Read some bad reviews after I’d booked this so was pleasantly surprised, stayed in triple room (room 8). Clean, warm, modern clean bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, don’t know what else anyone would want from a hotel. Will stay again.

The chap on the desk was miserable to say the least. His people skills were pretty poor. When we ask for another towel, we were asked why do we need 2 towels. When my wife asked for a hair drier, we were told be careful with the plug. WHAT ? Should he really have been handing that hairdryer out.

Getting internet to work in the room was a chore. The person at reception had to do some magic to get it to work on my tablet. Bathroom has a relatively new shower stall but it hasn't been installed properly because the plumbing leaks when it's used making the carpet outside in the bedroom area damp. This explains the fan on the floor in the room. Bed was lumpy and unconfortable. My room was on a main road and as a result very noisy from early morning to late at night.

This is a basic hotel which we knew. Just wanted it for one night after going to a concert at Wembley. Only a few stops on the tube and a short walk .
Room is basic and bathroom is small. Water pressure for shower is low and traffic noise is loud. Curtain rail needs repairing as coming away from wall.
There was a welcome tray with teas / coffees and biscuits. In general its alright for a one night stay for the price in London.

Hotel was very handy for Wembley. Walkable from Kilburn underground. (There are buses anyway). Clean, staff friendly and although basic it catered for our needs. There was a fan in our room which was nice as it was hot.

Stay there with wife and kid, had family room, confortable room with nice windows, bathroom with big shower, coffee and tea in room, internet. Nice staff, hotel in a nice street with lots of shops and restaurant, great pub 2mn away all at good price (London can get real expensive). Had overall a real nice stay.

Great location

Cheap and cheerful. The room was good and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed for a gig at Wembley and was close to Kilburn station which takes you straight to Wembley Park, so was fantastic location. There are also plenty of places to eat near the hotel, a co-op across the road and a Spoons not far up the road for cheap meals and drinks. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again

We were going to a concert in Wembley and we needed a one night stay, this was exactly what we needed. It was handy to transport and cheap for one night. The staff were friendly and the area was safe with a lot of cafes and supermarkets plus a cool gaming bar/cafe right next door.

Don't stay.

Booked 2 rooms for work. Very bad service at the desk. The rooms were small, everything was tired and worn. The mattress was paper thin and had springs digging into my back. The pillow stuffing was spilling out of the pillow. It's like everything was from the unsold section of a charity shop.. Broken, damaged and ready for landfill. £15 for parking as well when you can park for free on the street from 6pm. My colleague was awoken at 445am my people in the rooms next to him shouting. Paper thin walls. I've stayed in better in developing countries. I doubt they'd change a thing after reading this..

After ringing the bell and knocking on the door we got in eventually, we were shown our room, we had unpacked when we realised we couldn’t lock the door. We were moved to another room rear reception, there was lots of noise from about 11pm until after 1am. Then shortly after 3am someone came into the room next door and was talking really loudly. At 6am we got up and lef as we had enough. Small rooms tiny on-suite, definitely wouldn’t stay again

Helpful Front Desk, but Room Conditions Disappoint

The front desk staff was very friendly, and he provided a hairdryer upon request. However, the room had poor soundproofing—I could clearly hear the flushing, footsteps from neighboring rooms, and conversations outside the room. The shower door was broken, and the carpet and bed linens felt quite worn out. Thankfully, I only stayed for one night.

The bed was very uncomfortable parts of the base of the bed were broken. There were stains on the bedding. The bathroom was so tiny no leg space between the toilet and the sink. I’m 5’10” and had to sit on the toilet sideways. It would only really suit a young child’s height. There was about 20cm gap between the toilet and the sink. The shower was also very tiny. The door to the room didn’t feel secure. There was no internal lock. It was noisy because of traffic. Light came through the curtains. The big mirror was really marked and needs replacing. I also saw a few long strands of hairs around the bedroom. Avoid this so called hotel. It was a complete rip off and I won’t be staying there ever again. I would have been better off camping. I now have bad back ache because of the terrible bed. AVOID!

The shower was way too small, we kept banging into the walls of the shower. The doors did not close properly md kept falling off.
We had to request twice for fresh towels and then when it was brought, they were half sized.

Good hotel for the price close to Wembley

Surprisingly positive experience staying here. The staircase itself was worn and not very nice, but our family room had two queensize beds, 2 large mirrors, TV, good internet and the possibility to make tea and coffee. The walls and floors were brown, but it was clean and the bathroom was fine, but small. it was perfectly located a 10 minute walk to the Jubilee Line and from there only Four stops from Wembley, where we were going to a concert. So in terms of price and location, I would say that it is very good for the price and more than two stars.

This was just a one night solo stay, on the plus side I booked a single room and had a small double bed, and there was a fan in the room. On the downside there were no towels, there’s was chewing gum left on the side in the room and on the bathroom wall was a *ahem* brown smear
so i’m not convinced the room was thoroughly cleaned.
The bed seemed clean enough but the bedding was clearly very old and worn and looked moth eaten in places

We were going to Wembley Park for a concert and this was so ideal. It was only a few stops on the tube. Very good price too. Would thoroughly recommend. Try the little Greek pastry shop by the station. So good.

Rooms and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Good size room. Beds were comfortable. It was a bit tired and basic but you got what you paid for. Could do with a little fridge in the room as weather was very hot and we couldn’t keep our water cold. Bus stop 2 mins away right to Marble Arch and every 10 minutes or so and only £1.75 per trip. We chose this hotel as wanted to be close to Lords Cricket Ground and the 189 stopped right outside. Friendly staff excellent facilities right outside the front door. Would definitely stay again.

