There are 4 things I enjoyed about this place. The bed was comfy, the pillows were nice, the bathroom had a heated floor and it was a 5 minute walk to Earls Court Underground station.
Now, the bad. No elevator. Noting like having to lug up a 50 pound suitcase and 30 pound back pack up several flights of stairs.
There is no housekeeping. You have to take out yiur own trash. And 4 different occasions when J was sleeping, rhe fire alarms in this place went off in the early morning forcjng the building to evacuate.

Unfortunately not a good experience for us. The room is far smaller than the pictures make out and we were given a room on the second floor, with two babies, a whole lot of luggage, and no lift. We asked for help or to change our room, even a smaller one, and were declined. I emailed the property and was disappointed with their response, which seemed to make excuses rather than take responsibility for an unfortunate situation. Would not stay here again, especially with any more than two people

Room was exceptionally clean. Suggestions for future. A full length mirror in the room would be most helpful and appreciated. The bathroom has no space to put toiletries. A shelf of some sort would be nice in order to put the items you use every day. I stayed from December 2 nd thru the 18th. I was a bit disappointed to have a room on the back basically with a view of the alleyway . I would think that a guest who booked a longer stay would perhaps be given a room with a nicer view- perhaps at the front. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 3 times during my stay.Once was due to another guest cooking and they had not opened the window. A bit disconcerting.Overall I would stay here again, with that being said, the small room improvements i mentioned above would be great! Staff was helpful.Small refrigerator is a good size and something that is important to me personally. An extra \" regular \" blanket would be great to have in the closet. Thanks!

The worst stay I've ever had in London. So terrible that I videoed the conversations with the management, as I wanted to show that I was ALWAYS calm & respectful & yet this hotel offers ZERO customer service. Every manager just says \"I don’t have authority to make decisions\" & passes the buck to someone who doesn’t exist or will certainly never show up. Very briefly: The bed was broken, yet I had to sleep on it because nobody had the authority to change it. The room was dirty, noisy & THERE IS NO AC! NO AC IN 2025/2026?! When I said the room was very hot, they said \"Open the window.\" To a noisy London street. After no sleep, they called at 9:30am to say we would be moved. I said we'd be back at 1pm to get ready for a party at 2pm. We returned & the room wasn't ready. We needed to get into our existing room to shower/change. They locked us out of that & refused to move us stating that the maids schedule could not be interrupted although we were told we were a priority. They just lied & offered no help. My wife was very upset & so we said we would check out & go somewhere else that moment. Refund us & we'll leave. After yet more \"we don’t have the authority\" & horrible customer service, we were told there would be NO REFUND AT ALL, even if we left that moment. Finally, at 2pm, they said we could have a new room but who would want stay after all that. We left & had to pay for another hotel around the corner. I have all the videos if they try to say this isn’t 100% true.

My room was the perfect apartment in London, it had everything I needed for my 10 days, it was close to the underground, in a lovely leafy neighbourhood, quiet and close to supermarkets. I loved being able to prepare and cook my meals in my own kitchen.

Great stay! We had the mezzanine. The mezzanine room was spotless especially the kitchen utensils. We used the kitchen for making quick breakfasts like eggs, toast etc. Fridge was a great size, pans and induction stove was perfect. The sofa bed comfortable for one person. No setting up of the sofa bed needed, just take the clean sheets and fluffy duvet from a hidden compartment on the end of the bed and sleep. The upstairs bedroom had the queen bed, another tv, a closet, a hotel safe, lamp, nightstand. The bathrooms were clean, modern and roomy. The location was an easy 5-10 minute walk to Earls Court station. Lots of amenities around underground like groceries, restaurants, shops. The residence is walking distance from museums. The staff was friendly and helpful and was always visibly present which was reassuring. We also made use of the free washers and dryers for our 9 day stay. We felt the price was reasonable. Overall great experience. We will be staying here or perhaps their other locations in London when we come back.

First night, after 10 hour flight and being up 23 hours (time change etc) room wasn’t ready until last minute of check in. Once in the room and ready for a shower then bed … water was a dribble from sink and shower. While in the shower (fully soaped) water died. Stop flowing at all, none. Maintenance was called and after an hour or so got it back up and running. Shortly after that, it slowed down again to a dribble. Took until next day to get it working again. Was told it was a pump issue. The following day, TV wouldn’t keep clear picture. Discovered it was a bad cable. Staff was nice enough to bring another cable. I changed it myself, problem solved. Bedding, terrible. My teenage son ended up on a small couch which pulls out to a bed (if you can call it that. Plus, it wasn’t made up upon arrival. Had to call staff to come and slide open (not traditional pull out). We had to put sheets and bedding on as well. Main bed, like a lumpy rock. No sleep almost the entire week we were there. Had to keep windows cracked open to to overkill heater with no adjustments. Loud cars, people and general noise all night long. Construction noise started at 5am. Nice area, convenient to stores and tube station. Won’t be staying there again, sorry.

