I have stayed at this property 3 times in total. This time, I was more than disappointed with the state of the hotel. Broken toilet seat, broken shower, broken glass divider on the balcony. Sound proofing non existent. Room service running out of towels. The area has become increasingly noisy. The staff were on front desk were exceptionally good and the saving grace for this hotel. It is an expensive hotel to stay at and sadly I would say it is now not worth the money. Small rooms with poor cupboard space.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the Executive Sky Penthouse. The layout is perfect with two bedrooms and a large, wrap-around balcony. More of an apartment than a hotel room, the unit is modern, clean and well-appointed, including a combination washer and dryer. An amazing location near countless restaurants and bars.

Great gem of a hotel

From the moment we cecked in we felt welcome. Stephanie at the front desk is absolutely amazing and so is the rest of the staff. The hotel is right in the centre and close to everything. The rooms are amazing and so are the bathrooms. The bed is comfortable and the aircon works a treat. Level 6 has the best view of the Acropolis and a great entertainment area.
If ever in Athens again we will definitely stay here again without a doubt ❤️

Beware: BED BUGS!! During our 1 night stay, we were woken up at 3am to find bed bugs crawling in the sheets. We recorded video which I immediately took to the front desk. The staff member had me share the video so management could be notified, and we were moved to a different room. At check-out the next morning, I requested a refund which was denied. I contacted Hotels.com about the issue and requested a refund for the booking which was also denied (because Hotels.com contacted Enattica who stood firm on their “NO exclusions” refund policy.) In writing, Enattica told me that because they moved us to a nicer room as soon as the bed bugs were discovered, they felt like the issue was handled fully and nothing more would be offered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ENATTICA SUITES. We came home covered in bed bug bites and had to spend extra time and money laundering our clothes to make sure we don’t bring bed bugs from this place into our home.

The location is great and walking distance to the city center and monastiraki. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property is clean and the room was spacious for 3 adults.
The only issue we had was that the hotel is located across from restaurants/bars which were very loud until the late hours of the morning making it very difficult to sleep. (We stayed during a weekend)

While taxi cannot arrive in front of Enattica Suites, it is very well situated. It has several cafes and stores nearby. We feel very safe in this neighborhood. I am so glad that we paid extra for the room with the view of the Acropolis. The staff is friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much. Note: The elevator is very small.

It was a very satisfying stay for one night. Our cruise disembarked early and the suite accommodated us for a very early check-in at 9:40 AM as I did email them prior as well as my online check-in couple days before.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And I would like to thank Kathrin in particular. Kathrin helped us to arrange the taxi ride to the airport while I was trying to find out a nearby Uber pickup point with her. She explained everything in a clear manner and assured me again later that everything was scheduled. I felt so relieved because that was my last concern for this trip.

As advertised, the hotel was close to the Acropolis and other tourist attractions. The hotel room was clean with all essential items. They even provided toothbrushes! We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and bottled water.

All in all, we were happy with the Enattica Suites and we would recommend it.

Location is in a maze of short, narrow streets with small shops and some cafes, and across the street is a bar that plays loud dull music from late evening to 2am. It sounded as if it was in the room next door. Very disappointed.

Bed Bugs!!!

My stay started off well until we were awaken at 3:30 am with bed bugs crawling on us and multiple bites. Although the staff was able to give us another room the room change in the middle of the night and the fact that there were bed bugs in our bed is extremely unacceptable. We kindly asked for a refund due to our troubles and were not granted one because another room was offered to us. However, I feel as if this is unacceptable as we did not want to sleep in the new bed again due to the condition of our prior one and left with multiple bites.

Lovely hotel, but not if you want to sleep.

This was our 5th time in Athens but our first time at this hotel. Rooms are lovely and big. Shower is great! However…AC didn’t work on floors 1-3. Both of our rooms never got below 30C, (88F), and the hotel is above a very boisterous bar, which was really noisy until 3:30am+, so opening the window for air really wasn’t an option. Staff were lovely. It’s a real shame about the AC because we won’t stay again as we got very little sleep both nights. Also, coffee pods and water were provided for the first night only, which seemed a bit strange.

This was our first time in Athens. We chose Enattica because of the price and location. The only downside we had was getting taxis to the location. They had a hard time finding it.
It is on a safe, quiet street with easy access to Monastiraki and Syntagma metro. There are many restaurants and tons of shopping nearby, and other than the weekend nights we didn't hear much after noise. Even the weekend noise was minimal.
The rooms are clean and updated. They have plenty of space to spread out. We actually changed rooms during our stay so we experienced two kinds: triple with acropolis view and executive double. The Acropolis view room was our first two nights. The view was great, but because it was cooler we didn't get to use the balcony. The executive double was similar in size without the balcony.
The best part was the wonderful staff. They were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Totally amazing view. Worth every penny. Also have a roof top but we liked having our own balcony. We stayed in the master suite and it was huge... just what we needed to relax and enjoy the view. Only drawback is that it is a little hard to find. And it is right off the street where there are lots of outdoor cafes and bars. That is great for getting food and drinks but it is noisy. However we heard nothing during our stay so either it is because of sound proofing or we were on the other side of the building. You'll need lots of room on your camera as the view changes with the sun. We must have a 100 pixs. The staff was very accommodating. We were able to store our luggage and enjoy our final day there.

Great location. Was initially worried about the street noise. you are in the heart of the nightlife of the city, but it was quiet. The view of the acropolis from the master suite was incredible. Staff was helpful. We stored our luggage so we could see more of the city. Note the elevator is very small but still we made it with no problem. HIGHLY recommended.

