Air conditioning was good. Great shower. No live T. V. Stations at all. No ice machine. Pool was broken 😞
They scam us saying they didn’t have our reservation. So they charged us a higher price 12 bucks more than online booking with hotel.com.
Very cheap price for one night.
But when you pull down your blanket and find 🐜 bug not good. Change rooms we try to get a refund. We tried to contact hotel.com they don’t answer there phones??
Don’t ever use them in my opinion very bad customer service. None at all only wants your money up front in full.

This place was horrible.I will be requesting my money back through my credit card. There were over 12 people waiting in the lobby. Took almost 2 hours to check in. No towels, no remote or tv to use, no pillows. Went down to complain, police showed up becuase of the terrible check in and staff. I have never experienced such a horrible hotel. I sat in a room with no tv, how can they say people steal remotes so you have no tv. Then buy new remotes. My goodness. Terrible expericence. You will get more complaints and wanted refunds for this stay from Expedia.

Someone quit at front desk. Manager didn’t bother to show up. Instead had cleaning lady do the job. She was doing her best. If I was the owner I would fire the manager. The cleaning lady was very nice and the maintenance guy Cody was awesome. There weren’t enough remotes for the TVs either.

After an email saying it was paid in full the hotel still tries to get a $100 deposit and the rooms being infested with bugs. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. They call the cops on everyone and overbook rooms. I will never use this hotel again and recommend no one else does either.

The room had bugs all over the beds smelled horrible no hot water no remote police kept going to different rooms the staff was sloooooow I arrived at 4pm check in was at 3pm the room was not ready till 11:45pm and it was dirty not to mention a used condom on the floor under the table and another in the sheet f gross room was for my 2 sons we ended up leaving land no refund was given not to mention they don’t say that you have to give a $100 deposit for a crappy room and horrible staff lady in the front

We tried checking in and saw that there was an angry man at the counter, so me and my buddy left, we came back and there were police at the lobby telling us we couldn’t check in anymore because the motel had shut down completely. left me and my buddy having to take an uber across town to stay somewhere else. the room was disgusting and there’s no water in the pool at all. no lake view, and a bunch of sketchy people around the area. never coming back to arizona again.

My reservation was for 2 people, we both checked in at the front desk; second key was not offered, I had to ask for one. There was only one set of towels for both of us, and 1 of the bath towels was dirty/stained. Fortunately I packed my own bath towel. No TV remote; when I reported it to the gront desk, I was told that they were too booked to get me a spare from another room, and was told to download the remote app and use my phone as the remote. Wasn't told which of the 3 wifi connections to use. I figured it out by trial and error. Once i got connected and found my TV, the connection was too weak/slow to use the TV. Bottom of tub was dirty. Floor was so dirty that the soles of my feet were the color of charcoal. (See the washcloth I used to clean my feet.) No ice. Positives: microwave in room. Bedframe had rounded corners which saved my shins. Eve n ing front desk clerk was very nice even though it was busy.

Staff was great but whoever thus the brochure of this place should learn to better describe the place. None of the amenities was here the brochure says n shows like a mini kitchenette and none of its correct but staff makes up for the difference in exchange they make u feel good n Cody was a great staff n was good n friendly in helping if saw customer needing help. The parking and air conditioner are the conly things rhat worked. The room was so bad there was no shower curtain absolutely no hor water for shower. The bed had springs sticking out there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door was broken. No vending machines no ice machines no pool as advertised rherecwas supposed to be breakfast that didnt happen. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Left at 7am front door was locked could not talk to anyone. VERT DISSAPONTED IN THE WHOLE PLACE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. WE WANT A REFUND.....

I believe that this lodge is under fairly new ownership/management. The room cleanliness was ok at best. Limited towels, no remote for the TV, no ice available, limited bathing items, soap/shampoo. It said continental breakfast but that was unavailable. Limited staff hours/no late check in after 10PM-midnight. Parking spaces are very tight and the pool is \"closed for repairs\" and looks like it has been that way for a while. Also, the self serve laundry facility is also down for repairs. And last but not least, the sigh on HWY 95 does not light up/not working so it is easy to miss it.
It is OK for a last minute and it could be better. I hope that the new owners/management can bring it up to better standards.

