The hotel is in a very accommodating area and very safe and very pretty area south Kensington Gloucester area. It is one block away from the tube at close station which brings you to all the different areas that she wants. Also close to has restaurants to eat also which is very convenient.

There is also the museum around the corner from the hotel and if you walk another full block, which is long you get to South Kensington, where there is a lot of places to eat.

This hotel is a very convenient location very pretty. The hotel is very very clean. We stayed in one bedroom had a living room, kitchen area, even have a washer and dryer which came in handy. They gave you everything you needed cups utensils pots pans refrigerator.

I did not have the breakfast in the morning my husband did. He said it was OK. if you’re looking for a full breakfast, you will not get it here. It’s just a couple of little things to start your day.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and you needed your room key in order to access the
hotel after certain hours, which was very safe.

If I ever go back to London, that’s definitely where I’m going to stay for the convenience, friendliness, clean rooms, quietness.

Its like a home away from home.

Fraser Suites Queens Gate may have been good… but literally less than 24 hours before arrival I get a call saying they’ve over booked and are moving us to their sister building across the road, Fraser Suites Kensington, which is supposed to be an upgrade, it wasn’t!!! When we checked in it was cold the heating wasn’t working it was -1c/-2c outside so you could imagine how cold it was….the next day we spoke to reception and all they said was ‘the heatings broken, an engineer will be coming ina few days….!’ So we spent 2 nights in a freezing apartment, sat wrapped in the duvet just to watch tv in the lounge….otherwise the apartment was nice. The one start is lack of communication, being let down at short notice, and lack of care, as I received no replies to emails….

Location was great, it is 3-5 min walk from tube on Piccadilly line, which is a convenient line to be on, direct to Heathrow airport. Having Waitrose at the station is a plus.

However, I feel there was a misrepresentation of the room that I booked through Expedia. I had booked an Executive room, for my family of 2 adults and 2 children based on the photos shown on Expedia website (photos 1, 2 and 3). It showed a duplex with bathtub.

To our disappointment, when we checked in, it was neither a duplex nor with bathtub. When I checked with the staff, he told us that there were 2 different layouts for Executive room and we had to request for the room to come with bathtub. See photos 4, 5 and 6.

This is the first time I booked on Expedia and get something completely different from what I was expecting. The photo representations should definitely match the expectations.

Otherwise, everything else in the room works great, the bed was very comfortable.

I absolutely LOVE this property! I travel to London frequently and when I discovered the Fraser Suites Queens Gate in 2023 I knew I had found my home away from home... not only do they offer many room options (I prefer the Executive Studio which includes a kitchenette), the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is ideal as well - just a block away is the Gloucester Road tube station, a Waitrose grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurant options. And a little bit down the road is a post office and further down is a laundrette. Special shout out to Mohammad and the lovely ladies at the front desk. So if you're looking for the perfect London accommodations, look no further than the Fraser Suites Queens Gate.

Communication prior to visit was on the actual morning of our evening stay, informing us that the location of our booked accommodation had in fact been moved to a different location.
After eventually finding the correct intercom system to gain entry we were met be a very happy and helpful member of staff who showed us to our beautiful room (Deluxe Studio) and excellent facilities. The only down side was the bathroom being extremely small and cold, despite having a heated towel rail, but the heating system throughout was excellent and adjustable.

I totally recommend staying at the Fraser Suites Queens Gate for a London vacation. The location is perfect within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to the Gloucester Road station on the Piccadilly, District and Circular lines. The hotel is clean, quiet and the rooms (stayed at a Deluxe Studio) are large with a kitchenette (super useful) and super soft beds. All the hotel staff is super nice and ready to help. If you are looking for hotel in London ... don't hesitate, the Fraser Suites Queens Gate is an excellent option

Perfect location close to Gloucester Street tube station. We would stay here again. Nearby there are shops, cafes, and a Waitrose. Kensington High Street is nearby as are the museums.

A very warm welcome at reception.

A great duplex room G020 with a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, sofa and TV downstairs. The shower room with luxurious L'Occitaine toiletries plenty of fluffy towels is also downstairs.

Upstairs there was a comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Only downside was that the bed was too close to the wall on one side but it was fine for only 4 nights.

We chose this property as it is close to the Royal Albert Hall where we were attending a concert.

Also we got a direct tube to Covent Garden for shopping and a show at the theatre.

We also went to the Tower of London on the tube.

We didn't try breakfast at the hotel, we just made porridge in a pan on the hob in the room.

A great base for easily doing the things we had planned.

Dog smells everywhere. Lower level actually means dungeon, can’t even see the sky. Just gross damp dog smell on all the furniture. Cost a fortune, expected a lot more. Breakfast is mostly pastry or hard boiled egg. Only a kettle, no coffee maker in room. It’s better to put makeup on in the lift it’s do dark. Was very happy to leave.

