The breakfast hall was quite chaotic, and we had to wait for a table. As we were a large group, this was somewhat difficult. Two members of our group arrived earlier and were given a table for two. When the rest of us arrived, we were told that we could not be given another table as we had “already been allocated one.”

We then moved to a larger table so that we could all sit together, however a staff member approached us and told us off in a manner that came across as quite rude.
But the concierge and other staff were just brilliant!

Clean room, friendly staff, well located. Only drawback is there was an issue with the cold water (it was coming hot) but maintenance came quickly and despite not able to fix it, they found a work around.
Breakfast has an extensive range of products, but the quality was not great.

5 mins from Paddington with good link into London Town. Comfortable and big rooms even if the bed was a little soft for our choice but that is person dependent. Would definitely stay again in the future, thank you to the team.

All staff friendly and helpful, room and other areas very clean, room very spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Location was ideal, with access to 3 underground lines within a 2 minute walk and an easy walk to Hyde park. Would definitely choose to stay again on our next London trip!

For a Hilton hotel, left a lot lacking. Hotel was too big and you could feel the attention to detail was lacking. Rooms dated (which is fine) however house keeping was sub par. Lots of details missing such as not replacing cups or finish making beds. Rooms not sound proofed & lots of noise from air conditioning. Great location.

My room was freezing cold. Outside would have been warmer, which is saying something for London in January.

After leaving my bag there following my initial check-in, I returned late at night and it was so cold that if I had slept there I would surely have gotten sick.

I was unable to raise the temperature and, after too long a wait (which was somewhat understandable given the late hour), maintenance was unable to fix it and I had to change room.

And, of course, I was woken at 8:45am by housekeeping banging on the door because I hadn't left the Privacy sign outside the new room.

All of my interactions with staff were friendly and I have no issues with any individual but no-one should ever have been put in that room.

We thought the hotel was great in the lobby and restaurant and all the staff seemed lovely. Food had a wide variety and was delicious.
Our room was tired and dusty, carpets were marked and wardrobe had damage near the tea station. Rubbish and food bits under the bed and had to ask for sofa bed bedding, as none was in the room, this took quite a while for it to arrive. The bathroom was letting off a dirty drain smell and we had to keep the door shut!

The toilet door handle was broken, the carpet was worn and damaged, and the room felt generally untidy and unclean. Overall, the condition of the hotel did not reflect a four star standard at all, especially given the price of nearly two hundred pound per night. Check in was also disappointing. The receptionist was not welcoming and came across as rude, which made the experience even worse. Based on this stay, I would not choose to stay here again.

Nice hotel overall, but failures of the front desk caused issues.
I’d spoke to the front desk well in advance and arranged for early check-in. This was agreed, confirming around midday. I called back the day before stay and confirmed again (my arrival 1300-1400).
On arrival (1400) the room wasn’t ready - we waited until 1500; the standard check-in time.
At 1500, we were told the room wouldn’t be ready for another hour.
After complaining and having to explain how this would cause issues with plans they arranged an alternative room.

The room was the correct type, but was without bedding for our son. Already running late because of the issues at check-in, we waited until we got back from our evening out before trying to make the bed from what spares were in the cupboard. It was missing any sheets. Trying to get sheets from front desk took us nearly an hour of multiple calls to the front desk and messages through the Hilton honours app - the desk staff, who weren’t able to speak well in clear English, were non-committal with how long it may be. Our 7 year old was falling asleep on the sofa by this time.

Otherwise the room had a some wear and tear which could have been made better.
The carpet into the kind bedroom was wearing thin near the threshold and spikes on the gripper strip could be felt pricking the skin under feet. Also there was some water damage on wallpaper and floor near bathroom evident from a previous leak behind wall - not a great look.

Stayed here lots before for the location. Looking a bit tired now. Unfortunately the floor we stayed on was infested with carpet moths. Bare patches all over the carpets in the corridors and loads of tiny moths crawling up the walls. They need to sort this but it’ll be a nightmare. Just hope none came home with us.

Our first room had mould in bathroom, broken shower that flooded the bathroom and broken headboard. We were moved to another room that wasn’t much better for our second night. The hotel staff were disinterested and unhelpful with the exception on one member of the restaurant team. Really poor and very sad that our long awaited few days away were ruined by a below par hotel experience!

This hotel is in an excellent place just opposite Edgware Road tube station.
Hotel was spotlessly clean and has great facilities.
Check in was quick and staff really friendly.
Breakfast was superb with great choice and although queues at peak time staff were quick to find a table. Only negative is coffee machines kept stopping and so long queues for a hot drink.

Room service is so slow it might as well not be an option. I had ten executive suite booked. I called 4 times for some milk and cookies between the hours of 10pm-2am. I made my final call upset and angry at 2am before finally waiting and going to bed without my milk and cookies arriving to my door. The finally came and I the reception said there was some miscommunication. Frankly that’s not my problem nor should it take 4 calls in 4 hours to get proper room service.

Staff clearly had a speech for the west wing \"has a beautiful view of the city\" it didnt it had a view of the next apartment block.

This hotel was so incredibly disappointing, we stayed here as it was marketed as 11 minutes walk from Hyde park however when we got there we found out it was at least 20 minutes to the nearest entrance. We waited around half an hour to be checked in and our room was dirty and outdated. Not only this but the area is so unsafe, I will definitely not be staying here again.

