I would have loved to rate this stay a little bit higher than I did, but unfortunately due to the lack of cleanliness of the room, I cannot. We stayed one night in the luxury room with double queen beds. I was hoping that the room matched the images, but it was dirty. It seemed as if the housekeepers looked past the room and the smaller details of it. There was a piece of cheesecake in the fridge. There was a cucumber slice in the corner of the room and pieces of food still on the carpet. When I opened one of the drawers there was foil in it. There was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floors and the bottom of the tub was dark. The scent was not pleasant either, once you opened the door, it had a perpetual a$$ smell. The things I did enjoy was the early check in, the amenities, and how close everything was. The movie theater, the pool, and the lake. There was also a little gas station in the parking lot of the hotel which was nice.

Resort in my opinion was great and I would come back again. The weekends seem to be too busy due to locals using the facilities and the only other issue is the fireworks going off after 10pm was a little annoying every night.

We arrived at the hotel and the first thing we were told was that the pool was closed because of a graduation party. That was very disappointing since access to the pool was one of the reasons we booked this resort. My kids were especially excited to use it upon arrival, but that didn’t happen.

The next day we finally went to the pool, but the water was extremely cold. For a resort, I would expect the pool to be heated or at least temperature controlled.

The room also had several issues. The AC barely worked and took forever to cool the room down, and the fridge didn’t work at all. Housekeeping was minimal — they would only drop off towels, while we constantly had to take out our own trash.

Overall, this was not the resort experience we expected, and unfortunately it’s not a place I would recommend.

This is the first place that did not have a coffee pot or water in the room. Getting up and getting dressed to go get coffee is not my ideal place, we had to go find someone to get clean towels. Maybe I am spoiled, but when you are staying more than one night you would think that housekeeping would at least ask. It wasn't a horrible experience by any means.

This was a nice getaway with my boyfriend. We arrived for a midweek stay. Check-in was nice. Our riverfront room was perfect. The pools were beautiful. We enjoyed the adult pool. Kids ended up playing in it and no security told them to use the family pool.
This would be a big no if it had been more crowded.
Feathers cafe was our only option for a sit down restaurant. It was fabulous!
The entire staff throughout the resort were amazing. We will come back.

The overall resort is nice. The pool and beach areas are well maintained. The staff are nice and helpful. The smoke filled casino was bad, but maybe due to poor ventilation that could be improved. Also our king bed had kid sized pillows, so that made for an unrestful trip.

Worst experience ever gagging w the front desk clears Elaine! Rude not friendly now welcoming to me ! For there 11 am (check in not till 4) but didn’t want to waste time! Checked my things in with the bellman (the only helpfully staff in this entire resort) went down to enjoy my family at the lake! Elaine could not tell me what time my room would be possibly ready or even stated she could not even call me! This was a family trip and as the hours went on family that came hours after me were able to check into their rooms one after the next ( there was about 40+ of my family there) I was about 4 different parties come down to the lake where I was at stating that they check in and their rooms were available as they did so! Even going back up at 3:50 pm they told me my room was still not ready ! Wasting my day! On top of that the pool was ridiculous! They allowed so many kids in the jacuzzi at night time jumping and splashing and hitting us with no one to tell them or the parents other wise; but for upset when we brought our own water bottles and pool side accessories! Pool staff watched as they jumped and splashed and hit us while they were chit chatting eating Panda Express! They did not clean my room or make my bed ! Just took out trash, no fresh sheets and bedding and didn’t even restock our towels! And good luck calling the front desk from your room it went to voicemail ‘ overall I will not be coming here again

This was our first time at The Avi Resort. Check in was really easy & hassle free. Everything we needed was on the hotel grounds. Beach/pool area was clean. Rooms were also clean. The hotel also counted with a variety of food options including a small coffee shop.