The WIFI was spotty, the pool was empty, the room was dirty, there were no towels, there was no refrigerator that was paid extra for, then the one that was brought had no front feet so the door would hit the floor so you couldn't get in. The door would not lock and the extra chain lock had been torn out of the wall/door jamb.

The lady at the check in counter was very nice and asked the owner to refund our money to no avail, we will see what hotels.com and pay-pal can do for us. Funny thing is when we went back into the office, we weren't the only couple in there wanting our money back. Apparently the pictures that are posted on the website were taken by the previous owner when the lodge was very well kept!

We went to another hotel and when we were asked if we had reservations we said yes, but somewhere else and that the place was a pig pen and the check in person laughed and said the lodge on the river? YEP! they are well known in town for this.

We normally don't write reviews but felt we needed to this time as this was such a catastrophy. The only stars in this were the young people who appeared to be trying their best to make this work for a owner that treats them like garbage. Our only wish for them is to move to another employer who will value their hard work.

I reserved them online the room said that I was supposed to pay a $10 fee when I got to the property but when I got to the property it was $100 fee I told the man that worked there that they needed to make sure that they put $100 on the website he kind of had an attitude was basically telling me that all rooms everywhere ask for $100 deposit I was upset because I already paid for the room also as I'm checking in the room the office tells me that they have no towels that they're supposed to be getting towels later on that evening I stayed in that motel all night and not one person knocked on the door to give us towels we never had towels in that room I would never stay there again and I would not recommend that to nobody there

The room had one rickety chair, Coffee pot with no coffee. Anything to make coffee. No towels. Made the mistake of walking barefooted and the floor was filthy. Pool was empty and full of leaves. The Day , shift told us we had to use our password to get next flex. We would not do that. He had a bad attitude. We told him what we needed. He wrote it down and did nothing.

The goods: Price was excellent, room was comfortable, AC did its job, parking was easy and right in front of my door and the property was decently quiet. The bads: Apparently the pool has been drained for a long time now as i was told from another guest who stays there, Also there is zero ice machines available.
Cant comment on: Cannot comment on what kind of breakfast was available because when i went down during a time the office was supposed to be open, the door was locked and the office was closed so i just went on down the street and picked up something on my way out of town.
Overall, for what i paid and the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff, I would go back again as long as i bring my own ice and have no need to get into the pool

The toilet looked dirty and old needing a up grade and at 345 the fire alarm went off and tried calling the front desk and no answer went back to sleep after know it wasn't anything and 15 minutes later went off again at that point decided to just leave the hotel!! Pool was dry and no ice machine

I honestly thought that I would be dealing with some decent humans especially since they agreed to make accommodations for me via phone when I found myself in an unfortunate situation, and I was extremely grateful, but when I arrived at the property, the older lady working front desk was so rude that she had me in tears within not even 10 minutes! She was very cold and condescending and I had the feeling that she didn’t approve of me and my girlfriend being lesbians and she also basically questioned me on my furbabies’ because she was convinced that they were out in a hot car with no air conditioning on and when I told her that they were fine and that they were in the air conditioning she argued with me and then she didn’t even give me the room that my mom had reserved for me!! She put me in a jenky, smelly, dive of a room that hadn’t even been cleaned yet! Trash can was full, no blankets or towels, something white and suspicious all over the mirror, not swept up or vacuumed, all I can say is save your money and go across the river to Laughlin to the casinos where you can get a room that’s actually clean and people are friendly

The room we first were given had trash cans not emptied counter tops had not been cleaned,dirty stained towels etc. no way to lock front door with door jam that appeared to have been severely damaged from being kicked in, no cables for tv. We were moved next room over and again no cables or Roku box so with management approval we retrieved Roku box and management left to go find cable but had to go back again to office to remind her and was told she forgot because more complaints from people checking in. i was not able to get tv working and never had tv the whole time,management told me the whole motel was out and nobody had tv and they were working on it (lied to) still did not work next day ,again dirty stained towels ,one sheet/light cover on bed etc. pool was empty. very shady people hanging out in front of their rooms ,overly rude owner and staff we had to file a police report because they refused to give us a receipt. Lori Lascola the owner was extremely rude/unprofessional, i never write anything like this but it was very troublesome stay and by far worst hotel experience in my lifetime.

