The welcome out the hotel was faultless but sadly after that it went downhill. The tv and radio did not work in the room and the lights were faulty. Then at breakfast there was options to order individual dishes or eat from the buffet breakfast. I asked for an almond croissant and a chia pudding and a fresh juice. The waitress told me to get my own juice from the buffet (no cups or juice as it was empty) and told me to get my food items from the buffet also of which there was neither yet being there were pastry’s the same price as on the menu but not what was ordered. My husband ordered a full English wasn’t asked about eggs and when it came he was given no cutlery or asked for sauce and it was a total shambles! We also couldn’t dine in the restaurant as they had no seats so we were sat in the reception area! I gave up on the food so just had a coffee and no one ever checked in on us! It was the worst I’ve ever experienced! On check out they tried to change a service charge for just checking us in which we removed. The hotel is sadly style over substance and their poor attempt at an apology I wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I stay again. A shame as things like this damage reputation in a tough London hotel market service is what stands you out from the crowd.

Such a lovely boutique hotel-- with a charming green garden in the back, Michelin- recognized restaurant on site, a great bar with innovative cocktails, and a nice well-ventilated gym with equipment in good condition. Rooms are lovely-- I had a garden view and the ambience was very tranquil. Good shower, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and quiet. Happen to stay during Mother's Day U.K. and received an unexpected bouquet of flowers and complimentary glass of prosecco in the evening-- which was just lovely. And really must recommend the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding-- absolutely delicious and not heavy in any way. Hotel is easy to get to-- just steps away from Earl Court tube stop. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon.

I stayed at Templeton Garden 04/03/26 - 07/03/26. From the off, the service was 5 stars- I had a theatre show at 2pm but check in isn’t until 3pm. They told me prior to arrival that I could leave my luggage & they would safely lock it up. However on arrival, at 11.50am they told me my room was ready so I could check in & settle in straight away, which was brilliant. I stayed in a single room which had a lovely street view of the beautiful Kensington/Earls Court. My room was immaculate, all facilities working, plenty of plug points, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with classy fittings & a very powerful shower (which is a huge plus for me, nothing worse than a rubbish shower). There was an abundance of storage & a good solid safe for all of your clothes & belongings. My room was cleaned & refreshed daily while I was out, the housekeeers do an amazing job to be honest. Fresh still & sparkling water glass bottles, more coffee pods to go with the machine, more tea & more milk every time I came back, as well as new fresh towels & bed made. The staff all around were warm & welcoming, while being super professional. There are also touches like having a doorman on the front door which adds that touch of class. I can’t comment on the food & drink as I didn’t dine at the hotel at all, but I do know they do a good deal on breakfasts (I would imagine the food is great if it’s anything like everything else I experienced).

Considering all of this, the price & deal I got was an absolute steal

Hotel was great, very clean and comfortable. Only negative was a service charge for front of house was applied to the bill at checkout and presented as mandatory part of the invoice. On my second stay a different lady at reception let me know exactly what it was and that it could be removed if I wanted (I was happy to keep it but didn’t like what felt quite sneaky the first night).

Wonderful greeting by Mohammed, who was kind enough to check me in early. The hotel is newly refreshed - my room was clean, bed very comfortable. The included breakfast has a buffet with choices of pastries, yoghurts, fruits as well as several additional freshly prepared hot items from the menu. The location is superb, steps from Earls Court tube station, on a very quiet side street.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Perfect location one minute walk from Earl’s Court tube, but on a quiet and pretty road. Every member of staff was lovely, check in was super efficient and the common areas are very stylish and comfy. The room was so nice I found myself taking photos for home decor inspiration! There are nice toiletries, tea/coffee, complimentary water, slipper and lovely quality bedding and towels. I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d happily stay here again whenever I’m in London and I hope I get to very soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. Lovely room and bathroom with beautiful product’s to use. We enjoyed a cocktail and meal in the bar area. Both were delicious. The hotel has a really lovely feel about it, relaxed elegance. On top of that, a convenient location just a couple of minutes from the tube. I would definitely stay here again.

Super staff who were very welcoming and gave boutique hotel service. Clean and comfortable room whilst not large it was adequate size for city accomodation. Very powerful and nice shower.

