This is a small hotel very close to Earls court tube station so it is super convenient. We had rooms 503 and 504 at the top of the hotel and they were very small. The beds were small doubles and against the wall one side. There is no space to put a suitcase thankfully we only had small luggage bags. I suggest if you were staying for longer than a couple of nights this would not be a comfortable place to stay. Even in the bathroom there was a tiny shelf which was slanted so nothing could be put on it. If there are 2 of you and on the larger side you wouldn't fit in the bed comfortably.
The positives are the location and it is clean. Also although 4 star it only has a reception desk so there is nowhere to sit or hang out other than your room. I would not stay again as a couple but would if on my own

The air conditioning was an absolute godsend in the recent weather! Some areas of the room looked tired but not enough to cause an issue or put us off returning. Slept well and couldn’t hear anything from outside the property.

This location is within a 3 minute walk to Earl's Court underground. A lot of restaurants and pubs around. Straight line from Heathrow on the Piccadilly. The AC worked great, the water pressure was great, and the staff was really friendly. My only complaint is that the walls are thin with close neighbors, they are doing construction across the street but it's limited to business hours, and the elevator was not working properly for 4 out of the 7 days I was there. Maintenance came out twice so they were working on it, not their fault and they stayed on top of it but it was truly inconvenient to walk 4 flights of stairs in the heat.

We stayed in room 301 and were very happy with our room. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, the breakfast at 10£ was a good too. The staff for the breakfast was very nice and polite. Food was good, good variety. It open at 7 AM. The hotel is in a safe area very close to the Earl’s Court station. Earl’s Court station is a great station to get everywhere in London. It’s on the District Line. You can easily get on the Piccadilly line and Circle Line. Good pubs around the station for when you come back after a big day visiting downtown London. We will go back for sure.

The triple room was sufficient in size. All very clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, but that is down to personal preference. It is a deciding factor though and we wont stay there again because of this as barely slept so left early as all 3 of us found it too uncomfortable. All staff were helpful and polite.

We booked this hotel as it had parking which we needed as our daughter was having surgery at a nearby hospital. I spoke with the hotel twice (once before before booking and once upon booking) to explain that we would need to leave our car in the space all day as we would not know her discharge time. This was all understood and confirmed. However when we arrived to check in we were told we had to vacate the space by 11am the next day and that there was nothing they could do about it as they had already booked the parking for someone else. They were totally unhelpful and we were forced to book another hotel in the area, without offering us a refund for the stress and inconvenience they'd caused at an already very stressful time for us.

This is not a 4 star luxury hotel. This hotel should not be allowed to advertise that.
Completely misleading.

This room was extremely small, there was no room for two people with luggage to move around, the space between the bed and the wall was so small.
No phone to contact the front desk, no mini fridge, no washcloths, no conditioner. Very uncomfortable beds, my sister described it as sleeping on a pile of books.

If you’re a solo traveler…maybe this would work …but even then I assume you’d want a washcloth.

We had reservations for 2 nights we only stayed one.

Room was very clean and had everything we needed, however very small and twin beds pushed together and had to wiggle down one side to get into bed.

Helpful front desk staff and check was completed when I left my bag in the morning so all ready to go straight to the room at 6pm.

Bathroom was ok but door is sliding obscured glass and a 1cm gap so not very private for 2 friends sharing! Air con was great as it was boiling hot.

Great that I could leave my bag in the morning and when we got to the hotel it was in the room. I think this was because were 4th floor and the lift wasn’t working (it was being repaired as we left after breakfast.)

Nice breakfast and once again helpful dining room staff.

Would stay again as near Earls Court tube station and handy for what we were doing in London.

This hotel was a real gem. Even though it is 2 blocks off busy Earl's Court road, it was very quiet. It's 5 minutes walking distance from the tube on a beautiful residential street. There are many shops & places to eat in walking distance. The property itself is in a beautifully renovated Victorian mansion house. The room was a little small (as advertised) but had all high end finishings and the most amazing soundproofing I've ever seen. The included breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. This will be my go-to hotel if I go back to London.

Absolutely loved our stay at Oliver Plaza Hotel. The hotel was spotless, stylish and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with everything feeling fresh, clean and modern throughout.

The bedroom was well equipped with plenty of charging points (including USB), a large TV, good tea and coffee selection, and a beautifully finished bathroom. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in London.

What really made the stay was the staff — every member of the team was friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome throughout.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Earl’s Court station with great bus links nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The quality bathing products were a lovely touch and the breakfast was fresh, varied and really enjoyable.

Fantastic value for money and somewhere we would happily stay again.

Pros: good size bathroom, option for a handheld shower, a window that opens to let in fresh air, and a strong A/C unit (but the filters need to be cleaned/replaced)

Cons: the A/C unit is only allowed to run for six hours, and then they cut you off. a member of staff told me this. the staff are not trained in hospitality - they seem to be a bunch of friends who just cover shifts. they don't know where anything is or how to fix it. they can't guide you to deal with certain situations. they also don't apologize for accidental 7am fire alarms. there's a very unbothered sense to everything. also please note they don't have much in the way of toiletries. shampoo, body wash, itty bitty bar of soap. nothing more.

