Wonderful location 5 mins from the tube. Beds were so comfortable and room was spotless. Our room was serviced daily to a high standard. We could cook as kitchen was very convenient. London is very expensive so having that facility is a great option. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Also I did find a cockroach in the lounge area of my apartment - honestly not a big issue as it is an old building in central London.

They clearly keep the place very clean and orderly, but this would be dramatically improved with a lick of paint.

These are apartment hotels and I stay in them 2 times a year, when I visit my daughter sometimes for months or few weeks Presidental Apartments was by far the best. Staff on 24 hours, fully stocked room with everything you need, smaller shops close by and Big Tesco for a big shop should you need a variety of groceries. Housekeeping services every day and the gem of the hotel is Michael who is the concierge/ door man. This is a super safe area and a 3 mins walk from tube station. You can be in central London in as little as 20 mins. Highly recommend

This trip was with my mother, brother and myself! The room was the perfect size for all three of us. This has been my favorite stay in London so far. So close to everything you might need like the tube, easy to cook when you don’t want a night out. A full fridge/freeze and microwave. The staff was amazing. I had gotten sick during my stay and the cleaning staff member who was assigned our room was AMAZING. So sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Always kept asking me how I was feeling. This will always be my spot to stay in London. Can’t wait to return!

Reasonable size room. Since it is an old property, there is a lot of noise not from the outside but from the inside. Stayed in the lower floor (basement) and could hear all creaking sound from upstairs and water from the drains. Earplugs are a must.

The hotel rooms are very old and dated. Arrived to a dirty and musty/moldy smelling room. Blood or wine splatters on the wall, dust hanging out of vents, mold in the bathroom, walls badly needed painting, and floors scraped up/worn. Alex the manager, who was kind, tried to be helpful and after much protest, moved us to another room which was slightly better but still smelled moldy. Despite turning off all heat, we had to sleep with the windows open, in late November. We were not expecting luxury accommodations, but do expect a clean room. The one positive was that is was very convenient to the metro which was helpful as we trued to stay out if the room as much as possible.

I get putting people in room 5 but then the receptionist needs to ensure that the noise from the reception and corridor is moderated.
A lot of chat and a beeping noise, maybe a phone, pretty much all night.
This coupled with the door opening and closing and the chat from visitors who fail to realise they are walking directly past people’s bedrooms - I get the latter is the guests and not the hotel but the receptionist could remind people. A really poor nights sleep

Excellent location for short stay: quick arrival from Heathrow & short walk from Earl’s Court station and its thoroughly gentrified neighborhood. Staff is helpful and responsive. The room we were moved to (on request) was well equipped with new washer, dishwasher, fridge.

Unfortunately this is not the establishment we remembered on 2 previous stays. Upkeep is uneven: the first room we were given was horrendous. Dirty, torn curtains, crud on all the plumbing. This should NOT have been rented out. The staff was accommodating in moving us to another family studio when it became available. Still showing age but was fine.

Still, fluorescent ‘soap’ and ‘shampoo’ (dish soap?!) is not acceptable at a place of such web self-presentation.

This was just what we were looking for. The hotel was close to Earl's court tube station in a nice neighborhood and had plenty of shops close by to pick up something for dinner.
Although some of the cabinets and the floor were rather worn, the room was clean and it spacious by UK standards and had all of the amenities that we were looking for, kitchenette, washer, and a decent size closet for our clothes.
The hotel and surrounding area were quiet, so we were able to get a good night's sleep after spending the day sightseeing.
My one recommendation would be that they install a grab bar by the tub. The side of the tub was a bit high and there wasn't anywhere to easily grab hold of getting in and out. The glass door swings both ways, so you have to be careful walking onto the wet tub floor. They do provide a rubber mat for the tub, but it doesn't go the full length of the tub.
We would stay here again.

images of apartments are nothing like the actual state of of the 2 units I was offered. Went up to the 1st flat and was dissatisfied with the ripped sofa, peeling walls, furniture, moludy smell, etc 2nd a couple of hours later was an 'upgrade'
1. There was a crawling insect in the kitchen which is on the video
2. The sofa this time around had a big hole on the at, stains and blotches all over
3. Black mould patches in the bathroom bad for my allergies
4. Peeling wood all over

Provide your own food. It was in reasonable condition. Management should purchase new modern bright colour furniture from IKEA to put in the accommodation. The sofa

I would definitely stay here again. A nice home away from home in a great location. Parking is on street parking we were there on a Saturday so had to pay for parking £40 otherwise it's free from 6.30pm onwards from Saturday till Monday morning at 8.30am. Cleaning staff were excellent, reception were also helpful in where I called to let them know we would be checking in late. There's always someone on reception. Bathroom is a little on the small side but hey ho the apartment makes up for it size wise as didn't feel claustrophobic.

