The property is really nice but you can start to see its age. The bar and restaurant were great, friendly staff and good food. Under ground parking is very tight to don’t bring any big cars. Overall great stay.

Brilliant swimming pool, great breakfast choices-so much variety including pancakes, waffles, cucumber, omelettes. Couldn’t think of anything else we needed.

Rooms were nice, comfortable and quiet at night. WiFi easy to connect to.

We have been staying in this hotel for the past 5 years. It has a Great location, short walk to Swiss Cottage tube station. Plenty of space for car parking (at £40 a day this is expensive). The family room ( 2 double beds) is a good size. The hotel rooms need updating as they are starting to look worn and old.

The stay was nice we were given the accessible room which is spacious and good for the kids, however the tap in the sink kept running hot water which we asked maintenance to fix, they did but the issue still appeared at which point we gave up as the stay was short.

Very nice area. Cute and quiet and not far from a lot of train lines and bus rides to go into the major parts of London. Cute room to rest and reset before going to explore London. Did have a pool and a restaurant onsite but I literally just stayed here to sleep and shower and felt safe and comfortable sleeping here. Especially in another country

Ok booking in but ihad toask that one off my rooms was what i paid for as it was not. Email meal i booked but when we arrived no table reserved for me at it was a 30th birthday meal. They was going to put us any were but i said no as i booked. Morning break sat ok sunday different story they need our table which was a party of 7 for other guests and asked us to move out side with our tea/coffee so they could have the tables. We thought it was strange they was clearing our table quick even when we got up with kids to get more food /drink they was ready to take iur plates

Booked a room with a king size bed plus a sofa bed, but the latter turned out to be just a normal sofa. However, the staff were really helpful and quick to find a solution so the stay ended up being perfectly fine.

Had issues with the room, I booked a king bed room, and got a room withj two double beds. Small beds and a big room that was not what I wanted. When I asked the staff, they said it was an upgrade, but it is not what I wanted. was told that cause it was through a third party nothing they can do for me. I was not the only one to complain about this issue. So check when you arrive.

It was marked as a 4.5 star hotel. Having stayed in the 5 star Marriott in Berlin I was expecting more so was very disappointed. Everything was dated. Room was cold even though we turned up heating. No extra blankets. The pool was a large bath and the ladies changing area was just old and a little grubby

there's not even a simple coffee machine to make coffee.
trash can is way too small and no bag. it's really dirty, without a bag, without cleaning the trash can, it can tranmit desease. bathroom door can't stay open.

Need to improve the check-in process. Understaffed in housekeeping causes delays. Part of Expedia package, felt like the left hand didn’t know what right hand was doing — dealt with 3 different people during check-in. Not a good first impression. Additional staff training, maybe.
Asked for extra Twinning tea bags and extra ginger cookies for the room,,,,,I’m still waiting. Stayed for 7 days, felt daily security deposit, hold on credit card, excessive.

Stayed here for a few nights with the family in interconnecting rooms. Facilities in the room were excellent, beds were comfy and the shower clean and powerful. Breakfast had a great selection of different foods and easily walkable to Regents Park or the tube for exploring the city. Parking was expensive but very convenient so we’d definitely stay here again.

I always stay at Marriott hotels and I never had an issue. However, when we were put into our room at this Marriott hotel, the room stunk so bad of sewage. We just had a 6 hr overnight flight and were ready to sleep but we couldn’t sleep or even use the bathroom because the smell was so bad. When we called the desk, they said they would send someone up to fix it but no one ever came up. So we had to call again and they only offered to move us into a smaller room but we still ended up paying the price for the larger room. Expedia contacted the hotel and the hotel only offered 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy points to correct this. It has been several days and 2 calls later and Marriott still has not sent me those points.

The plus side of this hotel is that it was in a safe area and a taxi was always out front ready to pick hotel guests up.

The property is very tired looking and a let down for a Marriet. Expected a much better condition hotel.. as soon as you pull up it looks old and run down... the lobby has been made to give a false image of a really nice hotel and presents very well. Once you get into the hallways and rooms, they would have looked fresh in the 90's but now look very tired and dated. Not sure if the hotel was once a council house complex?

2 things we didn’t like.
First the bed in our room (225) had a poor quality mattress that was sloping, it meant my wife slept like she was falling out of bed all night. Secondly, we were told the bar closed at 10, which we feel was too early for a hotel like this, we’d have liked a drink or 2 after coming in from working at Wembley

Excellent location for our trip to see Coldplay in Wembley and see some of Londons great sights Lovely room but would be a little cramped for full occupancy of two Queen beds . A 6 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube on the Jubilee line so handy for getting into London shopping and theatres Easy access too from Heathrow via the Elizabeth line . Excellent self service breakfast but why were we asked to pay a service charge on the second morning we were there ? We didn’t get a chance to eat in Carlitos
In summary everything you would want when staying for a week or weekend break in London. There’s a pool and gym too if you’re not going out ; both of which looked very good We did enjoy our stay which was everything we could have expected We certainly would return when visiting London

No ventilation in the bathroom, do your business and it will smell when you come back. Also bathroom is hot and humid. Had to change rooms one night due to bites on the hands/arms/back. Suspect bed bugs but could not find any. Change of rooms helped.

Was a bit disappointed with this, considering the cost. The room is large (this is why booked) and well appointed, however there is a lot of noise from corridor, tiny balconies used by people shouting on phone, movements upstairs, door bangings etc due to construction of building, which is an ugly 1960's type thing. The reception service is good. Carluccio's was disappointing, soulless and not good value but there is little option in the area on a Sunday evening.

Excellent service from check in, to cleanliness, to check out! The staff here is all on top of it! Less than 5 minute walk to the tube station which is on the main jubilee line making it convenient when going to central London. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are incredibly spacious as well. Definitely a great stay!

Had to be moved room smelt of bad drains then told no rooms to be moved to unless I paid another £150 for junior suite , was told leave bags in the smelly room they will move us. We came back this was done I then had to q for 20 mins at reception to get the this sorted, once I got to my junior suite it was small and same size as the last one not a junior suite £400 for this was a joke . I then went back down and asked for my £150 back which they refunded me . After a 4 hour drive I did not need this running around sorting a room to stay in . I stay at this hotel loads and this was not great
