Apartment was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Sheets and towels clean. Ideal location as within walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway tubes station. Staff very helpful. There is a locked room to leave bags in if arriving before 3pm check in. Walking distance to resturants/shops.

Downside - balcony was shared with next door apartment and the only window to open was the door out onto the balcony so we didn't feel that we wanted to leave that open overnight. Apartment didn't have air conditioning but did provide fans - so during very hot weather the apartment would be uncomfortable.

A disappointment

The photos on site for the apartment for 5 adults weee misleading. Ithe duplex apartment seem that there was a room with double bed and then the upstairs has a double bed and a single bed. In reality, the double bed downstairs were foldable single beds that were very bed for adult's back. The folding g beds also took up most of the space downstairs which made walking about difficult. The place was too cramp. The place was also very dirty with clumps of dust on the floor and even in the cupboards which could hardly open as one of the. Beds was against the door. There was hardly space to place the luggage. Notwithstanding, the location was great with good restaurants and grocery stores including Asian food stuff.

Overall is ok

Our first night was a nightmare since we were given basement room. Can't sleep when you hear footsteps every time people pass by. Hotel staff was understanding and gave us room at the highest level.. but need to carry our bags one floor up (lift until 4th floor only). The room was nice and clean. Overall stay for 2 adult people is ok.. not suitable if you are travelling with children if given room like us.

A last minute warm room + bed with wifi

Surprisingly, this was available right away when I had a problem with my original Phoenix Hotel reservations. It was not the cheapest but it was available and more decent than the other ones in the area. It's on the 4th floor and the check-in host said it has an elevator. But when I got off the 4th floor turns out I had to still climb a very narrow steep stairs. The room is not bad at all. Clean for the most part. But I found a roach on the bathroom floor.

Worst experience for this price in London ever

Worst value for money ever. Completely run down and lots of appliances broken. Including fridge (solid froze all my food that I then had to throw away and had no food coming home late at night. Wasn’t even compensated for that). So no point in „apartment“ if Basics don’t work. Heating broken, aircon broken, bathroom completely moldy. Not pleasant in any way.

Free Bed Bugs and dirt with your rooms

Steer clear.
I woke up in the morning to find bugs crawling around the bed. I took photos and confronted front desk staff.
In addition the room was dirty - previous occupant's shampoo was not even cleared away, and there was no toilet roll when I checked in.
I was moved to another apartment while they called in pest control. But despite complaints London Plaza refused any refund whatsoever.
At least e-bookers was more sympathetic and understanding.

business friendly staff unfriendly stay

I booked a superior triple room which on the picture showed three single beds.When we arrived,we had to go to another hotel 100yds away to check in and get room keys.We then went back to the hotel apartment we booked and it appeared to be a double bed and a small sofa.We returned to the check in hotel to explain to the receptionist the situation.She said there was nothing she could do but could upgrade us at a cost of £288.This was not an option so we went back and found the double bed was two singles and could be split and one of us slept on the sofa.The receptionist wasnt helpful at all in fairness.However once we settled in we found it great for location of our works.The only other minor items against it was that there was no bedding for the sofa so we had to go back again to the other hotel for that and minor things like only two cups in a triple room,no tin opener in the kitchen..etc.

Mountains of dust in room and in air conditioner - leaving it unusable and swealtering hot. When window open cleaning staff stood outside of window on basement level and chatted loudly / smoked right against the window and room - unacceptable.

Shower door broken. Toilet broken and although flushed, contents would reappear hours later.

No delivery of fresh towels and sheets.

Basic things need to be updated even for it to match the low price that we got. Unclean rooms are unacceptable at any rate.

Room in poor condition and not particularly clean. There was damage to the walls and the bed base, towels were frayed. There was a drainage problem with the toilet, I was told that it was the bleach that they used which was a brown colour, but that brown colour kept reappearing over time when the toilet hadn't been used or cleaned....... Cheap, but still not very good value for money!

OK for what I needed

The room I was originally allocated was unavailable due to issue with the room, so I was given another room which happened to be in the basement. Unfortunately there was a crack in the window left by the previous occupants which wasn't really an issue.
The room was tidy and spacious but the fridge let off an annoying buzzing noise. With the room being in the basement there was a lack of fresh air and was very stuffy even with the window open on a very hot evening.

