The accommodation for us as family is good it caters our needs. The room is huge andhas enough sleeping spaces. Staff were so considerate and understanding. They made us stay until 5 pm with no charge as our flight is at 2330

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a very cute property in a quieter part of the island, but very close to Fira by bus so it's easy to navigate the whole island.

There's also a family if very sweet cats that like to hang out by the pool

Lovely people, quiet place, delicious breakfasts

This is a resort hotel about 1.5 km from Fira (easily walkable). The pool is clean and well kept. The staff are sooo friendly, professional and accommodating (if exhausted). The breakfasts are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Delicious and plentiful and really us up for a days walking or swimming or doing nothing.

The village itself has a few nice restaurants and we found it a welcome sanctuary from the maddening crowds of tourists visiting Fira and Oia.

Just to note some of the guests appeared to be quite rude and very demanding to the staff. 5* does not mean staff are there to kiss your feet! WIFI was great in our room but others did complain, so it may not suit people wanting to stream (no problem with email etc ). Great value for money in our opinion, we would happily stay there again. :)

Love this place ! Very close to Fira (5-min drive)

The unit has a nice private pool and balcony. Very close to Fira within 5 mins drive. The breakfast was great and pool was within door steps. Only thing is the unit has only one bathroom for 6 of our guest to share. Sandra were very accommodating and very proactice to help us solve amenities issues within minutes. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel is on a quiet street, but only a 10 min walk to the busier area and spot for local buses.. so that we great for me.

Although I was not satisfied with having a tub in the middle of the room and the wifi and my own phone network internet did not work in the room .. the pool was great and the most important part of my stay there was my experience with the staff.. Management and Front desk were nice but my best experiences were with Mateos and Niktarios.. They were so kind and helpful. As someone travelling alone to Santorini, they ensured I had all the right information and everything I needed to optimize my experience on the island. They made my experience excellent. Thank You Guys!

When we first arrived at the hotel, we were all well greeted by the staff and were ushered to our room. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met as the room we were put in was nothing like the pictures we saw when we first made our reservation on Expedia (the room was very dirty and not cleaned. Ex: hair and food crums on the floor). No Wifi (a comodity supposedly included)!

The manager told us that they can't take pictures of all the 42 rooms... (the pictures are included here). Usually hotels should be honest while publishing their deals online, instead they didn't even take responsibility for this. The room was anything close to a 5 star hotel room as they claim to be... we were basically put in a concierge room downstairs!

Otherwise, when we took the room on Expediam, a laudry service was included in the package. Unfortunately, they told us that we had to pay for each item separatly (ex: 4 euros for underwear, 10 euros for shirts etc.). They tried to make a deal for us but we learned the next day that nothing could be done.

The pool area was nice, and the area quite clean and serene. The staff was overall nice and friendly. The food was far from being good. Breakfast was served at around 8h15, but was alway cold. Juice was very diluted and undrinkable. Eggs were soggy and soaked in oil. Deserts were okay.

One of the staff members told us that we can't drink water from the reception since it's only reserved for breakfast (we had to pay for water at the bar!)

We enjoyed our stay here it was quiet and although away from the busyness of Thira it was a bit isolated for us - a good half hour walk to the town centre. The breakfast was adequate and the pool very nice. There was no facility in the room for making a hot drink and the dogs barking woke us early. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we liked having a balcony.

The property was clean. The room was spotless. Our room had stairs, maybe not unusual for Santorini, but once you opened the room door there was a flight of stairs on the way up into the sky, bringing the luggage up was out of the question. The property location was from me a bit out of the way. Okay for a night or two.

This was great for our stay in Santorini. It’s a short walk into town (about 15 mins), however the area boasts lots of little eateries and corner shop for your needs. The pool and staff were fabulous!
The rooms are simple & spacious (we got upgraded however I wasn’t initially aware) which is all you need if you’re always out and about. Cleanliness was great minus the first day were the floor was dusty around the bed. Highly recommended & would stay again!

Beautiful, quiet oasis on this island paradise

Maistros is a beautiful resort in a quiet village on the island very close to the busy and touristy Fira. It has a beautiful pool area, clean, comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast, and very kind and accommodating staff. We had a wonderful stay and were able to see most parts of the island from this central location. I would strongly recommend Maistros for your Santorini adventure.