Wonderful hotel rooms and staff. However, if your hoping to sleep, it is difficult to do so with the commotion of two cafes right outside the hotel. We were kept up all night by the loud people and music even until 4 in the morning. We stayed on a Saturday night so I'm not sure if it is the same during the week, but sleeping on a weekend night is quite challenging. Otherwise, the room is really nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great few nights in athens. The hotel was easy to find and as pictured, styled very modern. Bed comfortable. Elevator small but not uncommon in europe.
Superior room with Acropolis view was beautiful and quiet at night. Location was fantastic to eateries and shops. Within a short walking distance to central market, plaka and city center. Gave 4 stars because there was a strong mildew/mold smell. The room could benefit from a dehumidifer to remove moisture. Did inform the front desk at checkout. But we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a gem, located in a wonderfully convenient neighborhood in central Athens, with large rooms overlooking the beautiful acropolis and an amazing customer service. A big thanks to Stefania who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our whole trip, including helping us with luggage storage and making taxi reservations. Disregard for the health of guest for money

Checked into the hotel at 3pm. The room was hot. Thought it was because the A/C was not on. After 2 hours sitting in a dark room with the a/c at full blast, te room was still at 28/C. Told George at the front desk to come check it out. Did some fumbling around and said I had set it up wrong. Promised me it woukd be cold in a little while. 9pm still at same temperature. Room was to big for such a small unit. George tells me it worked yesterday. Told him my health issues would not be resolved with the implied memories of past succeses. Then he put his hand to the blower and said it's blowing. I told him that if he can somehow attach the mattress to the ceiling, our toes can get cold and hopefully trick the rest of our body that we're fine. After 6 hours of this charade I asked for a refund so I can save myself. This started another round of chicanery with an owner on the phone that refused to do anythibg about it. Hotels.com was of absulutely no help to a VIP Platinum member and implied that a refund was at the discretion to this dungeon master. Which is odd, that a billion dollar corporation is powerless against George. I cut my loses and left for another hotel. I can't use the word checked out because George said emails after midnight. Well it's been 2 midnight since then, no email.
These are the people that give Greece sometimes a bad reputation. And I am Greek, and the whole theatrics were done in full Greek. Stay somewhere else. George spoke Greek, but was not a real one

There is no parking near the property. I had to search for 30 mins to get a parking garage at night. Otherwise the property is in center of attractions. Metro is close by and so are bars and restaurants. Pleasant stay at this place .

We had booked an exectuve suite double.
We couldn’t sleep a wink. Super noisy. Sewage smell the minute we got into the room.
The shower doors didn’t properly close so the entire bathroom floor was flooded after a shower.
Air conditioning was barely working.
Curtains didnt close all the way so streets lights in the room all night.
We had room 102, if you get assigned rooms ending in 02 ask for an immediate change of room. These room face towards the stairwells and it echoes every little noise.
I would never stay at that “hotel” ever again.

Staff were friendly and fairly helpful to set up transfers. The room was clean, easy to access, there is a lift available if needed and the general space is accessible for accessibility or language needs. Air conditioning was a must and worked well, with complimentary water provided. The sound traveled throughout the halls so it was very obvious when someone was using the lift or making noise in the stairwell. There is also a bar directly in front of the hotel that would be noisy until 3/4am. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper. The hotel felt safe as there is a 24 hour front desk, though the room itself is keycode entry with no deadbolt or safety lock. Anyone with a override code could potentially access the room. There is a safe in the room to hold belongings, and i did feel safe sleeping at night. Access to food and shopping were fantastic. If one coffee shop was closed i could take two more steps to get the morning coffee. Overall a lovely stay, with future consideration of noise and safety.

Property is a bit hard to find and cant be directly accessed from the road. But overall property is pretty much in monastiraki which is the center for near by athens attractions. There are a ton of restaurants nearby and so is the metro. Not bad for one night. There is no parking and street parking is really difficult. One thing to note is the elevator is really small. Not that it matters . But if you have a lot of luggage then expect multiple trips to go and check in luggage into room. Overall hotel is clean . Upscale facilities and room size is decent.

This was our first time in Athens and Ennatica Suites was the perfect place to explore the city from. It was a great room for the money spent, and it’s location made it so that we could go out sightseeing during the morning, return during the hotter part of the afternoon, and then go back out to enjoy our evenings with very little stress. Also the rooftop balcony sitting area was wonderful to wind down an evening while overlooking the Acropolis.

We had the top floor suite room 602. The view from your veranda of the Acropolis is to die for!
But the room is one large room with a bathroom. Very little storage space or flat surface area to set things. There is a small refrigerator in the room, with no freezer, so no ice. The hotel has zero room service. The doors going to the veranda are wired to the air conditioner, so when you go out to the balcony, the air conditioner shuts off and you physically have to turn it back on each time. It is very centrally located, restaurants, shopping, Monasteraki & the Plaka minutes away. You can’t beat the view, but no ice or or the ability to store it, and the air conditioning situation would make me think again before taking this room again.

This Hotel is in the middle of the action. Walking distance to major sites. The view of the Acropolis on floor 7th is amazing.

There is one side of the hotel that faces a bar that gets very noisy at night. We asked them to change our room the next morning and they were able to accommodate us right away.

Fantastic experience! All the staff were incredible and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable! I forgot my sunglasses in the room after check out and they were kept safe and returned to me, such honest, caring service truely a great experience! We will be back and highly recommend to all!

A perfect place in the heart of it all

it was a great stay. so handy to so many things. front desk staff very friendly and accomodating.
only 2 things that could have been better.1. a choice of a softer pillow( I guess I'm a princess) and the noise below, which I know can't be controlled and you did have good thick windows and great black out drapes. The shower was the BEST..very SPA like. thanks for a great memory
