The room, cafe, staff and overall level of quiet was a great thing during my stay at the Abbey Point. Highly recommend it if you need a spot in the Stonebridge Park area near the Ace Cafe.

The hotel was great, clean and the staff were excellent and met you with a smile.

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it.

I was on a trip with my son to go to Wembley and this hotel was perfect for that with a short bus ride to the stadium.

My only gripe was the heating in the room was not working. It was late when we go back and being January it was very cold. There was a small electric heater in the room which we used to get through.

Aside from the cold which I suspect was just something broken and will get fixed (I mentioned it in the morning) the stay was great and very good value.

Great location for transport services to Wembley and return.

For the very reasonable price that I paid, I wasn't expecting too much of Abbey Point Hotel but I was very pleasantly surprised. It's a real gem, with great facilities. My room was very clean. It had a small fridge, a microwave and a kettle with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The bathroom was great, with a decent shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The room had a good TV, and even air conditioning. The bed was really comfortable, and both pillows were plump and not at all floppy.
The café/bar was great, serving a great selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Portion sizes were generous, too. I had lasagne and chips in the evening, and it was delicious. The breakfast options were varied, and also really nice! I opted for the special fry-up, which came with a choice of coffee or tea, and I was very happy indeed.
The staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were very quick and simple.
There is a huge Asda superstore a short walk (10 - 15 mins) from the hotel. It is also very close to Central Middlesex Hospital.
Abbey Point is a gem, and I will definitely be very happy to stay again!

The saying don't judge a book by its cover comes to mind. This isn't the most attractive building or area in London, but inside the staff Mohammed and his male colleague were welcoming, efficient, and helpful. The food was good and the drinks all reasonably priced for London. Our room had been upgraded and was clean and comfortable.We would definitely stay again when visiting Wembley .

Great hotel with amazing customer service

We booked this hotel for a concert at Wembley Stadium. No fault with the hotel at all, clean, well priced, staff were lovely. The guests were lovely.

Only thing I would point out, it is on an industrial estate, about 15 minutes walk to the nearest tube and about 50 minutes walk from and to Wembley Stadium.

Two night stay with the wife. Staff always friendly and had time to chat. Room was spacious and clean. The in room thermostat took some working out, but that may be me. Breakfast was great. View of Wembley at night was good. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but public transport is accessible.
We would stay again without hesitation.

At first it felt like a nice place, clean, great guy at reception who was helpful and friendly, room was spacious with decent sized bed, a kitchenette with kettle, fridge freezer, microwave. Nice size shower cubicle.
But….
No hair dryer
No sink plug
No place to put your clothes in bathroom
Noise was unbelievably loud from the outside
Airconditioning was fixed at 24o so kind of heating only- pointless
But all that was beaten by the extremely loud fire alarm that triggered every night!!!! We nearly had a heart attack being deep asleep and woken up by such loud noise above the bed.

Location access to OVO arena was good with a bus stop outside. Tiniest double room ever. Very average bed. Just done hangers but no storage space for clothes. Bathroom , no toilet roll holder, no towel rail. TV very laggy on app & Freeview. Breakfast was good , better first day, stingy on hash browns on second. Worst thing was price of parking £15 per day.

The hotel is very easy to get to - bus 440 stops right outside which you can get outside the tube station. The breakfast choice is incredible and the level of service is excellent - better than some 4* hotels I’ve stayed out. The micro twin room was much bigger than I expected and beds were comfy. The only minor downside was the shower was temperamental with its temperature. In the rooms there was a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee which was great and another benefit that not even 4* hotels have. I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't be happier with my stay at Abbey Point, from booking to check out. Highly recommended.

I'm very sceptical of reasonably priced hotels in London as the quality can vary wildly. Therefore I was overjoyed when my admittedly modest expectations were absolutely blown away.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with every possible amenity you could want. Bed was comfortable, shower was great and the Wifi reliable.

I will definitely be staying here again should I find myself in the area.

Abbey point hotel was a little different to what i was expecting, however it didn't disappoint.
Downstairs is a local cafe that has a little reception to check in.
The are only four parking spaces, however just a one minute walk is a row of parking spaces for the hotel.
The room was spacious and extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and it had black out curtains.
I would definitely stay again.

We attended an event at wembley stadium, my advice to anyone doing so would be to pre order a cab/uber for pick up and drop off, as it tends to get very busy around the stadium on event days and traffic is everywhere.

Our uber driver advised in the future that when booking to get to wembley, to book to go to carey way (5 min walk from wembley) rather than the stadium, as generally no one likes to be stuck in the traffic and often they dont take the booking.

Location is a bit stange, near large trading estate stores and industrial parks but there is a bus service and we managed to walk back from Wembley stadium within 50mins (due to traffic, a taxi or bus may have taken longer)
Hotel was clean and rooms are great with air-conditioning and the facilities such as fridge etc.
The only thing missing was a mirror in the bedroom, near a plug socket.
Welcomed bonus, breakfast was including in the price of our stay which i didnt realise we had, as it didn't say on our confirmation booking.
Would definately stay here again.

