The location of the property was excellent…with in walking distance to the beach and nice balcony view of the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe was closed the first two nights I was there but when opened breakfast was very good. The pool was okay just located in front of guest rooms and l did not see a hot tub. The room had no working tv for the first two nights, staff tried to help but when they called management they said we will fix it the next day. Which they never did. The rooms have no refrigerators only a non working wine cooler. And don’t ask for extra towels because you have to return the old just to get extras. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend

After finally getting around to writing this review, I can honestly say our stay exceeded expectations. The hotel was everything a boutique property should be. Charming, intimate, and full of character. The architecture captured the old-world feel of San Juan beautifully, and the atmosphere felt authentic rather than manufactured.

The location was excellent, the staff was welcoming, and the overall experience made for a memorable trip. It was the perfect balance of comfort and local charm.

My only minor critique would be that the mattress in our room felt a bit dated and could use an update. That said, it was a small issue in what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

I would absolutely return and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a more unique and authentic San Juan experience.

Loved everything about this hotel! The location, the esthetic of this boutique hotel, luxury beach vibes inside, and the staff was excellent. Jan at the front desk took good care of me. Ricardo the manager was very personable and attentive, and also Wendel from maintenance/housekeeping who was very kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again. So glad I found this hidden gem! 💖

We had an amazing week staying at Acacia Boutique Hotel. The room was a little small, but we knew we wanted cozy and that is what we got. The bed was comfortable and the staff were amazing. The view of the ocean is through a couple of high-rise buildings, but you are steps away from a gorgeous beach. Parking availability was non-existent unless you park 1/4 mile away which was ok for the days we rented a car, we didn't mind the walk. I would definitely stay at Acacia again. If you're looking for a more intimate, cozy experience at a smaller, quiet hotel in an incredible spot, stay at Acacia Boutique Hotel.

It's good enough. Cute spot neat to the beach. The restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend the truffle omelette.

I (solo female traveller) was a bit shocked when a (male) staff member entered before my check out time because he said he thought the room was unoccupied, but other than this, there were no hiccups and they were very nice.

This hotel was fairly affordable, but unfortunately our experience had several issues. The TV in the room did not work, even after I requested staff assistance. The Wi-Fi also would not connect in the room throughout our stay. We stayed for four nights, and housekeeping never cleaned the room or replaced necessities, despite me specifically requesting service. I also purchased an oceanfront view room, but it is important to note that the hotel is not actually located directly on the beach as advertised. While the beach is within walking distance, the property itself is not beachfront.

The hotel is a beautiful place! However we ran into some issues; as stated there is no parking lot and honestly such a hummer since one is connected to it but not given access, parking is so hard to find there. Their was no toothpaste provided, which took me by surprise also what bothered was they stated their was a hot tub, the water is lukewarm and no bubbles came out, ever I was there for 3 days and never saw the jets active. There was also no smoking on the premises and might I add my part of the hotel I was in was the outside part of the hotel so it didn’t make sense to not even be able to smoke a cigarette on the balcony. So it’s a beautiful place but there will be something’s that come to bother down the line.

If you are looking for a old world Puerto Rico experience with beautiful architecture, art, decor, and peaceful greenery all around, this is the place. One of the perks is the beach being right down the street! I loved that Everything was in walking distance( super-market, restaurants, etc)

The front desk clerk basically told us, \"There is no parking, not even for staff. Good luck finding parking.\" I asked for towels to use for pool and was told they had no extra towels. I asked for a couple extra pillows and was told no extra pillows. Onsite restaurant was closed. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and room was crowded. Would not recommend.

Location is excellent very close to the beach . The hotel is old and they don’t up keep it the water pressure in the bathroom is bad. They never have beach towels available or an iron we had to buy an iron. We stay here only due to it’s location nothing else !

The staff was very kind during our stay. The beach is a minute walk from the hotel and close to local gas stations and shops. We really enjoyed our stay here. The patio was a huge perk for me!

Cute hotel right at the edge of the beach. Everything was mostly smooth. There’s just not a lot of help or attention. Stepped on glass and bought multiple shards I found to the desk. The attendant said “ok I will make sure “they” know you didn’t break anything….” I was very confused and was hoping for a bit more concern. But otherwise it’s cool if you have no issues. Also was without WiFi for about 10hr overnight. Again tho mostly wonderful stay

The pool is amazing- warm, waterfall, cool lights, beautiful view of stars in the night sky. I love that you can take a shower on the 4th floor after checkout and after a day at the beach while the hotel protects your luggage. Staff Bryan and Miranda were very helpful and kind. Niche restaurant food, staff, and ambience were all excellent. Great proximity to the beach. We found parking easily on the street (we arrived at 6pm when people were leaving the beach). I wish the rooms had conditioner along with the shampoo but that is the ONLY thing I would change. 100% coming back to Acacia Boutique hotel and recommending to friends.

Staff and closeness to gorgeous Ocean Park beach was the best. We disliked how hard was to get Street parking. Noisy steet. Pool shallow and too hot. Room has no hangers and ice bucket. Some lights not working. Needs maintenance upkeep for veey old building with character. Very small rooms to fit luggage. Good if you travel light and use uber. Safe area. Walking restaurants close by.

The hotel location is ok, not in the center of Condado main action, closest restaurant is 15 minutes walk and the best parts of the town with more restaurants and shops is over 20 minutes walk. The partial ocean view was not worth it, there is a tall building right in front of the hotel that blocks the entire view of the beach. So basically the view is of the parking lot and the back of the tall building. So I'd suggest not paying extra for the view, the pool is located in a different hotel a block away. we did not use the pool or the jacuzzi. The beach is accesible from outside the hotel, they give you beach towels and there is always Gabriel on the beach to sell you day-use chairs and umbrellas, very convenient. Also we did not have trouble parking, there is easy parking on Taft street a block away and we ended up moving the car right in front of the hotel after we return from dinner as there was plenty room on the block. It is difficult to unload from your car if you arrive driving in the middle of the day. But you can unload and park on the next block.

The pool was fantastic. Other than that I would not return to the hotel. The room was cramped, the shower did not stop dripping, there was no screen in the window, and it was not dirty but not very clean, the towels did not feel fresh. There was barely any light in the bathroom (the one light source was very dim). There was a coffee maker but no coffee. It was fine, I chose the hotel based on the pool

Room had a great view of the ocean, balcony and comfortable bed. Ate dinner at Niche restaurant and it was an amazing experience with amazing food! The hotel is in a great location with a walkable neighborhood and good food nearby. Staff was friendly and attentive to any need. The only negative is my room seemed a little outdated as the dresser was broken as well as the shower head.

Staff was very cordial and helpful. This four story Boutique Hotel has no elevator service so be prepared to lug your suitcase up stairs to beautifully prepared though tiny rooms. The AC was chill and the twin bed most comfortable. If you don’t mind cold showers, then over all we enjoyed the overnight stay.

The hotel was nice and clean, no problems there. The problem was the very loud noise that the staff said was the water compressor running outside. I had the staff evaluate the noise in the afternoon and they assured me it would not be a problem during the night. In the afternoon it was intermittent, but all night the loud noise was continuous! Couldn't sleep at all! I asked for a partial refund and was denied. I would not stay there again.

What a great place. The view is beautiful and the area has a ton of restaurants close by. The pool was very well heated and relaxing. Rooms was a little small, but clean, cool and cozy. Staff is phenomenal. Price is super reasonable. There's no parking so we opted to not rent a car and used Uber the whole trip. Costs less than $100 for the entire week. Will definitely be staying here again.
