Ashburn Court was a fabulous stay. We love the area and know it well - the apartment is located brilliantly for the tube, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment we stayed in was huge and was well equipped. The heating took a while to get used to but otherwise we would not hesitate to stay there again. The front desk were absolutely superb and went above and beyond to help us. They were polite, friendly and informative - excellent and a credit to the company. A fabulous stay for us.

Stayed in a studio apartment, enjoyed the extra space and the bathroom/kitchen. Property was clean and spacious. Property manager was available and helpful.

Studio was facing on to the Main Street, so did experience some outdoor noise and noise from the floor above us. The king bed was actually two twin mattresses, one side was comfortable but the other side was not (hopefully they will replace it).

Fabulous 2 bedroom deluxe apartment that was extremely spacious with a large kitchen and living room, and spacious bedrooms (1 with separate twin beds).

Slightly worn down but minimally noticeable and overall finishing and condition of the apartment was excellent.

Great hot water and 2 bathrooms were very useful.

Washer was great (dryer was minimally effective).

Fantastic quiet and safe location in an upscale area. 5 min walk to tube station as well as a small shopping centre with a great grocery store (Waitrose) and Boots.

Easy ride to Heathrow on Piccadilly line.

Would stay again with our family with 2 children and highly recommend.

Amazing hotel close to everything

I booked this hotel for my wife and daughter to stay in while visiting London for several days. It's located in a very nice part of the city, close to all the major attractions. The hotel itself is clean and very pleasant, providing a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is a great bonus. The price is a bit high, but I believe it's worth it.

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom a bit small but that's probably like most places in England. Also it was very convenient with a tube station 1-2 mins walk from the place.

The room was adequate, but would definitely benefit from an update. The TV's were not Smart TV - therefore streaming was not possible. The couch in the living area was a sectional that wasn't attached together - it kept sliding apart and was very uncomfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were on the larger side, which was nice. Being on the 4th floor, it was quiet.

Our family of 4 just stayed 6 night's and can honestly say it was fantastic. The apartment was clean and spacious. It wad everything we could need. Dimitris at reception was great. We had a basement apartment but there was plenty of light. There is a patio, it wasn't kept clean nor was it inviting but that's a small detail. The area is great and it's a short walk to the Underground. We would definitely return and I don't think you will be disappointed if you stay there.

I am going to put down random thoughts / comments as they spring up:
- check in was smooth, greeted by a friendly male staff
-It is at a convenient location to public transport --- less than 5 mins walk to Gloucester Road tube station, bus #49 direct to White City where the big mall “Westfield “is
-a rather spacious room albeit not impressive, more like a well-used shared dorm
-their website says they have a lift but this lift is a problem because it is not accessible to each and every floor but at alternate floors, so if your room is in between where the lift door opens, then you will need to haul the suitcases either up or down the narrow flight of stairs, which could be strenuous and inconvenient, especially for people with leg problems or mobility problems. This lift is also super small and only fits at most one person with two suitcases
-We were assigned room 103 so either we got out on 2/F and walked down or out on 1/F and walked up --- that is the concept of their so-called ‘ lift ‘
-room was clean and neat at first glance but as we stayed longer (for 8 nights) we slowly noticed the ‘not-so-clean’ areas scattered esp. if we looked closely
-housekeeping confined to thrice a week including changing bedding towels, and clearing bins
-there is this big tall silver commercial use refuse bin in the corner, fairly close to the bed; such a layout immediately & totally tells you this is

Location is about as good as you could want. Next to the Gloucester road station which has 3 different tube lines running through it. Safe and plenty of food around. The biggest downside is that the place is clean but really not clean. When you look around everything just seems really used. It’s not the clean crews fault it’s that the place needs new paint and some new furniture.

Great location and reception staff helpful and welcoming. Carpets in accommodation filthy, stained. Blinds in main room all broken, sofa filthy and worn, dishwasher full on arrival. Key card power interlock tedious and not useful in an apartment with kitchen appliances, ie can’t put a wash on when you go out etc. water leaking in ceiling in main bedroom. My daughter slipped and fell on the very slippery entrance steps, the taxi transfer to the airport booked a few days in advance was too small for the party requested, despite specifically being requested for 4 persons and 4 suit cases a normal London cab or MPV would have sufficed, not great when on a tight timeline for a return flight. Great location but at the price being charged the accommodation requires some serious maintenance and deep cleaning. Would not recommend for any stay over 2 days.

Housecleaning was ok but not great. Biggest problem was they left the shower hose pointing out so when we turned the water on the bathroom got sprayed with cold water along with me. Had to request a hairdryer. The fire escape door and windows in the basement apartment were all locked so unusable in an emergency.

