Check in was okay, room was very simple, shower was terrible, drain did not drain well, got locked out of the hotel one night and no staff came to answer, waited until another guest got us into the building. Pillows were old and hard. Will pay more next time for a better stay somewhere else.

Our stay was wonderful. Clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. Luckily only had rude neighbors one night. Highly recommend this budget hotel!

Overall stay was ok , except the day we were checked in , the person who checked us was not very helpful. I requested for internet service she told us it’s free . I was not able to get that i requested again because i was getting the page again and again that I have to pay. She stated are you from India , instead of helping me.
After few mins she helped us finally , when I guess can be done earlier.
When we were having breakfast on Saturday the lady was very nice she told me she is New and getting training , she was able to provide us GF bread as one of our family member was allergic, I was really thank ful for that.

Breakfast was ok for one day but I would not recommend for more days. The room was not clean properly, the carpet was dirty, the shower drain was clogged up with hair. Hotel doesn’t clean the room unless you specifically ask for it and every day you have to add it to the list. Location is excellent but I would not recommend this Hotel

The staff here made the stay so enjoyable. They are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and so convenient when traveling with a toddler. The location being close to the tube station was also a huge plus.

A good quality hotel for a family of four.
Once the three beds were set up there isn't much room to move around, but if you're only sleeping there it's fine.
Comfortable beds and great air-conditioning made it very comfortable room to sleep.
The only complaint I would have is that the shower failed to drain properly so after a short shower you were standing in your dirty water to above your feet, and certain parts of the room clearly hadn't been cleaned or dusted.

Short walk to the tube station.
This property is not airconditioned. So the room was hot even in the nights. I had to open the windows, however, the noise from some type of equipment from the outside limited the ability to have a good night sleep. Plus, the District line runs above ground right outside of the hotel at the Earl's Court station. This is a very frequent train. The only saving grace it that is stops running about 1:00pm.

Worst experience of my life. We arrived early, and were immediately told to come back later because “you’re here too early and we are booked”. Not hello, not welcome to Premier Inn, but “come back later”. Elizabeth the receptionist was absolutely rude and unhelpful, finally begrudgingly offering luggage tags for us to store our luggage while we waited. If you are a glutton for punishment and enjoy having your calls unanswered (much less picked up), then this might be the place for you! The only thing this place is “premier” in, is hostility.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist had difficulty explaining the details of my Expedia booking clearly, and her tone came across as frustrated, which made the check-in process feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the hotel had recently changed the keypads, and our key didn’t work — we had to go back to the front desk three separate times to get it resolved. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. I hope the hotel improves both staff communication and the reliability of their key system

Helt greit familiehotell. Måtte først ta en heis opp etpar etasjer først og så gå et godt stykke for så å ta en ny heis for å komme til rommet. Rommet var passe stort og rent. Fant ting under sengen som antyder at det ikke var ryddet der på en stund trur jeg. Hotellet ligger ca 2-3 minutters gange fra Earls Court stasjon. Men allikevel var det ganske stille og fint i gata utenfor.
Frokosten var ille all verden. Det var \"engelsk frokost\", men det meste var tørt og overstekt. Ikke imponert av den. Men alt var helt ok, verken mer eller mindre...

지하철 얼스코트역에서 나오면 앞에 보이는 길을 따라 한블록만 가면 바로 호텔이 있어요. 주택가여서 안전하고 조용해요. 조식은 간단한 잉글리쉬 브랙퍼스트(빵과 잼 버터, 과일, 구운 토마토, 구운 양송이, 소세지 계란 프라이, 스크램블드 에그, 베이크트빈즈, 요구르트, 각종 시리얼, 우유, 차, 커피정도로 나온다고 생각하면 됩니다. 여러 날 숙박했는데 말하지 않으면 룸 관리를 해주지않고 무료생수를 제공해 주지 않아서 이유를 물어보니 수도물를 바로 마셔도 되기때문이라고 하네요. 생수자판기가 로비에 있어요 ^^ 온풍기 온도는 자유롭게 설정할 수 있고 온수도 잘 나와요. 샴푸겸 바디워시 한 가지 비치되어 있어요. 엘리베이터 있어서 짐 옮기기 쉽고 체크아웃하는 날 짐 맡겨둘수 있어요

I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most disappointing hotel experiences.

My two kids and I arrived late at night and didn’t notice until the next morning that the room had clearly not been cleaned properly. There was visible dust and debris, and under the bed we even found a previous guest’s underwear (!!).

I notified the front desk, who apologized and arranged for the room to be re-cleaned. I was assured that the hotel would compensate us for the inconvenience and for the unacceptable housekeeping standards. However, no compensation was ever provided, and the hotel has since ignored multiple follow-up messages.

Mistakes can happen, but failing to deliver on a promise and then refusing to engage with a paying guest afterward speaks volumes. Between the hygiene issue, the unfulfilled commitment, and the lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are far cleaner and more professional options available.
