I will highlight that the kitchen is equipped with everything, but this does mean the cupboards are full so if staying and wanting to keep food etc, unless its for the fridge, there is not much space.
The only actual downside is the penthouse room is really only accessible by the lift, which is very small, slow and frequently used by other guests. The emergency fire exit stairs aren’t really for regular use, and you can be waiting for the lift for a while.
The lift also breaks frequently, but the staff do get on to it and fix super quick.
Overall though, the stay was great!

The location was great. It is walkable to underground station in 3min. Great dining area is around. Mostly the room was pretty spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly. We had little problem with UK’s outlet system, but they helped us to solve the issues. Gym was also great which open 24 hrs with updated equipments. My family loved staying there!

The location is fantastic, 2 mins from Gloucester Rd tube station. Check in was really easy, just remember you will need photographic ID. The studio was clean, and had everything we needed. Loved having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge area. I can't fault tgese studios and will definitely stay here next time I am in London.

Very spacious apartment in Kensington. Proximity to tube is good and several close grocery store. Housekeeping was fantastic. Property could use some updating but overall very comfortable stay. Elevator is extremely small and could present a challenge if you have a bigger family, wheelchair, or pram.

Wonderful location. 2 minute walk from Gloucester Rd station. Entrance is not marked clearly and we walked past it initially. Check in was smooth and the desk friendly. Apartment is spacious for a couple and very well set up. Furniture is looking fairly worn but still fine. Bed is comfortable on the softer side. Only issue was that the air conditioner didn’t appear to work. However there was a portable fan. Fair value. Great location. Certainly recommend.

The welcome was amazing and team super courteous. The room was spacious and the amenities adequate for our needs, travelling with my partner and our baby. The location was excellent for all the nice things London has to offer.

Great location, right by the Gloucester Road tube station. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which was a spacious flat with separate bedroom, bathroom and living room/ kitchen. The separate spaces made it easy to prepare meals as well as put our kid to bed early and stay up later without waking him up.
The staff was present and helpful with any questions or requests we had.
The only negative thing we had was about the room structure, which is more about the structure of the building itself. The living room/ kitchen space had no window to the outside. At night this was no big deal, but in the morning / day time, this made the space dark and depressing.

The room was a good size, 2 huge balconies, everything provided. Lift to room too. If my only possible safety comment, if you are infirm, pray the lift works, the emergency staircase is steep.

From the moment we entered the building it was amazing, the staff were so kind and welcoming. When we got into the room, it was even better than the pictures. We felt right at home, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, the bathroom was well equipped too. Would definitely stay again guaranteed.

We loved the Harrington Apartments and had a great stay. The apartment was large, spacious, beautiful and clean.The location was excellent just a short walk from Gloucester Road tube Station and we used the Piccadilly line to get in and out of Central London and perfectly located for our concert at the Royal Albert Hall which we walked back from.The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took an interest in us and could not have been more helpful. Good points. The bathroom and shower are excellent. The air con was good and easy to control. The kitchen is clean and functional. Shops restaurants nearby. Bad points. The walls are paper thin...we were in apartment room 501 on the upper level and could clearly hear the admittedly unnecessarily loud conversations from next apartment. Thankfully we dont speak arabic and mercifully there was no late evening chatter or we would have had to complain.

Location was great and staff was great. The place needs a little work. The sofa in family area is horrible and very uncomfortable to sit in. It says it had a full freezer but it did not. One of the bathrooms had a shower curtain and made it horrible to shower in because it stuck to you and it did not contain the water in the shower. The Wi-Fi was not great and gave us problems. The fact that it had AC was a bonus if your looking for that. Overall it's not a place I want to hang out in during the day but that was not what we were there for so no big deal. I just expected more for the large nightly stay and was quite disappointed.

Location was good but the unit was disappointing. Front desk staff also very rude. Not all units have laundry facilities as stated on Expedia. When we asked at the front desk, we were told that we had to walk with our washing 8 mins to do it. Then told we should have rung to check laundry facilities. We arrived back one day to find housekeeping had left our front door wide open and were nowhere to be seen. We didn’t even ask for them to make up the room - they just let themselves in. Tiny elevator. Good location but that’s about it…

Great location and the room had a very useful kitchen area with most things you need to be self sufficient. The front desk staff were welcoming. The room and hotel look a bit tired for furnishings and fittings and the bed wasn't comfortable. Avoid a room with a connecting door to the neighbouring room. Sound carries.

Apartment was lovely, staff super friendly, unfortunately my room 403 was an interconnecting room and the guest next door arrived late on the Thursday and got up very early on the Friday which meant my bedroom was lit up with their light and the hairdryer and walking around was very distracting from getting any sleep.