Dilapidated, dirty rooms, door wouldn't even security bolt and appears like a low income housing development. The location was decent but all else was below standard and not as advertised. This is not the condition of the hotel pictured on the website. They lied! What is worse, they denied me my $125.00. I showed up and said a hard no, and they told me that I could not get a refund because they don't give refunds. I contacted Hotels.com, and although I had to speak to several supervisors, I was finally able to get my refund. Thanks to Hotels.com for protecting me. This hotel should be removed from the vendor list! This is not as advertized!

I notified the motel that we would be coming in late on Saturday evening right now. It’s 8 o’clock on Sunday morning and nobody has been here to open the door for us. This place is the epitome of \"ghetto\"!
We reserved a non-smoking room and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The girl at the front desk said she couldn't smell anything.
There was one towel, one washcloth, a floor towel and no hand towel.
The room had NO blow dryer, disposable cups, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, chair, desk, phone,or a place to hang out clothes.
The only place to charge our devices was a clock that didn't work.
The bed spreads had stains on both sides.
My husband went to take a shower and threw up when he looked at the drain. It had a bunch of something (?) in it.
The property was filthy...garbage and cigarette butts everywhere.
They photographed my husbands license and credit card, which he told the girl he wasn't comfortable with and she said it was \"company policy\".

Rented the 2 bedroom apartment for Friday and Saturday. Upon check in the kitchen sink was clogged and full of nasty water. They didn’t have staff onsite to fix it for the entire stay, which ruined the idea of I’ll save myself some money and cook there instead of eating out every meal. the roof is water damaged in one bedroom, both bedrooms had stains on the sheets, scratches on doors and walls and general damage on the furniture. the beds felt like they were just pure springs no real padding, the pillows were more like throw pillows for a couch. the window ac units are filthy and damaged. I caught a fever from being in this room for two days. The night check in clerk was a positive note, she was friendly and did bring me a plunger to see if we could clear the sink. She also called to confirm we would be checking in Friday night. The Saturday morning person was not friendly, I think she was the manager and lied to me about being the manager. I voiced my concerns with her Saturday morning and she disregarded them completely.Durning check out the same attitude was present. This person doesn’t belong in a hospitality position if they can’t be at minimum considerate and polite. The annoying part was she had the nerve to tell me the owners and I won’t give you a discount for anything because you already got a good price when you booked online. The unprofessional service from this woman was absolutely jaw dropping, go to the casino Might cost a little more but better service.

Deceiving and false advertisement

We arrived at 6:45pm they gave us the key and the beds were bare and there was cleaning sprayand dirty papers towles no clean towels. The room was not ready. We agreed to wait for it to be ready. We got back at 11:45pm and the room was worse than it was at 6:45. Now there are bed sheets on the chair, a 6pack of beer and a fountain drinkbfrom thebgas station mavrick. I have never had this experience we were tired my kids were tired as it was midnight when they said theyd get the room ready. That meant they would put the bedsheets on, that was it. No cleaning just bedsheets. Its smelled like poop outside as we walked upstairs. The cleaning lady yelled at us that shes only 1 person and doing the best she can. Which mind you check in was at 3pm and it was 6:45. We just said maam there are no bed sheets we did not argue we were okay, just letting her know we were missing sheets. We have two videos from 6:45pm and the 11:45 pm one aswell. I wish to be contacted by someone who will make this right. A $10 credit does not make up for the terribke night we had. We had to stay at a casino which cost us almost $200. We had 2 more couples with us and told them to come to the hotel for a room only to be embarrassed by all 3 rooms and they refused a bottom one for my handicap mom.

We gave them advanced notice that we would be coming in late at night they assured us that someone was there all night long when we arrived at 1 o’clock am and the office was closed we called the emergency # and they would not come we slept in our car waiting for someone to show we would like our money back no one showed until 9:30 am Saturday morning we paid for a room we did not sleep in. I could tell as soon as I arrived that the place was a dump. I walked into the office, there were three people in line ahead of me to check in, and it took half an hour to get my key. The room was acceptable, but only just. Not very comfortable at all.

The pool was closed for \"routine maintenance.\" On Labor Day Weekend? The water was so filthy it was clear they weren't keeping up with it at all. And with the pool deck locked, there was no other spot on the property from which I could see the river view. I complained to management and they told me they'd sent out an email ahead of time mentioning that the pool would be closed. This is a bald-faced lie; I have their email and it says the exact opposite.

