Well located in a great area of London. Property is older but well maintained. Towels and bedding were clean. Both beds were comfortable. Front desk staff is helpful. If they help you get a taxi please have cash on hand. The driver would not accept card and took my friend to cash point. This should have been communicated. Nevertheless I appreciated their help. I would stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night during our visit to London, the staff on reception were phenomenal. They helped us in ever way they could, very friendly and cheerful. We had the breakfast, which was extremely reasonably priced and freshly cooked. Would stay again if I’m the area! 😁😁

Disappointing experience
I was most disappointed because I was looking forward to a queen size bed, but it was a double. My own bed is a double. It was definitely not a queen. There was no heating, you needed a password to turn it on and the shower door was missing. They put up a curtain instead. Lastly, there were no channels on the TV because the coaxial cable was broken. I wish I had gone elsewhere. If they can't meet requirements of what was described in the room, was it worth the amount you paid for? No.

Location, location, location. Very handy (and you pay for that) to a concert hall I wanted to walk to. High Street Marylebone is a delightful museum of bourgie tumbril goodies. Handy to Marylebone rail station and Baker Street tube station. Accommodation itself was nice, clean, and orderly.

Disappointing. Great location and clean. Basic but what we needed. However not suitable for families. Young child with us, yet they checked a young couple in the adjourning room to us at midnight with only one aim. Weren’t helpful when asked for support in trying to get them to be quiet. Finally they stopped at 4am. Even when we asked in the morning they barely said sorry. Luckily child thinks it was just dogs barking in the night.

A reasonable stay in a good central location
Good central location with very little traffic noise, although we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms/housekeeping within the hotel. We had a twin room on the first floor and it was clean and a reasonable size, with decent amenities (kettle, tea/coffee, fridge, hairdryer). However, the beds were extremely narrow (we're both petite women and we struggled!) and they had no top sheets, only duvets. This wouldn't have been a huge issue, but the room itself was very hot, and the air con/heating was all centrally controlled. This meant we ended up jumping up and down every few minutes to open/close the windows, trying to keep it at a reasonable temperature. Our booking also said the room would have a bath, when in fact it only had a shower. We considered asking to move (I couldn't have a shower the night of the stay for medical reasons), but we decided not to bother – the hotel had accommodated a very early check in for us (no charge), which was hugely appreciated. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that aspect.

Needed a twin room to share with my daughter who was attending a workshop close by. The hotel room had two single beds. Although the room was a bit small as with the twin beds one was really close to door, I suspect it was normally a small double room and bed was separated..so was a squeeze to get in with bags. The room and ensuite were clean, and tidy, basics available, tea making facilities, soap and shower gels etc. Staff were helpful, Covid advice in place. Breakfast was good value and cooked to order or self serve if we wanted something lighter. Overall impressed so booked in advance for next visit. Only wish is for a larger twin room next visit.

Hotel was ok. The location is excellent. Didn’t really like that they needed to take a scan of my debit card and driving license on check-in, it felt a bit shady. I would have preferred to just pay through a card terminal like at most other hotels.

Hotel room small, clean and compact. A bit overpriced but bonus full cooked breakfast daily. On the downside our room was located in the basement next to the breakfast room so a bit noisy in the morning. Otherwise its not a bad place to stay.

Clean and quiet boutique hotel in Marylebone
This is a modern and quiet boutique hotel of about 25 rooms in Marylebone. It is a 2 minutes' walk from the Baker Street underground station, Madame Tussauds, Regent's Park, a supermarket, and a selection of excellent restaurants. We booked a 3 beds room on a high floor. This is what we got. All floors can be reached by elevator. The room was supposed to be 19 square meters in size, but was no more than only about 14-15 meters. While being rather smallish, the room is air conditioned, has a modern bathroom, plenty of storage space, desk and chairs, small fridge, percolator, and free Wi-fi (that worked quite well even on the top floor). The room came with breakfast, that was quite reasonable in European standards and includes toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, selection of cereals, fruit salad, and coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our overall rating of the hotel is 4/5, primarily due to the smallish room and due to the medium value for money (3/5 or 3.5/5). The price tag of $260/Night might be reasonable for London, but for that price we would have expected to get more.

The hotel was very reasonably priced given the location, with a good choice of restaurants near by. I only stayed one night, having stayed elsewhere the first two nights of my trip, and was very glad to have a more spacious room at this hotel.
I was disappointed to find that there wasn't a dedicated luggage holding space and felt that the front of house manager could have responded in a friendlier nanner when I relayed my dis-ease at being advised to leave my hand luggage in the oen reception area. However, I would still consider staying at this hotel again if luggage storage wasn't required.

After reading a few less than positive reviews my husband and I were a little apprehensive as our stay approached. Having been asked our anticipated time of arrival, and advising the hotel we planned to arrive shortly after 1.00p.m., it was disappointing to be told at 1.15 p.m. that room was not ready. The man on reception gave no apology and we were not made to feel at all welcome.
However that was the total extent of our poor experience. The room on the lower ground floor at the back was very clean with lots of storage space and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was the best I have ever encountered in a hotel - easy to use and very responsive. This was crucial to us getting a good night’s sleep as we couldn’t open any windows and it was very, very hot.
Breakfast was good, basic cereals, yoghurt and fruit but very prompt service by the friendly and efficient staff and the cooked food was good. No meat but that was not a problem for us. Good quality bread for the toast, plenty of it and lots of butter.
The room was nicely serviced while we were out before our second night there. Good external door security, 24 hour reception (very polite and friendly staff apart from our first encounter). Room safe.

Breakfast was good, basic cereals, yoghurt and fruit but very prompt service by the friendly and efficient staff and the cooked food was good. No meat but that was not a problem for us. Good quality bread for the toast, plenty of it and lots of butter.
The room was nicely serviced while we were out before our second night there. Good external door security, 24 hour reception (very polite and friendly staff apart from our first encounter). Room safe.

Location is close to Baker Street Underground, easy walk to Regents Park and 15 minute walk to the Oxford Shopping District.
