Hotel was clean. Very close to hamra and city centre. Staff were willing to help and professional.
Hotel itself was located on a quiet street with easy walking access to shopping and restaurants.
One downfall we went 4 nights here and breakfast was pretty much the same all morning. Maybe a bit of a switch once or twice a week. That aside it was a good choice.

Can't imagine better place in Beirut

We've stayed 3 nights and can't imagine better value for money! Great location, all staff was friendly and professional, we could even leave our luggage for a week. Anytime I'll be back in Beirut, I'll be happy to stay at Grand Concerto again!

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Concerto Hotel because many conditions were met : central location, close to hamra and to raoucheh, professional staff at the reception and in the restaurant, free available parking, clean and wide rooms. The furniture was new and elegant. I would certainly recommend this hotel for professional and/or for leisure.

I had stayed in this hotel and I had very good time in this hotel. The cooling was very good in the room.The hotel provides free WiFi. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room and toilet was very clean. Also the location of this hotel was very good as it was only 10 minutes walking distance to famous shopping area Hamra.Also famous raouche rocks were only 10 minutes walking distance to hotel.

This is a hidden gem. The reception staff is amazing, the lady at the desk helped my find my lost phone in an uber. She was a miracle worker!!
The hotel itself is really in fantastic condition, all super clean and new, even the breakfast buffet was top notch. Will surely use only this hotel as Im surenthe value for money is unbeatable!!

Ich habe absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit weg vom Felsen oder La Hamra (Einkaufsstraße), auch zum Beirut Souk (neues moderne Beirut) ist es nicht weit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hôtel très récent donc équipements neufs, chambres confortables bonne literie, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel souriant et très gentil, prix très raisonnable. je recommande. Un seul défaut studio avec cuisine certes, mais pas une assiette ni une fourchette, ni casserole dans la cuisine, inutilisable.

Posizione molto centrale, rapido accesso ad Hamra street con negozi, ristoranti ecc. Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile, mi hanno risolto vari piccoli problemi. Camera discretamente spaziosa, pulizia impeccabile, letto comodissimo, bagno ben equipaggiato (abbiamo dovuto richiedere a parte l'asciugacapelli) ma un po' angusto. Colazione buona e abbondante, con cibo locale. Prezzo equo (Beirut non è molto economica!).

We stayed 6 days 17-22 nov at Grand Concerto Hotel, Beirut, and it was exceptional. Friendly staff especially GAIDA, spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows and wonderful breakfast. location is perfect. Servicen generelt på hotellet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsom - desværre kneb det dog en smule for betjeningen i restauranten/morgen buffet.. her var det lidt af en kamp og man følte\"næsten\" man kom til besvær!!

Я без всякого сомнения рекомендую этот отель. Прекрасное расположение, внутри района тихо, качество сна на высоте, с верхних этажей видно море. Номера убирают идеально. На завтраках нет широкого выбора. Мы были неделю и разнообразия-0. Но наедались.Поэтому за питание я бы поставил 4 балла из 5-ти. Номера очень удобные, красиво оформлены. В ванной комнате все в достатке, но кондиционера для волос нет. Фена нет тоже (сколько путешествуем, впервые столкнулись с отсутствием этого прибора, даже в Танзании, Кении в отелях фены были). Проблема есть с конструкцией слива в душевой кабине, вода попросту не стекает ( номер 604). Приходилось сгонять воду ногой:)))). До заезда несколько раз списывались с отелем по поводу бесплатного трансфера в отель ( есть у них такая акция). Писали, мол, да, без проблем. Сообщите только свой рейс и тд. В общем, нас встретили и доставили, но в итоге запросили 25$. В общем, путем переговоров сошлись на том, что денег платить не будем. Но настроение это подпортило. Трансфер в аэропорт точно платный. Просят ровно столько же.
