Great little apartment 3 floors up, clean and value for money. Would recommend and stay again. Great spot. Just wish I could have left my bag somewhere in the property due to late flight.
Other than that I would say any Concept apartment would be fantastic

The room was tiny! Not as described! Was clearly in need of refurbishment. I had to sleep on the floor as the bed was too small for myself and my daughter. Was not toaster not even milk for tea. Not enough towels, I could not get any WiFi to contact for assistance. Was too late to book anywhere else.

I would avoid

This wasn't very good. The apartments around me smelled of weed and the fixtures are really cheap. The bed wasn't comfy, the kitchen hob was broken and the microwave didn't work that well either.
Although it's clear that there's no lift, guests should know the stairs get progressively steeper. Flat 13 is 5 flights of stairs up and it was wasn't good.

The property was lovely and clean and in a great area with lots of dining options (we had multiple morning visits to Farm Girl, and enjoyed a great meal in Aphrodites). Make sure to bring a US to UK travel adapter if you'd like to use the nespresso machine (we did not). We did have one issue - there was no cold water. We ended up buying a 5l bottle of water to keep in the fridge.

Super clean. Self check in is easy. Fully contained apartment near a pub and restaurants. Good for long stays as it has a nice kitchen. Bed is small for two big people. I would highly recommend. Lots of stairs to get to unit 10.

Good location and well presented apartment. Self check-in worked well. We stayed in a lower ground floor room, which was quite dark, but was quiet. There was a fan provided, which helped keep us comfortable in the hot summer weather. It was excellent value for money and we would stay again.

A lot bigger than I expected as I thought I had booked a studio but I had paid about £30 more to get a slightly bigger one and worth it as had a separate lounge. Wifi was excellent despite some bad reviews online (no idea why). I even downloaded a few films off my Sky easily. Area felt really safe with private residents security driving around and lovely big houses. Near Notting Hill and Portobello Road. Short walk to Bayswater tube. I wrongly arrived at Notting Hill tube but Bayswater nearer and return journey much easier to Kings Cross.
Could possibly get warm in summer as no AC and just small fan but big windows and I had a balcony which most people would love. Pub across road but not noisy late at night. I could hear traffic outside with odd bin lorry waking me up but it isn't a main road.
Would definitely recommend as great to have apartment at this price and lots small supermarkets open late nearby and bigger Waitrose too.

The room is amazing and looks new. Evrything is fine and we have a lower ground room , and the sound proofing is weak , we can here the foot steps sound from upstairs. No daily house keeping doesn’t matter , it would be good if provide us enough of shampoo and body shower. The location is about walking distance to underground station about 10mins.

Really love apartments. Amazing location with a short walk from Nottinghill. Also a very short walk from BaysWater tube station. I accidentally left my train tickets in the apartment upon checking out, I phoned the number I received with the email confirmation and someone was able to get to me in 5 mins to unlock the door for me, which meant I didn’t have to pay for another train or miss my train- thank you so much :)

Pleasant and great location

Perfect location!! Really nice surroundings with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Only critical thing I could say is that it’s quite noisy (we stayed in apartment 5 which is near the main communal door) you can hear everyone coming and going and the doors closing etc all day and night. I’m not sure how you can control this unless you could sound proof that room a little more....We would definitely stay again though as was perfect for our short stop over and good value for money in London!

The flat was spotless, modern and comfortable. I was in the basement, so had no outlook, but this wasn't not a problem. The flats are well inflated for sound.
The only problem I had was finding my room when I arrived. Could do with a few signs.

Great location, great budget option

Very reasonably priced self-service apartments just steps from Hyde Park. The amenities were good and it was an excellent place to stay for a short term visit. Reasonably priced. The only flaws were that the room was on the ground floor next to the entrance, so it was somewhat noisy, and the wifi didn't work when I arrived, which was addressed in a timely manner.

All we needed in good location.

For us this was perfect. A small studio apartment in a great location that we were very familiar with. Reasonably well equipped kitchenette. No toaster but that was for safety fire reasons. We managed though just fine. There is not much room around the bed but we were not there much except to sleep the bathroom was ok. Getting the keys was all good with good communication prior to our arrival. Good public transport with tube stations 10 mins walk in either direction.

