Great stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, even with a sofa bed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a busy day.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing stay! This is my new favorite place in West Kensington! The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious. The price matched exactly what I received. What I loved in particular is that the breakfast options are quick and easy for those of who're on a business trip and don't have long to decide. Thank you to the staff for such a pleasant stay and I look forward to returning!

They couldnt check me in for 30 minutes because the IT system was down. Eventually they did but I couldn't have a card for my room. In the morning the system still wasn't working, rude staff at a very basic breakfast. Throughout the night endless loud noises (like someone was hoovering above me, lots of people in the hallways). Felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

We loved our stay here!! We were really impressed by the amazing staff! The room we had was newly updated and very clean! The bed was cozy and even though our room was near the elevator it was very quiet. We did not oot for the breakfast so can't comment. This hotel has recently been bought out by the Marriott.
We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I booked a room for Friday night as we had attended the Great Christmas Feast at 13:00 held at the nearby Lost Estate.

We did not check in until 16:30 from the outside the hotel is freshly painted and is on a very quite road. On checking in we were met with a welcominhg smile and given room 52 on the lower ground floor. Our room had a window which seemed to lead onto an alleway. The room had aircon which we used as it was quite warm.
Our room had a double bed which was fine and spotlessly clean . There is a convenient local Sainsbury within a few minutes walk and we bought bottled water as there was none in our room.
After our show we headed to the Hand anf Flower a local Fulleres pub we only had starters and a dessert. Ending our evening with a bottle of wine in the room and a Christmas film.
We would happily stay here again.

During my stay, the elevator broke down while I was inside of it. It’s a small elevator and I am very claustrophobic, so when an individual unaffiliated with the hotel walked by, I asked him for assistance. He helped crack the door so I could get some air while we waited for hotel staff to come from home. The help button led me to an options list/announcement(?) that was all in italian, which I don’t speak (I believe this is probably typical considering it is a hotel and services foreigners) so I could not proceed with help from the manufacturer. To get me out of the elevator, the man who had passed by the elevator had to pry open the door (with some assistance from the hotel clerk, and I was able to crawl out. This was a difficult experience for me but I understand that technical errors happen and can be out of control of the property managers. However, without knowing why the breakdown occurred/the last time the elevator was inspected or serviced, it’s tough to know whose fault this was. The only time I was provided any follow-up was the same night as the incident when I was asked to show proof that I had called the helpline, as apparently the property manager was upset with the damage to the elevator. This felt impersonal and I was never given answers or checked in on. Also, construction on the elevator apparently started extremely early the next morning and was loud. Never was this addressed or apologized for. General attitude from the hotel was dismissive and uncaring

The room was tiny - well below the expectations of what one might usually get for a “classic double room”. Barely enough room to fit two suitcases and two carry ons and ourselves. Also - we paid for the breakfast but it did not show up in our reservation. It may be because of the rebrand that happened from Best Western to Four Points. But still, very frustrating.

I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed my time. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe both in the hotel and in my room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the whole place felt clean and modern. I also appreciated that reception is staffed 24/7. There’s a shop at the end of the road for water and snacks, and the tube line is close by, which was very convenient.

A couple of things to note: I booked a double room and didn’t realise it didn’t have any windows. This wasn’t an issue for me - in fact, it helped me feel more secure - but some guests may prefer natural light. The bed was also on the smaller side; I’m 5'10\" and my feet were hanging off the end, so anyone taller might find it uncomfortable.

Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel or stay again.

It was our first time in London, and my wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. We want to give a special thank you to Vijay (the manager) and Chithra (the receptionist) — they were so helpful, responsible, and kind. We will never forget how warm and welcoming they were. Less than a 5 minute walk to the West Kensington tube stop, I would stay there again if I was attending EPL football matches for Chelsea, Fulham, and QPR.

This small hotel in a quiet part of Kensington was perfect for our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a modern, spacious private washroom and shower, a modern HVAC system and a window that opened to let in fresh air. The buffet breakfast was served in a bright, sunny room on the ground floor with no waiting or crowding. The West Kensington tube station on the District line was a six minute walk, with connections to the Picadilly and Circle lines at nearby stations. There were a variety of shops and a pub conveniently located between the hotel and the tube. In all, a very satisfactory hotel. We would certainly stay there again.

I like the hotel, but I didn't quite like some of the staff. Some of them, I feel didn't have an idea on things I ask about like if we can leave our luggage behind while we're traveling elsewhere in the UK, it was weird that the first person I asked didn't know and we were told that she needed to ask the manager. There were also issues about me transferring to another room after my first night, which was alright, but again the staff in the morning seemed not to know about it the following day, so it took a while and many conversations.

I just feel that the staff can practice better handing off information to one another so they can address customer concerns more efficiently.

Also didn't like much of the choices of breakfast.

I was given a windowless room in the basement of the hotel which is against code in a number of countries. I really don’t think it’s good practice to offer windowless rooms and it was a real disappointment that this hotel is offering them.

All of the reception staff I met during my stay were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had a slight issue with my TV which I informed reception of when I left to go out and it was fixed by the time I got back, so excellent service. The room was a good size for a single especially in London, and was very clean and comfortable with air con and is with nice modern decoration throughout. Bed was made up, bathroom cleaned, bins emptied and clean towels every day. I can't thank everyone at the hotel enough for a wonderful stay in London, it makes a trip all that more relaxing knowing you've got a clean, comfortable and safe place to come back to after a long day out. Very good value for the quality of hotel as well! Will be my first port of call next time I come to London ☺️

I was really impressed with the quality of this hotel. Only thing missing is a communal tap to fill a water bottle. The member of staff I asked, said the bathroom tap was my only option.
