We had a late train on our checkout day and the staff kindly kept our bags for free until the evening allowing us to travel the city without lugging around our luggage. The staff are great but the rooms are not as expected, not enough amenities, no good view, i was checked in in a basement flood with a tiny room with a view of a small terrace that had only doors. You cal literally wash your hand in a sink while sitting on your bed. They changed my room, one of the staff was great and friendly, but even the changed room was nit as i expected or as i saw in the pictures when booking. The view was to the back of some buildings, the shower took ages to heat up, the check out time is 10 am which is not good at all. Overall, i inly liked the staff and location, but i highly doubt i will go back there as there are cheaper hotels for better quality

Everything about this place was perfect! The hotel staff at front desk were so so sweet! Alex was very funny and helpful when we checked-in, despite how tired we were. Pooja was also so sweet to us - they all felt like friends. Room was spotless, location is right next to Paddington station, loved the area. Only thing is that the washroom was tiny! also lots of stairs to go up to our room since we were on the 4th floor so just a heads up for those that would want to avoid stairs.

We met Alex on our arrival and were immediately impressed with his respectful, helpful attitude. He remained professional throughout our stay. The room was clean, adequately resourced but claustrophobically small. It may suffice as an overnighter and for a single client. The bathroom is admirably clean but again suffocatingly small. I would not recommend the room I stayed in to a person weighing more than 80kilos and taller than 1.8 metres.

I was placed in a basement room which was right above the underground, and with trains coming past every couple of minutes, it was a really unsettled night and not ideal for a business stay.

The hotel is well located close to the Paddington Station. It is so close you can faintly here the Tube coming and going. The staff was very helpful including carrying my luggage to my room on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. The room was tiny but very clean, and the cost was reasonable. I did not have any hot water in the morning around 8:45 am to take a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, I would stay again.

The room I booked was very small which I was aware of. The size of the room wasn’t a problem; There was no heat! I’m not sure if that was something that was listed on the site before I booked it and didn’t pay attention? I thought that was something that all hotels are required to have? The staff support was great in that they handed me a space heater but only after I asked. The space heater helped a bit but the room was already small so that took up a little amount of space that I had. The refrigerator was not working until I told them that it wasn’t it took a total of two visits for it to actually get cold. Thank God it wasn’t that cold. Just to give you guys an idea of how small the room was, I am 5’4” my BMI is within normal range. I had to shimmy out of the shower also you will not be able to sit on the toilet without the door open. I gave the stay two stars because they were nice to me and it’s super close to train station. However, I do think the room was neglected because there is no way you have a room with no heat. I’m sure this room is not booked frequently because there’s just no way. I would like to be compensated.

The checkin guy did not offer to help with bags, when it was a very small staircase and the room was on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Though during the checkout there was another guy, who did help me with my bag. They do not provide any vanity kit, and every time you go up to your room, you would regret your decision to book this property. Stay Away. Also the rooms are smaller than a bathroom, and then in the bathroom, if you stand, you can't even close the door.

We had a pleasant one night stay, we picked the hotel because of its proximity to Paddington station and the Heathrow express, very convenient. The staff is very helpful and offered excellent recommendations, the surrounding area is nice and have many options for food, drink or just walk around. Would stay again.

The lady that checked us in was very difficult ( 8 pm ish on Sunday night) and condescending!! She asked for ID ( mine as I booked the room) but I didn't have it. She said the emails asked for it but I checked and the 2 emails received made no mention of this.After 40 mins she accepted my bank card ( but would take my husbands ID who was with me. We also booked a superior double, the room given to us G23 was very small, the shower the size of a cupboard, and in a bad state of repair, skirting boards grubby and very dusty, curtains too short and room very hot and noisy from the trains ( no mention on website about this as i would have asked for a room higher up) TV didn't work properly! when mentioned to said lady she said trains will stop past 11pm and she couldnt help with the TV!! or change our room. Basically very un helpful all round.I felt we had been fobbed off with the room!!

The hotel has two strong points: its excellent location and the exceptionally friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was among the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It was a tiny space tucked under the stairs, and the bathroom felt more like a cupboard — the shower was so cramped it was hard to turn around, and the hot water was unreliable. To make matters worse, a tube line ran directly beneath the room, causing almost constant rumbling and rattling throughout the night. Despite the wonderful staff, I won’t be returning.

Location: The location is perfect for users of public transportation as it is right by Paddington Station. My room was on the top floor (4th) which is only accessible by stairs. It was fine for me but would be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room was smaller than I expected but that's on me. Next time, I would pay more for something bigger. However that wasn't an issue as I was only in the room to sleep and shower.
Staff: Medhi was/is absolutely amazing at his job. He is very friendly, knows the city and can tell you where to go, how to get there, can recommend great places to eat or visit. Give that man a raise! The only other interaction I had was with one of the housekeepers and she was also very attentive and friendly.

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows. The shower was perfect and the towels were of a very good quality.
There were tea making facilities and a safe.
Hakeem, Alex and Mehdi were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us. They went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Customer service was amazing.
I would not hesitate to use this hotel again and would definitely recommend it.

Very clean room, tidied every day. Plenty of towels left in the room and used ones replaced daily. Extra pillow and bed clothes provided on request. Compact but manageable ensuite (toilet, wash basin and shower) with good shower and plenty of hot water. Normal hotel-sized safe and cool small fridge in room. Hair dryer works well and tea/coffee making facilities are good. Tudor Court looks a well kept hotel in a safe and reasonably quiet area. Paddington Station only a street away and nearest Tube station is Paddington entrance/exit on the Bakerloo Line. Extremely polite and helpful staff (Hakeem and Alex). Staff bring luggage up to your room and on morning of departure they will collect luggage from your room and place it in storage if you are not leaving the area until evening. Plenty of dining places in the streets surrounding the hotel. Excellent breakfast service in nearby restaurants - I dined in 2 of them. Good shops for supplies and foodstuffs in surrounding streets and Bakerloo Tube station entrance. Very happy with my stay in Tudor Court Hotel and would certainly recommend the hotel.

We had a great four night stay atthe Tudor Court Hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Paddington Station. A lovely garden was just outside the door. The staff were helpful providing maps and great suggestions for local eating establishments and where to catch the circle bus. Victoria's pub, a few blocks away offered a great pub experience (two men shared a small table with us. It was quite crowded) and very good food (beef pie, fish and chips).

We walked a few blocks to the Alexander Fleming Museum just inside the gate of St Mary's Hospital. We walked to Hyde Park and Kensington Park and toured Kensington Palace.
