This property is in shambles and is not being maintained at all. The room we reserved was not ready at 1am in the morning of the next day when we arrived from Machu Picchu. The room we were given after checking 2 other rooms was a 3 twin bed room with no private bath with the promise that our room would be ready the next day. The room had really worn out sheets one with holes all in it. There was a pad lock on the door and the grounds were just a mess of trash and disorder. This at best is a bad hostel type of place that I for one know their are better ones in Cusco. Location is bad as well

The owner was very helpful. He went out of his way to do all he could, which I was grateful for because there were a few things about my tript o Machu Picchu about which I was unsure. He even offered to drive me to the train station on the morning of my trip to MP.
Other than that, the place isn't spectacular but it also isn't expensive, so I was happy with the stay.

Cheap and convenient but

But .... the conditions were not good. The room ok but the bed needed attention. There was nowhere to put anything. The kitchen/dining area was too small and inconvenient, just no room. The sitting area was limited and rain came in and there was no door to keep out the cold and it was cold. One saving grace, it had a wonderfully hot shower.

Really cute apartment style. Was pleasantly surprised by the mini stove, fridge, n fittings for a small apartment. Didn't stay long enough to use them. Big plus to the owner whom personally drove my wife and I to the train station in Peroy at 5:00 am. That was a huge help.

great view of the city

Our room was facing the open garden that over looks the city. It was a country by the city. quiet and peaceful. The owner was SOOOO AMAZING. We were trapped by the strike so no one can get in or out of Cuzco City. Out=r trip was early morning but cant do it. It was the owner who helped us communicate with the bus operator and helped us get out of Cuzco that night. I=Our room has kitchen and they have launry service, THEY ARE NOT CHEAP ON BREAKFAST..They offered a lot of choices.fruits were my fave.

It was close to the airport and and walking distance to the Plaza de Armas and food places. It offered a great view especially at night.

Nothing like the image

Staff was really nice and there was a common kitchen that you can use.
The room is nothing like the image. The toilet did not work, the shower did not drain and the heating did not work. It was freezing at night and I could a cold.

Nice apartment close to downtown

We (family of 3) had a very pleasant and comfortable time in the Inka Gardens and can definitely recommend this to other travelers. The price was very reasonable and we got a very spacious room with 2 double beds, en-suite bathroom, little kitchenette (which we did not use) and TV. We booked without breakfast, so we can't tell how that is like.
Our host was very friendly and was always eager to please all her guests. Even though our Spanish was not very good, the communication was great. We stayed 6 nights and would do this again.
Our host took care of our laundry for a little money. The only little thing was, that the floor in the room could have been a bit cleaner.
We thought with 6 nights in Cusco, we run out of options what to do, but then we realized that there is so much in and around the town. The prices for the buses are very cheap and the whole area seems to be very safe.

Extremely disappointed in Expedia for this booking

First with the positive. The lady who runs the place is nice, we had a lovely chat with her and she was wonderful.

Now the negative. This "apartment/hotel" is in a horrible part of town that feels terribly unsafe, even with the police station across the street. It is in the middle of a very industrial/residential neighborhood which means that to go any where you have to take a cab.

When we got there and it was freezing the manager/owner offered to make us some hot cocoa which was super nice, and since there was nowhere to eat the owner offered to make us something for dinner. Again...super nice. Until after dinner she brought us a bill for said cocoa and food. I'm glad I still had some cash left or that would have been awkward.

We did not choose this "hotel", Expedia booked us in it as part of our flight package, but I'm very disappointed that this is the kind of place Expedia would put it's guests in. It is very misleading and I wish I would have stayed in my other hotel. This is a 1 star hotel at best. It's really not even a hotel.

Wrong address on hotels.com

Unfortunately the address on hotels.com is wrong, that made it a nightmare to find after seven hour bus trip. It listed Santiago Cusco, but it's actually in Koripata Cusco , it's seedy area of Cusco, with a fair walk to the centre of town. The lady claimed not to know of our booking, those I could see it written down in her account book, and unfortunately I hadn,t received conformation from hotels.com at that time, so was charged 25 sol more than quoted.

Lovely family hotel.

Lovely landlady, i could keep my luggage at the hotel for almost a week while I went hiking in the mountains. She even borrowed me a sunhat because I didn't have one. The hotel is just a 15 minute walk from the historic city center.

Great View. Address was very difficult find.

I like the place, it's nice to stay at. The problem was finding the place. 3 different Taxi drivers took me to the wrong area after I gave them the address listed on Expedia. This definitely needs attention, as all the additional taxi rides added up in cost. The point of this hostel is that it is cheap. Also, I did not have success with hot water at 5am.