However, the rooms were a little unfinished in that unique Greek way and some thought needs to be given to completing the lighting.

The pool was nice, staff was nice. Cleaning staff left cleaning supplies \"chlorine\" in a water bottle that they serve us in our room. Ended up spending a few hours in the hospital after my husband drank it due to the water bottle being the same next to our other waters left in the room. BE CAREFUL when you drink from water bottles here. Front desk booked an excursion for us and booked the wrong day - might be better off calling to arrange those yourself but otherwise the stay was ok. Would likely opt for a different resort. After hospital visit was complete the hotel did pay for my husbands visit, upgraded our room (which wasn't really an upgrade) and turned everything into an \"all inclusive\" trip for us so they were trying to correct the mistake.

Great for the Price! We loved it!

It's lovely and in a good location just a bit outside of Fira. Wifi only really works by the pool/lobby area, but we didn't mind to disconnect while on vacation. Pool is beautiful but only open from 11am - 8pm.
Included breakfast is fine, but the earlier you arrive the hotter the food is. Lunch/Dinner (paid) is AMAZING. This place has the BEST Greek Salad on the island. It's about a 20-30 minute walk into Fira, but there are car rental places VERY close (feel free to barter!). Staff are simply amazing, and took care of everything very well. They will also help you book tours/taxis around the island.
We ended up REALLY enjoying being outside of Fira a bit, as it was quiet and so relaxing. Places in Fira/Oia look incredible in photos/videos until you realize that tourists are constantly admiring your hotel right in front of your door/pool. Something to think about.

I couldnt have picked a better hotel for my needs in Santorini. It was perfectly located to everything and extremely clean. But the best part was Anthony. He gave me recommendations that worked out perfectly. What places to see, restaurants to visit and how to get around the island. He was very accomadating and made my trip from great, to amazing. Don’t go for the standard rooms

We booked on Expedia a standard room at this hotel. To our surprise, when we got to the hotel room, the room was completely different to the pictures on Expedia. The room was dark, the AC not working well (we had to borrow a fan), the shower head broke and a couple of towels got dirt stains on them. We went and complained to the front desk to be told Expedia got the pictures mixed up - the pictures shown were for the superior rooms. Nothing was done for us however. In terms of location this hotel is a 30 min walk uphill to the nearest center (Fira) and 30 min to the nearest beach. It is not convenient if you are not a walker. The heat wasn’t helping either. The staff were generally pleasant and friendly but they didn’t do anything about our situation.

Clean, very spacious room. Approx 30 min walk to Fira. Not worth taking the local bus to Fira as you have to walk the first 10 mins or so. The bus ride is 1 km so walking the entire 30 mins is easier. The walk is through town/village so it is safe and not remote. Decent pool. Breakfast is ok.

We went at Maistros for 5 nights and, what an amazing stay! Excellent service, the homemade food is delicious, the rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect! 25 minutes by feet from Fira and from there, a bus station that can brings you to Oia and all the beaches. Very nice hotel! I will go back for sure!!!

This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I stay in a lot of hotel through out the year as I’m a travelling DJin.

From the moment you land the driver comes which is organised by the hotel for 20€.

You arrive at the hotel you meet the Receptionist Anthony that works in the day time the guy is just full of knowledge about the island and the hotel gives you incredible advise that really helped me and my partner plan our holiday properly even though I came to DJ helped me work around it. Anthony even show you to your room help with your luggage.

In the evening you have a receptionist called Kyra she’s amazing aswell had an issue with the lights she was right on it got it sorted with in minutes also helped me on hiring a convertible for the day aswell.

The breakfast mmmmmm mmm amazing the cakes alone your full before you even started your day. Got to do a massive shout out to Anna aswell she’s works at breakfast and around the pool incredible waitress.

The rooms cleaned daily got along with the maids really nice women.

Makes so much sense why this a 5 star hotel because seriously goes over and beyond. It’s close to everything walking distance.