When I went to check out the staff initially tried to make me wait till they'd inspected the room. When I rolled my eyes they snapped at me. Rude, incompetent, unprofessional, and dishonest. I can't remember the last time I've felt so ripped off.

Reserved for 2 nights. Checked out one night early. The beds did not have clean sheets. There was hair from the previous tenants. The pillows had a yellowish tint. The shower had water coming from the top and the spout at the same time. No fridge was provided even though it was requested. Fire alarm low battery went off at 3am. Turned in the alarm and battery to the front desk. Ice machine did not have ice. Continental breakfast consisted of make your own peanut butter jelly and granola bars.

Reserve at your own risk ⚠️ I Do not recommend. The property is very dirty. The first room 201 upstairs did not have a trash can. The bed was so sqeeky. The Tv did not work. They gave me another room 228. We had to ask for a shower curtain. The bed was better. They offer frozen breakfast burritos that they warm up as breakfast. There coffee creamer were expired. I had to throw away the coffees.

the pool was green and full of bugs, the chain lock on the door was ripped off along with the molding (placed in a drawer of a broken entertainment center with a 30\" TV), the wood floor were popped up and buckled with water damage, the knob to the bathroom door was falling off, of the 2 towels provided 1 looked like it had poop stains which I hope was just make up (did not use), paint spots missing on walls, was moved from my single king \"suite\" at check in to a dual full, ceiling fan had visible dust bunnies, Toilet was either dirty or so old the white glaze was gone in the throat of it, ice/vending room was empty with a hose stretched out from it and no lights, security cameras were disconnected and forced down to the ground.... this place looked like a scene from a movie where meth was cooked, homeless people stayed there for cheap or there was a prostitution ring running in there. if I were to create an advertising tag line it would be \"this is the place to go if you want to do drugs or kill yourself\" my room did have a great view of the river and the A/C was very good. I booked it last minute and did so based on Expedia's 4+ star rating. The lady at the desk was great, I feel bad for her having to run this property.

Wasn't expecting much

It's a small motel, i was not expecting great service or a great product. Yet was still disappointed in my stay here.

The room and property were dirty. Run down property with tons of needed repairs. The pool is closed. The pillows are paper thin. The bed are extremely uncomfortable so i wouldn't recommend this place if you have medical issues or a bad back. Bring your own toilet paper. Found multiple bugs. Mini fridge wasn't cold at all. The AC in the room was ice cold so good for them on that one. They had Roku tv so that was really cool too.

I wasn't going to write a review, I don't like being negative. But the staff made me uncomfortable on multiple occasions.I understand people make mistakes but it was just a weird stay.

Lisa was nice. Excellent customer service despite being short staffed and stuck working in an office with no AC. So shout out to her.

I only stayed here because I like to support small businesses, so I would really hate to say I would never recommend this place to anyone. But they SERIOUSLY need to take a step back and fix some issues.

This spot was a hidden gem for my husband and I, but not anymore! The front door to the room wouldn't seal shut, the Room was disgusting, we were only given one towel, which really didn't matter because, turns out the shower was broken. Literally no water came out of the shower head. Also the pool was closed which no one mentioned when we made the reservation. The toilet was missing the lid, and there was no coffee for the coffee pot. Also the sheets were ABSOLUTELY disgusting. It was such a a bummer. My husband and I have stayed there several times over the years, but it's seem to gotten worse and worse, even after their \"new renovations\". I can guarantee we will not be back.

The pool was green with algae, it looked like a dirty fish tank after the fish died. The management was a little girl, who was extremity rude and unprofessional. Forget raining with her she makes no sense when she talks. The rooms have no phones so if you need something you have to walk to the office during hours. Also if you want a trash can in your room, or TV on the room you have to request these things at the desk, they will however give you a remote, but they have almost no tvs, they have to transfer from room to room when someone wants to speak up. And bring your own towels and linens, my room came with 2 floor towels and one actual towel all of them were stained, all of them had hair already on them, i used the middle sheet on the bed to dry off. Which was the cleanest. The comforter was left to the floor for my stay. They hold 100$ and then charge 15$ a night for use of the green pool. The sprinkler systems went off long ago and they never fixed the floor. So none of the flooring is secure, and the wood is swollen. The stairs are questionable with cracks all the way through multiple steps. The trash accumulates in the receptacles outside the rooms and the dumpster outrageously fast, every bin was stuffed, and I'm surprised the trash man was able to get to the dumpster to empty it. This place is unsafe.

