Room was ideal for a one night stay. Great for transport connections and nice neighbourhoods nearby.
The breakfast was good and they have gluten free options. My main issue was that we had to pay £3 for them to look after our bags for a couple of hours after check out (never had this happen before and this was not mentioned when we’d asked at check in if this was an option).

We had a great one night stay at Point A Paddington! Our Room was ready on arrival and the room was extremely clean and had everything we needed (towels,hairdryer soap and shower gel). Smaller than I expected but served its purpose. There wasn’t a kettle in the room but the desk downstairs sells everything from noodles to tea/coffee so you won’t go short. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extra as I didn’t book direct but I will next time as it was great. Lots of different continental items of excellent quality. The location was perfect for train/tube links at Paddington though we would probably stay more centrally next time. Just a personal choice not a reflection on the hotel. Thanks for a great stay

Location is great. Short distance walk to paddington station. A grocery store was just across the street if you need something. We stayed at the accessible room and the bathroom was flooded after a shower. Staff didn’t seen to be too surprised when we asked for extra towels after we told them it was flooded. Also, the hotel charges you when you storage bags after check-out.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Paddington, just steps from the train station, which made getting around London extremely easy. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores within walking distance, adding to the convenience of the location.

My room was situated near a window and offered a pleasant view; however, due to the hotel's central location, there was a fair amount of street activity, which could be noisy at times.

One disappointment was that the continental breakfast was not available with my reservation because I booked through Expedia rather than directly with the hotel. The breakfast, particularly the vegan options, was one of the primary reasons I selected this property. While that was unfortunate, the overall experience was positive, and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was in a good area! Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The bed was unfortunately very firm and uncomfortable. The walls were very thin so you could hear the people next door moving things around and walking. The bathroom was quite small, you can barely fit if you’re a “normal adult”.

Decent space. Rooms were small (typical for London) but air conditioning worked well. Wifi was good. Beds were comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights and not much to complain about. Lobby was always manned so never a concern about security. They only clean your room every 3 nights which is okay unless you accumulate a lot of garbage.

You can hear some minor underground noise every few minutes but it is a low rumble... nothing that bothered us but if you are sensitive to that, it could be an issue.

Bring your own bath toiletries unless you dont mind a hand, body and hair wash in 1.

Great location near two underground stations and a lot of bus options to central london. Close to the canal which was a nice area to walk around. Only about a 15 minute walk to Hyde park and you could walk to Oxford street if physically doable.

Also had to go down/up half a staircase to reach our room/the elevator, not fun with our luggage.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room clean enough, some dirt on the floor here and there. Conveniently located near multiple stations and bus stops. Laundromat nearby. Will hear street noise, emergency vehicles and trains especially if your room is on the street side. Air conditioning was very effective during the heat wave!

The hotel itself was nice and modern, staff were friendly. Room was tiny but okay for a couple of nights. However, our room was on the basement level and the tube ran constantly right below us. It was very loud in the room which would’ve been incredibly disruptive if we were light sleepers. I don’t think this was disclosed anywhere on the booking…bring ear plugs!

Amazing location for Tube access generally but also for Paddington Station. Staff was very polite and helpful with any questions. Amenities were limited, which was fine, because who spends much time in their hotel in London anyway? I also liked the room layout, even if a bit small, and the lighting options were fun. My only complaint was that the hotel charges guests to store bags before check-in or after check-out. My arrival and departure this time did not require baggage storage, but this ridiculous charge would automatically eliminate this hotel for me in the future if I had flights getting in too early to check-in or departing so late that I needed to store bags.

Needed a nights stay before heading home from Heathrow Airport. This hotel is right next to Paddington Station so it was really easy to navigate to the airport in the wee hours. The room was small but had everything efficiently laid out and was super clean with good linens. I’d stay again for sure.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. From the minute we walked through the door, all the staff were so welcoming, professional and helpful. They looked after our bags as we arrived before check-in time. Rooms were clean, spacious, helpful number of plugs. Breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect.

Only downside is that noise is carried from areas in the hotel and outside but would still definitely stay there again. Thank you for super stay.

Nice and clean hotel, very central to Paddington. We stayed for one night to be close to the station to go to the airport. Rooms are small and pretty basic, but had some modern updates and were comfortable for a short stay. You could hear the trains rumbling by, but it wasn’t loud or disruptive to sleep. Staff was very helpful for check-in and out.

My only complaint was staff members dragging in metal trolleys of linen at 06:45-07:00 in the morning on both Sunday and Monday. Despite that I would stay again.

Asked reception if there was an alternative room, but informed there were no vacancies. Also tried to get a refund at reception but because I had checked in, they said they do not have authority to refund on site so I'm currently awaiting a response.

Great location, the hotel is fine, similar standard to a Premier Inn. Two awkward heavy doors in the lobby that I struggled to get through with a small suitcase. Staff didn't offer to help. I was shocked that they charged me £3 to store my suitcase for a few hours after checking out. Never had that before in a hotel. I won't pick this chain in future for this reason.

Good cold breakfast selection pastries fruit cold meats ans cereals. There’s a Gregg’s across the road too if you’d prefer that and a pret down the road. Staff were amazing - as helpful and friendly as a 5 star hotel! Really excellent. We stayed 3 nights so didn’t qualify for a room clean - clean towels could be sourced from the front desk and rubbish could be left outside your door in the corridor for collection by the cleaning staff. Which meant the corridors were untidy especially in the mornings. Location is good just a few minutes walk from
Paddington station but being ear plugs there is a large hospital nearby so lots of ambulance sirens during the night. Rooms are cozy as described luggage is stored under the bed and wall hooks replace a wardrobe

The bathroom was inferior. There was not enough room to enter the shower. The positioning was horrid. I asked if we could be relocated to another room but it was not possible. I booked a stay at Mecure in Paddington where I had stayed previously. My son stayed at Point A but showered at my hotel after burning his arm on the metal bar between the faucets in the shower at Point A. This was the first time I have been disappointed in a room I have booked through Expedia.

I would not stay here again. The property is fairly new but it is cheaply constructed and appointed. Beds were uncomfortable. Extremely uncomfortable. But the major problem was the noise! We could hear the subway moving beneath the hotel every 5 minutes. Anytime anyone in a room above or on our floor even move we heard them. We heard every word, every snore, every door that was closed. Worst night of sleep in a long time.

Good basic hotel for an overnight or two. We had the basement room with no window. If I had known about the trains running literally right under/around the room, I would not have booked. The trains were rumbling through until past midnight and started again around 5. It was pretty insane how loud it was, and I don’t remember any warning about this when booking that particular type of room.
Otherwise, small but decent toilet, comfy bed and nice breakfast.

Was disappointed when I asked for an extra pillow at the front desk around 11pm and the young lady dismissively told me she’d get it to me in a half hour. That was strange. She certainly wasn’t busy with lots of customers at that point. I told her never mind as it was already late and time for bed.
But the staff when checking out Tuesday morning were very friendly and hospitable.

Good location a few minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were great, very welcoming and friendly. Our room was quite small and even though i had paid extra for a room with a window it was a tiny little slit in one angled corner of the room, so the room was exceptionally dark. Lighting in the bathroom is incredibly bright, no option for a dimmer setting/night time lighting, like some other hotels like this such as premier inn hubs. Sockets on only one side of the bed which is a negative when two people are staying and want to charge phones etc

It's a good location. basic rooms ,no fridge,no phone ,small beds . It's close to paddington (Elisabeth underground from heathrow ) two other underground lines close by . Breakfast can be had at weatherspoons just through the greggs pathway for $4 ( just google map it) . I've stayed there twice .
