in your schedule if you don’t want to be late.

Frying pan was unusable. All cooking vessels seemed unsuitable for traditional oven use. Requested something suitable, staff never got back to me, had to pivot on self-made dinner. Asked for more paper towels as well, never came. Very loud suite. 1st floor above lobby, not ideal with children. Extremely loud water flow and loud banging could be heard in our bedroom at all hours of our stay. Loud enough to wake us up, and give us trouble getting back to sleep.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. Overall, I preferred it mainly because of the room size. In London it has become increasingly common to pay hundreds of pounds for rooms without even a window, which is frankly unacceptable. This hotel at least manages to avoid that particular trend. My experience overall was pleasant. Everything was clearly explained upon arrival, and I was also asked about my stay at check-out, which is always appreciated. Housekeeping staff were friendly and greeted me when we crossed paths in the corridors. The room itself was spacious and well equipped. The continental breakfast was good too, although it finished at 11:00 rather than the advertised 11:30.The main downside was a number of kids running around the corridors and breakfast area. That’s probably more about modern parenting than the hotel itself—these days basic manners seem to have been replaced with smartphones as the universal quiet button. Not entirely the hotel’s fault, although perhaps something that could be managed a bit better.What does fall under the hotel’s responsibility, however, is the design. The bed sits right next to the corridor door, so every sound outside is clearly audible. Even more puzzling, the toilet is less than a metre from one side of the bed. Privacy is essentially nonexistent, and whoever sleeps on that side gets the full experience.I still gave 4 stars as I’m fairly easy-going, and overall the positives outweighed the occasional quirks.

The staff and location of this hotel is amazing! The staff is so helpful and they run the place very well. The breakfast buffet is great value and that has to be some of the hardest working staff I’ve ever met. On our last day Ahmed packed a bag of pastries for us to take on the plane.
The rooms are ok. Thy are a bit run down and ours smelled musty. I didn’t bring it up because we were on the first floor which is very helpful as the lift can take a very long time. And really, if you’re in London you’re not spending time in your room! The walls are paper thing and I would recommend noise machines in each room.
The free laundry room and fitness center were great for long term stays.

I’m coming often to Brentford and wanted to try Novotel as this uses to be an affordable option for business travel. This place is nothing but supporting your well-being during a business stay. Reception staff is not even looking at you, unfriendly bar staff sends you away at breakfast to keep a free table available for the manager, the restaurant is rather a children playground after 8pm with kids with feet on the sofas and running and crying through your conversation. The room a disaster: dirty carpet, dirty water cans, the phone not working, one light switch not working, the bassin sink broken, no ironing equipment, the heating, is set to cold 20.5 and does not exceed 21.5 it was freezing cold in the room. When you leave a card to keep the room warm, staff removes it for your cold stay at Novotel Brentford. I will never return. Good luck there.

Great welcome surprise from Sarah A in our room for our son. Was a really nice stay. Bedroom was spacious for 3 of us and the bathroom was nicely done. The shower wasn’t the best - the head wouldn’t stay up and the pressure wasn’t the best. I did report and am confident they will fix for the next guest. Breakfast is good but busy! Each morning we were there between 8-9 and it was rammed! Good selection and the staff worked really hard to clear the tables to turn around for the next guest.

This was my third and probably last time staying there. Wifi was down during parts of the trip with no completion time provided. Loud repairs being completed on my floor during working hours (9 - 5) which i understand has to happen but the proactive way of dealing with it didnt exist. This is meant to be a home away from home situation and they should have reached out to everyone ln the floor to ask if they wanted to move. The signage for the repairs came out AFTER the drilling and hammering started. It was just a lot! Staff were all very nice. Free breakfast had good sausages, eggs not so great and croissants were good.

Lifts are a mess and too few for such a property.
Gym is good and 24 hours open.
Breakfast gets boring, i stayed for 10 nights and same breakfast everyday.
Veg options and some Indian options could have been nice since there have been in past and even this trip many indians on property.
Earl's Court Tube Station is a 10 - 15 min walk hence location not wow.
Tesco nearby is awesome. Cacciaris Italian opposite the property is a good food choice!

Bedroom area was a bit cramped and the A/C didn't seem to cool the room. Couldn't leave the door open as it was a shared balcony and too much external noise if you did. We were told that this was an upgraded room, so I wouldn't like to see the room we may have had. A real shame as it's a great location and friendly staff.

We had the best stay at Residence Inn. We had to leave our airbnb and thought we had booked a one bedroom for ourselves and our 20 year old son. When it turned out I had only booked a studio, Sarah at the front desk, went above and beyond to find us a one bedroom so that we three adults didn't have to spend the week sleeping in the same room. The breakfast was great, the space was spotless, free laundry!, a great gym, and an excellent location for jumping on the Piccadilly line. I cannot recommend enough.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel as it’s a great base when exhibiting at Olympia. Having a little kitchen and Tesco next door is super handy.
The team at the hotel are super friendly.
I’d advise getting a room in a lower floor so you don’t have to use the lifts as there are only two and they are tiny, so getting up and down is a bit annoying. We were on the first floor this time though and it was perfect.
It was the reception supervisor who checked us in and ensured we were on a low floor, I think his name was Antonio or something, and was very helpful.

One thing that could do with a little improvement are the gluten free breakfast options. It’s great that they are separate and behind the bar, But maybe a wee muffin or something would be a nice addition. I did feel a little sad that the breakfast for everyone else had a huge selection and I just had dry bread / toast.

The staff was amazing. The issue we had was with our room and our neighbor. We traditionally love the Renaissance Inn brand since we have children and like to give them their own space. Unfortunately, our stay at this location didn’t live up to our previous experience with the brand. The door of the hotel opened into our bedroom and with the walls being so thin, we basically heard everything that was going on outside of our door. Including the family across the hall who allowed their children to treat the hotel like their personal playground. They were coming and going slamming the doors at all times of the night on top of a domestic dispute that woke us up on our second day there. To the hotel’s credit they did come and speak to the guest, but there wasn’t much they can do. As much as I do love the residence Inn brand I would not recommend or stay at this location again. We didn’t get one decent night sleep the entire time we were there.

We needed to change romme because of quite strong smell. Staff was excelent, but we got downgraded to get a room without the smell. To be franck all rooms smell quite much from the washing chemicals, but was better in the new room. But the downgrade without anny additional price reduction, was what made me rate as i did.

The suite rooms are wonderful and flow. Given it’s winter the heating was needed but strange and unnatural air that came through. The carpets and sofa’s can do with cleaning due to past spills. But comfortable and relaxing. My child got akin rash from the pillows so makes me wonder? We both didn’t feel so great returning home from the stay. It’s a pity I should have said something as the staff are wonderful and the hotel is very welcoming.

Delayed check in (over an hour) was compensated by hotel staff with complimentary drinks.
Room was okay if not a little worn. External view out of suite windows was awful (building site and service ramp to Tescos) where we were awoken very early each of our three mornings with building work and or rubbish collection.

Staff overall very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast despite being busy was well managed - food was tasty and plentiful, tables cleared to a good standard.

They have two lifts but one was out of order during our stay for about a week.

The room could do with updating.
The cleaning staff are REALLY noisy outside the rooms and woke me up on several separate occasions. I could hear people in the next rooms talking also, so this might be a problem in general.
It’s a pretty average hotel, but because where it is, they stick someone on the door to open it for you and then charge a premium.

The doors are very loud and not sound proof at all. So we hear every single door shut at midnight or early morning. Got waken up all the time. The room is very tight for three people and the sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep on.