DO NOT STAY HERE Was there less than 12 hrs. then front dest refused to contace owner for refund . Was cussed at when wanting to leave, accused of drug use so i called the cops and she cleared me. The lady wanted to pocket my cash deposit. Till the cop came and she back stepped real quick. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Got there in time to check-in on time and there were no rooms available. The girl at front desk was rude and snobby. Thw front desk girl was talking to maintenance guy about how the cleaning lady was just doing what she wanted and they dont listen as well as the rooms that they said were done and clean were not. Maintenance guy went to check out rooms to his supprise no room that said that was available was actually available nor clean. Waited for 4 hours to get a room and the room that we got was dirty floor tub sink.
During check out the front desk worker was yelling and rude that she needed to go check the room we had to make sure we cleaned up after our self and that we didnt use their towels.

The photos shown online/this app to what the Motel are misleading. The rooms we were checked in were dirty, the beds had crumbs and body hair. The shower heads were filthy, the room it self had limited light. Only 1 light switch & no night stands or lamps, I had booked a suit and everything they advertised was completely misleading, the pool has prob been closed for over 15yrs. It’s full of algae and the curtains are dirty with hand prints and spider webs. “The suite” we got was suppose to have a river view, it’s full of bushes. A complete rundown place. The beds were suppose to be queens, the frames are but the mattresses are twin size, they advertise that the room comes with a refrigerator ours didn’t have 1 and the microwave was filthy. Their tv’s and WiFi are complete trash. When you ask the front desk hostess for bath towels they want you to return the soiled 1’s to the front desk. I have stayed at cheap motels but this place sure catfished us

Staff we felt with was great night staff sorry didn’t catch her name but was great towel option was few had to switch out lining but she gave us clean one no hesitation but enjoyed our time people didn’t complain as all the teens were out past 2am staff either fridge worked microwaves as well parking is spaces pool was not cleaned and unable to use in which I did call ahead and a lady told me they were working on it got there no such thing had been done so was some bad mainly great would do again in the future

The worst hotel if ever seen or stayed in the room was filthy I had to put up an additional cash deposit of 120.00 cash for my refrigerator the mgr was beyond mean and rude no continental breakfast I was locked out of my room for over 2 hours and I'm pregnant with a 19 mo old baby as well I kept walking up to the office to get into my room after she gave me another key to open my door when we returned that didn't work unbelievable oh and I had to pay for the key again

Pictures don't do this property well, rooms were nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. Have to get the remote from the office, dirty and stained towels, no actual towels just the ones you put on the floor when you get out of the shower. No coffee maker, every hotel I've gotten has one except this one. And the continental breakfast was a joke coffee and many buns. Will not recommend

My wife and I rent cheap hotel rooms. So, we go by the motto \"you get what you pay for.\" We understood when we got to this hotel and had to wait outside the office in the heat to check in. Once we got inside it was just as hot. We waited an hour and forty-five minutes before we got up to the counter. The whole time we were waiting, we watched the hotel woman yelling at customers and treating the girl beside her rudely. She then got our paperwork mixed with another costumer's. Then she got the cash from the people behind us mixed up with ours. She never did give us our change.
The room had no chairs in it. It only had a very hard bed to sit on. The pillows were so small it felt like you were laying your head on the mattress. The towels were too small for any adult.
We will not be staying here again!

Upon check-in this the experience was already bad it was the front desk clerks first day and it was disorganized and extremely hot in the lobby. I then had to check out a tv remote and was told if I didn’t return it with my ONE key at check out I’d be charged $25 second red flag but the room was non-refundable. Upon room entry the tv was tiny, the bedding was mix matched the floors and walls were dirty and had trash, there was no fridge at or option for ice or an ice bucket, next problem was the dirty bathroom which included nicely folded dirty and stained towels. I have stayed at seedy motels with better service and cleanliness. Do not make the mistake I did. Don’t let the mixed reviews fool you

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges, Moldy Room

Owner used my credit card to make small $5-10 deposit for my stay and extension which I never saw on my card. It wasnt until I left that she hit my card with a $375 and $275 charge which I'm disputing and hopefully getting her merchant account revoked. The place was moldy and the microwave didn't work. This place should be removed from Hotels.com the owner showed up and broke into my suite then tried to throw us out and keep the money from the rest of our stay. Look at these fraudulent charges on my Amex card. All these nice round numbers is her just arbitrarily charging my card until it maxed out. If there was any merit to any charge she would have just charged that amount. Breaking into our room with an accomplice is a crime in itself, we did not consent to this. Stay away from this filthy slum it doesn't even have working microwaves nor a paved lot nor breakfast as advertised.

