Most of the staff was great and very accommodating. The rooms rented on the hotels site are VERY SMALL. It would be best to rent direct from their site as larger rooms are available. Overall hotels.com saved this trip as we were originally in an awful hotel that was not to standard. Thank you for the save on this one.

The room was so small , the bed looked clean but when I slept in the bed the quilt smelled disgusting , didn’t sleep all night the bathroom was clean but not the room and bed .
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
The staff was nice but the hotel hygiene with the bed was disappointing and disgusting

The rooms are very small to fit luggage comfortably, but it's London, and you'll be glad to be near “the tube” after being out and about enjoying the city. Recommended!|

Very convenient location and clean comfy room. Staff were good. Wasn’t there to greet us and waited about 5 mins but when he turned up helpful. Only one coffee and tea in the room? Breakfast was awful. Cereal and croissant and warm cheese is pretty terrible. Coffee machine didn’t work either

Very comfortable stay for a budget hotel. Extremely clean bathroom and large, comfortable bed. Enough breakfast options to set you up for a day of sightseeing etc. 2 min walk from Queensway tube station. Jozeph particularly helpful on Reception. Many thanks

Room was small, no space for 2 people to pass each other. Bed was too small for two, it was a 3/4 bed. Room not really big enough for bigger bed. Toilet very small, hardly any room to move. Sitting on toilet knees were about four inches from wall. Breakfast was fine, basic but enough to give you a start, cereal,toast,croissants, yoghurt,fruit tea and coffee, cold meats. Staff were friendly. Good location. No place to store stuff. Had to put cases under bed. The price for the location of the hotel was about the one good thing in its favour.

I left a bracelet in my room when we checked out,I didn't realise,it was found and returned to me.

The location of this hotel is great - lots of restaurants and transportation close by. The room we were in was small and the bathroom was TINY!! The beds were comfortable enough and the room was serviced daily. The food offered at breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular. The lack of a common area to visit with our travel companions was a negative.

Comfort inn is in a convenient location, accessible to other locations that had to be visited doing our stay, some staff were courteous and welcoming, however facilities were lacking , no irons in the room, no water in the room where there was tea condiments , no facilities in building where I could have purchased any thing or even water if I needed, I was told, my pregnant self, I needed to go to the Waitrose close by at 1am in the morning to get water if I needed it, no phones in the room to call for assistance if needed, breakfast was not as expected, it’s not the hotel’s fault but too many kids touching stuff at breakfast.

Comfort Inn Hyde Park appears to be in a building converted into a hotel from a different use. In doing so, the hotel did everything possible to fit as many rooms as possible into as small a space as possible. As a result, the rooms are unbelievably small - forget US standards, the rooms are small even by European standards. The building and rooms show their age. The hotel provides continental breakfast, which is edible, but do not expect much. Most of the bakery items (breads, packaged croissants) were stale.

The bathroom, of course, was also very small and poorly designed. The sink is so small that you cannot wash your face without getting the floors wet. The shower ran out of shampoo / soap, which was not replaced. There was, however, good water pressure, good hot water.

On the positive side, the hotel is located in a safe and pleasant area that is close to two tube stations (within 5 minute walking distance). The staff are friendly and helpful.

Was lovely hotel with 24hr reception. Room basic but nice.. TV, bathroom/shower and kettle. Bed very comfy.

Complementary breakfast was basic continental but was ok.

Only complaint was the dining room was so small… it was too small which let it down

Near to Bayswater and Queensway Tubes and plenty of shops/cafes etc nearby.

Opposite Kensington gardens and Hyde park. We chose it because we were going to a festival in Hyde Park and could get the bus there.

A great value, little hotel within walking distance of Queensway, Bayswater and Notting Hill tubes, and opposite Hyde Park. We stayed a couple of nights. The room we stayed in was small as described, but clean, with a comfortable bed plus tea and coffee facilities. Reception were super friendly and always greeted us on my way out or in. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

This property was not well represented in the online photos. The hotel and rooms were tiny. The halls were barely wide enough to walk through with your suitcase. The breakfast area was so tiny with multiple tables crammed into the area. It looks much bigger in the photos than it actually was. We booked the family room that held 5 people. The room is no more than 3 beds thrown into an area that is no bigger than a closet. Beds are hard and there is no place to store your suitcase, let alone open it up.
The whole interior of the hotel needs to be gutted and renovated.
The plus side is it is in a good area and the staff are helpful. We checked out early and they refunded us one nights stay.

