The place was horrible, Dog hair everywhere, hole in the bathroom wall, paint peeling, entry threshold was unfinished worth a gap over an inch at the bottom. Very old and outdated and the mattress had to be 30 years old. The place questionable people around and w know our car would have been broke into. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in.

Arrived. Checked in. Given room where TV did not work. Given another room. Had to haul luggage to other room. A/C and phone did not work. Given another room . Peeling paint in bathroom. No dog run provided. Had to walk and take dog outside of property for his needs. Noone cleaning that area which was mined with left over dog poops, because a great number of people are disgustingly dirty.
Room was not dirty, but not VERY clean.
Breakfast area small . Never used it. ONE ICE MACHINE, that worked one day only. I would not stay here again

The room smelled terrible, there were cockroaches, dried left over food from the people that stayed before us. The worst part is that I prepaid for the room online and my credit card isn't only being uded to hold thec$50 charge. The hotel has charbmged me 3 additional times to cover the room. Be aware of your credit or debit card being excessively over charged.

We've been staying here one weekend a year for an event that we attend. This last time was the worse we've seen it. Very run down. The room was dirty, there's lots of areas that look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. The bench against the wall had gravel with pet hair upon arrival. The toilet didn't flush, there was a plunger next to it so it is a known issue to them. We had to use it after every use, pretty gross. The towel rack was loose and when I hung my towel the loose side came off the wall. We asked for towels for our 3rd day and they said they were out of towels. We will not return here any more, just too run down.

the room floor ,walls and drawers were dirty, found dog food in the tray for the coffee maker and bug droppings or larva in the drawers , did take pictures, I'm glad we did not spend any more time in the room than we did.
the price was good but did not know it was for a dirty room. the bedding seemed clean , I hope I did not bring anything home or to my daughters home in AZ.

We drove a long way and were exhausted. When we came to the room it was filthy. Stuff and old food spills on the ground. Sheets were not changed only straightened to look like it was made. There was others hair in between the sheets with food spills. We were going to ignore it because we were so tired and just lay our own blanket on top but when i moved the pillow the headboard fell and almost hit me. Like came fully out of the wall. Scared me to death. That was it and i told the office. They said that their remodeling. I asked for another room. Thank goodness that was clean. We didn't eat breakfast because we were worried about food poisoning because if they cant clean a room i cant imagine how they clean the kitchen. Im shocked that the owner of days inn allows this to happen.

When I opened the door to the room the floor was filthy just looking at it, with tiny bits of white stuff & also pieces of dirt/mud,etc. When my husband went to wipe up something on the floor the cloth was almost black. Then he tried another area along side the bed & it was the same way. I wouldn't even walk on it without shoes!! The lady (Carey, I believe was her name) who checked us in was very nice & accommodating. When I called her about the floor she came with a broom & also asked if I wanted her to mop it. I said yes but I'm not sure how much she did because of all the dirt we wiped up later in just 2 small areas. I do have to say, though, the beds were very comfortable & so were the pillows. The rest of the room was clean, like the sink & bathroom area. But the floors were awful!!

Hotel staff are great. Room 129 is really noisy because it's right next to the staff laundry facility and they start working at 11pm. The parking lot is really well lit at night making it a really safe area. Breakfast is also great. Always love having a waffle maker.

The staff was super nice but our room was pretty gross. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned, mopped, dusted and I’m pretty sure our sheets weren’t changed. The hung half off the bed had multiple hairs and were so wrinkled. The toilet was stained and so gross and everything really was old and dirty.

The check in was okay and the staff was really nice. The room was decent except when we went to the bathroom we found some roaches every night. They don’t have housekeeping at all which we didn’t mind, except that they only provide one set of towels and one small roll of toilet paper when we were 2 people staying 3 nights. They say to feel free to request whatever we need but I don’t feel I should be bothered to do that. I can’t comment on their breakfast because we always leave early and we have our own. We have been staying there twice a year for tournaments but we will have to think twice now.

Check in was terrible! 2 people a head of us and each one took at least 10 mins. Then it was that long for us too. Staff had to wait on on internet and had to call housekeeping to see which rooms had been cleaned. She was pleasant but ridiculous to wait that long.
Also TV had no signal, no hand towels, sink leaking onto floor, frig missing a leg so couldn't open door w/o lifting up. No phone so couldn't call front desk, and only # online was for reservations. Told FD next morning and most things got fixed except frig problem. Caulking and tiles around tub hardware absolutely needs to be replaced. Sink started leaking again before we left. Just not a good experience and won't stay ever again!!

My room was horrible. I don’t know why a hotel would have a room immediately by the pool equipment that runs all night and same room right next to laundry facilities for the hotel - that also runs into the night. The first night I requested a change of rooms. When I went to the office the next day they told me they were sold out. So why can’t you give me a new room and someone that is coming in that day my room. No they would not. The room was dirty and the only chair I had to sit on was a folding chair. They did manage to provide with an arm chair second night. I walked around the room with my socks on and they became black from the dirty floor. The last thing of course, was the microwave did not work. Light came on but no heat. Terrible- terrible experience. I do have pictures. When I asked for a credit because of the quality of the room, the front desk could not provide me any positive answers.

I was displeased that the Ice Machine Was not operational during Labor Day weekend. Spoke with the manager and was given a reason. Some of the staircases we used needed maintenance, and the pool was not clean when I went to use it later in the day. I was assured that I should have been clean, but other issues arose. Have to ask for the room to be serviced, as it's not a daily task.

The room was absolutely disgusting and we ended up leaving 1 hour after check in because we refused to even sleep there. The room had dead bugs in all the corners, the sheets had dark hairs all over (not ours) and when we pulled back the blanket there was a crusty nasty brown stain on the sheets. The toilet wouldn’t even flush toilet paper down. The floors were so dirty they made the bottom of our feet turn black after walking just from the front door to the bathroom. The AC unit didn’t work properly and when it was turned on it would make an obnoxiously loud bang. The walls were soggy from prior water damage in the bathroom and the bottles of soap left out were half empty. The door handle was also wiggled several times and the chain lock on the door was barely hanging on. I 100% do not recommend this place due to the dirty and unsafe conditions. I will never be back.

The staff was frendly for sure but the room was filithy and smelled. I wiped off the sink and vanity with a few tissues and they were brown and green. Sink was slimy. I don't think the floors have been swept or mopped in quite some time. Just walking from the bathroom to the chair a few times my feet were black and felt like they were covered in sand and not to mention the amount of dirt, hair and grime that are in the corners and all over the baseboards. I'm not expecting 5 stars that's for sure however I do expect for the facility to be clean emough to feel comfortable. High state in mamy wyndhan hotels and this one was so disappointing 😞.

The bedside lamp did not work in room 124, the toilet acted like it was backed up every time you flush,, super slow to complete the flush cycle, ice machine was broken so no ice available and it was 110 degrees! No extra coffee etc as requested. Location was right next to a family of screaming children and work trucks were backed up to the hotel, so hard to see where our room was located at, the truck had the handicap parking hidden, so my disabled husband had to walk further to get to our room. Seriously, this used to be a nice placr to stay, now I don't think we will return the next time we visit BHC. Pretty disappointed with this trip accomodations.
