After review of the website, I understood there were no refrigerators in any of the rooms. Not sure when this happened, but I was told I could rent one for $20.00 a night. We had a King room and after I asked for additional pillows (2) I was told I could only have 1, the other one would be another charge. The pool was clean and there was plenty of seating, but the ice-cream/spirits shop is closed. So you either bring your own drinks/snacks or purchase them from the gift shop at a 4x the cost. The steakhouse was closed for remodeling until mid-June - this was not on the website. The only place to eat was Denny's, PT's and the donut shop. We will pay the additional $15.00 a night to stay at Aquarius.

There are no refrigerator in the rooms. If you want one its $25 a night
The security deposit is $225 twice as much as others.

Honestly I had doubts about staying here but it was last minute and honestly it didn’t disappoint. The rooms were clean staff was friendly and after a long day at the river you just need somewhere to lay your head. Only thing I will say is they need to upgrade their TVs lol couldn’t connect to any apps like Netflix but we survived.. all was good.

The staff was great but the room could really use updating! The bathroom was tiny, I had to literally kneel under the shower head to wash my hair, and the water fluctuated from barely warm to lava for my entire shower. My wife killed a cricket by the bed, but the bed was comfy.

The customer service was horrible! Upon arrival to check in the internet was down… that was not our fault they should have just giving us out room since we had already paid in advance the staff was very rude and seemed very unprofessional! We understand it was stressful situation but we had traveled from far. It took us about 2hr to check in due to looking for ATMs to get money out! They didn’t even want to accommodate us for all the stress we were going through as well they made us feel unwelcome. When leaving the Valet & front desk checking out lady Theresa was rude! We were so excited to be here for the very first time! But I don’t think I ever want to come back! I will not recommend it!! 1/10

Casino had modern slots, most people like that, I like the older ones because generally it's easier to manage your money. Lost very little but, had to play a long time to recoup most of loss. Check in was quick. Only in room for 3 1/2 hours, so don't really have an opinion. Shower was excellent.

This hotel needs to have a makeover to bring it up to date. The room was filthy..stains on the furniture..baby making juice on the mirror.. chair was broken..spider webs and dust everywhere…bathroom floor was so dirty we had to wear our flip flops when utilizing the bathroom… no upgraded outlets, only had an electrical strip to use. Will never come back.. stay at your own risk!

CONS:
- Casino no longer has gambling tables like Black Jack or Craps.
- Rooms are kind of out dates but do serve it’s purpose.
PROS:
- Casino has lot more slot machines.
- rooms are very clean.
- easy parking.
- DJ on casino floor

The beds need to be replaced. The pillows were less than standard. We asked for room to be cleaned. They didn't vacum, nor did the replenish the coffee area. I used to come to this hotel years ago and it has truly lost it's service.

The casino was fine. Our room in the Santa Fe Tower was terrible. The two queen beds were fine but I don’t think the room was cleaned very well. The two chairs in the room definitely have to be replaced. They were stained & falling apart. We were in a non-smoking room & the sink countertop had cigarette burns. The light cover in the bathroom contained dead bugs. The bathroom shower curtain had old toothpaste on it. The security door lock was also broken.

Terrible. We would not stay here again. They put us in an older area of the hotel that had not been open for a while. We checked in put our bags down left to eat then returned to bugs in the shower/bathroom all over. When we called to asked to be moved rooms we were told we would be charged $40 because the only room they had was river view rooms. We asked to speak to manager because literally we removed ourselves and luggage from the room. They said they would move us but to know the room we will be staying in has a shower that is heavily stained and in need of repair. I spoke to someone on the way to the other room who said the SANTA FE side of the hotel has been closed for some time and was recently having pest issues so they should not have treated us that way. Nothing was done at all. Also, I was charged $10 extra online at expedia for having more than 2 people. When I got to the hotel they said that was not correct, they do not charge unless you have more than 4 people. So overall I would NOT stay here again. Only good this was they had a comedy club downstairs we attended because I needed a drink after so many hours of stress and waiting for a new room. When I left they apologized but then said since I booked thru expedia I would need to reach out to them. It was a wild time but gratefully we only slept there one night and checked out early. If you care about comfort and cleanliness this is NOT the place. If you do stay the SEDONA side is newer but still not great.

Our stay at the Edgewater was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we had questions regarding what to see and go to visit the local attractions. The room rates were certainly affordable.
The prices on meals around the area were quite reasonable.
Housekeeping was just a phone call away and provided extra towels.
One of our concerns was being roomed on the 26 floor, next to the penthouse....we had the whole 26th floor to ourselves! No worries about noisy neighbors! 😅
We definitely will book our next trip through Expedia!

The room should have had an inspection done before our arrival. Everything was pretty dusty. Corners were really bad. Towels were hard and stale from sitting so long. And the mattress definitely hadn’t been turned in ages.

Room coffee was terrible. And not much creamer to

Really wanted to do with them her room was very clean the staff is superb very friendly and very helpful needed help getting down to the lower levels the security guard help this down with the security freight elevator and got us around the stairs and back up after wandering around the Riverwalk the casino OMG great place had good luck I would highly recommend the Edgewater

The casino had a DJ set up right in the middle of the casino floor, with only about five or six people dancing. I was playing at a craps machine nearby, and the noise and setup quickly became a bit much. It felt out of place and unnecessary given how few people were actually participating. Eventually, it got to be too much, and I ended up leaving to a different casino.

Place is dated and in need of some remodeling. One of the beds was so worn down, sleeping was limited to a small area or else you would roll off. Sheets and towels had too much bleach. Price value is very good and we won big at slots so we were very happy.