The listing did not indicate this was a serviced apartment/hotel. So there was no communication from the “owner” about check-in process. Also, the unit was worn (could use a new paint job) and a bit dark (furniture). Otherwise the location is excellent and the space reasonably functional (other than very narrow bathroom).

We have stayed at the Ashburn Court Apartments twice now and would recommend it to anyone. It is very well situated near the Gloucester Road tube station where you can get the Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines. It is also near restaurants, shops, and a Waitrose grocery store. Why is this important? Because the apartments have a kitchenette (with a table to eat at) and you can save a lot of money by eating some meals in. The apartment has a stovetop, microwave, fridge, oven. and dishwasher. It has cookware, plates, glasses, and cutlery. The people that work there are very nice - they will call a taxi for you or print out theater tickets for you. We would certainly stay there again!

Needs a deep clean!

Cleanliness is a serious issue. Sheets were old and had stains including a blood stain on a pillow. Curtains also had blood stains on them. Sofa was not only dirty but incredibly uncomfortable. Its a shame because a bit of work and proper cleaning and this could be a good spot because the overall layout & amount of space are good and the location is great.

Location of apartment is awesome! Few minutes walk to Gloucester station which brings alot of convenience.

We got an upgrade to a 1 bed room apartment which is big. It has got alot of space in the apartment and comes with kitchen and washing machine/dryer. However, it might be abit old and needs some refurbishing. You can hear people walking above you and might affect you if you are a light sleeper. Overall, it’s a pretty decent stay in London!

HUGE amount of space for a European Hotel Suite

We returned twice in the same trip after enjoying the space and quiet of this lovely property, the warm reception each time we arrived, the ease of hiring a car to Kings Cross/St.Pancras to the Eurostar and to Heathrow, and its proximity to the underground station on the Picadilly Line. Clean. Quiet. HUGE. Full kitchen including a washer/drier. Unlike most European properties and hotel rooms, this apartment with a lift, has an enormous amount of space in the living room to spread out including a dining room table, large screen TV and a sectional couch.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! First of all, it was very easy to arrive by the underground. It's very close to the Gloucester stop on the blue line. On the way to the apartment, you will pass up a large grocery store which is very convenient. The concierge was extremely helpful. We had emailed him earlier in the week and asked for an earlier check in and he was able to accommodate us. We stayed in the lower level studio. The room was nice. It was clean and modern. The kitchen functioned well with a small frig, microwave, oven, and sink. There was no coffee pot but a hot water kettle with packets of instant coffee. Don't plan on washing and drying clothes unless it's a very small load. Also, the shower is awesome. It is big with a lot of water pressure and 2 different shower heads. However, the bathroom does not function well being that the sink is extremely small and behind the door. Don't plan on blowdrying or putting make-up on in the bathroom. We stayed for a week and we would stay here again. On leaving London, I realized that I left my headset by the bed so I emailed the hotel and Alesh, the manager, mailed it to me UPS to the States. HOW AWESOME! Thank you, Alesh for your hospitality.

I did manage to find one thing I didn't like.

Great location near the Underground and restaurants, Very friendly staff, immaculate condition, spacious room (704) and very quiet at night. The only think I wish were different is the the bathroom is not only small but laid out is such a way that you'll bump around a little getting ready. That being said, we would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay in a one bedroom superior studio for 6 nights. The service was brilliant. The manager welcomed us, offered very early check in and couldn’t do enough for us. The studio was very clean. The area is great, a 3 minute walk to the train and supermarket. A nice pub nearby and great cafes. This was the perfect accommodation and area for our visit to London. Highly recommended.

This is a great property. Our King Suite was extremely spacious and well appointed with huge bed, lots of storage for clothes, wifi, TVs, laundry and more. The room was immaculate with daily towel changes! The property is so well located near tube and walking to many interesting sites, restaurants and shopping. Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location for London holiday!

Ashburn apts are charming, exceptionally clean and well managed. The staff is professional, yet warm and helpful. Shops, cafes, food and tube are all within easy walking. Both Gloucester and Earls Court are an easy walk. We slept well every night due to the high quality bed, quiet street and black out curtains, such luxury in London! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, a washer in the apt, with a table chairs, dishwasher, and great hot water. Of all our trips to London, this is our favorite find. It is very private, like having a home in London with warmth and security. Thanks to the efficient staff.

We stayed at Ashburn Court Apartments for two weeks .
The property is a short walk to the tube station , supermarket and restaurants !
Our apartment was fabulous ! So spacious and clean !
We had a standard two bedroom apartment below ground .
I was a little concerned about this but it turned out to be absolutely fine , there was a lovely patio for fresh air and we liked that we only had to take a few steps down to our apartment . The management including the manager , receptionists and cleaners were so pleasant and polite !
We would not hesitate to recommend this property and will definitely book again next time we are in London .