The apartment was ok and in a good location, I would also add the service we received was good. However, the apartment needs a little work. The balcony doors when closed still left a gap therefore you could clearly hear the outside noise. We are a family of four so our room included a sofa bed, this needs replacing ASAP. The mattress was barely adequate and I would say it is the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have slept on. The beds upstairs in the duplex were fine, but the sofa bed is old, worn and uncomfortable.

We were very disappointed with the apartment at London Plaza. The bathroom was quite grubby especially the floor, missing shower tap handles and no soap holder in the shower. Bring your own basics such as tissues, teabags & coffee as these are nother provided. The bed was small & uncomfortable. Overall just basic, no frills. Needs an update.

Easily booked through Expedia. Close to both bayswater and queensway tube station, ideal when travelling from Paddington station. The road adjacent has plenty of restaurants and takeaways, along with a sainsburys and tesco. Upon arrival to the accommodation we headed straight for the house number 32, where there was a sign on the door which informed us we had to go down the road to check in at the whiteleaf hotel. Check in was smooth, and friendly and our accommodation was ready even though we arrived early and were just planning on leaving our luggage at reception. We found the room easily, pleasantly surprised, was adequate for what we needed on our stay.
Shower was fab, hot after 5 people using it. Plenty of towels and bedding.
Check out went smoothly too, still friendly and helpful.

Fabulous location and great crash pad for 5

We stayed as a family of 5 in the duplex apartment. It was clean & main beds were very comfortable, 2 children were in 'z-beds', shower was lovely & powerful.
I marked it down as there was no comfortable chairs, just dining chairs & maintenance appeared lacking....the stairs banister had a spindle missing, and the air con wasn't working but 2 fans were provided.
The building is beautiful and I'd stay again as a family, but only as somewhere to sleep for a night.

Excellent location! Ok property.

We stayed for 2 nights. Check-in and out were easy and simple, but beware that you need to go to 66 Inverness Terrace to do that. The superior duplex room was good enough for the 4 of us plus a baby. But not without some inconveniences and lack of proper maintenance. The walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbors with 2-3 kids screaming and banging things late at night. My baby kept waking up The room was really warm and there was no way to turn the heater down as it was high up on a wall. When I opened the patio door/window I realized that it was unlocked! We didn't ask for a key because we were on the 2nd floor and and room faced in (as opposed to out to the street), so we didn't feel unsafe. Similarly, on our last day I noticed we couldn't \"lock\" the door from the inside. In other words, people from the outside wouldn't be able to open our door, but the extra lock from the inside that we can usually just turn to lock the door was not working. Adding to the lack of maintenance, the shower drain was not working well. I had to hurry with my shower to make sure the water wouldn't overflow. I meant to report all this during check out but there was a queue behind me and no one asked how my stay was. So I turned my keys in and left. Other than that, the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. The location couldn't have been better! 2 tube stations within less than 3 min walk. Sainsburys local and Tesco express just 1 min away.

Convenient location - Small Rooms

The location is absolutely convenient and is walking distance to 2 tube stations (Bayswater and Queensway) and bus stops. There are also multiple supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity!

The room, however, is much smaller than is illustrated online. It also lacked sufficient basic kitchen utensils (especially, saucepans) and any utensil provided was in a less than ideal condition.
Microwave and refrigerator worked well!

The hot water in the toilet worked well, although the toilet itself seemed rusty.

The wifi was fine, other than for the fact that you had to re-login each time you had reconnected.

All in all, I'd recommend it for the location alone. However, it must be said that the rooms are very much smaller than shown, and are passable if you plan on spending the entire day out, like we did.

Nice apartment with complete facilities and utilities. Excellent location for London sight seeing. Near to Tesco and Sainsbury if you want to cook your meal. Near to Malaysian Hall (for Malaysians). Near to subway stations and bus stops. Will stay here again.

Stayed at London plaza on Friday 9th December, such a lovely place to stay. The staff were brilliant, the apartment was immaculate and location was perfect to visit winter wonderland. Wish we could have stayed longer as was like home from home. Will definitely be returning in the new year.

