Check in staff was very friendly. We did not use many amenities as we were only there for one night but the pool looked very nice and there were kayaks and bikes for use. About a 1.5 mile walk to Ogonquit shops.
The room was clean overall, however, there was some sand in both beds, which we did not notice until late at night.
The continental breakfast was basic but nice to have.
Overall a good stay close to town with nice staff.

The room was nice, though I think the lighting could if been better. The bed was comfortable and it had a good sized shower. But I wished they had a few more k cups in the room. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but maybe next time. Its too bad the tide was low when we went as we might of tried kayaking. I would stay there again.

Room was clean except the floor is dirty. We were 3 room in the same time and it was the same thing in every room. Place is nice. Beach near the motel.
We have ask for the first floor because we have an handicap and they ignore us. They only said that the room on the first floor is for the week end… I think this is unacceptable.

Nice property with plenty of parking. Pool was huge (we didnt get a chance to go), and the front staff had towels for the pool. They had kayaks for the river (we didnt get a chance to do it) and it appeared fun. Room was clean and very spacious. Staff seemed to gave long hours. 2 rooms. 1 room had a loud springy mattress, other bed was fine. Nice shower and kitchenette. Very clean and updated. Walking distance to many restaurants. Staff were great.

The room is dark and spare, without even a chair or couch to sit on except two straight back chairs in the dining area. That surprised me. But I happily enjoyed the porch, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. And, of course being able to walk to town or launch into the river makes the location perfect.

Overall it was good. We spent one night and the location and amenities were good. It is a good no frills place to get some rest, easy access to local places, clean, and some watercraft to rent as well. The kitchen is a great add for convenience but didnt stay long enough to use.

The outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast was a good surprise as its not mentioned on listing. There is not hot tub on the property even though listing says it is. Indoor pool is supposedly heated but was not and alsi too dirty to go in. Looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time. I also got locked out of my room Saturday morning for no reason my card was deactivated. They say there is direct access to the beach but that is an understatement. Unless you have a boat and are a strong paddler, you can get to the other side to get to the beach or walk through the mud during low tide. Other than those issues it was an okay place but i wont stay there again because i was looking forward to the hot tub and actual direct access to beach since my elderly mother was with me.

The staff was very kind and courteous, the continental breakfast was very good, with excellent coffee. We enjoyed when we rented a tandem kayak and got across the river to the sand dune, then to the lovely sandy beach. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Ogunquit.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and reasonable rates. A quick walk to the water and Lobster Pound is 2 doors down. This is a great home base if you like to be able to walk around. There is not much need to drive with so much in walking distance. We definitely stay here a 3rd time when we come back to the area. Also, they offer a quick and simply continental breakfast; coffee, tea, juice and yogurts, cereal, breads and pastries.

The room seemed to be recently updated. Easy, less than a mile walk to downtown Ogunquit. However, there were some issues affecting the stay in the room. The bath soap container in the shower was empty. TV couldn't get several of the channels. No instructions on how to make the room heating/cooling unit work (needed to turn on a power switch on a wall leading into the bedroom. Ice machines had not yet been hooked up, but it is still early in the season.

The TV was locked in and logged in to a person account it would not let me change it and it had apps and TV things such as child porn or porn from other countries that looked like they were not legal and that people were being violated. Cheaply furnished rooms, no warm or relaxing vibe, no view, cheap unattractive utensils, glassware appeared to be free handouts from local wineries. Definitely would not stay here again. Well worth it to spend just a few more dollars elsewhere as this place definitely has some internal issues going on.

Maybe that's sonething you could add to your online reservation servicr.,staff was lovely, breakfast decent although I would prefer whole wheat toast as opposed to white bread. I don’t know how they can say This is a resort, it was a lonely motel. It looked like an amateur was remodeling the rooms. They sanded the walls and didn’t come back and paint them. Rotten wood on the railings going up to the second floor. Just painted over the rot was very dangerous for people going upstairs. The floors looked brand new and the shower looked brand new, other than that was just a sad room. I was charged for an extra person in my room that was not there and could not get a refund on my money. That’s why I gave this place a three star. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was well situated so you could find lots of places to shop.
