Nice hotel with great potential but our experience wasn't all that great. The hotel was mostly empty during our entire stay, there were only about 5-10 occupied rooms in total which I felt rendered reduced services throughout the hotel. The buffet system was very slow. There was one station were you would order the protein, which was made to order, and another station to order the sides, but there was no coordination between the two stations so you would get your side first and your main dish 20 mins later... One night 3 of us ordered salmon that was served extremely under cooked. The salad station was very limited, so was the bread options. The menu was exactly the same for lunch and dinner during our entire stay so we ended up venturing out to eat outside the resort so we wouldn't have to eat the same every day. Breakfast options were limited as well. Drink service was very slow because if you order wine they have to go and get it from a wine store that's far from the restaurant, cocktails are brought from the outdoor bar which is also far from the restaurant, and bartender service at the beach and pool was extremely slow, which was hard for me to understand why as the hotel was completely empty.

A family oriented resort, ideal if you are travelling with kids. Quality was excellent and the staff helpful with everything. The suites were very spacious and details like the safari and safari-like decoration all over the resort made the stay a beautiful adventure.

quase nenhum serviço de entretenimento incluído, quase tudo é cobrado por fora. A bicicleta tem limite de uma hora de uso, sendo certo que pelo preço da estadia, deveria ser uso gratuito liberado 24 horas. A diária tem um preço que pelo seu valor, deveria oferecer gratuitamente mais atividades.

Vamos a alguns pontos. Viajamos com 5 quartos e um total de 17 pessoas, todas da família, com idosos e crianças. No último dia, por uma questão logística com essas pessoas, pedimos 1h a mais do quarto só pra facilitar o check out e horário de saída. Não foi concedido o benefício para NENHUM quarto.
Para agravar a saída, havíamos feito uma reserva em uma boia, que precisaria ter a presença de um adulto. 18 minutos antes do horário marcado, a empresa saiu para dois passeios seguidos, atrasando um total de 45 minutos. Obviamente, isso nos gerou um transtorno grande, uma vez que não queríamos cancelar pois era aniversário de uma das crianças.
Dois problemas, sendo um facilmente evitável e outro que mostra uma falta de sensibilidade da gestão do hotel. Mas, por ser uma regra, facilmente entendemos.
Sobre o restante, equipe dos restaurantes muito boa, atenciosa e gentil. O show que teve no sábado, ambiente bem legal, apesar da música claramente não ser algo profissional.
Quartos bons. Sugestão: peçam edredom com antecedência. Caso contrário, o que sobrará serão lençóis e colchas de baixa qualidade.

Hotel com infraestrutura de lazer muito boa para famílias com crianças, quartos confortáveis, funcionários educados. Mas, por ser um resort, achei que falta mais opções para alimentação durante o dia, pois não tem nem um lugar para tomar um café da tarde e opções de lanches para bebês. Os horários das refeições também são limitadas para quem está com bebê, iniciam muito tarde. Falta também mais banheiros próximo da piscina. Outro ponto fraco, foi a falta de orientações gerais na hora do check in sobre o hotel, horários, o que tem para se fazer.

Ao entrar no hotel , o checkin estava previsto p às 15:00 , chegamos às 14:10 justamente p não ter q ficar na fila e aproveitarmos bastante. Chegando lá fizemos o checkin e a funcionária Gabriele da recepção nos informou que só poderíamos entrar no quarto às 15:00 mas que poderíamos circular pelas dependências do hotel pq assim q o quarto estivesse pronto ela nos mandaria msg avisando, pois bem ficamos passeando pelo hotel , etc … quando foi exatamente as 15:00 voltamos para recepção e encontramos a mesma com a fila enorme, pedi a atenção por 1 min da atendente Gabriele somente para saber o número do nosso quarto. A mesma falou q eu deveria ficar na fila novamente para saber o número do quarto . Fiquei praticamente sem entender nada , pois eu já havia feito o checkin antes justamente p não ter q enfrentar fila . Pois bem , como não teve jeito ficamos na fila novamente, com meu filho pentelhando p ir brincar. , etc … na nossa vez do atendimento para nossa surpresa , não tinha quarto disponível! Achei um absurdo por um hotel dessa estrutura ter profissionais tão desqualificados trabalhando lá, causou uma impressão horrorosa p nossa 1ª vez . Depois de passar por vários atendentes e pedir para falar com o gerente , conseguimos ir p quarto 1 hora depois. Fiquei muito chateada com a situação pois fui cedo para adiantar e não adiantou nada . Atendimento ruim no check in, não informaram onde ficavam os nossos quartos e tivemos dificuldade para achar. Além disso, check in se inicia às 15h e ficaram de nos avisar quando os quartos estivessem liberados. Estávamos nas dependências do hotel desde as 14h e não nos avisaram a partir das 15h dos quartos liberados. Tivemos que questionar novamente até liberarem já quase as 16h. Dependências antigas já, alguns defeitos e falhas nas instalações em geral, buffet de almoço com pouca variedade. Definitivamente não vale o preço que cobram pela estadia.