Presidential itself was the best place I've stayed, the construction directly cross the street was the worst if you're planning to sleep past 7:30am. to have control. I would have appreciated a heads up as I would have brought a white noise machine. I used ear plugs and helped minimally.
Back to Presidential. BEST HOTEL/APT!!!

We stayed at the Presidential apartments for the weekend.
All staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.
The apartment was well-equiped, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for 2 adults and a child.
The heating controls were a little difficult to figure out, but we were grateful for air-conditioning.
Some decaf options for tea/coffee would have been great, however, I didn't ask staff so cannot say whether they had some available, but none were provided in the room.
Having access to a dvd collection was really helpful for evening entertainment.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily book again.

we had a 3 person standard room. the pull out sofa bed was NOT acceptable as a bed option. When I talked to the desk person, they said they would send another duvet cover which of course made NO difference ! The bed slanted down at the head, you could feel every spring in the so called mattress. It WAS NOT a bed and should not be advertised as a bed. Sleeping on bed springs with 3 duvet covers!!!

The hotel met all our needs. The concierge stored our bags until check in time and transported our bags to our rooms. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood is wonderful. Earl's Court tube stop a block away, multiple pubs and restaurants nearby, Marks and Spencer (grocery store) half a block away.

You can take the Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Earl's Court and you're right there. Pretty much everything else a tourist likely would want to do is also on the Piccadilly/District line, so this hotel is ideally situated for that.

Other reviewers complained about the condition of the cabinets or drapes. I suppose one could say that, but they were just fine and did their job. You will want to open the windows so the rooms don't get stuffy, but that's just personal preference.

All in all, we had a great 6 night visit and would happily return.

Nice, quiet, clean and spacious apartment nearby Earl’s Court tube station. Grocery stores and a variety of restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens. The Presidential Serviced Apartments in Kensington, London were great. We enjoyed a spacious environment with comfortable beds, and a fully working kitchen. The washing machine was a bonus.

They really should let visitors know that the radiators are controlled manually, and that one must remove the ‘wall’ in front of them to get to the control knob.

The best part of our stay was interacting with the kind staff, especially Peter and Lenka. We needed assistance with the radiators, and with finding a special sized box to carry an awkwardly shaped item home. They went above and beyond trying to help us find one, and succeeded in doing so. They followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and they made sure we felt we were well taken care of. Thank you Lenka and Peter!

The hotel is in great location. The earls court station is a 5 minute walk. We had the choice of The picadilly and district line to take into london. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe studio which was perfect for 2 of us. We had a large refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, kettle,toaster,stove which we wanted.
If youre expecting a ritz carlton this is not it but it was perfect for us. We felt more like locals vs tourists. I would stay again and would recommend.

On a trip to London with our adult daughter, the \"apartment- style\" hotel worked well - full kitchen - including washer/dryer- was very convenient, nice elevator and the 24-hour staff was kind, helpful, and so pleasant. They made it welcoming to come \"home\" after busy days. Earl's Court station was very close and several very good restaurants and two groceries right nearby.

The location itself is really good as we were 2 mins away from the closest tube station. The area feels really safe too and we were close to amenities. The biggest let down was being placed underground where we had no elevator. The staff at the property did assist us with our lugggage but I wouldn't recommend the lower floor. The room was okay. The facility is quite outdated with older furnitures and appliances but still it was okay.

A delightful cozy pied-à-terre

Location is unbeatable to tube station earl's court (Piccadily line direct from airport) and M&S foodshop. The basement initially felt a bit in a labyrinth but once I got down two flights of stairs and get used to the warm temperature (they actually do have lifts) there is a terrace which gives fresh air to the room (and to check the blue sky and temperature). Wooden floor means no carpet dust which is great. Little kitchnette with microwave works. Engineer Peter helped me regulate the temperature (lovely warm radiator for the cold people and aircon for the hot people) and reboot the internet. Once I settle in, it is a cozy little appartment. Love the bathtub. Toilet seat is small but I snug in fine. Staff at reception are helpful. All in all, I can make it a cozy stay for way longer than two days.

Reasons i loved our stay here: (1) location - it was close to the tube station, a bus station, darned good English pubs, Thai, Indian, and Lebanese restaurants, convenience stores, Starbucks, Jollibee, McDonalds; (2) cleanliness - while the airconditioning took a while to cool probably because it was not used a long time, and while the room we stayed at may not be pretty, it was spotless and odourless. The fridge, washing machine/dryer in the room did not have a foul smell. Neither did the microwave, dishwasher and oven smell but which we did not care to use because we mostly ate out; (3) the staff - they provided us with an electric fan while they attended to fixing the air conditioning problem in our room as quickly as they could. We spent a stuffy sweaty first night but the inconvenience of that night has been overshadowed by the comfort we felt after the air conditioning was fixed and by the attentiveness of the hotel staff. Michael the porter needs special mention and Aliona too. Michael helped us understand how the finicky laundry worked before we could even find the manual. He also lent us an adapter. Aliona was especially friendly, helpful and courteous. Housekeeping kept us well supplied with fresh towels, tea, instant coffee and sugar. This is my third time in London and I have not wanted to stay a second time at any place Ive travelled to before. This is one hotel/apartment i would be happy to go back to.