Quite but ridiculous small room, it’s way smaller than hotel in Tokyo and Hong Kong. It’s not even 100 sqft tbh. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel and not worth the price at all. I know there are lots of better options for less than half of this price after I arrived London. No fridge, terrible breakfast! I just tried once I think it’s just ruin my day. You can get way better brunch with 10 pounds. I won’t trust the rating on Expedia anyone, better do more research yourself!

Very good ac, and it works year round which is unusual in London. Room and bathroom were very clean, but pretty small. Window was placed weirdly so you don't get much view or sunlight. Pretty normal for buildings in the area. Lots of fun stuff around.

Very affordable stay for a last-minute trip. Easy access to the Earl's Court tube station, which serves the Piccadilly and District Lines, so direct access to Heathrow, and several attractions in the city center. Room was small, but efficiently laid out, and wi-fi was reliable. I needed to do laundry partway through my stay, and there is a self-service laundromat about 3 blocks away near the tube station. Several restaurants nearby as well. The bed was a little uncomfortable (very firm and I could feel some of the coils of the mattress) but I was so tired at the end of each day exploring London on foot, that I still slept fine. I appreciated the location with its proximity to the Tube and several restaurants, but still tucked away on a quiet side street. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, lovely staff and the room design, although small, was really nice. It felt safe and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the single bed was super uncomfortable as it had a big dip in the middle from constant use. The communal ironing board fell apart as I stood it up with one of the legs coming off. The air conditioning smelt awful when turning it on to heat the room up.

I would stay again, just not in this room. Feedback provided to reception.

There is something creating noise (either air conditioner or some plumbing thing) which happens every few minutes. It is impossible to sleep with this. I had my AC turned off but still could hear this noise coming on and off all night.

My son and I had a lovely time at the hotel. The ladies looking after the breakfast and cleaning were absolutely lovely and so helpful. They interacted with my son and made sure that I was able to enjoy my breakfast despite a very clingy toddler. I took away one star because it wasn’t as family-friendly as I expected. There was a little warning when I booked but it was still not as I expected. There is a lift inside but none outside. Travelling by myself, it was difficult to manage the buggy, luggage and toddler at the same time. Despite visibly struggling, the people at reception did not try to help and open the door for me. A guest actually helped me. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, the ladies made up for that but I might not return.

Staying at this hotel was like staying in a closet the only reason I stayed here was walking distance to Stamford Bridge and I love the Earl court tube I do not know how this hotel has such great ratings on Expedia no services bar ice machine iron etc. the only nice thing I can say about this hotel was that it was clean and it didn’t matter what time we left our room when we returned the room clean bed made etc…. For what I paid to stay for 6 nights it wasn’t worth it

The rooms are tight, but there is space for a comfortable bed, small wardrobe and a bathroom. The staff are friendly. I liked the hotel and would stay there again. The room rate is good for London.

I loved this hotel. My room was well appointed, cozily snug, and had a space to stow everything. It was also exceptionally quiet, always a plus in a busy city.

I had an accident while in London. The staff was great about keeping me supplied with ice to treat a sprain and a bump on my head.

The location is also super convenient—close to the tube, bus lines, and super easy access to Heathrow.

The hotel was nice and my little single room was cozy and quiet. The AC was a little rattly but worked really well, and everything was nice and clean. The bathroom was amazing- great size, water pressure, rain shower head and attachment, and a few little soaps. There was a nice little closet for my items and a few small shelves around the room. If the couple shelves had been a little bigger/longer it would’ve made getting ready a bit easier, and maybe a couple more amenities like a shower cap or slippers. My only issue was the bed itself- The mattress and pillows were rock hard and I could feel all of the springs. Staff were very nice and got me an extra duvet to sleep on top of, which gave some padding between me and the springs and helped a bit. I’d also have liked fresh sheets maybe in the middle of my 6 night stay. Overall, this hotel is super convenient near the Earl’s Court Station and felt pretty safe and peaceful.

This hotel should not be advertised as having double rooms- the room they allocated was absolutely not a double. I say this as having worked in the hospitality industry! The room did not gave room to open a Ryanair approved hand baggage case on the floor. Absolutely disgraceful they are selling rooms as doubles that are not fit for this purpose. Do not take notice of other reviews because I am am absolutely appalled by the level of accommodation offered. The bathrooms and me person struggles to fit in!

Very tiny toilet and tub, and very small room. If you have 3 or 4 bags you might not fit. I had to use the public toilet because i literally couldn't fit onto the toilet due to the placement of the shower. Shower was tiny to the point my very small wife could barely fit and I was not able to use it at all. Very expensive for the room with these conditions

Lovely hotel.. No disabled access though for wheelchair uses. Very clean. Wasn't able to adjust air con as the room was too hoy. so asked at reception and they guy said he can do it remotely. When we returned after our night out still on same setting and still unable to adjust and you are unable to open the windows. Only 3 parking spaces and parking outside the hotel is permit parking only. Thankfully managed to reserve a parking space. Thought parking charge was a little excessive at £30 but would struggle without a space to park.. breakfast was very nice. It's just a shame there's no bar at the hotel. With all this said had a nice stay and was convenient for the venue we were visiting for evening.

Ideal base for sightseeing.

Lovely Hotel within walking distance to Kensington, Knightsbridge and other locations. Easy access to the Tube if not up for walking. The hotel was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with very friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good and in ample supply. It was a great base for us to visit the sights and would definitely stay again.