Great location and very nice and helpful staff. However, there is no cell service in the room and I couldn't call the office (which is located about 50 meters down the street) to let them know if anything went wrong.. which it did. The group staying above us had a late night party (until a little after midnight) and being that I was a small, pyjama-wearing, trying-to-get-some-sleep, young woman, i did not feel safe leaving the room in the middle of the night and asking them to be quiet. Walls are paper-thin, unfortunately. The actual room was good, roomy and clean, although they could do better with the upkeep, 3 out of 5 lights were not working in the bathroom (hopefully my makeup looked okay for work the next day?! No lightning isn't the best..). There was a bit of rust in the bathroom and kitchen, and the bathroom sink drain didn't work too well. The location and price is what would make me stay there again if I was with my husband or a group of friends, but not by myself or with another female friend.

Location was awesome, staff were fantastic, price was spot on. But the room needed some small repairs, bathroom sink was blocked, light bulbs out, no handle on the shower faucets, wobbly kitchen sink. It needed some larger repairs as well, but that could be overlooked. But the bathroom was filthy, the inside of the shower had not been cleaned and I did the toilet for you...

In need of a good clean!

Pros: Bed was small, although comfortable. Location good - close to Kensington Gardens and a variety of restaurants and only a minutes walk from Bayswater Tube Station.

Cons: It seemed everything in this room was broken. Door to bathroom wouldn't close as when you pulled on the handle it would come off the door, door into room wouldn't close, it was lucky there were two entrances. We were so happy that they provided a fridge, so brought numerous items to put in only to realise that it wouldn't work - we were not told about the switch on the wall until we checked out - a label for this is a must! Wifi was terrible, cut in and out. Shower was filthy, it appeared the tiles had not been cleaned in quite a while, the build up of scum was clearly noticeable.

Great location, a budget option, ok but not great

the room was in a basement with its own entrance. The room was spacious and the shower was great. There isn't a fridge and you'll need to bring your own tea bags and coffee. Very centrally located. the bed was quite hard and the noise insulaiton was poor - we could hear the family with young children crying and playing in the next room in the evening and early morning as it was only divided by a locked door. Not clear on booking that the reception is at another hotel and that you should provide photo ID even if British.Both receptionists were friendly and you can leave luggage for the day. Summary - ok for the price but not brilliant.

Location.

The location is the only positive about this place. Tiny, shared balcony - other users smoked. Paper thin walls. Minimal security. Beds were awful. Lounge was uncomfortable. But it was very close to Hyde Park, 2 tubes & lots of great shopping. Even so, would not go there again.

We booked 2 nights considering its convenient location.

However, there is no support stuff in the building for the serviced apartment starting from check in, breakfast & maintenance. We were allotted a room in the basement which wasn't clean, poor in ventilation and the worst bed I 've ever slept and on top of the woes phones dont get signals in the basement. You cant reach the reception in another building from the basement. We had a horrible time especially with my wife having fractured legs. The place is not disability friendly at all.

Good location but needs TLC

The room layout is great and the location was good, Out of the hubbub of the city but close to buses and tube. Fairly clean, but really needs some TLC. Sinks and shower drained VERY slow, lighting in halls was little to none, walls were soiled in many areas, pillows were flat and hard, and bed was lumpy.

Most things didn't work or was missing. Fan, bathroom lights, tv keys didn't work at first. Hairdryer, remotes to fan and tv missing. Took a couple of days to get it sorted out. On the positive side it was close to the metro and restaurants.
This was listed as a premium room but was far from it.

Just an apartment with no facilities

Room was on the top floor which was hot and stuffy with no air-con, we were supplied with 2 fans but they were useless. We paid for a superior room but told that all rooms were the same so why did we pay extra? There were no facilities except for a lift but that did not go all the way to the top so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. We were not given any information about transportation and when we asked we were simply told that there was a train station nearby. Very unhelpful. Apartment is O.K if you are desperate and no where else to go.Well overpriced. We would never stay there again.

Our door locked us out and wouldnt open. Had to trek back to front desk down the street and explain. Fixer guy had to come out and fix it, problem was batteries needing replaced in door system. Whole process took about 40 mins, after a very long flight and journey from airport, was not happy about it.

Affordable, decent location, basic accommodations.

You're on vacation - so the point is to spend as much time away from your room as is possible. However; you do need to return at end of day and feel comfortable and relaxed - unfortunately this room did not quite meet that bar. They have manage to fit (squeeze) a bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room into the space of a bedroom - it felt very claustrophobic. The room was always humid, with no control over anything that resembled AC. My 5' 1\" wife could not reach the switch for the bathrooms fan which was installed over the door jam. The provided TV screen was small and only worked properly after a 3-7 minute warm up time. While the double bed was adequate the pillows (2) were thin and gave no head support - easily the first thing they should look into by way of a fix.

