The room smelled strange, kind of musty when we walked in. This was remedied by opening the window. Also, we had a small issue with the toilet. BUT we slept like the dead for 5 ish hours.

Room was fine, the walls were thin as this is a converted house and during the night someone was using a microwave but it's a budget hotel and as such we have no complaints and we will stay again due to it's location and price. Want 5 star luxury? Stay in a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is absolutely spotless. Incredibly clean. I always check the corners to see how clean a room is. These rooms are completely clean. Having a hard surface floor in the rooms rather than carpet has a significant impact on the feeling of cleanliness.

The staff is friendly and polite.

The hotel is what it says it is. It is very minimialistic. There is no air conditioning and no way to control the amount of heat in the room. You can open the window (unless you are in the basement) and some rooms have a fan. But our room was incredibly warm. Too warm to sleep with blankets.

The hotel is very convenient to the Earls Court Tube Station. If you use the Warwick Road entrance it is fine, before dark.

I used the Earls Court Road entrance and it was very dodgy even during the day.

I would not feel safe walking through most of the Earls Court Road area as a female traveler, traveling alone.

As a group, only in the room long enough to sleep, it was a good value.

Consider if the complexities are right for your group.

We were pleasently impressed with the size of the family room and a big bonus was 2 single beds for our sons, not a sofa bed or double. So, we had 1 double and 2 singles. The beds were very comfy, a lot better than some hotels/apartments we have stayed.
However, the room was far too hot, the radiator was on all night and the heat made it so uncomfortable to sleep. One if the single beds is against the radiator and window, my son was the hottest of us all. We did open the window, but not much as we were on the top floor, i was concered if my son sat up, moved near the window he could have fallen out, there needed a safety guard, this is the family room or better still turn the heating in the rooms down, there are lots of reviews about how hot the rooms are. The bed also broke in the morning, one of us sat on the edge to put socks on and it collasped. Just screws fell out, but there should be maintenance to ensure the beds are safe.

Despite this for the price we paid, the location was good for where we wanted to go, the museums. Even if we had gone further into the city it stilll would have been good. It was a 5 minute walk to the underground station. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean

This ‘Hotel’ is more in keeping with a hostel in terms of accommodation, service and facilities. Obviously, its USP resides with its proximity to EC etc. Main observations: the one tiny person lift was not operational. If you like Leningrad accommodation this is for you - I shall not be returning.

It's okay for 1 night. Old building so sound insulation is almost non existent. Elevator only fits a single person with their bags. The room is the smallest I've ever seen, the \"table\" was maybe 15cm deep lol. Was fine and located close to 24/7 weekend subway line to the Hammersmith Apollo.

The staff were all fabulous and responsive. The location is excellent - few minute walk to the tube station. It is definitely a value play. The room is lacking unfortunately. The mattresses were old and too soft and uncomfortable. It was a tiny room and the bathroom had a shower stall that was so tight, I couldn't bend down to wash my feet, not a well designed shower. The building is clearly an older building and needs a bit of upkeep. Would I come back to the same hotel? I doubt it but never say never.

There were shops nearby and an underground station. Room was adequate. TV was very high up on the wall and very small.
Shower had no water pressure and the water was luke warm.
Beds were very basic. Room was warm enough, but there was no way to change the temperature.

Comfortable stay, room ideal for my friend and I ‘s needs for a 2 night stay in London. Short walk from earl court’s tube station , quiet for sleeping. Room clean with lovely hot water in the shower. Although we did not have too much contact with the staff they were pleasant and friendly. We were happy with our stay, good value for money and we would stay here again, thank you , Jill and Kay from Birmingham.

The Hotel was a disappointment. It fell very short of the rating on Expedia.
The room was a good size with a small toilet cubicle, bed, table , wardrobe/cabinet and chair. There wasn't any temperature control, unless you opened the window.
It was poorly decorated & maintained. Lights were hanging off, scratches on the wall, broken woodwork. The appearance was worse when you took a closer look. The walls were spotted with dirt & marks. The door handles were ingrained with dirt and wear.
The shower door was hanging off, the toilet roll holder fell off, the toilet seat was broken and not securely fixed. There wasn't a toilet brush (this seems to be common in hotels).
The sheets appeared to be clean and this was the only reason I stayed 1 night but the bed was so uncomfortable that I chose not to stay for the 2nd night.

On arrival at 9pm, I had to wait 30mins for anyone to arrive at reception to gain access to my room. There was no way to contact anyone to request they attend reception.

My room was on the first floor, compact, but clean. However the radiator was on full blast all night with no way to change the temperature.

This resulted in a terrible night's sleep and headache in the morning. Altho the window opened, this lead to a ledge/balcony that ran the length of the building so I didn't feel it was safe to leave open overnight as I was on the first floor.

Room and bathroom spotless, but remember this is abudget hotel with no lounge or restaurant, earls court shops and food outlets very close within minutes of walking. Staff excellent friendly and approachable also very happy to answer questions and helpful, talked me through how to use my uber app. If your aftercheap ish and cheerful then this is for you. Linens changed daily bed very surprisingly comfortable....better than mine..lots of hot water and pressure also better than mine at home. All inall very much enjoyed my time in london, hotel made it comfortable.

Room was spotless , kettle etc clean shower spotless but very small and big step up into bathroom was a budget hotel did not realise till after booked and paid that had no lounge or restaurant very like a hostel than hotel, staff extreamly helpful proffesional and friendly. Bed was softer than used too but slept loke a log and woke with no stiffness or pain, a big plus for me as have horrid back problems.
If your on a budget and dont mind going out for meals , stay here, staff friendly rooms spotless.

Nice and quiet tucked away from the main high street. Receptionist was polite.
The room was basic but clean and had all the essentials. They had a luggage room we made use of to explore the local area unencumbered especially the beautiful Brompton Cemetery which was only around the corner. Great location within walking distance of Earls Court, Fulham and Kensington. Only issue was the lack of plug sockets in the room- very few and none especially close to the bedside.

Everybody was very nice and helpful. The room is SMALL. The bathroom is EVEN SMALLER. It’s in a lovely neighborhood. We were happy with everything about this hotel except the sizes. Oh and the showerhead went straight down and couldn’t be tilted. That would’ve helped a lot.

I should have checked in a day earlier. My flight arrived very early in the morning and there were no rooms available, despite the 2 pm check in time. There was no lobby, it was cold and I had to ask 3x to find out exactly where the toilet was located on the second floor. I left. I would like a refund.

The check in was fast and efficient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The small room we were given was on the lower ground floor and the view was onto concrete steps. There was no ability to alter the room temperature as no opening windows - there was a radiator on (and one of us found the room a bit hot). Great to be able to store our luggage there when we left though.