Fantastic location for being able to easily get there from the airport. The tube station is very close and an easy walk. That particular station also has lines going to the major sites. Apartment was very clean (and I am extremely picky). They also have free washers and dryers, which are extremely helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but still has shops and restaurants by the tube station. This is a great place to stay!

Overall the stay was okay, good location. We arrived early at 2pm so left our bags at the property. When we came back later that evening the night staff tried to charge us an additional damage waiver that was more than we paid for the whole stay before allowing us into our apartment. We refused to pay this as it’s not specified in the booking information. We did have to argue the point before the member of staff relented. Once we got into the apartment it was clean. However the tv remote was missing which we found under the bed and the bedside lamp wasn’t anywhere near a plug. The member of staff brought an extension lead. The discussion about the damage waiver left us feeling disappointed.

This is my first time staying at the property but not my first time staying in the area. I was first put into a ground floor room with a window open on a built up back area. I asked to move because the advertising picture on Expedia clearly showed an open view. I was then moved to a 3rd floor studio that is hardly big enough for a room. This studio apartment was also poorly cleaned unlike the first apartment I was given. The window also opened on a restricted view which was problematic for me given my initial concern. The studio apartment was so poorly cleaned that the floor was sticky, there were nail clipping in the bathroom sink and pubic hairs on the bed sheet. I was totally put off by the experience. My complaint to Expedia also resulted in little action. I am half-minded to quit the App over it.

The room was very clean and just the right size for the three of us my husband I stayed in the bedroom and my sister-in-law stayed on the couch folded out into a bed. We stayed for 4 days - My only suggestion is for them to leave an extra trash bag in the where they have the dish detergent, we had a wonderful time - we book it again if we ever traveled in this area from the USA

good clean adequate property. VERY small studio flat for 2, bed was smaller than an American queen but a little bigger than an American double bed. Kitchen was basic, with a couple of instant coffees and tea, a stovetop, microwave and small fridge. Bed was reasonably comfortable and unit was very clean. Outstanding location, 5 minutes walk to earl court subway station and 10-15 minutes walking to major museums, lots of restaurants within a block, property is super clean and well maintained, rooms though are really small and showers are tiny and difficult to take a shower comfortably, biggest issue is with their AC as they lock temperature between 10-23 c and it can get very uncomfortable at night keep in mind we visited in April so summer time will be unbearable unless management do something which in all honesty they did when we approached them about

Pillows and bedding were fresh and clean; however, our one recommendation would be to upgrade the bed mattress as the springs were tired on the access side of the bed.

The location is excellent. 5 min walk to Eral's Court station which you can take Picadilly and District lines. Everything about the room was tiny. The sofa bed was bigger than the bed in the bed room. One thing we didn't like about this place was internet connection. They provide Wi-fi but it doesn't work all the time, very weak and unstable.

We arrived and were sent to our room which smelled terrible and was very dirty. I complained and they gave me another room. I guess the room they gave us had not been cleaned. Room much smaller than I thought it would be based on photos. You could hear everything going on in the hotel. I will say the shower was good. Just really not worth the cost.

I loved my cosy studio here, it was the perfect size for me as I was travelling solo. The bed was a fantastic size and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. The bathroom was small but it was fine for just me. The shower had excellent water pressure which I always appreciate. The location of this property is what sold it for me; it's only a few minutes away from Earl's Court tube station, plus it's on a fairly quiet street so traffic noise is low. I loved staying in this area and I think the studio apartment I stayed in was brilliant value for money. The staff were super friendly upon arrival and I found having someone available at the front desk from 8am-11pm very reassuring.

Great hotel. Went to drop off bags at 1pm and we were shocked when they told us our room was ready. Yay! Nice room, large, modern, very clean and comfortable. Not sure I’d call it an “entire apartment” as the description read, but it was wonderful and will stay here again.

This unit was a great alternative to a hotel room. The mini kitchenette allowed us to have some more eat in choices. The laundry was huge bonus and very much appreciated as we were in long travels and had laundry that needed to be done.
Location was super close to Tube stations and we easily got anywhere we needed to be from those lines.

I stayed in a Basic Studio for 7 days. It’s got everything you need, it is clean, new, modern and very spacious compared to many other places in London. It’s right by Earl’s Court Station, so very close to the tube and many food shopping places. I can very much recommend the property and will definitely come back to stay here next time I visit London.

Extremely well located, converted terrace house in Earls Court. Just a few minutes away from the Underground, which happens to be across from Paul (one of my favourite cafe & patisserie chains). The reception isn't available 24/7, but they are able to receive you or let you in at odd times with prior notice, and are very friendly and prompt. They also reached out mid-way through our stay to ensure everything was going well, which was nice.
The property itself is extremely clean, has an elevator, and is air-conditioned, which was lovely considering how hot the weather was during our stay. There are also onsite laundry facilities, which is very easy to use and is included in your nightly rate (July 2024). The room we had was spacious, tidy, and well lit considering it was below ground, and included a 2 burner hob, fridge and a kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked extremely well (yes I'm an American, sorry). Earls Court is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, so nighttime disturbances were at a minimum.
