Perfect location for Wembley visits. 30 minute walk away.

Myself and my brother work in close proximity tonthe Hotel, we like it so much that we have now made ot our base, we stay from Sun/Fri every week. The staff are great, very friendly, there's pleanrt of parking out the back in a locked compound. Food is excellent, we have had breakfast a few times and have had pizza before going to work (we work nights). Itbhas a large bar area which ia great if you drink. I can honestly say we really enjoy staying here and are glad that we found it aboit 5 weeks ago.

We literally just slept there, we was at the football at Wembley, a bit of a headache due to the underground not working up that way but all on all it was comfortable, we didn't eat there and only down side was the room was top floor and no lifts so after travelling from 5AM my legs didn't like the stairs ha ha! Will re book again though for next wembley match

The room was very noisy. dusty and cold. The staff did give me a portable heater and more blankets. but the room was only warm on the 3rd day of the portable heater working (24 hours). The access to Wembley was not as easy as described. Yes it was close but actually getting to Wembley was not easy. I had a shared bathroom- which I am normally ok with and expect it to be \"used\" looking. However I expect to be able to control my water temperature! I had 2 choices freezing or \"just\" warm. I did ask to be moved however apparently there were no rooms, which is good for them- not good for me. I could not cancel the room either as I would lose the price of it.

The single room was clean with fridge, tv and coffee making facilities. There was a desk like fixed structure and shared shower was just next to my room. Also had storage facilities. Although in a busy area it was quiet overnight.

Room was nice size smelt like someone had been smoking in it staff was very friendly and willing to help and the breakfast was amazing and so worth the money the only downside was the cleanliness of the bath room it looked like it hadn’t been clean In a while shower needed a good bleaching and the mould on the walls was terrible I was advised it just needed ventilation

I paid for the en-suite room with bath/shower, only got a tiny shower. Shower didn’t get hot, so I went and used the communal bathroom to shower, it warmed up but then wouldn’t turn off. Phone in my room needed plug ‘jiggling’ to work, then no-one at reception answered. So I had to get dressed and go to reception to get someone to look at the shower that was still running! Wasn’t exactly what I would call clean… carpet missing in places of the room too.

The bus route to wembly train station is a few steps. And doesnt stop to far from the stadium. We would defo uze again if going to Wembley stadium .

The room was small, pokey and smelt bad. The sink had no tiling on the floor around it and used carpet which was unhygienic.
The staff was unreasonable would not let even one trusted friend accompany me to my single room, quoting arbitrary policy and fire regulations.
The beer garden was cluttered and outdated with ripped furniture. The roof was collapsing and heavy tiles blown by the wind fell into the children’s area multiple times. Incredibly unsafe. Not recommended - will never return.

For £200 this was absolutely awful, we had dirty bed sheets when we arrived, the sofa bed was broken there was hair left in the bath and bed, rubbish left in the room, we had to ask for extra sheets as these were dirty and there was non for the sofa bed, we had to ask for more towels as there was only 1 in the room and we had 3 people staying, for the money we paid you expect to stay in a clean environment
We spoke to someone on the phone in the room about making a complaint and we were told to come to the front desk when we were leaving, but there was no one around at this time to take the complaint as they said there would be
Is avoid this hotel it’s an absolute shambless

Booked this hotel for proximity to Wembley and value but further than I thought so 35 mins to walk.
However number 18 bus right outside takes you straight to Wembley in 7 min.
Lovely fresh cooked breakfast in the hotel but it is what it is, the staff are very friendly but prefer en-suite facilities.
Fine for budget accommodation to get your head down and walkable from the nearest rail station

Stayed here as we were attending concert at OVO arena Wembley. Close to location and really nice and quiet. Stayed in room with shared bathroom but there are plenty of bathrooms on the floor so no issues at all.

No window, smell of damp!

Basement room 102 has no window! It was a twin room with about 6” between the beds and the wall on either side. The smell of damp wasn’t great, probably due to the lack of ventilation. Decor wise it really needs an upgrade.and one very thin pillow is not enough. On the whole I would never stay there again despite the free parking.

We stayed here on the night of the Oasis concert. It was very reasonably priced.

