There is something creating noise (either air conditioner or some plumbing thing) which happens every few minutes. It is impossible to sleep with this. I had my AC turned off but still could hear this noise coming on and off all night.

My son and I had a lovely time at the hotel. The ladies looking after the breakfast and cleaning were absolutely lovely and so helpful. They interacted with my son and made sure that I was able to enjoy my breakfast despite a very clingy toddler. I took away one star because it wasn’t as family-friendly as I expected. There was a little warning when I booked but it was still not as I expected. There is a lift inside but none outside. Travelling by myself, it was difficult to manage the buggy, luggage and toddler at the same time. Despite visibly struggling, the people at reception did not try to help and open the door for me. A guest actually helped me. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, the ladies made up for that but I might not return.

Staying at this hotel was like staying in a closet the only reason I stayed here was walking distance to Stamford Bridge and I love the Earl court tube I do not know how this hotel has such great ratings on Expedia no services bar ice machine iron etc. the only nice thing I can say about this hotel was that it was clean and it didn’t matter what time we left our room when we returned the room clean bed made etc…. For what I paid to stay for 6 nights it wasn’t worth it

The room is next to another room and there is a glass door sealing them both from hallway. Everytime other guest opened their door it rattled ours. Room coffee was mediocre. Hotel is very close to tube station and has lots of dining nearby. Very convenient. Staff was friendly.

This is a small refurbished hotel very close to the Earls Court underground, so near to places to eat and drink, but is in a quiet street. The rooms are tight, but there is space for a comfortable bed, small wardrobe and a bathroom. The staff are friendly. I liked the hotel and would stay there again. The room rate is good for London.

The hotel was nice and my little single room was cozy and quiet. The AC was a little rattly but worked really well, and everything was nice and clean. The bathroom was amazing- great size, water pressure, rain shower head and attachment, and a few little soaps. There was a nice little closet for my items and a few small shelves around the room. If the couple shelves had been a little bigger/longer it would’ve made getting ready a bit easier, and maybe a couple more amenities like a shower cap or slippers. My only issue was the bed itself- The mattress and pillows were rock hard and I could feel all of the springs. Staff were very nice and got me an extra duvet to sleep on top of, which gave some padding between me and the springs and helped a bit. I’d also have liked fresh sheets maybe in the middle of my 6 night stay. Overall, this hotel is super convenient near the Earl’s Court Station and felt pretty safe and peaceful.

This hotel should not be advertised as having double rooms- the room they allocated was absolutely not a double. I say this as having worked in the hospitality industry! The room did not gave room to open a Ryanair approved hand baggage case on the floor. Absolutely disgraceful they are selling rooms as doubles that are not fit for this purpose. Do not take notice of other reviews because I am am absolutely appalled by the level of accommodation offered. The bathrooms and me person struggles to fit in!

I had to use the public toilet because i literally couldn't fit onto the toilet due to the placement of the shower. Lovely hotel.. No disabled access though for wheelchair uses. Very clean. Wasn't able to adjust air con as the room was too hoy. so asked at reception and they guy said he can do it remotely. When we returned after our night out still on same setting and still unable to adjust and you are unable to open the windows. Only 3 parking spaces and parking outside the hotel is permit parking only. Thankfully managed to reserve a parking space. Thought parking charge was a little excessive at £30 but would struggle without a space to park.. breakfast was very nice. It's just a shame there's no bar at the hotel. With all this said had a nice stay and was convenient for the venue we were visiting for evening.

Lovely Hotel within walking distance to Kensington, Knightsbridge and other locations. Easy access to the Tube if not up for walking. The hotel was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with very friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good and in ample supply. It was a great base for us to visit the sights and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here after watching Coldplay at Wembley, this hotel is in a great location less than 5 mins walk from Earl’s Court station. The room was very clean, amenities were in included and the coffee and tea was a nice touch. Beds weren’t too comfortable but was fine for a nights stay. Would recommend.

Great location, small room
The location is excellent, just round the corner from Earls court tube station. The hotel reception area is small but check in was efficient. The room was small and ven although on the first floor the windows were at the ceiling height so you could only see a bit of sky and nothing else. The room was well laid out with sockets by the bed and one by a large mirror on the back of the door for drying hair. I would not like to stay here with anyone other than my husband. The shower door is a sliding frosted door and the area is so small it doesnt offer any privacy. The bed is also a double so not that big. The mattress was too hard for mine abd hubbys liking and we both had a bad back after 2 nights. It is for that reason I would not choose to stay here again. The hotel is spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and nice and quiet.

The property is dated. The beds were hard and the pillows as well. Not overly friendly staff either. Let them know the air conditioning wasn’t working and was immediately asked if I had it set right. That would have been acceptable if they did not have access to check it via computer. The desk man took a second to look and he confirmed I had it on and the room temperature was high. No apologies no recognition. Felt like I was bothering them with my issue. Tiny rooms were ok. Air conditioned kept soaking the carpet with condensation as well. Would not recommend a repeat visit

Myself and my adult child came for an extended London trip (16 days). We loved the Oliver Plaza Hotel. The location is ideal for shopping, museums, theatres, palaces and other sightseeing. Everything is either a short walk or tube trip away. The community is safe and quiet with lots of dining options nearby. The staff is very pleasant. The breakfast included option was a good value (especially by London standards). Our room had best hotel aircon I have every experienced (Cooling perfectly without chilling). If we come back to London, this will be where we stay.

Excellent location near the tube. Was able to take the subway to and from the airport without having to change stations. There are many restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood as well as grocery stores. The front desk staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet.

We loved this hotel. Staff all friendly and accommodating. Rooms refurbished and very clean. Beds very comfortable and aircon a bonus especially in the hot weather. Breakfast had a good choice and was well worth the cost. Plates cleared away as soon as you had finished with them which is somthing not seen in most hotels. Very close to the Earls Court tube station. It is a boutique hotel so the rooms are small which is the only downside to this lovely hotel.

The staff welcomed me and treated me as family! My flight was so delayed I arrived in the middle if the night and they welcomed me with care. The next day, I needed a space to work before going to the sirport and again, they accommodated me in giving me access to a space where I could work in a quiet environment. Stayed here on one of the hottest days of the year for Hyde park. The room was small but perfect for what we needed and the best thing of all, it had air con! Check in staff all really nice and no issues at all!

Room airconditioning did not work well. The fan speed was stuck on \"low\" and that prevented the unit from adequately cooling the room. Staff provided a portable fan. However they were unable to fix the unit during our 2 night stay. No other rooms were available. Complicating the matter was very warm weather (34c) during our stay. Hotel would be 4 stars with a proper a/c unit. It is a small room, but exceptionally clean and quiet. Great location to the Tube for great access to London.

This was the first leg of a very long trip! I arrived to the hotel late, at about 11PM, and the staff were quick and efficient at checking me in so I could relax after a long flight. The room I had booked was on the smaller side, but, that being said, it was exactly what I needed as I wasn't planning on being in the room for extended periods of time. I stayed on the 5th floor and it was quiet and comfortable. The room was freshened up every day. I really, really enjoyed my stay. I have already booked another stay as I'm back in London. This time, because I anticipate needing more room, I booked one of the larger rooms. Finally, the area around the hotel is very well situated near shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and train lines to get you to other ends of the city.
