I had a wonderful experience with Danubius Hotel Regents Park. What stood out most was the kindness and flexibility of the staff. I had a reservation issue and the team took the time to listen, understand my situation, and work with me to find a solution. Their willingness to accommodate my request was greatly appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier.

Throughout my stay, everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines great hospitality with such a personal touch.

Thank you to the Danubius team for your understanding and exceptional service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others visiting London.

Great location, if you want to be close to St. Johns Wood High street and Regent's Park.
I got a room that felt quite dated, but comfortable, with good airconditioning.

A big negative for me was the old school high tub! It must have been >2 ft high and I was scared getting in/out for fear of falling. So, I would caution older guests (like myself).

Cleaning staff was very cheerful and helpful. Guest reception staff was also very helpful.

The hotel is located at a major intersection (at Lord's), but the windows had good insulation and there was hardly any traffic noise

Property was only a 10-20 minute walk to 2 different tube stations. Baker St Station is a major transfer point, and just a 3-4 minute bus ride. Bus stop 2-3 minutes from property. Staff were helpful, and attentive. Property was quiet. Small convenience store right next door. Property clean and room sufficient.

Great stay! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the nice lady at the reception offered us complementary late check in.
We dined at the restaurant and the food was very delicious. So was the breakfast! Nice and diverse. Our room had a great view looking at the lord’s cricket ground. This was our 2nd time at the hotel, and this time it was even better than the first time! Thanks Danubius!

The initial interaction was with the front desk where staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Subsequent interaction with restaurant staff was also most positive. And the room service ladies were efficient and helpful by providing extra towels and shower gels/shampoo and promptly cleaning our room daily. The hotel itself was very clean and well appointed. The location near Regents Park was also very convenient.

The hotel smelt divine as you enter through reception. Very clean hotel. My 1st time at this hotel & i will be back. So close to catch the bus to Baker Street subway. Also got the bus in the other direction to Camden Market. All staff at this hotel were pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was good & more than enough choices. Bed & pillow were so comfy. Thankyou for our wonderful stay.

Amazing location with a bus stop opposite that got us into oxford street in under 20min.

Visited the hotel for our anniversary and my wife's birthday. Our daughter contacted the hotel who were excellent in helping her to arrange for flowers chocolates and balloons to be placed in our room. Nothing was too much trouble for them including the loan of an umbrella as we had mislaid ours. Very attentive pleasant and friendly staff I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

Room was well presented and spacious.The bed was very comfortable and large. Every member of staff that we met was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced. We didn't park at the hotel but noted that it was very limited.

Had a lovely stay in a deluxe king on one of the renovated floors. It was very quiet, I literally heard not a single sound in my room the entire stay - it was like I had the whole floor to myself. Breakfast is killer!

Danubius Regents Park is an excellent choice, particularly so because car parking is available together with electric charging points. Great location. Everything about the hotel is perfect- staff, rooms, breakfast, restaurant. Highly recommend.

All of the staff were friendly and really helpful. We rang beforehand to arrange early check in and that had all been sorted for us before we arrived. Room was very comfortable. We both slept well. Decent buffet breakfast staff in the dining room were helpful and attentive. Concierge service was. Exceptional. Really good value for the price we paid considering it was bank holiday weekend. Well situated only 10 minutes walk to St John’s Wood’s tube station. Would definitely go back again.

We were in a deluxe room king and included complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, biscuits and water + bathrobe/slippers.

Convenient location for public transportation and nice area. Clean room and bathroom. However shower door was not fitted properly and water leaked onto the floor. Bedroom Blackout drapes a little too short so the morning light came through earlier than we would have liked. Good and plentiful breakfast though scrambled eggs and baked beans were cold by 7:30 am. Hope on our return visit on the 14th the fruit will be varied a little. Missed my morning banana or apple. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room's air-conditioning did not seem to work as the instructions were completely wrong. We were advised that the A/C would work based on us inserting our room-key into a slot by the door - however there was no slot. We discovered the next morning (5 minutes prior to vacating the room) a switch near the window which activated the A/C. So having spend a night in a warm room where we did open the window to thereafter be subjected to works going on - so not a pleasant night's sleep was had. We have stayed here prior and did not experience this.

The bathroom was extremely small - you could not swing a cat. The shower was ok but there was a lot of spray as the shower screen was very small.

The parking is very limited and you'll find it be double-parked. You do need to hand your car keys over to concierge who will re-park any cars if necessary.

Travel to London was necessary due to a family member at the Wellington Hospital South and the Danubius is within a short walk. The check in with Janine was good; informative, courteous and friendly. We had a King Room that was ok. The bathroom was very small but served a purpose albeit the bath/shower was just adequate. Unfortunately our room (710) was close enough to train lines so the noise element was very prevalent! The room was clean but dated. The breakfast was excellent and good value with many options and choices available. Dinner in the Pavillion Bar was good with sufficient menu choices. Staff in the Pavillion Bar were friendly, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable of the fare available. If I was attending a match at Lords or having to travel to be an hospital inpatient I would happily stay at the Danubius.

This hotel was essentially perfect for all our needs. The only detractor was location, and that's only in that the closest tube station is a 10-minute walk, and if you or someone you are travelling with has accessibility issues, that walk can feel like a task. Otherwise, the location is great, the rooms are quiet, and the staff was of great help and support!