My boyfriend and I booked a last minute trip to Santorini (4 nights) and extended our stay to 5. We didn't expect much as reviews weren't great but it was the most economical place to stay. The room is basic but clean. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast has many options- hot and cold. The area Is about a 20 min walk into Fira. There is an amazing bakery, restaurants, and mini markets in the local area. Only negative is the wifi because it's only in the pool area and is not always reliable. Bottom line- I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is wanting to enjoy Santorini on a budget.

This hotel was a wonderful middle point in Santorini
Only a 20 minute drive (by ATV) to Oai
And same to the south tip to see the lighthouse sunset!
Anthony was excellent. He suggested the best places and helped us organize our daily itinerary
The breakfast was served fast and it was delicious
Anthony also helped us rent an ATV and had it deliver to the hotel!
The whole staff was very helpful and friends
Will definitely stay here again

Great location, best staff!

Myself and my boyfriend stayed in Santorini for 4 days at Maistros Village. We are both 25 and were looking for a mix of relaxation and exploring the island. We could not have asked for anything more from Maistros! The location is great for exploring - the staff helped us rent a car, which was delivered right to the hotel - easiest thing! You can also rent an ATV or Vespa, but we liked the smartcar convertible. Being in the middle of the island makes it possible to easily visit both the beaches AND the centers like Oia and Fira.

The pool is great, everything was super clean, the rooms were nice and you can see the sea from the pool, where you also get a delicious breakfast.

The best thing about Maistros Village, however, is the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and truly wanted to help in any way that they could. They arranged for the car as mentioned, but also helped us make reservations at a few fantastic restaurants where we could watch the sunset. Finally, something that cannot be replicated at another hotel, is the personalized and incredibly useful advice that they give you to help make the most of your time on the island. We got the inside scoop on all the best places to eat and explore. We would not have known about probably 80% of the things we saw despite many hours spent researching Santorini sights online. Imagine having friends on an island who know every secret, and who want to share it all with you. That is Maistros Village! Thanks friends :)

Lovely large room with a balcony with a table and chairs and sweeping views over the bay and up to the town. About a mile from Thira which is the main centre and from where all the buses go to other parts of the island. Very friendly, helpful staff. Towels for the beach are provided - always good.

Fantastic hotel with great staff -highly recommend

We loved our stay here - we had superb service from the whole staffing team at hotel and felt very welcomed. Anthony gave us a great rundown of Santorini and good tips about where to go and what to see. They were happy to help with any request and helped us get a great deal on a hire car. The hotel has a great pool and the breakfast was nice. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we return to Santorini!

The staff was amazing here and helpful. We had a great time. It was about 20 minute walk into Fira and a 6 min drive from the airport. I didn't mind saying here because we were close to the grocery stores and cheap restaurants. We rented a moped to get around the island and the reception helped organized that for us. Overall everything was wonderful!

Loved, loved, loved!!

We were originally going to stay near Oia which is beautiful but much more removed from other location but after being let down by low cost holidays the day before we were due to fly we found Maistros (truly a blessing in disguise!) I wasn't sure what our room would be like as there aren't many pictures to look at as your actually selecting your specific room but it was lovely! We couldn't have asked for more! Lovely Greek style lay out with a spacious balcony that gets a lot of sun light. The wi-if isn't great at all but I think this is the case with lots of places in Santorini. The staff were absolutely amazing so helpful and friendly they really made our trip! The hotel is about 10 mins from the airport so we got a taxi to and from (€18 each way, booked for us on the way back, also 24hr desk and restaurant open late was perfect for our late arrival) and about 20 min walk to Fira where you can then get the bus to other locations (we decided to get an ATV from around the corner which made our experience completely different, everywhere is super easy to find with the island being so small and you can take the day at your own pace and see a lot more!!) there's also loads of cafes restaurants and supermarkets near by if needed, (there's a restraunt nearby called Katerina's which was lovely highly recommend) I would definitely come back! Rude staff, surprise charges added to your bill

Pretty awful hotel experience. Something must have happened this year (maybe new management) because the previous reviews seem largely positive. The service is the worst I've experienced in a Greek hotel. We paid in advance online and the front desk informed us on the third night of our stay that they were going to charge us more for the whole stay. I heard them doing the same thing to other customers.

The location is as far from the main road as you can get in Karterados with a dangerous 10-min walk up to the bus stop.