This is a very compact hotel, room and bathroom small but adequate. To be fair, it was as comfortable as it could possibly be for its size and many of the big cities have compact rooms. The staff were excellent, very helpful and room and facilities kept very clean and serviced daily. From this area we walked to Notting Hill and Portabello Road. Easy, if you like walking which we do. 1 block from Hyde Park and 3 blocks from two different tube lines. A 12 minute easy walk to Paddington station for trains.

The smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and dated. The wash basin was small enough to only fit 1 hand in and no hot water. The ‘lower ground’ room I stayed in was in the basement, next to a plant room and a boiler outside the window. The continental breakfast is boxed cereals, knock off french pastries, cold meat left out under cling film and undrinkable orange juice Best part was that the hotel is right on top of the Central tube line, which runs every 15mins 24 hours a day! Literally no sleep! DO NOT BOOK

The room was clean but very very small. They must have used a wide angle lense. Three steps and theres the bed. Tiny bathroom Fine if all you need it for is to sleep. The lift wasn't working so had to carry our bags up 5 flights of a narrow staircase and never was offered by staff to help. The woman at breakfast was lovely. Kept everything well stocked and tidy. Simple breakfast but fresh . Overall clean,tiny and definitely overpriced

The elevator was not working and it was not mentioned on the booking or their website. I found out at checking that I was booked on the 4th floor and there was not an elevator available. There was not phone in the room to call the reception desk, the air conditioner has a loud noise while working.

The hotel has no elevator. We were on the 6th floor and had to tote our bags up rickety unsafe stairs. It wasn't that the lift was broken, it just did not exist. Mobility impaired people cannot stay here.

We stayed here for 3 nights as it is a great location for going to the Royal Albert Hall which is just across the park. There was some property maintenance going on at the time but it did not interfere with our stay but we have scored slightly lower because of this. Queensway Tube is around the corner so getting around was easy, we discovered the local area and found lots of bars and restaurants. The breakfast is basic continental but plenty to choose from. For 3 nights our room was clean and cleaned daily but was a tad too small for us as we didn't really have anywhere for a bags and some clothes. For what we paid we have no complaints.

Staff are nice. Location for me was perfect. If you have a room on the top floor be prepared to scale a steep staircase. The breakfast was basic and the hair dryer was broken. Shame because I was soaked after a day of rain. I might consider returning because the location (edge of Hyde Park) is so good.

New Elevator means no elevator.

The hotel webpage said \" Installing new elevator\". As a native English speaker, I interpreted this to mean a second elevator. I read a review to learn there was no elevator. I have an ankle injury and pleaded with management to put me on ground floor. The reception attendant was rude and smug telling me that I should have read the fine print before booking. He put me on first floor, with 1.5 flights of stairs. I asked every night to change my room to ground floor should there be a vacancy. Deaf ears. I saw one of the rooms turn over. Another complaint was the AC in the room. It was noisey and difficult to set. Either too hot or too cold. The bathroom was small. The sink had no top for toiletries. There was no towel rack. The breakfast was just snacks and the eating room cramped and not well laid out. Too many elbows trying to get to the food. I would not recommend. There are other hotels in the area with elevators, better food, working ACs, and decent bathrooms.

After long flight from Australia, they gave us check in at 10am which was handy. Room
was very small but did the job. Elevator out of service so walking up 4 levels of stairs with our 3 kids with bags was hard work. Great location, close to metro station and plenty of restaurants and bars around. Excellent breakfast offered and staff were friendly and helpful.

this hotel did not have a working Elevator . we had to carry 2bags of 23 kg each and our hand luggage up to the 06th floor and back . the steps were getting steeper and narrower as u climb up . hotel staff did not help at all . actually we did not see any staff other than 01 person at front office who suggested we could leave our bags in the breakfast area if we wish . worst hotel stay ever..