Awful hotel, more like a hostel. There were dead spiders on the floor, bathroom was dirty, there was a leak, the room was in the basement which meant that the skylight traversed the floor above us and you could hear everything they did. If you were just travelling and budget was an issue then maybe you'd sacrifice the quality for the price but I was really not pleased with the stay. Also the wifi didn't work. Having said that its proximity to Kensington palace made it convenient for visiting the park they day after.

The place to pick up the key was easy to find and was served quite quickly. I asked about parking and was told there was a qpark in the next street for £27 a day. I'm glad I didn't pay for the whole weekend as it was free to park outside the apartments after 13:30 on Saturday and all day Sunday. The room smelt musty (basement apartment) and there was a huge leak in the bathroom ceiling which soaked the whole pile of towels while we were out. The pull out sofa bed was very old and uncomfortable and the bedding didn't fit the bed properly so if you use it , you have to keep making it throughout the night. The internal door handle was not attached properly but the biggest problem was that in the corner of the room was a double height skylight. Whilst this made the room look brighter than a basement apartments he sides of the double height walls were made out of coloureds uncle glazed glass which meant that you could hear absolutely everything from the apartment above( and I mean EVERYTHING) like you are in the same room

Close to Bayswaters tube station restaurants, grocery stores closeby, all within 3min walk. Room was clean, liked the floors (no carpets!), bed was comfortable, pictures are accurate. The lift work doesn't work consistently but it didn't bother me. If you have health concerns or lots of heavy luggage, this could be an issue.

Check-in is down the street, but it was easy and seamless. Staff were always there.

The breakfast was included in my stay and had very limited options -not worth it. Fortunately coffee shops are close by. Overall I would stay there again.

Overall our stay in London was good. The location of the hotel was excellent and our room was clean however there were some flaws and therefore, I wouldn't recommend the accommodation to my friends. When we checked in we had a nice lady at reception that made us feel welcome but on the following days there were some staff members who were obviously annoyed about questions plus they seemed to come up with excuses for the lift in our building that obviously hadn't worked for a while or the bad wifi signal.
There were quite a few bits in the room that didn't work properly e.g. the provided hairdryer, the electricity card (the holder for it was broken) or the air conditioning.

This room was AWFUL. It was on the basement level. It was dirty, smelled musty, and did not seem very secure. I ended up not staying there. After being in the room for 5 minutes, I left and booked at the Hilton Double Tree around the corner.

London plaza apartments stay with friends.

I booked the stay at the plaza apartments for the night for friends to go to a west end show. The apartment was not far from the hotel itself and is very close to the tube stations. The apartment was very nice and would book again for a stay in London. However the breakfast is not that great, so would advise people to just book the rooms and go elsewhere for breakfast.

Well equipped apartment very close to Bayswater

Fully equipped apartment situated very close to Bayswater Tube Station. Apartment was small but this isn't unusual for central London. The apartment had everything you would need for a short stay. The fridge froze everything that was put in it as the freezer compartment door was missing and the bathroom smelled of damp, but all in all, for the price paid, it was great value for money. Breakfast was served at the hotel up the road and was a bit unusual. Pancakes, meat, French Toast and fruit. It was ok.

Good for the money paid.

I booked the apartment as I had an early appointment the following day. I was only there for 10hrs. The apartment (no 15) was in good condition and clean and for £65 was good value for money. This was a Superior Studio sized unit. It could have been for two as it had a double. There is a Tesco and a Sainsbury convenience store as well as restaurants and takeaways less than five minute walk. Check in was at a hotel on the same terrace as the apartments which was manned late at night so no problems with late arrival and you could leave luggage. Two very local tube stations. Bloomsbury and Queensway and 3 min walk to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. I walked to Speakers corner/Marble Arch through the park in 20mins.

客服人員很親切，wifi 訊號有點糟，隔音很差，地點位置很棒，整體來說應該還可以

La location è magnifica, metro e bus per il centro. La camera è veramente piccola poiché c’e anche la parte cucina, ma questa fa sì che si possa far tranquillamente colazione o pranzare e cenare, nelle vicinanze è pieno di supermercati, ma anche ristoranti. Io ci sono già tornata.

