We had an ocean view, King suite it was absolutely outstanding, beautiful view very overwhelming how gorgeous the property was how helpful everyone was and how clean everything was loved everything about it. I just wish we had more time to spend there cause there was just so much to see and do and enjoy and relax. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone going to York Maine.

The location was perfect and the restaurant across the street is delicious. However the Inn is very popular and noisy, particularly in the main front building. Unless you are at the end of the hallway, fellow travelers are rolling their luggage in front of your room all day.

The location couldn’t be better, right across from long sands. The restaurant across the street was good with a nice patio to sit on- no ocean views though as it’s surrounded by rocks, I imagine to keep it safe during bad weather. You could hear the ocean though, that was nice. There’s 3 pools- 2 indoor and 1 outside with a big slide. Also a tiny little indoor hot tub. The rooms were really nice, I stayed in the atrium and had a tiny private porch with amazing ocean view. The beds however were awful. Hard as a rock innerspring with zero cushion or pillow top, I was honestly surprised at how awful the mattress was. Typical hotel pillows with fluff but no fill, I had to stack 3 to kind of support my head.

Clean room. We stayed in the original main building on the third floor. Walkway outside our room (the porch area) has loose or broken floor boards. A bit scary and every time someone walked by it sounded like they were going to fall through the floor. Even just standing there it feels like that. So it also made a lot of noise when they walked by enough noise that it woke us up. This is something that really should be addressed. I’m guessing it’s going to become a safety issue at some point. Was hoping to sit out there for the view of the ocean but we just weren’t comfortable because of the floor. Other than that the location for York Beach is great.

Room was clean and quiet even though we were on the bottom floor. Outdoor pool was clean and the kids were not too wild! The staff was very helpful and pleasant! The beach is right across the street from our room, so very wonderful to be able to walk to the beach each day!

The only down side was the lack of curtains in the rooms because it did not get dark overnight due to the porch lights. We had trouble sleeping due to how light the room was.

Great location - right across from the ocean. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The grounds were beautiful with the flowers and green lawns in early/mid June. The amenities were great with 3 pools on the property. There are several places to sit outside and take in the views.
The room was a little outdated and definitely had thin walls and floors. There was a family above us that had a very rambunctious toddler and we could hear every heavy footed step. The place was great and just what my friend and I needed. The only hiccup came when we had run a little over on a walk and asked the front desk if we could take quick showers and then check out, maybe 20-30 min after official checkout. The gentleman at the counter was very accommodating and said no problem, we were very appreciative and ran to shower and get out asap. Check out was at 11, we were gone by 11:20. We had to have contact with the cleaning crew 4 times in the 35 min from our front desk conversation. My friend spoke with them, I spoke with them, while I was showering they opened the door to our room and then 5 min later knocked on the door again... We understand turnover is extremely important and its not a stress free job, our room was immaculate so we understand they do a great job... just please chill for a few minutes, the constant poking and prodding actually made it so we took longer to finish and get out, because we had to stop what we were doing interact and reexplain what was going on. That is all, we left a $20 tip in the room, no hard feelings, we would gladly stay there again, just though y'all might like the feedback. Thank you.

I had reserved a partial ocean view king, once we discovered it was in a building behind the main property we asked to moved and a Supervisor had to come out and they kept saying you booked through Expedia. I said my friends did as well and didn't even reserve a partial ocean view and they are on the main floor they moved us to next to them which actually had a nice view but I had to pay an extra $50.
They could've just moved me but I felt they took advantage of booking through expedia to charge me extra to move.

It was a fairly nice place. We stayed in the front building on the third floor. The open balcony across the front was shared if you want to sit out which is fine. Great view! The carpet on the balcony really needed to be replaced. My big issue was there were no blackout drapes so the room never got dark at night. The overhead outside lights stayed on all night which would have been fine if the rooms had blackout curtains. The blinds were built into the patio doors and were light filtering. Just could not get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is located right across from a beautiful beach. The grounds of the hotel are well maintained. The hotel room needs a renovation as it is obvious it's been a long time since they have done any improvements to the room we stayed in. They advertised black out curtains. Our room had no blackout curtains,just blinds that did not block out the light. We had a outside light that lit up our room all night,making it really hard to sleep.Our room also had a really old musty smell to it. We probably won't stay there again unless they make some big improvements to the rooms.

Let's start with how amazing the staff is. Everyone is so friendly and personable. Any requests are promptly addressed. The property is is great. The ocean views were amazing. A few negatives, The bathroom was incredibly small. Pillows were lumpy and mattress was just ok. As a whole we enjoyed our stay.

I’m giving it a poor review because of the beds and how thin the walls were. We were going to stay for two nights but we left after the first night because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on that we couldn’t get comfortable, on top of that we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. We couldn’t take another night off no sleep so we checked out the next morning eating the non refundable night lost.

We had a great time during our stay. We encountered 2 challenges during our stay is 1 the AC is not working on our first night, 2 the toilet was not working well. Things happen so we just moved on but we definitely considering to go back in the summer and hopefully have a better more hassle free experience.
