We have stayed at Collingham Apartments many times and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting London.
The building is very secure with somebody at the desk 24 hours a day. Some of the staff have been there for years and it’s great to see their friendly faces and any newcomers. We love the fact the apartment has a kitchen and washing machine. The rooms are spotless and you can’t beat the location. Easy walking distance to Earls Court and Gloucester Road Tube Stations. Lots of dining options in the area and 3 supermarkets.
So many things to do and see close by including Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Harrods, Museums, High Street Kensington. Our home away from home.

We had a great 6 day stay here. The property is in a perfect location and a beautiful neighborhood.
The bedrooms are very small (no room for a dresser) and have small closets (and no luggage racks so we had to store our luggage in the hallway still mostly packed). It was nice to have a kitchen and a large outdoor patio. The washer dryer was broken but the staff was kind enough to do a load of laundry for us and on day 3 we came home to a new washer dryer.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and the staff was really lovely.

Great place to stay while visiting London. Quiet, clean, and comfortable apartment style hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and big enough to spread out for a family.

Quick walk to a couple of underground stations and then just minutes to all the sites in the London area. Several pubs and restaurants around to enjoy a nice dinner and drinks before walking back through nice little neighborhoods and parks.

This was the perfect spot for a quick stop over in London where my parents came to meet me. We had a 2 bed 2 bath appt and it worked out great. It was very clean and so nice to have the kitchen and a sizable living and dining area. The area is beautiful with good links to the tube and easy to get Ubers. Only improvement could be some maintenance on small items like blinds, radiator controls. The staff were very friendly and I would stay here again

This was our third stay at Collingham in the last 7 years visiting from Australia. We love the location and the fact it has washing facilities and a kitchen. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We selected this property because of its location, amenities (lift, and accessible shower), and sleeping and meal preparation space for 3 people. Recently renovated, with very nice amenities and new furniture/fixtures, and conveniently located. No AC, but management provided temporary fans to relieve unusually warm London temperatures. Refreshing to be able to open a window and enjoy the quiet neighbourhood.

Fantastic location in a quiet area - an easy 5-minute walk to either Earls Court or Gloucester Road tube station (if you are arriving with luggage, be sure to use the Earls Court station as it has step-free access from train to street). Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful; they provided us with a map of the area and marked locations of stores. pubs, etc. They were also able to book a day trip to Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Windsor castle for us. Housekeeping did a great job in cleaning the room (they even washed, dried, and put away the dishes). We had an amazing stay and will stay there again. We appreciated that the front desk was staffed 24-hours a day as it was nice when we had early starts or late returns back to the hotel, a friendly face to greet us and make sure that we had everything we needed. Our room even included a nice patio that looked out to the gardens in the back, it was lovely to sit out in the evenings.

A busy busy busy time to be visiting London but the Collingham Service Apartments provided a sanctuary in this bustling diverse city. Fantastic location in Earl's Court, which is a charming walkable liveable area, with a great location that was only four or five tube stops to almost anywhere in the West End. It's an exclusive neighbourhood but if you want to experience how that half of the population lives, it's perfect.

The property itself is excellent. We (my wife and I) booked three nights through Expedia and extended for another three directly through the hotel itself. The apartment was a proper apartment - with a real kitchen (not kitchenette), very large living room and a modern bathroom. It felt like an apartment, not a hotel room. Clean, well designed and on a quiet street but only two blocks from Gloucester Road station or a little further to South Kennsington station. Small property with only a dozen (?) or so rooms. No restaurants or facilities but that's not what we were looking for.

The staff, including general manager Govinda was so helpful, especially when we wanted to extend our stay. He bent over backwards to make sure everything was smooth including having to change room.

It ain't cheap but this is 'posh' London! Collingham Service Apartments will be our 'go to' now and we will return with our two teenage children and stay in the two bedroom apartment.

We found Coilingham Serviced Apartmemts to be clean and the staff friendly. Location is less than 10 minute walk from 2 Tube options. There are restaurants and stores in that area as well (pharmacy, post office, grocery, florist).

