This property I only booked as it was cost friendly in my budget. I did not paid much attention to reviews but when I visited this property I didn't even stayed, I looked for an another option.
Main entrance Door seems for anyone to just kick in and come and then same for room entrance.
Property is so old that I don't think anyone will stay.
Altogether I feel that's why this is a non refundable property. I lost my entire money on it but I think I am happy with the loss after really looking at the property. Don't book.

The flat is very basic. Nice part of town with lots of eateries nearby. Bed was comfy and clean. Had a good nights sleep. Room needs dusting under the bed and fridge needs cleaning. Bathroom was surface clean with toiletries however full of black mould.

I was contacted from three different numbers before I arrived, asking when I was arriving despite the fact I phoned 3 days before announcing when I would be arriving as requested. I was left waiting 20 minutes outside regardless which was a little stressful.

If you are looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this place works.

So bad, we couldn’t even stay at the property and had to find alternative accommodation. The front door had seemed to be kicked in, it stank of sewage and the manager has been nothing but an issue. Do not stay here!

The place is hard to find, the street name is not correct, there is no reception, after several times trying to call, they don't answer the phone, they left us waiting for hours on the street, I could see through another guest that the place is dirty , it stinks, it doesn't have heating, it doesn't have hot water, it doesn't have any infrastructure that would even look like a place to sleep. The phone attendant is rude, we didn't stay there, I want my money back.

Imagine you book a place to stay and you have to go at the middle of the night to a different hotel 4 km away from your final destination just to pick up your key and the receptionist don't help you at all to reach your room....

When I reach to the location no one was receiving my call I wait for almost 30 min outside the hotel but no one bothered . I was so tried and the weather was not good as well so I have to find 1 more room .

This place is a dump. Heating didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, peeling paint, damp patches and smelled of damp. Toilet and shower room in disgusting condition. Door lock came away in my hand. I don’t understand how they have a licence.

This place is an absolute disaster. To start off, the price of 50 pounds per night in absolutely ridiculous. The room is worth no more than 20 pounds. I asked for instructions on how to find the place and those were super unclear. The number on the flat had an additional letter. Had no idea if that is the door I need to try the key, thus I tried to unlock the wrong door and finally found the right door, after 5-10 minutes of trying. Called the 24 reception and no one picked up the phone. Disappointed from this point on. I enter the room and it was very unpleasant to show this room to the girl. At least charm beats looks. The corner of the wall looked like it would fall apart, the bed was very nosiy, one turn and it wakes you up. The toilet was in a very bad state. The wall again had cracks, holes and whatnot. To top this off, the shower wasn't working at all. The room I had is 57 G2 and I would recomment to pay 10-20 more pounds in a proper hotel. I am not sure how this company even allows people to stay in this place. The view we had from the window was disguting as well. It was a cemented flooring with loads if trash and a broken bbq. You can also hear everything from the people walking upstairs. Complete disaster! I would love to get at least half of the money back!

Don't know if it was just my room but I strongly recommend before anymore bookings are made the owners decorate, carry out repairs and clean the room.
On the up side towels were brilliant white.

Small little room with kitchen

No remote control on arrival. Had to call up for a remote control. No dustbin. Room wasn’t cleaned properly from when previous people used it. Socks on the floor aswell as other personal stuff.

Disappointed place

Tried to reconfirm with the flat by calling the number was given but never replied. Tried to call since lunch time until we got there outside the flat still no one answered my call, over 3 hrs of trying we’ve got in the flat, the conditions of the room was dusty dirty! The bed was ok looked clean but not comfortable. Toilet was dirty too. The location was easy to get to Shepherd bush station by bus or taxi . Taxi is about £9

S****hole hovel!

I stayed for o e night and the place is disgusting. I missed a flight and needed to be in London for one more night. This place is a s*** hole. I think trump was talking anoit this place. It reminded me of one of this half way house for drug addicts you see in the films. How, pray tell, do these people stay in business. I was afraid to take a shower. Oh! The had a guy literally waiting at my door at 10 am to check out. Good thing I was ready. Horrible.

There was rubbish piled up outside was very very poor to say the least would like it if someone could contact me about my stay because I'm am very unhappy and would like some form of compensation

If you want cheap with no frills.

The sink leaked from the drain pipe, no air, no front desk as i had to wait 5 hours till somebody arrived. No hello goodbye, the building wasn't marked so you could easily miss it.

Arrived after the 6PM check in time. Really annoying to have to go further into London to pick up keys, and then back through traffic again to the apartments. Front door lock is broken. No bedside lamp. No chair. TV mounted behind bed's head board. The only good thing I can say about this please is that it was clean. Would not use again.

Not impressed with the service received from the overall process of checking in etc.

Location is far away! Further than Shepard’s bush than we thought and not in a nice area. We ended up not even staying in the room and going somewhere else - very disappointing

Beware! You may not get what you book and pay for!

I did not get the room and kitchen access I paid for. I only booked this for the kitchen access as this was essential. I made my choice based on the advertisement content and pictures, and my confirmation of booking contained the same. On arrival I was given a different room with no kitchen access. Was not sure if was a genuine error or a way of making more money. Hotel.com kindly pursued my complaint with the owners to request a partial refund (as the no kitchen access caused me not only inconvenience but extra costs I had not budgeted for, and the food I had bought to cook was wasted).

