Hotel was clean, room in good condition and breakfast was varied and nice.

However, when we arrived they said that our room was not available and we would be transferred to a sister hotel, which we disputed. They agreed and found us a room, however there was a damp smell in the room and in the morning when we awoke a foul smell could be smelled from the bathroom, as if something had leaked, but we did not find a leak anywhere. Otherwise the room was clean, tidy, well equipped, nice shower etc. Staff was also friendly.

It was just considering the price we had to pay we wouldnt have expected that smell from the room.

Stayed for 3 weeks to be near the local hospital ahead of the birth of my child.
Travelled with my pregnant wife and small dog.
Perfect location if you need a hotel that isn’t expensive like most London hotels, with two tube stations on different lines (Piccadilly and Central) in close proximity.

As we stayed there for three weeks, I can confidently say this hotel is brilliant.
Staff were great, especially everyone on reception who we got to know well during our stay. I’d like to show recognition to Nina, Katie, Rahim and Niamh, always willing to help when needed.

Wi-Fi works superbly well in this hotel, and very easy to connect.

If you are bringing a dog, this is an extra charge.

One minor suggestion would be to allow a plug in to the bedroom TVs - they have a purpose built frame around it so you can’t plug in your HDMI cable to laptops for added viewing options. The casting app options are limited, and the generic TV interface does look a bit dated and was quite slow.

That certainly does not overshadow a very pleasant experience of this hotel. Next time I’m in the area, especially for local hospital use or travelling from Heathrow, I will only considering staying here.

I would like to share my experience during my recent stay, as it fell significantly below expectations.

Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. We found trash left by the previous guest, and there was no remote control for the TV. Despite calling the front desk, no one responded, which forced us to sleep with the TV on—an uncomfortable situation.

We had paid for full breakfast throughout our stay, but the quality was disappointing. The selection was very limited, lacked healthy options, and the eggs were undercooked, making them unsafe for my pregnant wife.

On Wednesday night, while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed, a front desk agent entered our room without knocking. At the time, I was in the shower and my wife was in bed. The agent did not speak, took the tea kettle, and left. When my wife addressed this, the agent simply said, “I thought you have kids,” which was highly unprofessional.

Unfortunately, based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this property. I have stayed at many hotels across Europe, and this was by far the worst experience.

Room was nice enough although I had a large suitcase and there wasn’t anything really to put it on. The lounge chair in the corner was in a position where you could not view the TV.
The buffet breakfast was pretty base level- I miss my morning porridge! Maybe a Bircher muesli also.

Checked in to be told twin room wasn’t available upon check in only a double bed. They said for one of us to sleep on the floor and they would provide extra duvets. Absolutely terrible staff. Was told by the night manager I would get a refund still chasing as they don’t want to refund it. Expedia not dealing with the issue even though I booked through them

Just one night here when attending a gig at wembley. Super quick check in. Comfortable room with fridge and tea/coffee. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Parking is for 24 hours rather than per day so that was good.

We had a 3 night stay . The staff were very good and helpful . The restaurant is nice and the bar lounge too. The hotel is in a good location for Wembley with an underground station(Park Royal) opposite via an underpass. 35 mins to reach wembley park and leaving Wembley once on the station it is not as busy as you are going awayvfrom the city centre. Are Aircon was not working properly but the staff provided fans which helped. Would stay agsin for a Wembley/ westfield visit.

This is a perfectly nice hotel in itself, however we had booked our stay because we were attending an event at Wembley and it wasn't quite as accessible as we had thought for getting too and from the venue without a taxi. It's close to Park Royal tube station (which was closed for two out of three days of our stay - so we walked past two other hotels to get to Hanger Lane tube which was on the central line which provided easier access to the city. Our room was clean and modern, but we didn't have any hand wash at the start of our stay, and every time we approached reception to request some there was a queue, so we used shower gel instead. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay as we had opted for their environmental package where by you get a reward of a bottle of wine (or other perks) in exchange for the reduced room services - which was a great swap! The carpark was adequate, but very busy, and around half of the spaces are allocated as disabled, although that didn't appear to stop many people from parking in them! We arrived early morning so managed to secure some of the few spaces that were available as the majority were checking out and leaving. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay, but I wouldn't return here next time we're visiting Wembley or the City.

Staff are very courteous and efficient. They put our 2 rooms next to each other without me having to ask. Rooms were excellent, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and shower was very good. Close to tube station and other amenities. I fully recommend Park Plaza London Park Royal and will stay there again when I am in London.

The piccadilly line for Park Royal station was closed for the weekend, so travelling into Central or to Wembley was a little more challenging than expected. No reflection on the hotel, more the location is something to mindful of. Otherwise, would stay here again no problem.

Plus.. easy to drive to, great onsite parking and location for tube.
Family room clearly booked for 3 was only made up with 2 beds. Very quick to move to alt room but should have been done ready anyway.
Shower didn’t drain and carpet already wet from previous occupant.
Bitten in leg twice.
Breakfast was chaos. Ran out of milk. Servers were promising replacement forks, clothes to dope spill but nothing appeared and had to sort ourselves.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA!!!
In event of a shock family emergency I needed to amend my booking, I used expedias customer support and was ensured I could change my dates easily although after many weeks of back and forth emails they gave up on my request after ‘non compliance’ from the hotel itself. Expedia should not advertise hotels on their site which cannot simply change a hotel date for 10 days in advance. we lost £230 due to Expedia and this hotels in ability to assist and support their customers. In future I will not be using Expedia again and have been taken advantage of in a hard time for me and my family.

This hotel was chosen due to its transport links to Crentral London. It was 30 mins on tube (Park Royal tube station is opposite the hotel - accessed via an under pass). Everywhere we wanted to visit was located along the Piccadilly Line and easily accessible.
The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming throughout our stay. It is a very modern hotel with interesting lighting throughout, e.g, dark corridors with bright orange lighting to indicate each room number, digital lighting in the room. The room was modern and bright. Two complimentary bottles of water on arrival and everything we needed for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable.
The only issue we had with the room was the bathroom. It was an interesting design with no main door. There was a sliding door which you move one way to use the toilet and the other way to use the shower. This left a large vanity area. Unfortunately the shower drainage could not cope after only one shower and the water overflowed into the main bedroom, leaving the bathroom under water! It’s unusual in a wet room to not have an additional drain outside of the shower cubicle area. I reported this to reception in the morning.
The only way this stay could have been improved would have been to have breakfast as part of the rate.

This is a really nice hotel and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel is very smart and well kept, the rooms are modern and comfortable.

It's also very reasonably priced for a London hotel.

It's a really, really short walk to the tube, and to a retail park with a wide variety of restaurants, so really convenient. I had a lovely meal with colleagues at the large Turkish restaurant in the retail park.

I stayed here for work as I had to be in the area, and that's the only downside, being literally on the A40, which is busy.

If you have to stay in this area, stay here!
