Great location right on York Beach. Rooms are accessible from the car park if you are on the ground floor. Room is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a tad on the small side but shower was good. I would definitely stay here again no hesitation.

I’m giving it a poor review because of the beds and how thin the walls were. We were going to stay for two nights but we left after the first night because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on that we couldn’t get comfortable, on top of that we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. We couldn’t take another night off no sleep so we checked out the next morning eating the non refundable night lost.

The room was clean. The shades did not darken the room. There were no curtains to pull closed at night and it was very bright in the room which made it impossible to sleep without an eye mask. The shower head leaked and the toilet clunks when sitting on it.

We had a great time during our stay. We encountered 2 challenges during our stay is 1 the AC is not working on our first night, 2 the toilet was not working well. Things happen so we just moved on but we definitely considering to go back in the summer and hopefully have a better more hassle free experience.

First I booked for two queen size beds we got doubles. There was no remote. We called and they didn’t bring one up. Saturday night we called again and they finally brought one up. The rooms were clean and nice. Just wanted what I paid for.

My wife and I visit the Anchorage several times a year sometimes up to five or six times from the Lake region of New Hampshire and every single time. We have a great time. The rooms are very clean up-to-date. The proper is always well maintained and the staff downstairs when you check in or always there to help you with anything you might need I would recommend this to anybody.

Only slight not great part was the faucet had to be put in the exact right position or it dripped or ran, the bathroom door stuck on the floor when opening. We had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, which is always the top priority. The shower/bath had lots of hot water and great pressure. The heater lamp in the bathroom was a nice lil touch. The location is great as the center of the beach is right across the street, we popped over for some quick pics and a picturesque stroll even in the chilly winter climate. The pool area was nice and warm and clean. We didn’t get to use the hot tub as a bunch of kids set up shop. Oh well. Only cons were the bed could use updating, the mattress sides weren’t very sturdy and the walls were thin (bring a fan). The outlet shops and restaurants near by provided ample entertainment for a weekend getaway. We would stay here again.

Check in went smoothly. We had a nice (albeit small) room with an ocean room in the Atrium building. There were only two small stools on which to set, so we brought in the two chairs that were on the balcony. The only negative issue we had was during our stay the maintenance staff updated all of the keycard systems in our building except ours. That meant upon returning to our room carrying some bundles, we found that we could get into the building. It would have been nice to get a heads up.