The breakfast has a nice feta plate, but other than that it is pretty bad. We chose to pay for breakfast at a restaurant instead multiple mornings during our stay it was so underwhelming.

Overall, the staff made the stay uncomfortable and left us feeling taken advantage of. Would never recommend to anyone.

The hotel was homely,with a sense of calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful and made our stay a memorable one. Brrakfast was delicious and We were able to check out late without any issue at all. Will definitely be staying here again when next I visit santorini.

Friendliest staff ever, must stay at this hotel!

A little far from town, but it was quieter than in town. Great room, good breakfast. But the reason we will go back is the staff. Best customer service I have ever experienced! They were all so helpful and friendly, we were sad to leave. I would never stay at a different hotel in Santorini.

Nice hotel, very accommodating staff

Very nice clean, comfortable hotel. Great pool. Breakfast fantastic with a variety every morning. Great location, about 20 min walk into town or 5mins by bus. Also close to black beach, about 20mins. Staff very accommodating, nothing too much trouble for them. My friend's daughters were landing in Santorini early hours of the morning and they couldn't check into their hotel until 1pm. They were allowed to stay in our room and also had breakfast with us, all free of charge!! Also when it was time to leave, one of the owners drove us to the airport, free of charge. Would definately recommend this hotel, and will definately be back.

Great hotel very central

The reception staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Always willing to make your staff the best. Great breakfast, location is good in Santorini if you rent a car/bike since very near Fira and just 10min from airport too. It is a little hard to find if you take the bus, but overall great place and outstanding value.

The staff were so friendly and helpful at this hotel! They printed out maps of the city and timetables of the bus system and pointed us in the direction of the nearest bus stop. In addition, they helped us book a transfer service to the airport for our early morning flight. The price that we paid for the hotel room was well worth it!

Great staff for a hotel outside of Fira

This is a nice hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. It's about a 20 minute walk from downtown Fira, and you can get anywhere in Santorini from there...there's a central bus terminal with coach buses that will take you anywhere for around 2 Euros. The rooms are pretty large and offer a distant view of the water. The bathrooms are decent, though there was no place to hang the handheld shower head.

Great staff, great value!

The village is around a 30 minute walk from Thira but it's quite a nice stroll as long as you're not in a hurry. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. Overall very good value and would stay again.

Quiet value away from the masses

Lovely little hotel for the price, especially in high season. Away from main cities. 20 min walk into Fira/Thira, past an amazing authentic Bakery & coffe hut thats always open. Rented two person ATV on day 2 and wished we'd done it sooner.
Pros: A bit quieter than in town, letting you get away from the madness a bit. Can see stars. Nice pool and poolside bar. AC works well.cerynice staff. Within walking distance of very good restaurants. Mini fridge in room.
Cons: Beds are top mattress on top of a concrete slab- too firm for me, but you don't lose anything under the bed. Bathroom wasn't quite finished (missing shower wand holder) and bathroom door should be switched with something that doesn't open into the toilet. No shuttle from port, but you can take public bus for €3 from port to Fira and ATV nearby (or at hotel) or rent car at port. No coffee or hot water kettle in room.
Recommend: Get room on top or middle floors for better view. Rent ATV or buggy to get around and into town without any hassle.

Great hotel with great people

We enjoyed our stay at Maistros Village. The people were so friendly and the hotel was exactly as described.

It was great having breakfast available at the hotel every morning so we could start our day and not have to worry about figuring out where to eat. The main town of Fira is a short walk (20 min) away, but we rented ATV's most of the days so we didn't mind being a little further from the action. The hotel room itself was okay, but perfect for what we needed. We spent very little time in the room outside of sleeping. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable option in Santorini!

Struttura che si allontana anni luce da un 5 stelle.
Camera spartana, con bagno fatiscente, doccia con tenda di plastica, phon sito in camera da letto e non in bagno. W.C. sporco di tartaro. Aria condizionata fornita tramite split, luci del comodino non conformi alle normali esigenze di lettura.
Palestra senza aria condizionata e perdi più a vetri, simulava una camera a gas con attrezzatura sporca .
I lettini siti in piscina sono usurati e sporchi.
Colazione sempre uguale senza neanche un minimo cambiamento per tutti i 9 giorni del mio soggiorno.