Só sentimos falta de alguns detalhes.. a entrada é liberada às 15h e se quiser comer algo até o jantar é tudo pago, sentimos falta de um mimo de boas vindas, tipo um amendoim e suco, um drink, um chá gelado.. como é feito em outros resorts.. A água no quarto são apenas 6 unidades de 310ml por dia, queríamos tomar um café com bolo quando chegamos, não tinha no bar poucas opções pra lanchar.. no meu ponto de vista não considero resort. Você senta na espreguiçadeira da praia não vai um funcionário ver se você deseja algo, quer? Levante e peça no balcão, vários acessos fechados, talvez por estar bem vazio de hóspede, não esta tudo funcionando, e tem uma parte sendo reformada então a piscina tinha barulho e poeira.

Pior experiência imaginável, quarto em pessímo estado, serviço de limpeza horrível, serviço de bar desorganizado e muito demorado, piscinas impossíveis de serem utilizadas pela baixa temperatura e não haver climatização, os colaboradores em geral prepotentes e sem o mínimo de prestatividade, a gerência inexistente. Em resumo foi uma das piores experiências mesmo tendo um altíssimo custo.

Desorganização no check-in e restaurante
Só não gostei qdo chegamos no check-in. Uma fila enorme, não tinha prioridade para meus pais idosos no atendimento e o quarto não estava pronto. O check-out é as 12hs e mesmo o check-in sendo as 15hs muitas pessoas no lobby esperando pelo quarto. Deram uma cortesia (bebidas do bar) para compensar mas não foi suficiente pois se tivéssemos recebido o quarto antes poderíamos aproveitar mais o sol da praia nos trocando e acomodando nossas malas de maneira mais organizada.
Outro ponto foi que pedem para agendar o horário da janta mas chegamos lá as 7hs e não tinha lugar, ficamos 30 minutos esperando, idosos, familias com crianças pequenas...e qdo alguns queriam ir na pizzaria, falaram que é pago para hóspede, que tinham desconto de 50%. Se o restaurante não tinha lugares deveriam ser de graça a pizzaria que faz parte das dependências. Isso foi no primeiro dia. Nos outros dias não tivemos problemas.

Fiz uma observação sobre o pudim (era ovo puro, cheiro e gosto). Recebi a atenção do chefe da cozinha sobre o episódio, que além de chegar de uma forma bastante intimidadora, nada simpático, sem contar que sua primeira ação foi questionar, dizendo que o pudim, era o carro chefe o hotel. Mas após cheirar, constatou que eu não estava simplesmente reclamando à toa. Porém, não recolheu da rampa de sobremesa, o deixou lá para quem quisesse provar, quando que o mínimo, se ele mesmo falou que eu estava certo, deveria te-lo recolhido, ou então falou da boca pra fora o que é pior ainda.
Uma das atendentes pediu para recolher o meu prato, e ao fazê-lo, simplesmente despejou os meus talheres sobre a mesa, em uma cena lamentável.
No geral, lugar belíssimo, mau cuidado, velho, nada moderno, internet de péssima qualidade, televisão pequena.
Será difícil voltar ou recomendar esse hotel a qualquer amigo.

O Resort é muito bom para os dias de sol, nos dias de chuva não temos muitas opções de lazer. Além disso, considerando o custo das diárias, deveria ser do tipo All Inclusive, pois o valor se equipara com vários Resorts com o sistema All Inclusive. Fora isso, nos dias de sol há bastante atividade de lazer, com uma equipe de recreadores sempre disposta, tanto para os adultos quanto para as crianças. Todos os quartos são de frente para mar, com uma bela vista.

O hotel é lindo e as pessoas são muito simpáticas, mas o quarto não tem lugar para pendurar roupa, e o armário fica dentro do banheiro o que prejudica a logística e ainda deixa a roupa úmida. Isso porque foi o beach room.
Ficamos apenas uma noite para comemorarmos nossas bodas de casamento. O hotel estava vazio e pedimos para estender por 2h o horário do check-out pois no dia anterior choveu muito e saída às 12h com o almoço após esse horário é totalmente sem praticidade, não disponibilizaram e queriam cobrar mais 300 reais.

