The hot tub was amazing the pool was fantastic there was kids playing when at any other hotel there normally isn’t this hotel is definitely family friendly! They even remade me a hotel key after I checked out because I thought I had left my son’s blanket in the room. We also had a great view for pretty cheap for a last min hotel in general I will most definitely go back to that hotel again!

The hotel was very nice, but our room was not ready. We didn’t have trash bags in any of our trash cans, and our toilet did not work at all. Was clogged the whole time. No one came to fix it. We always seem to get put by the elevator, could hear that all night along with the fridge noise and very loud neighbors all thru the early morning hours. I did not get a bit of sleep. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a decent spread. Evenings they had beer and nachos available, but the restaurant attached was delicious must try. Also they have a shuttle for cheap that runs to most sporting events so no need to worry about parking or traffic. Overall our room had a great view amenities were exactly what we needed and the location was convenient for access to the St. Louis experience. Will stay again.

This is a bit of an older property, but the amenities and the staff are amazing. Not only do you get FREE breakfast and parking, but it also has an indoor pool and a hot tub. Between 5:30 and 7:00 pm every day, there is also a \"gathering\" time with free beer, wine, soft drinks, and snacks. I truly enjoyed our stay and will be sure to stay there again on my next visit to St. Louis.

Let me be clear in saying the staff was not the problem. The gentlemen that checked me in was informative helpful and an all around excellent employee. While i was checking in though i noticed a young man paying close attention to my what i was doing. After i checked in and walked out to my vehicle he followed behind me stood at the front door and watched as went to retrieve my party and belongings. Then went back and sat in the lobby. I walked down a short time later to check and see if the pool because my children were excited to swim as well as go to my car. The young man was still sitting in the lobby. I walked out of the lobby and walked to my car and there this gentlemen was again. He stared at me then proceeded to run past me and across the street in front of me. At that moment 2 other men pulled in the parking lot a couple cars beside me and just sat there. Needless to say i was very uncomfortable. We took our children to the pool and i talked it over with my s/o and we decided it was best to leave the property in fear of mine and my childrens safety. I did also order an upper floor room which from the photos looked like a view of the city. I was given floor 2 with a view of air conditioning units on the roof. The ceiling in the bathroom was also leaking and found a bug in one of the beds. We were at the hotel at most 2 hours

Our room was nice and spacious, but there was a big chunk of stale, what appeared to be chocolate cake, in the floor in the middle of the room. The condition of the bathroom also wasn’t the best. We weren’t able to try the breakfast because the time coincided with the marathon.

My kids appreciated the pool (crowded as it was!). The happy hour and fountain soda in the breakfast area was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are a bit worn, hallway looked like it had some water issues as well with missing tiles/exposed pipes. Bed was too soft for me. We had to switch rooms due to wet carpet by the AC; staff was very accommodating, but it was an inconvenience after we had unpacked.

My room was sold when o got there after a long drive I had to move to a sister property by the convention center. However it was nicer than the Union Station property. The pool area smelled like dirty diapers as did the bathroom in our room. The door in our room needed replaced. It looked like it had severe water damage. Carpets were stained. And no outlets for plugging in iPhone cords. You must bring a block to power your iPhone.

Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there.

We had no TV reception and really wanted to watch the NCAA Tournament. So very disappointing. We wanted ice for our cooler and the ice maker on our floor was out of order. We had to go from floor to floor trying to find an ice maker that worked. Breakfast was not good at all and the breakfast area was a huge mess. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The floor was sticky and stained. I stayed in room 907. The room was spacious but definitely in need of updating. It looked like a room from the 1980s. It's been a couple of years staying in a room without a smart TV. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooom smelled of urine. Because I was only there one night, I used their towels to clean and disinfect the toilet, sink, shower, and floor. Smell gone. I ate at the restaurant on site. Excellent food and service. I was in town for the New Edition concert. This hotel was within 4 blocks of Amtrak and The Enterprise Center where the concert was. It was also close to Union Station and The Arch. Excellent excellent location.

I booked my stay a month in advance. When I arrived my room was obviously dirty. They couldn’t clean it for me nor give me another room because they were completely booked. The staff had no idea how to fix the situation. I didn’t even to get to stay there. On top of all that they double charged me. Free parking and the proximity to the nearby attractions (1min from the St Louis City SC Stadium, 5 min walk to the union station/ferris wheel, 30min walk to the Arch!) makes this hotel a gem! Pool area looked a bit in need of update breakfast is ok (coffee not ok) but again the amenities I mentioned has lots of value in my book. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the 6th floor (ferris wheel and the Arch!) were nice!

Room and breakfast was pretty standard. The hallway on the 3rd floor was always freezing for some reason. The pool and hot tub were ok and it was usually pretty crowded. It was nice to be connected to a restaurant. The central location of the hotel was also helpful. And it was really nice to have free drinks and snacks offered daily.

We happened here during spring break when the weather was not great so the pool was insanely crowded and kind of gross (cloudy water and foamy hot tub). The pool water was also a bit chilly so not super enjoyable swimming which was a bummer bc that’s always a nice activity for the kids. I think had the hotel not been so busy we would have enjoyed our stay a bit more but it was good overall.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels and very few had fresh towels in the pool no matter what time we were there. This hotel had towels at all hours which was a blessing as our kids wanted to swim at the start, Middle and end of the day. The afternoon popcorn and evening drinks were a pleasant surprise too. Great hotel in downtown St Louis!
