The bath room toilet ran all night gave us for a fee a river view what a joke! They need to make signs for young girls coming out of the pool to have proper attire to enter the building bare butts is not a thing for young kiddos to see!!!

When arriving to our room,the rooms were dirty. The next day we requested to get our room cleaned. We had to call multiple times to get our room cleaned and finally after complaining to the manager they sent someone up after waiting over 5 hours.

Tropicana is my favorite hotel. Love the bagel with cream cheese at the poolside Cafe. The fresh made sandwiches from Port of Sub. Staff is very friendly. I come always back.

Unfortunately, my stay at the Tropicana Laughing was very disappointing. The hotel overall had an unpleasant smell, and despite booking a non-smoking room, the room itself smelled strongly of smoke.
The shower gel container was completely empty, which honestly made me question how well the bathroom had been cleaned before our arrival. On top of that, the toilet kept gurgling throughout our entire stay, and the odor coming from it was awful.
I understand this is an older property, but it definitely needs much better maintenance and attention to cleanliness. I would not choose to stay here again.

Toilet was clogged when we checked into room. Gross water all over the floor. Maintenance came up hours later and said housekeeping would come and clean up and they never showed up. We had to use our towels to clean floor. Not issued new towels. Room was antiquated for the price. Front desk/reception was very professional and kind. Bed was comfortable. Loud music and people arguing on our floor at midnight. We wanted to try this hotel but won’t be coming back. We will probably go back to edgewater or river lodge.

My stay was Saturday through Thursday and not for pleasure; I was handling a relative's death in Bullhead City, but I chose to stay across the river at the Tropicana for the security. I felt very safe in the parking garage, and the convenience of parking near my room's tower was very convenient.

I only ate at the restaurant once, and it was fine, nothing special. The staff, however, was excellent. I extended my stay twice, and the front desk check-in staff made it very easy. Housekeeping was also extremely responsive to bringing more towels and supplies soon after I made the requests. Overall, the hotel met my expectations for comfort and safety.

The resturant has the most rudest staff at night I'm the carnigie restaurant and would never recommend anyone even death row inmates better last meal rights. So if ur trying to get back at any person u don't like take them thier n u will have paid them back on so many ways so stay away from that place unless u plan on having a bad day.

The Casino and property was great. My only problem was my friend fell getting off the elevator due to a rug catching in her shoe. When I tried to get Ice on our floor there was none and I asked for some to be brought up they had no one available to help.I had to go all over just get ice to help her hand injury and I would have preferred a little more help.

Went for anniversary. Two nights getaway. First night we went for the hot tub but it was closed. Next day we upgraded to in room hot tub. Hot water would not get hot and shower never got hot either. Told front desk about our stay and they refunded the resort fee of $19 but wouldn’t refund the upgrade fee. Oh yeah left us on hold for 20 minutes trying to get the upgrade. Toilet water was to high, couldn’t even sit down without water touching so no sss that morning

The rooms are in need of a deep clean. Glass shower doors had soap scum maybe dirt. Bathroom wall had a spot that was dirty, was afraid to really look, afraid of what it could have been. Check in staff was great, friendly and quick. Bar staff were also friendly.

Negative stars - We booked a non-smoking room on Hotels.com. When we arrived to check in, one hour after check-in started, they told us there were no non-smoking rooms available. Even our confirmation on the website, stated that it was a non-smoking room that we reserved. They said we would’ve had to ask by special request on Hotels.com or on their end. There was no area to request such a thing. And they refused to give us our money back. I won’t say they stole from us, but they did not try to make it right at all. Not accommodating and not customer focused. The manager said she would not approve a refund request from Hotels.com. And I was very, very polite.

Front check in staff was not friendly. I asked about a charge when we checked that supposed to be $19. And I was charged $30. They were rude only responding that’s what we charge. We don’t travel very often so I needed an explanation on that charge; No smiles from either of the two women at the front desk just looks at utter disgust that I would even question that charge. Restaurant service was slow but very very friendly which made up for it. It was very full and only two servers but our server went above and beyond in kindness!

Not at all. It reeked of cigarette smoke through the entire hotel including our room on the 11th floor. The room was dirty, had blood on the light switch and wall, dog food crumbs were left in the corner, webs on the ceiling, thick dirt caked around the floorboard. We requested room clean up and it took 3 hours for housekeeping to show up after 9pm. The blood was wiped off, towels brought in, spider webs removed, but no vacum, no bed change. I requested for clean sheets and changed the bedding myself. The housekeeper explained there was only 1 housekeeper per shift and they didn't start work until 3pm. The casino play card did not work in any machines, I had to change the pin twice and it still did not work for myself or finance. Parking paint lines were so faded. Restaurants were closed. Overall, not one manager offered anything, not even an apology for poor cleanliness and especially blood left on the bathroom light switch and wall.

The casino is old, but it was cleaned up quite a bit since the last time I have been there, but they have an issue with maintenance starting to come into rooms with signs out do not disturb and security then they wanna move you for our room cause they’ve gotta water problem. No communication on that issue.

We stayed for the concert but I was really disappointed in the room and the way things were handled when I reported the situation to the front desk. The non smoking room had a bag on the smoke detector and there were cigarette butts under the bed, gross. They did fix the smoke detector but I asked multiple times to have the butts cleaned up and I kept getting apologies but no results. We went to the concert and expected the room to be cleaned up when we came back but it wasn’t. We had to leave due to an emergency at home the next day and I did appreciate that they helped with that.

The casino and bingo were fun. Parking was easy. I just wish the room had been better.