After paying/requesting for river view, at check in she tried to give me a first floor room. I asked, how is that river view I want up higher? She said for $10 she could move me to the sixth floor. What a joke...really??? Ten dollars? And then to top it off, there were cocopuffs on the carpet so obviously not much time was spend cleaning that room, and the shower was gross and didn't drain. Never again!

The bedsheets in the room were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was exceptional through the whole property. The rooms are a bit dated and the carpeting is older. I noticed a good amount of dust around the room on the headboard, the ac unit and bathroom fan. I also noticed some cobwebbing in the ceiling corner. The amenities of the property are the best part of the stay.

Nuestra habitación tenía vista a la playa,nuestro baño estaba un poco tapado el lavamanos y la ducha no trabajaba bien,las sábanas de la cama eran pequenas y al dormir se salían las sábanas,lo malo era que el colchón no tiene protección! The only thing that was nice was the pool. My bed sheets were torn and had stains on them. Only 1 restaurant open to eat at the food was not very good to eat. My patty melt was a hamburger. Fries were cold. there was a pizza place and Panda Express and thrifty ice cream for fast food. The ice machine was broken on our floor and the next floor also. The Casino smelled musty

We were supposed to stay 3 nights but we ended up only staying one. When we got to our room it was so dirty. The floor and carpet were dirty the mirror was dirty and the chairs that were in the room were dirty with something sticky. When reported to the staff it seemed like they didn’t care and didn’t even try to fix the situation so we ended up checking out early and getting an Airbnb instead.

This casino is the best casino, if you have kids.This is the only casino that has a play place.you can drop your kids off to play while you gamble.It is right off the beach you can hang out at.And they have a pool with a little water slide. My daughter loved kids' quest.She stayed in it all day and they do charge about fifteen dollars an hour.But she loved that she was in until one a m.It gave us time to gamble and relax.While she played in that area.She wants to go back she liked it that much.the food was also great and so was the service. My daughter lost her stuff penguin and they found it and shipped it to us.

Its a okay spot not the nicest or the cleanest and far away from a lot of things. Everything closes to early for being so far away from restaurants and stores. Pizza was delicious though 😋 we had maintenance in our room EVERY night the TV would not work and someone would have to come in and manually fix it.

This was the worst experience I’ve had out of all the hotels I’ve visited. The room was not clean; the carpet had multiple black stains and mold, and it smelled really bad. The toilet and the shower were clogged. The vanity was broken and coming loose from the back, with all the nails exposed, which was very dangerous for me because I had my young child with me. The furniture in the room was generally in poor condition. The pool was closed. I only stayed there for 6 hours because I preferred to leave and go somewhere else rather than remain in those conditions. It’s a place I would never return to.

This was a trip to Vegas that turned into this amazing trip to your Laughlin and not knowing anything about your facility. As my husband was driving thought we were going in the middle of nowhere. Was very disappointed. Property is run down. Our room was average. The dresser was uneven so when you open a drawer you have to hold down the dresser or it would tip. We found a couple of bugs on the curtains. The shower faucet would not turn off all the way and the bathroom sink was clogged took forever for water to go down. Only nice things was the beach area other than that will probably never stay there again.

I believe it’s the best spot in Laughlin for families. They have a lot of activities, better pools and I believe has the best private beach. It also has its own private launch ramp that many hotels don’t have and it’s free. The parking for the trailers is right next to the hotel so it feels safe to leave your trailer there without having it hooked up to the truck.There’s also a gas station on the parking lot so you don’t need to drive more then 2 sec to fill up your car or jet ski, they sell fireworks to and have a designated spot to pop them. Now if you’re there to just gamble I don’t think it’s the place for you, I’ll stick to the other hotels for gambling because you can just walk to another hotel to play different games. Avi hotel is about a 16 min drive from the Laughlin strip. Overall I loved this hotel and for sure will be back

Never saw staff harass so many customers in the Bay Area and pool area. The one lady was a pure Karen with ugly stares. In addition the slot machine malfunctioned and it took 4 different trips to my machine before the staff compensated me so I could continue game play.