Great place

The street it is located on does not look nice. But the hotel itself is quite nice on the inside. My room was spacious and I had lots of hot water. The internet connection was strong too. The best part was the owner/manager. She is very nice. She brought us tea when we arrived. If you are looking for a nice quiet place with kind service, this would be a good option.

the staff was amazing, from my first pickup at the airport to helping me arrange a macchu Picchu tour to calling me cabs. the room was clean and comfortable. my only wish would be to be closer to town, but it was close enough for me to walk. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, es ist O.K., das Zimmer ist zwar sehr klein aber hat eine eigene Dusche und Toilette, ein großes Bett, einen Schrank, einen Tisch und einen kleinen Couch. Die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings etwas zum Wünschen übrig, das Bettzeug und der Couch waren fleckig, die Dusche lief nur langsam ab.
Der Empfang war sehr nett, uns die sonstige Kommunikation auch, Alles lief reibungslos ab. Die Peruaner lieben die Musik, man kann bis in späten Abendstunden, wenn man einen das nicht stört, mit ständige Musik rechen, und die Wände haben keine Schallisolierung.
Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral, das Zentrum kann man von hier in 15 Minuten zu Fuß auch erreichen.
Alles in Einem, das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall Etwas für junge Leute, die für wenig Geld, Peru erkunden wollen. Leute mit höheren Komfortansprüche sollten die Finger davon lassen...

机场或长途汽车站到酒店的士车程大约10分钟，价格6索尔。步行到市中心大约20分钟。酒店对面是警察局。酒店附近大型超市大约步行10分钟，酒店附近有两个长途汽车站，一个去雅景台，另一个去哪里还没搞清楚。

Opposite of the discription or half-truths & lies

Opposite of everything described. We had a balcony but it was shared with the apartment next to us. We had a view of the countryside and pretty much nothing. We had a kitchen that had a hodgepodge collection of utensils one fork one spoon but no spatula and one part one pan but no matches or to light the stove. There was a good foot and a half between The kitchen bathroom floor in the bedroom floor. The bathroom was tiny and the drain a hour and a half to drain. I adjusted the vent in the shower and one of the windowpanes fell and cut me when it shattered on the floor. There was no where to put the washcloth nor the soap nor the shampoo since the floor was flooded. Could not figure out how to adjust the hot water from between painfully scalding hot or ice cold. The first time I try to use the sink the drain broke and water flooded the floor. The way to the second floor or any floor is by using these metal pole spiraling stair cases that are literally a health hazard. The price should be $10 not $30 per night for this room. The location was sketchy and had no attractions. The grocery store could supply a basic camping trip literally had no refrigerator for the meat department and only raw chicken or hotdogs. So even having the grocery store three blocks away uphill both ways there wasn't much reason for the kitchen. The room was not cleaned once during the six days we were there. The only thing accurate and the description is breakfast doesn't come with the room.

저렴한가격에 친절한 서비스를 받을 수있다. 주방사용이 가능하며 주인장 가브리엘이 영어를 잘해서 적극적으로 요구사항을 들어주었다. 단 쿠스코 현지지역인들이 사는 곳이며 높다. 4인실 침대상태가 좋지않아 편히 잘수는 없었다. 시설적인면에 크게 상관없다면 매력적인 곳이다. 아르마스광장 반대편에서 야경을 볼수있다.

Todo muy bien.. solo que no hubo agua muuy caliente todo el tiempo pero en general muy bien. El baño y la habitación han estado muy limpias siempre. El trato de Gabriel y de los que atienden muy buenos. Un sitio cómodo y barato.

Un poco alejado del centro, pero vale la pena. El dpto ático cuenta con excelentes vistas panorámicas de la ciudad. Muy buena relación precio-calidad.
Además de todo esto, son extremadamente amables y serviciales. Nos cuidaron las maletas una vez hecho el check out, y hasta nos prestaron una ducha luego de nuestra excursión pese a ya no estat hospedados ahí. Gente de calidad.

El hotel es muy sencillo.

El hotel es un lugar muy sencillo pero cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar solo las noches ahí. No esperen el gran Lujo. Lo que si es admirable el Servicio del personal son muy amables y atentos.

J'ai apprécié le personnel de cet hôtel, accueillantes Gabriella et Maya, qui m'ont donné de bons conseils, ainsi que les autres membres de cet communauté. Je recommande cet hôtel à ceux qui veulent vivre un dépaysement et vivre leur séjour dans un cadre moins touristique que San Blas.