No ice machine because this place is Hell. Owner illegally invaded my privacy then put a fraudulent $275 charge on my card to retaliate because her false report to police failed to yield her malicious results. This place is classless and run by a wretched hag who retaliates instead of taking accountability for her mistakes. She was so Hell bent on making displays of power, it was relatively easy to expose her as a lying, privacy-invading hothead slumlord of a spider-infested, unkempt mold garden, see photos of her inside my room without consent trying to effect an immediate self-help eviction because I told her to get out of my hotel room, right before she pantomimed pretending to be in fear to show how comfortable she was with making a false 911 call.

Manager rude, room conditions are horrible dirty towels in the room, looks like they didn't even change the sheets just made the bed after last guests, no remote for TV dressers are gross and handles hanging off. Hair and used gloves in the shower, no shower curtain, floors sticky, white powder on counter, no light bulbs although it wouldn't matter it is broken and the worst part is the person in the office. The whole experience was horrible I showed up at office at 830 to check in and it took 2 hrs to get me a key to my room when I walked in with my kids there was someone in the shower. After letting the owner know and waiting another 30 min I got another room and walked in to stained sheets pillows and cigarette holes and smell throughout room a broken blow dryer and broken knob to AC so it was stuck on one mode ..after I went down to office a third time and told owner she flipped out and started saying if I don't like it to sleep in my car with my kids ....she refused to give me a refund. After yelling at me she finally gave me another room that had no toilet paper no TV remote and only one pillow for two queen beds. I went down to office for the fourth time to let her know and she did not care. All this happening while my two kids were waiting in car to get into a room. Most unprofessional customer service I ever had.

We needed a bottom floor, as my mom was in a wheelchair, so they “upgraded” us to a suite. The beds looked like they had been laid on, on top of the blankets, the shower had boogers wiped on the walls and had NOT been cleaned, the floors were dirty, and the mirror had splatters all over it. It was disgusting. Someone came to clean the bathroom, but it had so much ick to it. They advertise breakfast, but there was not a breakfast. We were told it would be there at 8:00, there was nothing. There was only one towel. There was only one hand towel, and there wasn’t any toilet paper. There was also only one pillow but two beds. There should have at least been 4 pillows. She also forgot to give us the remote for the tv. This room was $89 it was disgusting.

I was in the bathroom on the phone when I noticed shadows under the door. A woman claiming to be the owner and a trainee with freshly tinted red hair were inside my suite. The woman became belligerent and began yelling for me to leave and believed I was not a registered guest, which I am. She then told me to get my property and get out repeatedly and kept yelling \"Get out! Get out!\" I am so traumatized right now as I write this. She wouldnt stop yelling then she threatened to call police, then she called 911 and made a false report saying something about me and a firearm. This review I am giving is 100% TRUE, this woman and her trainee would both fail a polygraph exam if they disputed one word of this review. She violates Arizona's Innkeeper Landlord-Tenant Law by entering without consent and she attempted a self-help eviction caught on camera. Police arrived and were very nice to me, I had to call 911 myself due witnessing her threaten to make a false report then carry it out in an attempt to manipulate law enforcement into doing her bidding. Halfway through this classless, unlawful invasion of privacy and quiet enjoyment of my room, the trainee showed her my registration and she knew she was wrong, her self-realization that senility had overcame her was quickly squelched by belligerence now fortified with a flagrant con game w/ the false report, it was as if she was training the girl how to be a slumlord hag void of virtue. NEVER BOOK HERE THE OWNER DOES NOT RESPECT THE LAW

Manager was helpful in all she did one staff wouldn't open office to get some to get some toilet paper one morning which was when the Continental breakfast was supposed to be open for and the pool was nasty had black stuff all on the side of the pool and the grass hadn't been mowed in a while rooms did not come with microwave and fridge that's extra didn't see room service at all while there no vending machine, no cable TV no phone in room I could go on but you get it.