The rooms here are spacious. We really enjoyed our visit. The happy hour was a nice surprise because it was so long and at a convenient time for someone in town for business or pleasure. The tube station is very close with multiple lines, including the Piccadilly. The patio is a great place to enjoy a summer day or night in London.

Very happy with the hotel and room. It was a suite at street level and was quiet, spacious, clean and had well functioning AC on the hot days we were there. I'm glad I selected it. It's very close to Natural History and V&A Museums, as well as a grocery and tube station. The only minor thing I'd change is to offer some hot food at breakfast.

The Studio apartment was spacious and bright with 5 big windows and high ceilings. It was very quiet with hardly any noise from other guests.
The kitchen was well equipped and there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom and always lots of hot water.
Some coat hooks near the entry door would be useful!?

It was good in general. The front staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. There were only a couple of issues: one was the fan above our cooktop didn’t work and as a result, we set off the smoke detector when we were cooking. Another issue was the laundry machine in the unit smelled like mildew so we didn’t use it and had to use the one down in the basement. Finally, the lights in the elevator were out one night so we had to use our phones to see.

We stayed at Fraser Suites Queens Gate for 2 nights. The entire stay was fantastic. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is a lovely terrace, which we enjoyed. The hotel has many sensible amenities; a luggage scale, easy access to book transport to the airport, and the ability to rent luxury umbrellas if needed. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. There is a supermarket very close to the suites and a variety of restaurants. It's also very close to Gloucester Road tube. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

We checked in later at night, but the staff made the process very smooth and even provided us a free room upgrade since we were 4 friends traveling together. We immensely appreciated having the extra space to place our luggages. They also gave us wonderful recommendations on what to do in town!
The area is definitely more quiet than the city center, but the tradeoff is the gorgeous architecture. All the houses nearby were beautiful, including Fraser Suites itself! The hotel had many amenities, but the most unique one would be the luggage scale for guests to weigh their suitcases prior to the airport! Our unit also had an in-unit w/d, which was nice (although the dryer did not dry that well). Highly recommend staying here!

It was unseasonably balmy in London, and sunlight poured through the big window in our room--but the AC didn't work. We summoned maintenance twice, and twice maintenance assured us it was fixed. It wasn't. Otherwise: nice big room, well appointed, and friendly staff, but hard to enjoy fully when you're sweating.

The gym was unexpectedly well equipped. My son is a competitive rower getting ready for spring season and he had everything he needed. The proximity of the underground, museums, parks, pubs, grocery & restaurants was great too.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, but the room itself was cramped with very little storage, so it felt like we lived out of a suitcase for the week.

I was disappointed that an early check in wasn't available as we'd just got off of a red-eye flight. The desk assured me that they'd contact me as soon as the room was ready, but no contact was made. At least there was a bag drop available.

We had a nice big room, with kitchen facilities and a seating area. Biggest room we've had in London and handy having a fridge for food and drink. Public areas are very nice and there is an outside area, which will be good when the weather is warmer.

Hotel is a couple of minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station and there was a Tesco, Boots and Waitrose at the station so handy for stocking up on milk, coffee, wine etc for the room. Being on the Picadilly, Circle and District tube lines, we were anywhere in central London within 10 minutes, and around 40 mins to Heathrow, which was partly why we booked here.

Location wise, i would have preferred to be more centrally based and within walking distance of Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc, as opposed to having to get the tube everywhere. There did seem to be some restaurants in Kensington but we preferred going out in the centre.

Brilliant hotel/suites though and really enjoyed our stay and the room.

The building was beautiful and clean and in a great location, however the room was not as advertised. We booked an executive room especially for the advertised king sized bed (me, husband and 3yo to share) but our room only had a queen, which was not big enough. The room was also over two floors with the bed on a mezzanine. This was not mentioned on booking, and had we known we would not have booked the room as un-gated staircases and toddlers do not mix.
In addition, the tv has very limited channels and although there is a \"cast to tv\" (from your own device) function available, it did not work in our room and the lady on reception had no idea how to help.
Over all a good stay.. mainly because of the excellent location, but the room itself was not great for us.

A Very comfortable room and bed (nice thick mattress).
Friendly reception staff.
Just one point: As the cleaning service is outsourced ,there should be better coordination betwwen reception staff and cleaning staff: We arrived at the room at 5pm , back from a busy day and had to wait for 30-45 minutes as our room was not serviced. Just enough time to prepare for the evening function. Otherwise all fine.

Stayed for two nights. We were allowed to check in early and chose where we wanted our room. Staff were really friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. The shower products smelt amazing. The location was excellent. We stayed due to an event at the royal Albert hall and it took us a 10 minute walk and tubes were easy to use with no fuss. A really enjoyable visit and would definitely return.
