I enjoy the Riverside. Rooms always clean,Love pool area, bartenders and waitresses friendly, lots to do! Check in is easy.
Hey it an older property but it works for me. It ain’t the Wynn. But tired of Vegas ripping people off and void of personality if you can find anyone).
Oh the gourmet room is excellent!!

After the experience at this hotel, this would be the last place. I’d stay on earth! I’ve stayed in nicer places in the slums of Mexico than in this hotel! The staff was rude and unhelpful. The rooms were full of bugs, that we were killing all the time we were there, which was two days thank God that’s all we stayed there for. I would never eat in this hotel. It’s like an old senior citizens home. And I love seniors, but not all in one space like that! Really the pictures on their website I don’t know where they got those rooms from the rooms that we stayed in were dark and dreery and full of bugs. I feel sorry for anyone that stays in here, but I will never do it again.

I stayed in the executive balcony room, and the layout was nice and spacious, and the balconies were neat (no furniture though), however the room was infested with moths, the A/C was SOO LOUD and clunky, the fridge had a foul smell and mold/water damage in the surrounding cabinets. Not impressed with the bed or pillows, though that could be a personal preference. The room shone bright all night with the curtains being mounted about 6\" from the glass it was shielding, and the poorly sealed doors connecting rooms allowed me to hear everything my neighbors were doing. Two of my four towels had questionable stains on them, and the hallway carpets are filthy and covered in dirt and debris. Lastly, the shower water pressure was HORRIBLE.

I typically enjoy the smell and atmosphere of casinos, but this one just downright stinks. I had to push myself to stay awake to try to gamble, when normally the atmosphere livens me up. Just had a weird vibe from this casino.

I do recommend the prime rib room, that was fantastic. Though I do wish they offered room service.

This was my first stay at this resort, and with so many other options, it will certainly be my last.

Room was clean but a little dated, i know its not their but there were like 40 months in our room they did offer to come help kill them but my husband did it, nothing was offer tho to make up for it. Casino and hallways smell like smoke but room did not. The buffet was pretty good not a bad price. Couldxnt use balcony tjat we paid for due to the moths... shower made a weird sound from the pupes. Other than that the staff were extremely kind. Room was clean enough.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in some time. First room we checked into was completely invaded by little moths. Second room we checked into also had them but not as bad as the first. Everytime we would leave the room and come back, there were more. Housekeeping came at 7:30am, 8:30am and 9:30 am and woke us up when check out wasn’t until 11. AC didn’t cool properly. We won’t be back.

It’s Laughlin and if your expectations adjust accordingly then this property is great! Our room was clean, lots of things to do, the Gourmet room was absolutely the highlight and the “Losers lounge” on a Saturday brought me back to the 90’s club era. We had the best time!

My stay was for the weekend before the Cinco de Mayo 2026. Hotel dated, there are not security cameras in the hallways. You could hear people talking in the hallways when they went by. The beds were hard both me and my daughter woke up with our backs hurting.
We travel quite a bit, and we use the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that the hotel provides. Generally, it is large containers that are attached in the shower.
I thought the buffet for breakfast was very skimpy on their breakfast options. Good thing we didn't have to pay because my friend had comps. Also went to the dinner one night and I was not impressed. Both of my friends that ate the seafood has stomach issues that night.
The casino was fine and some other places to eat were ok
We ate at the Aquarius and their restaurant options were better.
We did enjoy the water taxi and going to the other Casinos.
Best part of our room was that we got the river view.

Rooms were really comfortable and spacious! Casino was nice. If you are non-smoker the non-smoking area for gambling is nice. More machines in the non-smoking area than smoking area. They do not offer late check out at all past 11am so know that. Restaurant was great. Pool looks fun, just didn't get a chance to go enjoy pool this time. Love that the riverwalk takes you to a few more casino/hotels within walking distance!!

I wasn’t expecting much, knowing this casino, but I’ll definitely be choosing one of the other hotels along the river next time. We went specifically because they have a lot of things for kids, but they sell out their entire bowling alley for a league and don’t hold even one lane for their paying guests, that was a bummer, the arcade was dirty and we’re about 90% sure our son caught an eye infection there, half the games were broken. Our room was ok but wasn’t very clean. They definitely put a lot into their adult pool which is cool I’m sure, but the “family” pool wasn’t great. So if you go with anyone under 21, don’t expect much! Not a terrible place but definitely not worth it I don’t think.

The room was nice enough. However, there was a black hair in the sink when we arrived to our room. There were bobby pins on the nightstand next to the bed as well. So the room definitely wasn’t cleaned well. The casino was fine. Had dinner at the Riverside restaurant… it was truly one of the worst meals of my life. I had mashed potatoes with my dinner and they tasted like sour milk. Obviously, after the first bite, I ate no more, but I was sick to my stomach, the rest of the night. The salad was brown, wilted lettuce with a few croutons on top. I obviously did not eat breakfast at any of the restaurants in the casino after the horrible dinner. (The steak was rubbery, the steamed veggies were okay)
I checked out early in the morning and went to breakfast down the street. Will not be staying there again.