Service in the lobby was great. Very friendly and informative.

We had a room in the basement with two twins beds for my mate and I. Beds weren’t terribly comfortable, very bouncy. The pillows were very thin. Fresh towels were there for us. Bathroom and bedroom were clean.

We didn’t have a chance to have any meals there.

The walk from Wembley before we checked in was lengthy. The rep at the desk let us know about the frequent Sudbury bus (#18) that would take us right back down to the area near the stadium. It runs 24hours a day so we hopped on and off that a few times. Bus stop is right across the street from the hotel.

It’s not a fancy hotel, but it served its purpose and would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to rest their head after an event at Wembley.

Bed was made of steel spring literally so I couldn't sleep very well. It was like old school bed I believe. Room had some weird smell so I constantly had to open up my room to freshen the air. The idea of using shared bathroom with this price is very ripoff I think too.

Overall I would not be using this place if I visit london again. Rather pay a bit more to get a better service.

It was one of the hottest days of the year so far and we were allocated the room we were as it was in a cooler part of the building (very thoughtful)

Great for a short stay! I was staying for a night as I was going to a concert at Wembley, which is easy to get to from this hotel. The staff were very friendly as well! Only problem I had—which was a very small problem—was that it was rather hot inside of the room and I was unable to open the window. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay!

I read the other reviews on my way to the hotel and to be honest was a bit apprehensive. This is a budget hotel close to wembley arena, and to be honest you get what you pay for. We arrived at 10am and check in wasnt until 2pm. But we were accommodated with another room as ours wasnt ready. Maybe our allocated room would have been better, but the room we were given was adequate. We were told early checkin was an addional £20 but this was wavered. Our room was in the basement so no windows, but air conditioning and a fan were provided. It was 37 degrees outside so we were delighted with the coolness of the room. All staff were friendly and pleasant. If you want the ritz comfort and style then this hotel isnt for you. If you're happy, like us with a buget stay close enough to tavel by bus to wembley arena then this place is 100% fine.

We absolutely loved our stay! Every member of staff we came into contact with were so pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was spot on, we had everything we needed in our room and none of us had any complaints at all. The beds were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows provided if needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area. I can't think of anything negative. It is not the Ritz, so if you expect that then you will be disappointed. It is, however, a clean and tidy hotel, with wonderful staff and very reasonable price.

It was very bad service there and my stay was not pleasant at all rather it was frustrating, the state of the hotel room was very dirty, bad smelly and dirty stained all over, the furniture were touched to fallen off, bed size was for the kids not even single, the room service was not there tho informed to clean and to service it in the morning, the night staff was very unprofessional attitude

Nice staff, unsure its legal?

Staff were friendly, and helpful. The bar on site does fantastic pizza's, and the drinks offerings are plentiful. Mixed with a few locals in the bar, and there was a generally friendly feel about everything.
The room.......now, upon checking in, we were told that \"unfortunately we only have 1 room left, and it doesnt have a window.\" After discussion, we agreed to take the room, as the alternative was to find othwr accommodation, and that wasnt going to happen. The room was small, but ok. The beds comfortable, and the bathroom better than expected given its diminutive dimentions also. But the room did give the imprression that it was formerly a storage room, and neither of us were entirely convinced it was actually legal. The lack of a secondary means of eacape, other than the door in and out would suggest that it could not be classed as a bedroom for building regulations sakes, not to mention fire safety for paying guests.
That aside, hotel was ok given the location and reasonable cost.

Cheap with free parking but very low quality

Horrendous smell of sewage, heating on constantly, pillow as thick as a tea towel, bed lacking decent mattress, TV the size of an iPad, duvet flimsy, fridge in room a plus but noisy all night long. The plus points were free parking and it was very cheap price for london. Did have to pay more on the day to get a room with a toilet.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, couldn't ask for much. The rooms are old and outdated no bathroom in the room, such a shame. The beds were comfortable but could hear the room next doors conversion.

The shared showers was clean However it was difficult to find the right temp, either boiling hot or freezing cold. For a budget hotel its ok, clean and comfortable. A bus ride away from Wembley stadium.
