I had a great stay at the Heeton Concept Hotel Kensington. The absolute highlight was the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the supervisor who was professional, kind, and made me feel very welcome.

The location is top-notch; it’s a safe area with plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it’s only a 4-minute walk to the Earl’s Court tube station, making it easy to reach London’s main landmarks in about 15-20 minutes.

Regarding the room, it was a bit small due to the building’s layout, and the heating system was somewhat noisy. I also think a little more effort could be put into the general room cleaning. On the plus side, the toilet was spotless, and the shower provided warm water almost instantly. Overall, a solid choice for a London stay!

I've stayed at the Heeton a few times now and this time when I arrived the room was too small and the TV in the room didn't work which was a shame as I was exhausted from traveling but it got fixed. I left for the weekend and when I returned for a few days I was given a wonderful room and will always ask for it.

Great location, near to plenty of places to eat and drink as well as a tube stop. Staff were friendly helpful.
The rooms are small and the lift was out of order when we were there, but for a stop over it was fine.
The room itself was clean, as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable.
AC was on but didn't seem to do a lot, however there was a fan in the room as well which was fine.

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location 1 block away from earls court tube station, plenty of shops and restaurants. There is construction on the building right next door and across the street. So noise was prevalent. It make take 1 more year for this to be over. Be aware, I found bugs and ants in my room. Front desk promise to Deep clean, but couldn’t move me to another room/full occupancy. The halls on the 3rd floor are small couldn’t extend my arms and I was able to touch the ceiling. I am 5’7, medium frame. The lights are motion activated so it wasn’t safe especially if you are trying to pull out your keys. Lights go off and it’s peach dark. Stairs are dangerous to use. These have thick carpet and these were for small feet. Only 1 lift for 2 people, which it is use to bring trash down so it smells. It was down for 1 day, but they offer to bring my luggage for me, so customer service was great. If a Quiet area, Safety and clean rooms are your priorities, find something else for the price.

Property very conveniently located to tube rail station. You can easily transport anywhere in the city. The hotel was also clean and nice atmosphere, but rooms are extremely small. Very disappointed to have money disappeared from room after cleaning was done. I wish I had never asked them to clean room. This has never happened to me at any other hotel. So don’t leave any valuables in room.

The first room we were put in was in the basement, it was stinky and the room wasn't very clean. Hair on the shower walls and the extra pillow..

They moved us to a different room on an upper floor which was much better, clean and no smell.

Hotels.com and Heeton Concept Hotel are awful

Be careful booking anything through Hotels.com as the room configuration was misrepresented. We arrived to a room with 3 bunk beds… the property blamed hotels.com. Hotels.com said we had to take it up with the property who was booked up and could not move our room apparently… the carpet in the room had multiple large holes and many gross stains. We did our best to not let it ruin our trip.

You get what you’re paying for

It’s a good hotel for the price. Rooms aren’t huge, and they can get stuffy, but they’re comfortable for a short term stay. It’s very close to Earls Court Station, so you have easy to the rest of London from there. There’s quite a few restaurants within walking distance, as well as a Tesco supermarket less than a 15 minute walk away for groceries or what not. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Heeton Concept Hotel 10/20/24-10/24/24. London is incredibly expensive. 1st room was below ground level- a basement. It was damp, musty, and dirty. Mold stains on the baseboards. The walk from the elevator to the room was smelly and forbearing. We asked to be moved. While in the lobby, another guest asked to be moved to a different room too. We changed rooms the next day. The 2nd room was cleaner but still smelled of mildew and old smoke. We lit 3 candles our entire stay. I will say the bathrooms in both rooms were newly renovated. However, ventilation was poor. The staff tried very hard to accommodate us. However, they're fighting a losing battle. Hotel infrastructure is not their fault. Not family, nor solo female-friendly. Lots of homeless in the area. Witnessed food theft at Gregg's one morning. Be in the room by 11 pm. The Underground and several food options are nearby. You may be tempted to stay here because of the cheaper rate. Really THINK about it. It's still expensive by most standards. I'd say respectable London lodging runs about $250 a night. Not what I'm used to paying, but what it is. Prepare more.

The air conditioning did not work in our room. The staff was nice and showed us 2 other rooms but the air didn’t work in those either so we didn’t bother moving. Our traveling companions in another room had great air conditioning so we knew it was possible, just not for us.
The neighborhood is not what we expected for Kensington, the streets were dirty, especially near the Earl’s Court tube station entrance.