We booked this property because we were in London for several days as part of a 4 week trip and knew we would need to do laundry. Our only 2 constructive criticisms of the property would be the fact that the washer/dryer unit did not function properly and a bit of a safety concern with the shower/tub. We reported the W/D several times and they said they would send a handyman but since we were out all day we don’t know if that happened but we do it would only wash so we had to create clotheslines everywhere and it was a frustrating because one of main reasons for booking was the W/D. Our second concern would be that the shower/tub is very difficult to step in/out and there is no place to hold on as there is only a half length glass partition on it. The partition is small so water gets on floor with showering so that means difficult access with no handrail all that said, we would still wholeheartedly recommend and would plan to stay again if available.

We had a wonderful stay at the Collingham Serviced Apartments. It is a few blocks from a tube station with easy access to all the big London attractions. The neighborhood is very nice and has some excellent restaurants. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of 5, with laundry, kitchen, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and a pull out couch. Overall we were very pleased with this choice and it was a great value.

The property is in a nice safe neighborhood. Front desk people are very pleasant. Kitchen is well equipped on basic cooking utensils. Perfect place for family of five to visit London.

One negative side: Beds are not comfortable. No AC in unit, I bet this place could get warm in summer if temp a live 70 deg in day.

This property was freshly renovated with new appliances. The apartment was extremely clean, warm, spacious for our family of three and perfectly located to both the public transport and supermarket. My family arrived at apt 5 hrs ahead of check in time & we had not requested for early check in. Pleasantly, the friendly front desk checked for our room availability and allowed us to check in immediately. The location was so convenient, quiet yet feel safe, near 2 underground stations, more flexibility to travel via which stations. Our 2 bedrooms apt was spacious and comfy for 4 of us. The 24 hr front desk & luggage storage were also the reasons why we stayed at this serviced apartment.

Property was a ok. It is undergoing some remodeling and had floors covered in plastic. The Living room was large but heating in bedroom was inadequate. Kitchen had all the necessities. The bathroom was Far from bedroom and small. We also found bedroom too small. I think overall the location is great, staff was nice but we won’t book it again.

Great staff/location/very clean, needs renovation

The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering help with tours around London and advice and discounts on places to dine.
The location is great, very close to Gloucester Road or Earl's Court Tube stations, with plenty of shopping, dining, convenience stores nearby.

Although we booked a 1 bedroom apartment, this was not available for 3 of the 4 nights we stayed there, and we were provided instead with a 3 bedroom extremely quiet and more spacious apartment. We were moved to our room on our last night there.
Wifi was very good.

The building is very old (as most buildings in the area) and although everything was spotless clean, it does show its age.
We would advise management to replace the beds with new more firm mattresses (in both apartments), since the ones in the rooms we had were clearly old and well worn, renovate light fittings (2 light bulbs were not working in the first apartment), bathroom tiles were chipped in multiple places and touch ups were visible a bit everywhere (e.g. unpleasant visible screws and plumbing of the toilet bowl to the wall/floor, visible rust underneath the glass shelves of the towel rack), wood detailing should be replaced (sorry but a coat of paint doesn't do it anymore).
It all gives a sense of old and dirty when it is not, and reduces the appeal of the rooms/bathrooms.
Also the floor is squeaky in the rooms and along the stairs, so if you are close to another apartment or to the common stairs, you will hear all movement.

The location and apartment condition was ok. What I liked about it was the apartment was a good size, but the ventilation wasn’t good, and there was a really noisy air cooler in the living room. What I didn’t like about it, lift was very cramp, 3 adults without luggage kinda cramp. Not very practical for a serviced apartment. No breakfast included, but there was a nice little cafe about 10min walk away at Earl’a Court that served good coffee and omelettes. No toiletries, which was a real shocker. Only a small bar of soap and clean towels were provided. Imagine if we didn’t pack any with us. Overall it was ok, nothing to shout about.

The pictures that shown in website is not the same as what we saw. The interior designed was quite old and the lighting was dim. Therefore, I felt a bit disappointed when I first came in. Although the apartment is old, it was super clean and comfortable. The king size mattress was very soft and the place was spacious for us as a family with 2 teens. Everyone was happy during our stay.

Otherwise, an excellent refuge from the non stop place that London is. Thanks very much to the staff who helped these two Yanks stay and make all our ticketed events on time. The staff is excellent.

This apartment is in an ideal location for a family. It is in a quiet residential area so not too loud at night but located right between two tube stops, Gloucester and Earl's Court. The tube is easy to use and we ventured out to all parts of London from here. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants near both stops. The apartment is very nice and clean and the staff is very attentive.
