The first thing I want to say is for the money, the room was fine. It was really cheap and it is right on the main street of Pigeon Forge. Everything is really close and so if you approach a vacation like me, wanting a room to sleep in, but to otherwise be out and about during the day, it's fine.
If you want more than that though, it could be a problem. The room was not well maintained. The room was a bit smelly and there were some spots where the drywall had half-holes in it. There was no ironing board or iron (my clothes get wrinkly in my bag). There is no free breakfast at all. The pool is small, but ok if you just want to lounge about. My kids enjoyed it just the same. The beds are fine and the room is a decent size.
One thing that may bother you is that Ripley's Super Fun Park is next door and doesn't close until 1100pm. You can hear the go-karts and the announcer shouting instructions to the kart riders. My family and I were active during the day and slept just fine, even with that noise.

The motel was in a shady area. Lots of ........people around. I felt safe but would not want my wife out alone. The room as many people said was outdated. The air conditioning was awesome. The beds were mediocre at best. However, it was clean for the most part and we slept decently. Would consider staying there again for the price.

I have stayed here before and it had the usual things about an older hotel which I'm used to. This time though, me, my wife, and my niece checked in about 6 pm, ran around town for a bit, came back to the room by 10 pm. By 1 am we had packed and checked out. My niece was attacked by bed bugs in a matter of 3 hours. She had bites up and down her arm, her neck, face and legs. When I checked the bed you can see then all over the bed. It was disgusting. My niece said there were also bugs in the shower. Luckily we were able to find a hotel that had space for us at 2 am. This was going to be my go to place to stay, but after this weekend I can say I will not be staying there again.

This hotel was very inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Overall, it is pretty run down and could use serious updating but it was fine for a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable and although the room was very stuffy upon arrival, it was cool enough by late night. It took the AC a long time to cool the room down. There is a very noisy mini race track next door but we could not hear it at all inside the room. Hotel staff is often not in the office but came quickly when called and were very nice.

The shower would not change to bath mode ( you could only shower)!! The sheets had brown stains bad on the bed, the air conditioner rattled so loud and barely worked. Had a bad smell in the whole room! Do not recommend room 206, ugh!!!!

Dead bolt locked and wouldn’t open had to wait for front desk to answer before exiting room. No housekeeping during stay. Right next to go cart track, can hear the noise with room closed and TV on. Had a package shipped to me that front desk signed for but wasn’t delivered to me. Swimming pool is in the parking lot a next to another business. Pictures online are old and the building has a lot of wear and tear. Three floor and no elevator.

But the only time the office was open was 3 pm to 11 pm there was a drop box for the keys and a note on the door with an emergency number could get checked in till three on the dot if you needed something while the office was closed you were solo the desk clerk said the owner say they save money by not being available any way room was clean was aright for a one night stay

AC was ok. Water was hot with no pressure or cold with pressure. We asked for a late checkout (12 vs 11) they would not accommodate. Lady at front desk was super nice and helpful. No bugs. Bed was ok, pillows totally flat, but luckily we brought our own. It was ok for the money.

We’ve stayed several times but this will be our last. The beds were uncomfortable, the wash cloths had nasty brown stains on them, and worst of all there were bed bugs. No one was in the office when we left for me to complain to.

Location was great but that's where it ends. I have stayed at this hotel several times but after this last time I will not be returning. We got 2 rooms, 1 room smelled awful. Like dog and death. 2nd room didnt smell as bad but there was mold over the shower head and it looked like it was going to fall in. Went to the front desk and the girl just looked at me puzzled and said they had just cleaned it. I tried to explain again and got the same vacant expression so I walked away. Shortly after a guy comes up and looks and says he can spray bleach on it. He did, didn't change anything. We were not offered to move just a kind of well this is the best we're gonna do. I could have dealt with all of that, what I couldn't deal with was the bed bug I found in my bed after I had been bitten several times. Now I have to hope none of them came back with me so I don't have to deal with all that expense. This place used to be my go to, now I'll have to find somewhere new to stay.

The hotel needs many updates. The pool had tiles missing. The sheets were low quality and paper thin. They need to do some deep cleaning and dusting in the rooms. Only one ice machine for three levels. Room for lots of improvements. No one at the front desk on Sunday at 9am for check.

Stayed only one night after a while day at Dollywood. You get what you pay for and I’m fine with what we received and knew what to expect..a shower and a bed.

AC worked great. Sheets had stains. My teenager woke up the second morning with bedbug bites on her. Found a bedbug in her bed. There was a random hole in the wall. Parking was easy. The staff brought clean sheets when informed about the bedbug but she just handed them to us and told us we should have carried 2 bed’s worth of sheets to the office. We had to make our own beds. It is next to a loud AF Ripley’s Splash thing and yes it is loud until they close at 10pm. None of us slept great. On the last day we saw a spider on the ceiling and a spider web outside the door. The pool was full of dead bugs. We had to use the net and clean it ourselves. If you have little standards for cleanliness and don’t mind doing everything for yourself then this place ain’t too bad. The price was good considering the area but I won’t be returning to this motel.

It was hard to find a parking spot that was convenient to our room. The room itself was fine, no bugs, no issues. When we left, my daughter told me later on in the day that she had lost 1 slipper in the room. We went back and the person in the office said there was nothing left in the room. I'm assuming they either found it and trashed it right away, or they didnt clean the room very well. We have cleaned out our van since and its nowhere to be found. Has to be left in that hotel room. Maybe under the bed or something. Idk but huge disappointment because she got them for Christmas and literally lost it on the 26th.

This is an older hotel and could stand for a remodel. Behind the nightstand could stand for a cleaning. With that said, the room was very large, clean and comfortable. The price is great and the staff is very nice. It is conveniently located close to everything Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the SMNP have to offer. This is our 2nd time staying here and would stay again.

We checked out Saturday morning (a day early). I'm afraid it wasn't what we thought it would be. While our room was supposed to be smoke free, all we could smell was cigarette smoke wafting up from the guests downstairs and I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. Also, when we came back from dinner Friday night, a very strong smell of weed was in the parking lot near our room. My daughter and I left the next morning and we drove 6 hours back home. It was unsatisfactory. The woman who checked us in was courteous.