Never Again

Room incredibly small to begin with. Secondly bugs on the ceilings and and blinds. Complain at reception and requested a move but they had no rooms available. They had to spray bug spray. Which killed to bugs but then left the question of where the bugs fell to upon dying which could only be the bed. Horrible stay. Didn’t sleep at all.

I would like to reward night to be reinstated so I can use it elsewhere. They have refunded the additional remaining fee I paid

Lovely family run hotel

Lovely and clean. Excellent breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Close to Wembley, I walked to the stadium from the hotel and it didn’t take too long. Hotel sells water etc and doesn’t charge silly prices.

Great place for quiet weekend

Great place to stay, good location and as stayed Saturday, nice and quiet on Sunday morning. Good breakfast and all staff very friendly and chatty. Room facing the canal so in the shade and great view North with Wembley Stadium the biggest feature. Did not mark hotel as excellent as there are works still in progress although they did not affect the stay. Will be fantastic when finished.

Good location when visiting Wembley stadium

This was good location for visiting Wembley stadium. Bus stop is close to hotel and closest subway is also within 15-20 mins walking distance. Area outside hotel is not interesting, but hotel room was in good condition. Breakfast was good. We also got good service at the reception.

Would definitely stay again!

Had a fabulous stay here. Parking was easy. Check in was quick.
The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed.
The cafe is great, with a varied menu. Our breakfasts were very good.
The gentleman who checked us in and was on shift all the time we were there could not have been more helpful to guests (certainly was service with a smile). He is an asset to the business.
If we stay in Wembley again we would definitely stay at Abbey Point again!

Short 1 night solo stay

Short solo 1 night stay. The room was compact but very clean, had a lovely bathroom and power shower, there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room and my room had air conditioning and a fan too. There was a very nice cooked breakfast with many options available. The hotel is very close to the Grand Union canal for a walk and it was a mile to the closest tube station that had links directly into the City. There was limited on site parking available and there was also additional parking 5 mins walk away. The hotel is situated near to the North Circular road with good links. A very enjoyable short stay and this property had everything that I needed at a very competitive price.

Lovely overnight stay at the abbey point, staff were more than happy to assist with everything, even allowing us to check in an hour early as the room was ready. Room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely, also made us sandwiches to take away for our journey home! Would definitely recommend.

Ideally located for Wembley. Short taxi or bus ride and about a 40 minute walk. Great breakfast included, Cafe was open late so we could get some snacks and drinks after the show at Wembley and staff were very accommodating.

We had a lovely room that overlooked the canal - and canal boat watching - and could see Wembley. It's all very new and clean. Friendly and helpful cleaners and staff. The young man who runs it is a fabulous host! Helped us in so many ways, e.g., printing out train times and maps, etc., just generally being extremely pleasant and conscientious about making our trip perfect. There's a gorgeous patio filled with plants for drinks or coffee and a great cafe that does a wonderful English breakfast (and vegetarian option).

We booked last minute as we got tickets for a concert at Wembley. The staff are so lovely here and the rooms are super clean. The cafe downstairs is great, snacks and all drinks available as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will be staying here again for future Wembley shows. Thank you :)

Value for money

Room was nice and very clean.
It was boiling though despite it only being 20 degrees outside. The 'aircon' did nothing and the fan barely made a difference. Luckily we only slept in the room for 1 night but it was very very hot.
Also the door to get into the shower didnt open much and at 9 months pregnant it was a really tight squeeze to get in.

Stayed to go to wembley, booked as short bus ride away. Sadly busses dont run normal route on event days (not shown on google or tfl app) so did a lot more walking than planned to avoid the tube. Not the hotels fault at all just an fyi!
Has a cafe/bar attached that was cheap and cheerful. Breakfast was included. Basic but good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Really good value for money overall!

Wembley stay

We stayed for two nights while we attended a concert at Wembley Arena. Service was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Rooms were spotless and looked to be recently updated. The hotel is situated close to shopping and Leisure too. Would definitely recommend.

The area is an industrial area and the view from our window was a yellow skip and a lot of discarded items.
This would not stop me staying here again.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good and there was plenty of hot water.

Exactly what it says on the tin

The room was small. I’m not sure how it was a Wembley view. However it was a micro room & was fit for purpose. Breakfast & service was great. This is our second visit here. Will be back.

I would definitley return to the property, it was basic however exactly what i would expect for the price. The rooms were well equipped, clean and modern. The breakfast included was very nice and the staff were great.
The only downside is location is a little far from the stadium which is what we booked for however i beleive we was just unlucky as there was a bus that goes there however it was gridlock so we walked and it took 50 minutes.
There is very limited parking also this was a bit of issue as we was in a rush so had to move the car of the road first thing at 6am to avoid a ticket. Over all great hotel for the amount