Serviced means maintenance to me

No lift, narrow stairs, heavy luggage and golfclubs, quite a haul up 3 floors but seemed like 5 sets of stairs. Rooms were reasonably spacious and had basic contents But serviced apartments they were not, as no soap tp garbage removal or any other ‘serviced’ items were offered without asking.

I don't like the \"Self-Check-In\" Procedure, and the info in the email didn't tell me that there are my room is behind a non-marked room. It took us for a while to find our room.
The room is overall clean but there were no \"Service\" at all(such as housekeeping). The location is a little bit far to the subway, but quite nice to the price.

A Perfect Home Away From Home

We were lucky to be allocated a nice apartment on the first floor with a balcony. It hard everything we needed for the two of us. If I was to nitpick, a better fan/vent in the bathroom would have helped but it's not a big problem. The area was great, we found that it was very close to a lot of little stores and shops, and had easy access to the tube. We would definitely come back here.

A quick pit stop.

We arrived at 10.30pm and left by 8.30am so it was a place to rest our heads. The instructions clear, the apartment clear, shower good, internet worked and the towels fluffy. The only gripe is the bed where it was only double, surrounded by a wooden frame and soft, which kept pushing me on to the wooden edge.

Nice hotel close to tube station

Overall this place was nice but we ended up with a room in the basement level that. I would recommend mirrors be added outside of the bathroom. There are no plugs in the bathroom so using the hairdryer and other appliances were a challenge. Other than that nice location close to restaurants and tub station.

Small central appartment

Small apartment but very clean. Unfortunately the self catering equipment was quite limited, no toaster, and just one battered saucepan & well used frying pan so didn't really fancy cooking with either. The bed was very uncomfortable & hammock-like i.e. Sinking in the middle. However it was a treat to discover a small balcony that I could walk onto from the bedroom & although we didn't cook there were plenty of eating places in the vicinity.

Good venue, nice self contained studio flat but..

We stayed in room 3 which is in the basement, it has a small court, which lets some light in, but you pretty much need the lights on all the time. Few small problems mentioned by previous guest were still not resolved, although the lack of glasses was sorted the next day, when we mentioned it on Expedia, The shower for example, drained slowly, so quickly filled, not helped by a plug hole full of hairs and clearly not cleaned for a while. Lights needed replacing and the microwave oven hadn't been cleaned properly, so smelt when used. Also we had fairly quite fellow guests above, but still heard them walking around, so not very good sound proofing. That said it was pleasant enough, clean ( apart from the shower), check in was easy ( they send you a code for the door and a code for the box which has your key a few days before hand) and the venue was great minutes from the tube and shops. So we would stay there again, just not in that flat!

Stayed in an apartment to give ourselves flexibility while staying in London, you don't see any staff communication is electronic but very effective. We stayed in Deluxe studio, it was basic but adequate, we would have liked a chair each for evenings but otherwise everything you needed, hob, microwave plates, cutlery table and two chairs for eating. Shower was good, plenty of hot warer and everything was spotlessly clean.
Location was really good and we would definitely recommend to friends

Dissapointing

After 3 weeks travelling Europe, this was the most expensive hotel by far. And the worst. An OH&S nightmare to get into the room with bags, the bathroom stunk, the mattress like a squeaky pile of chicken wire. The biggest complaint, however, was that they put us in a room which meant we had to let workers in at 11am to work in the courtyard outside our room, which they did and were so loud the noise blasted through the paper thin walls the next morning at 8am. Rather than give us a room away from the noise, they chose to make us endure this.
By the way, if you happen to get a room on the higher levels, good luck getting your bags up there. The steep staircase goes on for 5 floors and you'll either break your neck or at least be very sore in the morning from lugging your bags up that piece of Sugar Honey Ice Tea.
Ultimately over-priced.

Cozy studio while we toured london quiet street close to undergrounds. Privacy and comfy bed. Only one towel per person - if u need more bring it. No tub which was disappointing as photos implied there would be one. Never had to deal with staff so thats was fine. Close to markets and food. And park.

