After staying here three times, this time wasn’t as good. Although the rooms were similar, clean and nice water pressure, from the 10th floor to the 7th floor makes quit the difference. It was a lot noisier, with soundproofing not as good. Could hear water dripping from the pipes in the ceiling and the constant slamming of doors in the hallway. Once one slams the door, seems like everyone else wants to slam. It’s location is really good to airport and within walking distance.

My second stay at Belmont Hotel Manila was excellent. I booked a one-bedroom suite with a living room for my wife and two kids on our return trip to Australia, and it was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, and our kids were very happy. It even has two toilets and bathrooms, which made family life easy. The staff were just as accommodating, warm, and welcoming as during my first visit. The hotel’s location is highly strategic, right in front of NAIA Terminal 3, making transfers effortless. I’m already looking forward to my next stay next year.

The check in staff was nice and courteous, but the room is small. The restaurant for breakfast had a long line, too. Moreover, the wifi did not work most of the time we stayed and this was critical since we had paid extra amount to check out late so we could work in the room. I spoke with the Guest Relations Manager promised me that they will refund this amount. Until today, no refund has been issued in my card.

The breakfast was amazing. Something for everyone! The food was well prepared and/or fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

The Belmont Hotel is convenient because of its proximity to the airport’s Terminal 3 station. However, its daily breakfast food options, staff, and rooms leave much room for improvement. When my husband and I arrived at our room, it smelled musty, moldy, and damp— reason why the staff probably cranked up the Airconditioning which we eventually had to adjust because it was freezing inside the room. When we used the shower, it “semi-flooded” the bathroom and having a handicapped husband certainly made it nerve-wracking to ensure he does not slip and fall. I had to constantly get a towel to wipe down the wet floors and “push out” excess and stagnant water down the drains. Having a sensor-type faucet where you brush your teeth does not help as well because sometimes, even with your hands underneath the faucet, the water refuses to come out. During our first day, we were trying to get some sleep (jet-lagged) when there was this earth-moving drilling going on next door that my husband had to call the manager to let them know that we were concerned about the noise next door and were woken up from our much-needed rest from the flight the previous night. Long story short: manager could not do anything so my husband called security and that settled it. Maybe administrative and clerical staff need more training in regards to customer service. / Breakfast was fine but the okra was undercooked, the eggs were cold and had been sitting out too long on a plate, and orange juice was Tang.

All is still good after our second time staying there. Close to airport (walking distance), shopping, restaurants and casino. The only issue which is not the hotels fault, is the other customers slamming doors and allowing their kids to scream at all hours.

For the price of breakfast per person, i think I could get better food from outside.

The outlets in the rooms were not working that we have to call the front desk.

The smell of the room it wasn’t pleasant as soon as you walk in.

As we checked in I asked front desk to give me a room with a good view he gave me a view of a building like a wall of a building across😬.

The only good thing about is its nearby the T3 airport.

Unfortunately, my experience at Belmont Café was disappointing due to what appeared to be poor management of guest volume. The check-in process involved extremely long queues and excessive waiting times, which set a negative tone from the start.

The breakfast service was similarly affected, with long lines, overcrowding, and insufficient staffing or organization to accommodate the number of guests. While the facilities and food were acceptable, the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of efficient crowd management.

I hope management takes steps to improve staffing, scheduling, and operational planning, as better organization would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Plumbings clogged if u leave the shower runnning for a moment floors will overflow before u know it. My room was always night time lights are always dimmed and you cant adjust it. Opening the curtains doesn't help either during day time. You can barely see anything. The only plus side on booking with Belmont hotel is how convenient it is with access between the Hotel and Terminal 3 dependent on
How much luggage you have because you will have to walk and push them from terminal 3 footbridge entrance all the way to the exit. 0.3 miles walk. Hope this review helps.

After watching positive YouTube reviews, we expected much more from this hotel. Considering we started our Philippines holiday at a beautiful 5-star hotel at Newport, ending our trip at the Belmont was a real letdown and didn't feel like good value for money.
The room itself was clean but it was a disappointment overall—the bathroom was tiny, and the towels were old and small. The buffet breakfast was also a major letdown; they ran out of food and plates, and the floor staff weren't attentive at all despite there being plenty of them around.
On the positive side, the staff we interacted with—from reception, housekeeping to the porters—were great. The best part of the hotel is definitely its proximity to the airport via the Runway Manila skybridge. The luggage service was seamless: one porter took our bags to the entrance of the walk bridge, and another took over to wheel them right to the terminal entrance.
If you strictly need a clean place to sleep with effortless Terminal 3 access, it fits the bill—just don't expect 5-star comfort or a great breakfast to close out your trip.

This is a simple notel with all you need very close to the airport terminal 3. Just a quick walk from the terminal and you are there. Rooms are modern, staff are friendly and there is a pretty decent breakfast buffet.
There is a lot in the doorstep of the hotel as well from restaurants and places to eat to the Newport casino a five minute walk down the street. Overall, a pretty decent place to stay for a stopover.

I had a wonderful stay at Belmont Hotel Manila. From the drivers who handled my airport pickup and drop-off, to the concierge, front desk staff, gym, housekeeping, and restaurant team, everyone was warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful. You can really tell the staff care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable and gave me a great night’s sleep, and I also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water in the room after a long day of travel. It’s the small thoughtful touches, along with the excellent service, that made my stay so pleasant.

Thank you to the entire team for the hospitality and professionalism. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return again.