Very noisy, bed creeks every time you move and bad scuff marks on the centre piece of the floor, which is the first thing you see when you enter the room. Location is good and staff are friendly. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by noise of the family sharing the same floor. Constant crying and voices heard late at night and from 0615 through to 1030 (ie, when they left the hotel). I booked based on the alleged “sound proof rooms and quietness”. We have a long journey today which has been interrupted by lack of sleep. It felt like we were sharing our room with the family and their baby. To make matters worse, the bed creeks every time you move or roll over. We feel completely shot changed, tired and annoyed. The rest of our weekend plans have now been affected by this!

Nice location near the Natural History Museum. Comfortable bedrooms with minimal noise from the street so made for a pleasant overnight rest. Hyde Park closest green space for kids to run around so 15 min walk. Kitchen was ample size but didn’t cook a meal. Otherwise comfortable size for a family

Large studio was bigger than I expected from the photos, well equipped and kept scrupulously clean by housekeeping. Every single staff member that I met was pleasant and helpful. Had a small plumbing issue which was immediately dealt with. Will be back on my next visit to London.

OK, but I've stayed at better places for the price
The property was very clean overall, but two areas of kitchen could do with a deep clean - the the oven racks were grimy; and the tiny freezer compartment in the fridge was not only compacted with frost, but didn't even freeze the food anymore, meaning that what we stored in it melted.
Apart from that, the rest of the room was good. The bed was very comfortable and I would book again if I only needed it for a night or two and the price was lower than the place at which I usually choose to stay.

This hotel is nice and about one block from Gloucester Station. So if you take the Piccadilly line from Heathrow Airport you won’t have to go far with your luggage. There’s a mini market for groceries and lots of places to eat. We were in London for over a week and ate at the English Pub a few nights. The people in the neighborhood were friendly and I felt safe with my girls. I plan to go back sometime and will probably stay at the hotel/apartment again.

Despite my overall review grade, I must commend the staff of the apartel for their friendliness, helpful attitudes, and courtesy with issues generally beyond their control. However, I cannot rate higher otherwise. In booking the \"penthouse\" suite, I expected to be awed by the room. Unfortunately, I found the amenities [though nice] to be stuffed in small space touted as a penthouse. The bathroom was slightly larger than one found aboard an airplane with mirrored walls throughout, which provided the user with no benefit but offered user a panoramic view of oneself \"taking care of business\" (not exactly preferred). Additionally, the shower basin was exceedingly shallow, thus resulting in extensive leaks under the door into the micro-bathroom area when rainfall shower-head was used. The mirror wall theme was extended throughout the penthouse room for some reason I can only assume was intended to give the space the impression of a larger area belying its small size. The kitchen area was nice and well stocked with utensils, but the location of the eating table between the living area & smallish (~42\") TV seemed out-of-place and inconvenient for anyone wanting to relax and watch a show or movie sitting 15 ft away. Last to my disappointment was an extensive patio area with impressive views of London skylines BUT without anything provided as a place to sit. When I questioned, I was advised kitchen chairs could be used? Not a thought-out feature for a penthouse suite I'd say.

Having previously lived in London, I return often to visit. This was by far the best place I've stayed. The flats are very nice, clean and staff is very accommodating helping with every need you have. The location is also the best having supermarkets, buses and the tube so close. Will definitely choose this accommodation again!

A wonderful location and great service even when we arrived late in the evening the reception team were very helpful. With a toddler in tow and all the accompanying luggage they offered to help.

I stayed in several hotels on my recent trip to the United Kingdom, and this was my favorite hotel, very clean, I needed a suite, since my niece was staying with me, and I could not ask for a better room. I do think the front desk did a great job, and I thought the laundry service was reasonably priced. Although a short walk from Gloucester Road tube station on Picadilly Line, if you have a lot of luggage you can take the 74 bus for about 5 minutes to Earl's court. Thanks for making my London trip a great experience.

Really old building, old bedroom and bad bathroom comparing to the high room rate! Location is one perfect thing, just the service apartment is too old. The service was not that bad, however, I would want to amend the booking date as my partner got the visa issue and will arrive later date, but they refused for the change nor for the help nor suggestion! Very High deposit, need to prepare cash or credit card during the stay, really bad as it isn’t 5 stars hotel but room deposit was charged as 5 stars hotel!

The location of the apartments was excellent being close to the tube, supermarket and nice places to grab meals. The staff were very helpful and professional. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very stuffy, even with the air conditioner on.(the air conditioner is also quite noisy) We opened the windows which helped a bit but it was still difficult to sleep. There is also no handrail in the bath/shower which makes it a bit slippery when getting out of the over bath shower.The bed is also a double bed which makes for a close sleeping relationship with your partner 😁 The pillows are very firm also but as this is a personal preference others may like them. There is also no laundry in the building but a laundrette is located about 10 minute walk away.The location and staff are the best thing about this place.