Convenient modern (noisy) hotel in great location

Have stayed at this hotel before, so the best endorsement is that I chose to stay again this time. It's great for a short stay, is ideally located and is cheap. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room (double) was small but has everything you need so is fine as a base for a couple of nights. My TV wasn't working so I told reception and within half an hour they had replaced it with a new, working (way bigger!) one which was impressive. The noise would be an issue for some - I never complain about street noise or corridor coming and going/cleaning noise in this kind of city centre hotel as it's to be expected with the busy location and having lots of guests, so that's fine for me personally, what WAS an issue is that the walls between rooms are so very thin, I don't recall this being an issue at all last time so it must depend on the room/which part of the hotel building you have. My next door neighbour unfortunately was a loud snorer and also had some kind of podcast/audiobook on all night long which was disturbing to me, I could hear when he was in the toilet, was talking/humming to himself getting ready, when he sniffed or coughed or blew his nose, and when was on the phone to his wife as though he were sat inches from me without any wall at all. As a lone woman it didn't feel particularly safe to knock and complain or to go down to reception in my pjs in the middle of the night, and snoring/listening to audibooks shouldn't be a problem ordinarily but I got no sleep!

If you want a super clean and quiet place to stay I highly recommend staying here. However, you are going to be shocked at the size of the rooms. The 2 twin bed rooms are literally the size of a jail cell. Probably the culture difference in America versus London. Everything is super small in the room! But it’s clean, very comfortable and in a wonderful location and very quiet. Staff is awesome as well.

Our room wasn’t the biggest but we made do. We used it to sleep. The convenience to the tube station and many restaurant was probably the best assets to this hotel.

The front desk, I am so sorry I did not get their names were superb, always pleasant and friendly. The only drawback about this hotel was not enough storage in the bathroom or the room itself.

I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location - easy walking to Earl's Court tube station, lots of pubs and shops nearby. The staff was great and moved us to a slightly bigger room after the first night. If you're on a budget, it's fine. A friend and I were staying for a week in the middle of a three-week trip, so we were trying to save money.

Pros:
- location to public transit
- very kind and accommodating staff
- bar and snacks for purchase in lobby
- walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops
- small bathrooms but great shower water pressure and hot water

Cons:
- mattresses on beds were very firm; I'm a side sleeper and had trouble sleeping - not sure I could have handled one more night
- no electrical outlets in bathroom; made it difficult to see what you were doing when styling your hair
- tiny rooms, even by European standards

Basic necessities were missing from this hotel. Only one bath towel was given for each guest (no washcloths or hand towels), no tissue, no storage or surfaces available in the bathroom for toiletries (only a pedestal sink with no sink surface, and one towel rack to fit one towel) . We booked the Family Room, which in the photos looked very different from the room we were given. One light switch for the entire room - no bedside lights at beds. The TV had one channel working. Will not stay here again and urge other not to either.

Overnight stay for a football match

I chose the Heeton Concept hotel mainly because of its location which was a short walk to many amenities including pubs, restaurants takeaways and a short walk to the tube at Earls court. District and Picadilly lines which was ideal for travelling to Fulham for the football. The front of house staff were very friendly, welcoming anf helpful.The hotel seems quite dated but was clean comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay , would definitely visit again.well done everyone 👏👏

Overall my stay was pleasant. The cleanliness of our hotel room was not up to par. There were stains on the curtains, carpet, and on the bathroom door. Hair was on the carpet floor and on the pillows. I did bring this to the attention of guest services and they were able to accommodate me a new pillow change and cleaning services, along with a free beverage. The staff there were amazing and very polite.

Treat yourself to something nicer than this.

Very cramped room, possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Towels are thin and no way to dry them between showers due to only having an old slightly smelly air unit above the door. We had a broken outlet, a broken switch and out of date tea making accompaniments (sugar packets had become one melted solid block) pillows were thin and lumpy as was the mattress. The walk way space between beds and furniture was to be honest inaccessible.

I will say the staff were very friendly and helpful and the interior design is pleasant enough. It's close to a tube stop and has local stores nearby.

I've had better hotels for the same amount and in better locations.

Hotel was in a nice , safe , convenient location and good value for the money . The staff made a special effort for my daughters birthday leaving balloons and treats in the room which was lovely . Room was on the top floor so was quite small with sloping floor but was clean and comfortable enough with all we needed for our stay .

Overall the property was well maintained and cleaned. It was a 2 minute walk from the Earl's Court tube station. The hotel offers some discounts to some of the restaurants in the area. We tried one restaurant in the area but found it wasn't that great. The hotel also offers a free beverage if you decide not to have your room cleaned that day. Overall we found the hotel clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here a few times and each time the condition and cleanliness of the place has gone downhill. Sewer smell in bathroom, noisy/gurgling AC unit, everywhere that walls meet floor (in bathroom or sleeping area) it's dirty, hate that they only give you one pillow per person and only one extra in a zipper bag (you have to ask for more), bathroom door doesn't close all the way. I've stayed at Heeton's around London and they are in much better shape - this one needs attention/upgrading...otherwise, slash prices to keep this a budget hotel.
