Only needs a better view but the property by itself is beautiful!

We had a great stay at Santoterra. The reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because reception and the bar were closed early around 3pm everyday during our stay. However, reception did advise that they planned to hire more staff to keep this open longer shortly, which would make the place amazing. Loved the huge room and the pool area is great. We also received breakfast every morning, which was nice. There is not a lot close to the location but you can walk into town and to a nearby beach/beach bar within 20 minutes. The hotel was also great and helpful for arranging transfers and car rentals.

Very clean, the receptionist was very welcoming and helped us with out excursions and accommodations. Not too far from the port or beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

Elona the facility manager treated my as if i was a long time friend coming for a visit from the moment i arrived in the middle of the night,I felt as if as was home with a touch of Greek luxury. She helps and guides you throughout your visit.. From accommodations with transportation to rental vehicle and even scheduling my excursions, I was amazed and still in awe of the treatment i received. I can’t wait to come back with my entire family!

We just returned from our week stay at the suites for our honeymoon. The suites are beautiful, exactly as the pictures. Rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard. Coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and cooking equipment are provided.
Maria the manager was very accommodating. She even went as far as arranging the room to be ready a few hours prior to the arranged check in time, we travelled through the night and were very tired so this was very much appreciated. Always just a phone call away if/when needed.
We hired a car and would recommend doing so if you plan to visit Fira daily or explore the island. If not, taxis cost €10/15 euro each way to the capital, handy if you plan on having a few drinks.
Overall a very memorable stay! We will most certainly return!