I did not have a pleasant stay at this Hilton property. Initially the desk staff Zaid gave away 1 of the 2 rooms I booked while I was checking in. This was a miscommunication between him and the other clerk Joshua and I was left with only one room available. The clerk Zaid was rude in how he handled the incident mentioning he was doing me a “favor”. When I returned a female clerk attended to me after speaking with Zaid and assigned me a room with bugs! I’ve attached pictures of the bugs in the room. I complained about this, and by this time my partner had arrived. He went to address this with the staff and at this point I was given a decent room. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for a girls trip or women traveling alone!! They do not make women feel safe without a man present. My partner lives in London and came to stay to ensure our safety. I chose this hotel bc of proximity to tube and central. We came in town for the NFL game and a celebration of life during the week. So this was convenient. However, the staff while checking in did not meet Hilton’s standard.

Very disappointed. Reception team very miserable and unwelcoming. Lifts take ages. Rooms basic and show signs of wear and tear. Superficially clean, needs a good deep clean. No plug for the bath. The only friendly faces we saw was when the two of the house keepers said good morning.
Rooms very noisy and lots of banging. Also when we arrived back to the hotel, there was a fight that had broken out in one of the function rooms which caused loud screaming and staff running to the function room.

We selected this hotel for our stay in London because of its location and previous positive experiences at Hilton hotels. The location was close to key metro/train stations which was extremely convenient. The room itself was okay-the bathroom was small and clearly needed some extra attention. There were hard water stains in the shower area and the plumbing made a screaching sound when adjusting the temp and pressure. The bed was comfy, butroom size was smaller than expected.

The restaurant staff was good. The food was ok.
When I booked my room, it was advertised as having a tub/shower combo which is why I selected it, but when we checked in, I was informed that I would need to pay extra to have a room with a tub/shower combo. I paid the extra, however the tub was stained and very worn and narrow. It was definitely not worth the extra amount I had to pay. The housekeeping staff needs to improve the quality of their work. After we checked in we found a n95 mask under the edge of the bed. Not all of our garbage was picked up. If something accidently fell out, it was left on the floor by the housekeeping staff. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. I understand London was expensive but the hotel was not worth the price we paid. We were more comfortable in the other hotel we stayed at.

The location of the hotel was good, however we would not stay here again.

The Evelator on the West Wing was a bit tricky and they didnt re stock my room on our last 2 daus but upon request it was done promptly.

paid for an upgraded room, which had a horrible dirty ripped chair in the room. Asked reception if it could be removed or replaced, was told it would be asap. it was not moved. Asked reception again, no new chair. Tried the online chat, was told it would be replaced that day, it was not. Complained to reception and the supervisor didn't even bother to come out to see me, but told the receptionist we would be refunded 33% via expedia, we have not been refunded. Terrible state of affairs and disappointing. Room in the west wing was a 10 minute hike from reception. This hotel is too big for them to manage. No water in room on 1st night, 2 cans appeared the 2nd night? black hairs in bath tub, broken shower head fixed with yellow tape stuff - definitely not Hilton standards. Staff mostly rude and dismissive, nobody says good morning? I would happily speak to the manager if they could be bothered to speak to me.

Large property located close to Paddington station, Lobby area is very clean and modern with great dining options, the guest room corridors and rooms not so much.
Rooms are very dated and not so clean with older carpet, dirty interior windows, stiff mattresses, and slow draining showers. During our stay we asked for the windows to be cleaned and the shower drain to be cleared, it was never addressed. At checkout we let let the manager know and he promised to apply a discount (which never happened)

The hotel has a convenient central location but the surrounding area felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at night. The lobby facilities have been renovated but the lobby bathroom stalls did not lock and the rooms are below subpar. The hallways were dirty and smelled of mold. The room was old and worn, with dirty carpets and blinds, the deadlock at the door did not work due to warpage.

Obvious dark hairs on the bathroom floor - multiple. Asked for bathroom to be cleaned, it wasn’t.
Stained bed linen, dried blood and goodness knows what else.
Shower was mediocre & toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Again we informed reception but nothing done.
Thankfully we were only booked in for one night. We won’t return.

Overall a comfortable hotel, which was good value considering it is central London. Location great for Paddington area and also access to Wembley Stadium.
Stayed in Executive King, room comfortable but felt there was nothing different to any standard rooms had stayed in at other Hilton’s (Curio, Hampton and doubletree) except the access to the executive lounge.
Check in was very busy, not enough desks for the number of people. Our room was not ready and had to wait. I found the 1st receptionist not helpful - just told wait should be 10 minutes. No access to executive lounge provided or any info - just that the digital key will be activated.
40 minutes later not ready, rejoined the queue and new room sorted by someone a lot more helpful.

Executive Lounge was an experience. The staff were great but sadly no ‘afternoon tea’. Disappointed that the offerings were crisps, biscuits or some fruit. Breakfast was the opposite and a great deal of choice and variety.

Generally, can’t fault the stay. Good location, staff, amenities and standard.
Only let down by some reception duty person who dialled the room at 0152 aff st king if we had checked in….!