This place was great, they had a laundry room onsite, but it was a bit pricey. Washing was £4 and drying was about £3. The room was comfortable, it was across from a pub which was convenient. The apartment was incredibly easy to get to and from, but if you want service there is noone on property which was fine with us.

Found the position great. Have to be fit enough to carry big suitcases up a few flights of stairs. Bed comfy... Kitchen good. Bathroom was very small but clean. Shower pressure weakfish, but adequate. Wifi good. We were informed to be quiet from 2200-0900hrs.. And take off shoes in this time. Fair enough, being this type of multilevel building, but found that others didn't always have this consideration. Had to carry rubbish down the road a bit too,, which meant had to be super organised on early morning check out.

Princess Square Apartments in London

This apartment was very disappointing, I understand that it is downtown London, and there is not a whole lot that can be provided given that it is one of the most expensive cities in the world, however it was a missed opportunity for the hotel staff to provide decent living conditions. The room smelled of mold the whole time unless they cleaned it and it would only last for a day, they only change the sheets, towels & clean room once a week if at all, their washer dryer facilities are not user friendly, and it ate what change I had, I went downstairs to the office for some help, I told a tall Anglo-Indian male with a British accent what the problem was that the washer is not user friendly and he took it personal, he was very sarcastic, and asked what was I doing wrong, he gave me 4 pounds, but I told him I have to wash the towels because they haven't been changed in over a week, and he said \"I just gave you 4 pounds of my own money if anything you should be thanking me\" a-lot of good it did to wash the towels because they decided to change the sheets & towels finally after a week and 3 days the next day. Again given that it is only a train ride to any part of London, the room itself was tiny, however they should have done something more to make up for their shortcomings, because at this point we are not so sure we want to come back to London at all. This trip was very expensive and maybe if we were treated better, perhaps we would come back to London and spend money.

Good value self catering in Notting Hill

We have stayed here 3 times now, in both the apartments and de lux studio. The 2nd floor studio we stayed in had a mezzanine kitchen and was actualy more cozy and cheaper than the apt . These are in different buildings in the Square. Be aware that the 'Square' extends down the road....look for the street signs half way down the road. Great bolthole for exploring London....the only gripe being the cheap creaking bed and chairs .

We were pleased with this serviced hotel apartment. It was clean and spacious for London hotels. Originally booked for myself but 2 friends ended up coming with me. We brought an inflatable single bed which fit comfortably in the sleeping area for the 3rd guest. We had brought extra towels based upon other reviews but did not need to - the staff was very accommodating and our linens were changed midweek. There were many restaurants nearby and it was a 5 minute safe walk to the Bayswater tube station. When we arrived no fans were available so we did end up buying one, as well as a coffee press as there was only a kettle, which is common in Europe. All in all it was a great place to stay for our weeklong London stay.

Good clean studio for an independent stay near Ce

This is a clean, fresh, well prepared studio about 3 miles from Central London with good tube and bus links and shops a 1/4 mile away.

Breakfast isn't included - but you could take stuff with you and there is a kitchenette etc.

It is an anonymous place with self check-in so if you like that and just want to get on with it you'll like this ...

Excellent standard, cosy, & well located

Good, clean and well-located self-serviced apartment. Close to Tube stations, bus stops and local eateries yet still in a quiet relaxed location.

The building and accommodation itself is to a very good standard. there is no reception with check-in instructions sent to you before check-in date. We asked for an extra key over emails and this was provided with good, clear communications.

We did read a concern in another review about it not being secure because there was no reception, however, the front door is key-pad controlled and the building seems to have CCTV according to notices, so for me this was a non-issue and I would say it is secure and safe.

This is excellent standard accommodation, just no reception which for us was not an issue at all, but I can understand how some may like a reception especially if they would just like someone to greet them or ask for small details like tube station directions etc. The room itself was a bit 'cosy' but everything we needed was in there and as I say very, very good standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. (I should add this self-serviced apartment not be confused with a similar sounding hotel which is at No. 36 on the same street, and which is a bit more expensive but does have a reception).