I booked the room based on images supplied by the property and availability, of course. The rooms appeared modern, clean, and uncluttered, as did the bathroom.
The previously mentioned property pictures must have been taken immediately after renovation or were supplied to visualize what the completed work would like. Our room had the same flooring, cabinetry, and color scheme, but everything looked abused and worn out. Cabinet doors did not open or close properly as the hinges were pulling out of the frame. The floor was heavily marred and sticky. The bathroom was so small your elbows hit everything while trying to squeeze between the sink and door frame to the toilet. There appeared to be past water damage to wood work in and around the bathroom because it looked splintered and rotten. The bed filled most of the living space in the separate bed room, leaving little room for luggage.
We were unhappy with the state of everything as it seemed like a bait-and-switch; so we grabbed our luggage, went out the front lobby, handed them the room key and told them we were not staying. We left and immediately found a fantastic hotel nearby with comparable pricing and only 20-minutes notice.
Expedia reached out a number of times to Presidential Apartments staff, but had difficulty reaching someone with authority to discuss a potential refund. Ultimately when Expedia did make contact, management refused as we were past the cancellation deadline.

The Presidential Apartments- Kensington was the best stay I have ever had in London. The location is right off Earl's Court station. There are restaurants, pubs and markets in the neighborhood. Now to the room...oh my goodness! You could not ask for more in a room! There was a TV, dishwasher, wash machine, stove, microwave, oven, sink, half fridge, dvd player. I have never seen so many amenities in a room in my life. Not to mention the patio and comfy bed. It was all good here and we will be back!

The hotel is conveniently located and short walking distance to Earl’s Ct. station. Just like any city, it can feel a bit unsafe. We had an encounter with an aggressive homeless man asking for cash and literally asking for a piece of our food while eating at a fast food place at night when we first arrived. We were hungry coming out of an 8-hr travel and needed to have something quick to eat.

Overall, as long as you are aware of your surroundings and practice caution— you should be fine.

We stayed here for a week. Executive studio. We had a problem a check-in where we did not get the room we were supposed to have, but after talking with the manager, we were switch to the correct room type.
This hotel is well situated, with easy access to a lot of nice restaurants.

Excellent location and excellent front desk staff. The room was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. We struggled a little with climate control, but we weren’t in the room much. Beds very comfy. Tiny item…the floors could have used a good scrub.

Our main issue was washer/dryer. Instructions are not clear. Washer and dryer are combined (2 in 1) an we could not dry our clothes, the machine runs hours but the clothes are damp. We went with limited clothes hoping to wash and wear.
We reserved the room for 3 people, but the towels were provided for 2 people only.
The staff was very friendly and cooperative and helpful.

The reception area was not managed appropriately. The reception was just to fill the number was having no info about the hotel stuff itself, what to talk about the city.

Great location

The location was great -close to underground and a small market. The apt was clean and good size for 3 people. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer was not working and we had to go to another unit to do our wash. The employees themselves don’t seem to know how to work the machine.

Our studio apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Two blocks from Earls Court Tube station. One block from well-stocked grocery. Nice restaurants and we felt very safe.

Perfect for transportation and close to the tube station. Nice grocery store near by with plenty of fast food and pubs right down the road. Room was clean, and staff were helpful and friendly and always interacted with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Only downside was the windows are thin and you can hear traffic from outside. Wasn’t super loud but something I noticed that could be improved. Overall great stay would definitely come back!

Clean and comfortable suite. Great central London location. Within a short walk from the earls court underground station. Straight Piccadilly line to heathrow. Recommended to rhe ataff that they consider upgeading a few wall outlets to have usb.

Clean quiet room with great kitchenette amenities. Comfy bed and fluffy towels. Only thing letting it down was a cracked/loose floor tile in the bathroom. Would stay here again.

I was allocated a Lower Ground Floor Studio
Flat. It has a Kitchenette. Useful for cooking and preparing food. You should bring your own cooking oil and salt and pepper. Buy your own food to prepare.
Bring your own slippers because the Studio
has a wood Floor and Tiles.
Management should redecorate the Studio in brighter Blue and Grey, Green shades. As the decor is currently a dull Brown Wood shade.
I had to inform Reception Staff that the
Bed Mattress was badly stained with old
Stains. Very dirty underneath the Mattress Cover. I advised Staff to replace the Mattress. The whole Studio needs
Redecorating and needs to be Updated.
Needs a new table and chairs. New Window Blinds. A new Bed Mattress.
Suitable Accommodation for Solo Travellers
and Couples.
Accessible to the City centre of London.

It was very hot. Couldn’t figure out the a/c. Old window coverings and furniture. Slipped in the bathtub needs a grab bar. Banging at 4am from next door. It’s big apt but not worth the price.