Came in after midnight, no one at the reception desk. Rang the bell few times and called the number, no answer. Then a guy appears in the dark telling me that I was supposed to check in before 23:00 hours.
The room was tiny. So as the shower and toilet.
Twin bed fit between two walls.
The good thing, I had a door to close.

It looks a bit Fawlty Towers from the outside and the check-in was somewhat in that vein since I had to wait a few minutes for the room key and then after entering the room there was a knock at the door since the man at reception had forgotten to take payment.

The room was actually quite nice aesthetically but the bathroom was very cramped. I am not tall by any measure but still found it very uncomfortable to use the toilet with the sink so close. The shower gives a nice strong stream of water but it's tricky to get the temperature correct & too easy to accidently turn it off. I was also only given one towel which wasn't particularly clean, so bring your own.

There are tea & coffee making equipment in the room and a functioning TV & fan. The location - North London between Cricklewood & Kilburn stations - is pretty good and there are plenty of shops & places to eat nearby.

Front desk person at check in was very nice
However, first room assigned smelled like smoke. Heavy heavy smoke. If the room had been recently cleaned there's no way they should have assigned it. We were reassigned to another room few flight of stairs no Lyft. It still smelled like a smoke but wasn't too bad. It was a cold December night in London, their heat radiator is centralized. They mentioned that it comes in every 2 hours, but could give us a heater. After sight seeing, we asked for a heater, the guy at the front reluctantly gave us a heater but it did not work. Never could turn it on. Switch doesn't work .We were so cold, we slept with several clothes on. Since we were there for 2 days, we just didn't bother complaining anymore. The carpet looks dirty.the second bed in the room had a stain on the sheets. Random door with a locked key in the bedroom don't know where it leads, but had a bright reflected light that brightens the whole room while sleeping. The space between the toilet and the wall does not fit anyone taller than 5 ft. A lot smaller than the typical European standard.

Uncomfortable and just bad, one star motel at most

It was a really bad stay..
The rooms were very uncomfortable, there was no trashbin for the bathroom you had to throw bathroom trash items in the big bin in the room which is not hygienic.
The floors in the room were so lumpy it felt like there was missing floorboards and the carpet in the room was very dirty and rough. The bathroom had a weird type of faucet waterfall design where u could see dirt in it which was very concerning, bedsheets had spots and dirt on them, but on a positive note the cleaning lady was very helpful and nice i think she was the only good thing about this experience!
The walls of the hotel was not soundproof at all, you could hear people talking/yelling and walking by the room or in the stairs like it was right in the room with us.
The door was broken by the lock so it looked like someone broke in the room. it was just a very uncomfortable visit and i would not recommend it to anybody im afraid..
The staff was very nice but the quality of the hotel was just very very bad.
I had other photos but they were too blury!

The place was not the cleanest. When we first got into the room it had a bad/weird odor, we had to open all windows despite it being cold.

The area is not the nicest. We did not feel the safest walking outside past dark.

The room was spacious and clean? Which i was a bit scared dut to other comments. Our room was seperate from others so should have been the quieter, but we could here the tv above us playing loudly.

Because it was supper hot as well, and there was no ac or fan, we had to leave the window open which was no problem, at frist.... we woke up several time early like 1/2/4am... with noise outside that would make you feel like it was inside your room.

Even at some point we just here a big splash of water that sounded that they were splashing water at us...

We didnt talk much with staff but they seemed okay, not bad.

The bathroom was cleaner than i thought it would be, but there was no lock on the slide door... (ensuit double room)

All in all, it was a good room, we just need it to be a bit quiter to have a good night rest.

No water pressure 3 rd floor. Changed rooms 1st nite due to bug infestation.
Manager Sunny, did his best, but with both hands tied.
Gave us a two nites free which was a show of good faith.
NOT a good neighborhood.

There is not a lot of parking available and due to no fault of his own, the receptionist on duty was new. I ended up finding a resident of the street who suggested a road which was literally down the road which was free parking after 3 pm. It would be handy if the hotel could advise you of this

So the place was ok for the money.
Huge music event at Wembley so for a place to sleep after the gig it was ok and price wise was great compared to most other places
Decor was basic but young guy in front desk was very helpful.
No Aircon but found us fans for the room.
Could definitely do with a spruce up and some finishing touches but overall for the money and for such a busy London weekend it did what it needed to.

Paid less than £50 for a hotel in London, classic case of pay for what you get. TV remote didn’t work, pillows provided no support whatsoever, when I used the towel after showering I ended up covered in wet black fluff that then came off on to the bed. Area is super dodgy as well and very noisy.

I didn’t get to stay. When I arrived there was a not on the front door to advise that the hotel was closed due to Covid. The issue is that they didn’t bother to advise guests who had booked (and I arrived early evening). At least Hotels.com gave me a refund and I stayed somewhere else.

I reserved online, went to the hotel at 4 pm to check-in, there was no one to open the door or answer the phone,, after waiting in my car for one hour to see incase someone open the door or show up at the reception desk I gave up and made another booking, I have never had such a terrible experience with any hotel in my life. Please be aware of this when you make a booking at this hotel.

Spoke to reception about my room being cold as the heating was not on, they came into my room but the temperature dial was not there on the radiator. I was leaving to go out and see a show in the west end. I was reassured that when i returned the heating would be on and my room would be warm - it wasn't and no note left in my room to explain why not and no temperature dial on the radiator.

Also no hand soap at the wash basin, i mentioned this too and was told -: \"Is there none in the shower cubicle?\" When i checked later it was empty.

A nice comfortable room and i believe they tried their best but service could have been a bit better.