The owner/manager refused point blank to acknowledge their error or issues I raised, let alone a partial refund. They clarified nothing and replied their decision was final. So the upshot is that I did not get what I paid for and they had no intention of even communicating to resolve or to just even apologise. In my experience it was pretty bad service and misleading advertising.

Weekend get away

We were not told that we had to check in before 6.00pm as the email was only sent the afternoon we were expecting to arrive. We had to wait 20+ mins until someone arrived to let us in. Heating stoped working on second night. No bath mat. No ironing board or iron even though this was advertised. Long walk to tube. Nosy, shower drain blocked. Nice bed and lots of storage.

Awful. Worse than the worst hostels

This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, and I have travelled the world. Not only was there no one to check us in but we paid extra to have the benefits of the studio, which is located right next door to the communal kitchen. People were going in and out all night, banging doors and pans. There were rat droppings on the floor and stains on the couch. It was so bad that we only lasted 2 of our planned 7 nights and have only just received our refund after 4 weeks. The management were rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Location was hard to find i.e. website shows Elmo Road but is actually St Elmo Road. Also entrance is at the side of the property so spent 20 minutes trying to locate it. Clearer directions on website would be helpful. Also I was told I had to go to Cromwell International Hotel in Earls Court to check in after 6pm and collect keys which again added delays to my getting to the room. This should be made clear on the website - had I known I'd never have booked that flat. The room was clean and tidy but tired and needed a refresh. Bizarrely the flat screen tv was hung directly above the headboard of the bed so making it impossible to watch tv in bed! Final disappointment was having to get a taxi from tube station to the flat which incurred an extra £10 cost I wasn't expecting. Sadly I won't stay at this place again.

It was really hard to reach the owners since the contact given doesn't seem to work.. Tgey said we could collect the key at any time at the Cromwell hotel but we still had to wait 40 min to get it. It's not number 57 but 57A.
The studio didn't have any window (as they told us on the website) and the air was always stuffy. The kitchenette didn't have any utensils so we couldn't really use it except for tea. The shower was broken, the hot water only came after 30 min of trying to figure out how the tap works (apparenally it's not either to the right or left. You can get the hot water in the middle). Overall was durty, when you walk, your shoes stick to the floor. There was even a slug in the shower.
The bed was clean but uncomfortable and the studio is damp.

Overall my partner and I had a pleasant stay here. Can't fault our room. It was clean and spacious. If only our apartment was in Ealing Broadway that would be perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Quiet location and very near Westfileds Shopping Mall.

Service was what you'd expect at that price range

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and the tube station was near enough as well as bus stops. The flat was quite dirty when we arrived and some of the electronics provided didn't quite work either. The room was also quite small and the walls were thin as paper. Really enjoyed our stay though, the price was affordable and there were great restaurants nearby. The policy for getting our keys was quite confusing as well, and we never saw a single member of staff.

Keine 3 Sterne wert!

Wir waren vom Zustand des Duschbades und des Zimmers sehr enttäuscht. Schwarzer Schimmel, abblätternde Farbe von den feuchten Wänden im Bad, Durchlaufschaden an der Zimmerdecke usw. Und wenn man für 2 Personen ein Doppelzimmer bucht, kann man 2 Kopfkissen erwarten. Keine Rezeption im Haus. Schlecht, wenn man spät abends ankommt und nichts mehr regeln kann. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist offenbar sehr unterschiedlich, wie die extremen Bewertungsunterschiede zeigen.
Unser Duschbad war so schlecht, wie wir es nur aus ärmsten Entwicklungsländern kennen!

A cold room in winter

The room was very spacious and looked nice at first glance but it turned out to be very cold at night in winter. Cold wind keeps coming in through the gap between the windows. The worst thing was that the window was widely open when I arrived and there was a lot of animal hair on the bed, supposedly because of a cat, as there were many stray cats outside. The location was not so bad and the room facilities were okay. But I wouldn't recommend this place because of the above-mentioned two points based on my experience.

Fin lille lejlighed med the kække

Det var en fin lille lejlighed med et mindre thekøkken. Køleskab og fryser fungere fint, dog var resten af køkken faciliteterne ikke specielt gode. Lejligheden var noget kold og man kunne ikke komme i kontakt med en der kunne hjælpe. Der var et stykke at gå hen til undergrunden.

3 jours passés À Londres. Attention si vous arrivez après 16h00, il va falloir vous armer de patiente.J'ai appelé vers 19h30 pour informer de ma venu au environ de minuit, une dame me répond ok !ok! Arrivez en Uber débat l adresse vers 1h00 du matin, personne pour nous ouvrir la porte. J'appelle personne ne décroche, on commence à se dire bizarre. Par chance une jeune dame sort d'un taxi et me dit qu'il faut aller dans un autre hôtel pour récupérer la clé de la chambre. Allez je reprend un uber via hôtel pour avoir la clé. Ouf j ai la clé, je recommence un uber (taxi) qui me ramène enfin à la chambre. Faites bien attention à l'heure de votre arrivée.