The lounge bar had a quirky but very nice set of cocktails that we enjoyed. Again the staff here in the bar offered great and friendly service.

Superb hotel, great room and wonderful staff. They go out of their way to do nice little stuff to make your stay better. My only complaint was the controls in the room were hard to figure out. I recommend having a bellhop walk you through simple stuff like turning on the lights and changing the heat and cooling in your room.

- Location to train station.
- Amenities close by (grocery, drugstore, food)
- Many of staff were overall friendly.
- Hotel smelled nice.

Cons:
- Room noise was beyond - Room was located outside of the elevator and housekeeping closet and facing the street (with poorly insulated windows)
- Room size is deceiving. Classic room is okay for one person but would be very cramped with two people.
- Housekeeping not very aware. Beds weren’t changed during a long stay (7 days). Room flooring didn’t seem to be well-vacuumed.
- Confronted at check out (in front of other staff) to leave a 5% tip for all staff. I was not expecting that and felt so very uncomfortable.
- Restaurant staff were not very attentive. Had to ask where drinks were. Had to ask to order. Had to ask for bill. Food was okay, but had to be eaten immediately because it got hard.

As always, an exceptional stay, a welcome gift of a free drink in the bar, lovely staff and gorgeous welcome. Moreover, everything works in the facilities and, unusually, all the individual parts work intuitively from the shower, the lighting, the coffee making machines, the thorough quality of the bedding, furniture, sound-proofing, blackout blinds, restaurant, concierge etc. My unqualified favourite of mine for London stays. As good as any 5 star I have stayed in. Exceptional!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The only issue we experienced was that the toilet in one of our rooms was not working properly, and unfortunately it took two days for the issue to be resolved. Aside from that inconvenience, we had a very pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

We were made up with our stay here in the heart of Kensington. From checking in with Roberto he welcomed us with such enthusiasm. Our room was beautiful, roomy, spotlessly clean. We had drinks in the bar, the staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated on a quiet road. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Great hotel within easy walking distance of Earl's Court Tube station. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed.
I imagine one area the hotel could improve would be in communication and transparency. At check-in the staff pre-authorized 50 GBP per room, per night on my credit card. This was explained to cover incidentals. Only when I checked my credit card statement after I departed did I see they had charged 5% for discretionary service charge. OK, maybe this is legitimate, but the team could have noted this at some point, in order to manage expectations.

We stayed at the Miiro Templeton Garden and liked the location: it’s on a quiet street and only a three-minute walk from Earl’s Court station, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is cute, but guests should be careful when booking a Superior room.

We chose that category because the website shows bright, spacious rooms with real windows. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos. The only “windows” were small and high near the ceiling, and the ventilation wasn’t working. It was 26°C and felt claustrophobic. Reception first said the hotel was full and couldn’t move us.

Later that night, after insisting and showing them the photos, the night manager started offering alternatives. The process was messy: one room was in the basement, and another was mistakenly shown to us even though a guest was already inside. After about 40 minutes, we were finally moved to a proper Superior room on the fifth floor, which matched what we originally booked and had working ventilation.

When we got ready for bed, we found hairs on the sheets, but Nina from staff fixed it quickly and was very kind. After that, the stay was fine.

Overall, the hotel is charming and well located, but the start was stressful. Be aware that not all “Superior” rooms match the photos, so confirm the room layout if natural light matters to you.

Our stay here was wonderful. When we checked in they upgraded us to a very nice room overlooking the garden with a sitting area and desk.

The furnishings are real quality, the bathrooms are first class. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again in a minute!! Very high quality for a reasonable price and a 2 minute walk to Earls Court tube. The Piccadilly line will take you to most places you want to see.

Stayed there in September with another couple. Can’t say enough about the terrific “ make over” from our earlier stay 5 years ago-and the new, very friendly & welcoming, young staff! The outside garden & eating area was likewise wonderfully improved, but really, the very engaging staff were simply, in a word, “fun”!
We happened to play cards and other games in the lobby on many nights which drew in a number of staff who were intrigued and supplied us with great service re drinks and snacks!
We look forward to returning to London, and without a doubt, we will be staying at Templeton Garden! Side note: we were so impressed and enamored of this Hotel Group that we have booked a week’s stay at one of their hotels in Vienna this Christmas!