英語が得意でない人にはお勧めできないホテル

レセプションが違うところにありましたので、住所にご注意ください。33(33の建物には何の表記もありません/1枚目の写真)ではなく、66の建物に行ってください。ただし、66は違う名前のホテルになっておりますので、ご注意ください(2枚目の写真)。
他の方のコメントを見ていなくて、寒空の下30分程迷い、結局他のホテルのフロントで教えていただきました。ホテル内にはリフトがありますが、一見リフトがあるとは思えない箇所にありますので(もちろん、案内はありません)、ご注意ください(3枚目の写真の扉の奥にリフトがあります)。
4泊しましたが、部屋は基本的に掃除してもらず、また、タオルの交換もなかなかしていただけず、毎日レセプションに行きました。なお、3人で宿泊していたのですが、身体をふくためのタオルではなく足ふきマットを渡されたり、「3人分なんて、そんなにタオルは渡せない」と首を振られたりして大変な思いをしました。
キッチンの設備はフライパン1個、鍋1個、包丁、丼状の皿、皿、グラス・マグカップ、カラトリー3個ずつでした。まな板はありましたが、100円均一で軽いものを持ち込んだ方が良いかと思います。
シングルベッド1個と書いてありましたが、ソファベッドでした。レセプションに尋ねましたが、「うちのホテルはソファベッドがシングルベッドなのよ！」と言われました。ベッドの用意はなされておらず、ベッドの作り方等についての案内がなかったため、レセプションに電話して尋ねましたが、早口の英語で対応されてしまい、英語が不慣れな私には難易度が大変高かったです。
さらに朝食付きのプランだったのですが、朝食についての案内は全くありませんでした。
立地条件は大変良いところにありますが、基本的にレセプションにオーダーしなくてはなりませんので、英語が得意でない方は携帯の翻訳機能等を駆使しないと快適に過ごすことが難しいホテルかと思います。

Ça aurait pu être un super hôtel MAIS : les chambre triples ne disposent pas de 3 vrais lits, mais plutôt d'un lit double + un lit de camp ou un clic clac usé... Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2jours en plein mois de décembre, le personnel qui n'en avait rien à faire (après multiples relances), nous avons fini par changer de chambre.

Gutes Hotel zentral gelegen

Wenn man über den Straßenlärm hinweg sieht super Hotel. Es war günstig gelegen. Ubahn und Bus nicht weit weg gewesen. Jedem zu empfehlen.

Vänlig personal och typisk Paddington frukost dvs marmeladmacka med svagt kaffe
Läget var perfekt nära till det mesta
Rummet sedan var urkasst. Fick först byta rum pga smuts, mat kvar i kylen, och så litet för 3 personer att när man \"fällde\" ut 3 sängen fick vi inte plats i rummet. Efter mycket om och men fick vi byta till ett bättre (trodde vi)
Rummet var större och det var väl också det ända positiva. Rummet var så fuktigt att det rann på insidan av fönsterna, mögel på väggarna, sängarna stenhårda , slitet och stor avsaknad av husgeråd då det skulle finnas ett sk kök där. Bilderna på hemsida är grovt överreklamerade. Efter att öslatt halva toarullen av den enda vi fick för att torka torrt på de mögliga fönsterkarmarna och rutorna, kört på värmepumpen och vädrat i 4 tim lyckades vi få det hyffsat ok. Tur man bara skulle sova där då man var där för att njuta av staden London. Tror f.. detta är bland det sämsta jag bott på och jag har varit i många storstäder runt om i Europa.

Super Lage

Tolle zentrale Lage in guter Gegend, jedoch darf man bei dem Preis auch nichts weiter verlangen. Das Inventar ist buchstäblich schrottreif, Sauberkeit ist eher bäh, wer sich damit arrangieren kann, wird jedoch nichts besseres finden. Extrem hellhörig.

Heruntergekommen und dreckig

Das Appartement war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, zum Kochen, abspülen oder der gleichen war die Küche nicht ausgestattet. Außerdem war das Zimmer wirklich sehr dreckig - überall Haare von den vorherigen Gästen und anderer Dreck. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, el desayuno para ser buffet es malo, no hay variedad y hay 4 cosas contadas. El colchón muy malo también. Hace falta un poco de limpieza. Se pueden pasar 5 días sin problema.