Um pequeno mimo no meio da semana
A estadia foi boa, mesmo tendo sido apenas uma noite, pois o hotel receberia um evento no dia seguinte. A vista para o mar, é uma das mais lindas da região. As instalações estão em boas condições de conservação e os funcionários foram atenciosos. Recebemos um upgrade de quarto, pois uma hóspede tinha mobilidade reduzida. No entanto, embora o quarto fosse no primeiro andar e razoavelmente próximo da recepção, o banheiro não possuía nenhum acessório de acessibilidade como solicitado na reserva e pelas informações constantes no site de que o hotel dispõe de quartos para pessoas com deficiência. Não havia outros hospedes na mesma condição no dia que estivemos lá. O quarto tinha muitos pernilongos e após solicitação, nos foi fornecido repelente de parede. A comida do restaurante estava bem gostosa e variada, apenas o café da manhã que achei bem simples. No checkout não encontrei vestiário que pudesse tomar uma ducha para pegar estrada, embora tneha sido informada que existia. Quanto a sustentabilidade, entendo que poderiam haver mais pontos para abasteimento de garrafas com água potável, pois o hotel está disponibilizando umas garrafas pequenas no frigobar e restaurante, o que contribui para o aumento de resíduos plástico ao ambiente.

Os quartos precisam de modernização e os banheiros principalmente em melhoria de limpeza e troca por materiais (vaso, pia, muito porcarias, material mais barato que existe, e chuveiro que temos que escolher entre água pelando ou gelada). Camas com colchão, travesseiro, lençol e colcha também da pior qualidade, deveriam investir em materiais melhores para conforto e estar condizente com padrão do hotel. Comida deixa a desejar em todas as refeições principais, noite de massas não consegui jantar.

Experiência excelente. Quartos com excelentes vista ao mar, Limpeza, atendimento cordial e variedade de opções no almoço e no jantar. Voltaria COM CERTEZA. Poderiam melhorar: 1) atividades infantis - minha filha de 7 anos preferiu ficar conosco alguns dias, 2) opção de piscina coberta para dias de chuva (foram 3 dias chuvosos de 7 que ficamos), 3) criar shows noturnos de dança/entretenimento para famílias, 4) reduzir o valor do ingresso ao safari em 50%, pois por R$ 120/pax não vale a pena o passeio de 1h na Fazenda Portobello (araras, macacos, dromedário e zebra), 5) ofertar opção de all inclusive e 6) melhorar os serviços de massagem, talvez com melhores profissionais treinados ou parceria com SPAs reconhecidos nacional/internacionalmente.

Presteza, educação e simpatia dos funcionários foi um ponto marcante, Algumas sugestões: restrição da entrada de crianças nas duas salas de ginásticas (inclusive acompanhadas de maiores) bem como por segurança somente fazer os exercícios com tenis. Outra sugestão seria descer o cantor daquele local onde ele fica pois tenho certeza que mais próximo as pessoas participariam mais.

Hotel ja foi melhor. Foi a 4 vez no mesmo hotel, num periodo de 7 anos. A cada ida, notamos piora na qualidade de atendimento. Foi ótima . Achei o hotel mais preocupado com o público mais família com crianças. ME surpreendeu a quantidade de crianças no hotel o que não tornou possível o uso da piscina pois usavam em grande maioria a piscina principal mesmo que houvesse uma segunda piscina mais voltada para crianças. Como a viagem era em casal senti falta de disso . Ficamos somente na praia. Acredito que deveria ter alguma separação principalmente por ter duas piscinas .

Com relação ao serviço de alimentação: nenhuma bebida inclusa. Ao longo da refeição, toda bebida solicitada era necessário informar número do quarto, passar o cartão do quarto e logo no meio da comida assinar um papel. Caneta que passava na mesa de todos e não tinha álcool nas mesas. Ou seja, no meio da refeição vc tinha contato com um item contaminado.

A nossa experiência (fomos com nossa filha de 2 anos) foi bastante agradável. Equipe extremamente simpática e atenciosa. Atendimento foi o ponto alto. Quartos espaçosos, refeições variadas. Fomos durante a semana, então não vimos atividades para crianças, tirando o Clubinho que é bem legal. A fazendinha tb estava sem bichinhos, pois eles só permanecem no fds. Preços das bebidas alcólicas exorbitante, poderiam ser mais baratas. Chope a R$15 não faz muito sentido.

Amamos nossa experiência no Portobello. Todos os quartos têm vista para o mar e a comodidade de se hospedar num hotel pé na areia, com toda estrutura de praia, é maravilhosa. A praia é boa, sem ondas, ideal para crianças. O atendimento em geral dos funcionários e a comida são um ponto forte. Adoramos as comidas temáticas e as sobremesas estavam divinas! Achei interessante o espaço para adultos no restaurante. Como meu filho alguns dias não acordou para o café acabei usando e foi ótimo pois é bem silencioso e de frente para o mar. As instalações são todas bem cuidadas. Tudo funciona bem. O quarto é grande e confortável. O Clubinho das crianças tb é ótimo, meu filho amou. Como ponto de melhoria citaria apenas os colchões da cama que são um pouco moles. O Safari tb esperava um pouco mais, mas meu filho gostou. Pra crianças vale a pena. Sugeriria também incluir mais algumas atrações a mais para os adultos.