The rooms were ok, but the food could be better. Their Decaf coffee is the worst. The spaghetti and meatballs were edible, but the meatballs tasted like leftover meatloaf. The spaghetti was good, but the sauce was like watered-down, unseasoned tomato sauce.

The resort us older, but overall is well kept. The personal, 95% we're very personable and helpful. We had conflicting rules told to us about bringing drinks and/or snacks into the pool area. 1st night we were told as long as it wasn't glass, we could bring our own drinks. After that, a woman made my wife throw out a water bottle before she could enter, which we thought was BS. We stayed a week, and thought we should have had the cleaning staff, at least bring clean towels each day, but we found ourselves having to go and ask for them. Overall, we had a good time and would definitely visit again in the future.

The food was inexpensive and terrific. They make their ranch and blue cheese in house and it's delicious. Free Valet (give them a good tip!) and quick check in. We had a big party and they put all our rooms very close together for us no hassle. The pool and outdoor area had great shade and large bar and corn hole area - not too crowded but lots of friendly people. We got onto gaming tables very easily and enjoyed all the staff. We will be back!

Room was nice. Clean and comfortable. We don’t gamble so can’t really speak to the casino, but they do a decent job ventilating the smoke. Only had one breakfast which was yummy. The outside bar/pool area was in need of being picked up, but not terribly. It would be nice to see the carpeting in hotel hallways go away, there’s just no way to make that stuff not be ugly. Overall a great stay and would do it again!

It was very fun atmosphere. The room was clean and well appointed. And I did gamble quite a bit but there was no place until late in the evening for you to sit down and visit and have a cocktail. If you try to sit at the bar they boot you off the barstool because you’re not gambling because those seats are only for gamblers. Which I don’t mind paying for my drink I didn’t want a free drink but I just wanted to sit down and relax and talk to my husband for a little bit without the pressure of gambling so that was a little daunting but otherwise it’s a nice place.

Check in was at 2 I didn’t get my room till at 4:30. I requested a non smoking room when booked, I got a smoking room. The staff at check in was rude. They told me for 2 hours to check back every 30 minutes to see if my room was ready.

Staff very friendly, room was clean and being able to go out on the balcony was really nice. There just aren't any chairs out there. We will remember to bring a couple of folding chairs next time. The executive room was very spacious and the king bed comfortable. No microwave though. Mini frig yes. Buffet was meh and service was bad, but there are plenty of other places to eat. Fatburger and wings, and sandwich place with chili dogs. Theres a cute little gift shop.

Casino: Very few nickel poker machines and most of those were taken by people playing keno. Lots of quarter and dollar machines. Nice big no smoking casion area. It was nice to get away from the chain smokers and old guys blowing cigar smoke on everyone. Machines were lose on Sunday night and very tight on Monday and Monday night.

Nice pool area. All in all a great place to stay. We will definitely be going back to stay again

Buffett breakfast was cold! No tidying up or fresh towels on a two night stay.
Poorly managed pool area. Not close to enough chairs no staff around and they had a band playing.
Room service was knocking on our door at 8:30 am. Room was near elevators. Sorry for complaining, but no sleep, no good food or service can make cranky.
There are other choices to stay.

Room was not clean. We had moths and huge black beetles. One fell on my head in elevator. Paid extra for river view that showed balcony. Just view sliding glass doors that were locked. Not sure how moths got in room when there was no access to outside. Hard to get into any restaurants. One morning, they could only take cash because their registers were down. WiFi is terrible. I expected older hotel, but it was old, dirty. Beach party going on at adult pool with DJ so unable to use adult pool because it was over packed.

Lively casino and resort with lots of amenities (pool, fitness, car show, bands, bars, food, activities, etc.).
Hotel was well-maintained and my room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the A/C didn't feel adequate, even after adjusting it to cool the room.
Parking wasn't a problem, but unless you want to pay for valet or bellhop services, plan to carry your luggage from the parking lot, through the casino to the elevators, and then to your room without any trolley.

It was nice just disappointing the kid pool wasn’t open during our stay, our kids were looking forward to it, front desk lady was super rude when I called to ask about late checkout on the day we left, I called at around 9am asking if we can check out at 11am, she didn’t even let me finish asking the question just kept speaking over me, such horrible customer service

The check in this time was not as bad as the girl at least gave a smile but a month a girl looked liked we were bothering her at check in. We asked for a late check out and they said check out time is 11 AM and hung up on us and didn't even give us an option to extend or pay for additional time. Just horrible service..
