Experience was great. The only thing I had a problem with was unable to control the volume on the television after 9 PM. And the Wi-Fi dropped off at 5 AM. Also, the shower was weird. Didn’t have a divider, which then got water all over the bathroom.

Good location a few minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were great, very welcoming and friendly. Our room was quite small and even though i had paid extra for a room with a window it was a tiny little slit in one angled corner of the room, so the room was exceptionally dark. Lighting in the bathroom is incredibly bright, no option for a dimmer setting/night time lighting, like some other hotels like this such as premier inn hubs. Sockets on only one side of the bed which is a negative when two people are staying and want to charge phones etc

It's a good location. basic rooms ,no fridge,no phone ,small beds . It's close to paddington (Elisabeth underground from heathrow ) two other underground lines close by . Breakfast can be had at weatherspoons just through the greggs pathway for $4 ( just google map it) . I've stayed there twice .

Really friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. I was a little early arriving but no issue and checked me in to a room that was available.
The room is very compact but ideal as a place to crash for the evening.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was simple but good to start the day.
At 5 mins walk from both Paddington and Edgware Road, it’s ideally located for getting about.
Would be tight for a couple, and if you were needing to work from the room but as a crash pad - couldn’t have wanted more.

Ideally I would give it a 3.5, but I decided to give it a 4 instead of a 3. It’s a cute quaint hotel. The rooms are comically small, but respectfully clean and comfortable. I found the rooms noisy - from the outdoors, hallways, other room doors and elevator (Nevermind construction that was happening).

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was not suitable for two people with luggage. The layout could have been designed better—for example, there was no toilet paper holder. We had heater issues right away, though staff eventually resolved them. Noise was also a problem; we could hear phone alarms and random knocking sounds that went on for several minutes.

I paid extra for a larger room and there is no way that was a room with extra space. It felt incredibly cramped. There was only one size of towel available, which was an inconvenience and seemed lazy on the hotel’s part. There was no phone to call the front desk. The lighting system was really weird.
It was clean, so that was positive.
The room would have been fine for 100-130 bucks a night but not 200 dollars a night. I would not stay there again.

An overall lovely place to stay! Staff are great, especially harsh and andreea which checked us in and was there the next 2/3 nights, very friendly and helpful. Not sure of the names of the other people (morning staff) but we’re also very smiley and welcoming. Would Definetely recommend and stay at other point A hotels in the future :)

Was given room in basement just above the subway line. It was very disturbing with every passing train as the room vibrated and became very noisy. Asked the staff if we can move to an upper level and was told immediately that the hotel is fully booked. He didn't even check his booking system or attempted to find a resolution. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

I used to stay here regularly ( 2017-2020) . My first trip since then and was 0/10 …will be asking for a refund !

Arrived - tv turned itself off every 15 mins , waited for the guy to come and look , he had to strip all the extras off it to get it to operate as a tv.

Night 1 - group in opposite room and next door came back after 2am , decided to stand shouting chatting in the hall. The doors offer zero soundproofing !!! I had to get out of bed to ask them to stop , that was the trigger for more shouting in the hall . They then went next door and it went on till near 4am !!! I reported it to reception and reply was ‘oh I can see how that might be upsetting’ …offered nothing !

Day 2 - my tv then decided it would stay on for 7 seconds and reboot ! I mentioned it at reception when going out , nothing done !

Then night 2 , same again, doors slamming after 1am . Noise ….

Oh I forgot the classic ….from 5am to the following 1am you get the tube noise , like thunder coming through the building !!! I was on 3rd floor !!!

Never again….if you like living in a hotel that feels like it shakes every time a tube goes under….stay here !!!!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in London and I've been going for a few years now. The hotel was clean and in a great location. I paid 145 quid to stay in a basement room 19 that felt like it was 1 meter from the tube trains. The room shook every 30 seconds until 1am and started again at 5am. Take a look at the tube map before you stay here. The room was tiny, space to sit or work. The shower was adequate but no wash cloth provided.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it's a decent place that is well located to Paddington Station and Edgeware Station for use of the tube. I was giving a basement floor room and you can definitely feel/hear the rumble of the the Tube trains that come into and out of Paddington. So, if you are a light sleeper it might be tough for you.
