it was a great stay! we got to the hotel very early and traveled for 9 hours non stop before arriving and they were able to get us checked into a room before 3pm which was so helpful and thoughtful. it's about a 15 min walk from the city center in Fira and goes by pretty fast. it was a great stay with very clean rooms and nice balcony views.

Room is really really small. You can hardly fit in one medium size luggage. Forget it if you have two. There is literally no hook to hang towels. I have to hang it in the closet.

Owner seems to go out of his way to not be helpful. I asked if he can print out one piece of paper and the answer is no. Find a print place in town. I extended my original 1 night stay to 4 nights and asked if I can have a late checkout. Answer is no. It will cost €20. The room itself only cost €26. This is winter. There’s no one around.

On the upside, it’s superbly located within 2 mins walking in a strip full of restaurants. This was winter, and the main city center 15 mins walk away was very quiet, so this location was superb.

The room looks good from pictures and upon first glance however there were bugs everywhere, even on my pillow. The owner was rude and questioned why I didn't follow his check in process, but I did and the phone didn't work. The owner was nice enough to allow me to store my luggage in his storage room until my departure, I don't want to skip over that.
The Villa is perfectly located, putting you close to shops, cafes, the bus and ATV/Scooter rental shops.

The view from my room (#5) was cut off by another building and the neighboring building seems to be abandoned, either that or it needs a lot of maintenance.All in all, my stay was mediocre at best. I would not stay here again.

P.S. Do not drink the tap water.

Great Affordable Place

Good accommodations for the money.

They were very accommodating for our super late 1am check-in, just leaving the room unlocked with the key in the room.

The 24hr bakery across the street is very convenient, with many restaurants and supermarket in the area.

It was a brisk 15 minute slight incline walk to Firá. Make sure to get the gelato from Solo (I think that's the name), and the Gyros next to it.

Only problem was the WiFi kept cutting out, and the owner was very gruff when we called him about the WiFi. It was very windy when we went, so maybe that contributed to the WiFi cutting out all the time. After calling him twice, I just took care of the WiFi problem myself instead of calling him.

Overall good stay, would recommend.

Overall

The bus from the airport will stop at the corner from this place so no worries. There’s a supermarket directly opposite as well. The main bus stop in Fira is about 800 m so it’s not too bad. I came in winter so santorini is really dead.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have an iron and ironing board provided in the room which is something that isn’t usually provided with more expensive accommodation.
We had a slight problem with the air on when we were unable to turn it off and this was rectified immediately.
The location is perfect, close to a bus stop and just a short walk into Fira.

Nice hotel, but there wasn't really any staff ever! When we checked in as had to call, a man came from outside, didn't speak English very well and he checked us in, he almost seemed like the overnight matenence worker, but then we realized we was the only staff ever around. Very odd. Maybe it's because it was off season. The pool was empty, which is fine but they should state that on their website that the pool is closed for off season. We enjoyed the room but the bed was SO uncomfortable! The springs were digging into us!

The hotel was in a good area and was very comfortable, only a short walk to Fira. For the cheap price we paid we got what we expected. Met the owners and they seemed pretty nice. Downside was the spa wasn't working which we were looking forward to and the shower. Should consider putting a holder for the shower head higher up on the wall as it was really hard to shower holding it the whole time. Would definitely stay again despite this.

Hotel Owner is Rude

I'm happy with the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. The shower was small but that's okay. The owner was the only issue. He was very annoyed with us for using his free airport transport and only staying one night before moving on. Before we arrived in Santorini we called the hotel and asked if we could arrange the pick up service and he said yes. When he came to pick us up at the airport he was upset because we were staying only one night at his hotel before moving on to another hotel. If you don't want to offer the airport pick up service for people who only stay one night don't agree to it or advertise it!

Convenient Budget apartment in good location

This was an excellent hotel for budget travellers. It is in good location that provides walking access to the scenic features of Fira. We arrived in the evening and were picked up at the airport by the owner. The apartment is close to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Nice pool and terrace. Good access to facilities and bus stop to Fira town nearby. The easy walk to Fira is about 15 minutes

Always take a copy of your booking!

When we arrived we were given a double beaded room when I had requested 2 singles! The owner was most unhelpful and bad tempered and said that's what we had requested & he had no other rooms. We asked for another bed for the room and this met with the same attitude. His wife intervened and eventually she put a camp bed in the room. This was ok but then we were asked to change rooms in the morning as someone else wanted our room. We had already told the owner the room with the spare bed was fine as we were only staying 2 nights. He was most insistent we had to change rooms!

A hotel I would never consider staying in

It was one of the worse experience we've had. We checked in around 9pm. No one was there, we had to wait 30 min until someone came. When we got there the guy didn't take any of our info which was ok. But he told us we weren't actually staying at that hotel and guided us to a diff hotel. Wifi didn't work. Shampoo and conditioner in the washroom was open. Lights didn't work. I booked a queen size bed. Instead we got 4x single beds. I told the guy we wanted a queen size bed, then he pushed the 2 beds together. Whenever I wanted to hug my bf while we slept, I would fall in the crack between the beds. They had diff options with wifi...they only had 1 pw at front desk...when we tried to connect, it said wrong pw. Very bad experience. Good thing we only stayed for 1 night. Oh also there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. But the first morning bus didn't show up...so we had to take the cab which is only 7 min away and costed us 20 euros. Never going back to that hotel

Next time rather sleep on the beach

For the price paid it was disappointing. There is nothing interesting around the hotel, you have to walk / take the bus everywhere. It's quite old too. The pool is not part of the hotel. I have tried to contact the owner by sms, never got any response back.
Only plus was the working wifi.

Hotel close to main shops

Good value, but pretty spare

Villa Agas was a little far from Fira, although walkable. The staff was kind when I saw them, but I didn't see them much. As I just needed a simple place to crash for a couple nights it was fine; but if you wanted more access to all that Santorini has to offer, it might be worth spending more and staying closer in. On the plus side, the hotel is just steps from the local bus stop, which makes getting around the island easy if you're willing to wait for public transport.

Absolutely horrible stay. It was cheap but still cleanliness is a must. An old man takes care of it and there was not one other person there to help. They do bare minimum to get money. I was asked to pay in advance because owner would be away on checkout. Toilets not cleaned, faucets and sink full of grime and scum. A little effort could have made this worthwhile. Move along I'd say

They didnt clean my room, empty the trash, change the sheets or towels once the whole 8 days i booked. Absolute worst experience. Also the wouldnt replenish my toilet paper. Had to buy my own . They turned the internet off. Dont stay here. There are better options for the same money.

A little out of town but the price is right

Being there in low season, we were pretty much left to our own but the room was clean and the hotel was walkable to town and on the main bus line. The owner was nice too and drove us down to the dock when we were leaving the island. It's good for those who don't want the high prices in Thira.

Échange très fluide pour organiser notre transfert par contre notre taxi était dans le speed, elle doublait en montée dans des virages donc c’était très limite.
Logement basique, couvertures nettoyées au produit désinfectant, odeurs de produits chimiques dans la chambre et le couloir.
Bouilloire mais pas de café ou thé à disposition.
Jeune femme à l’accueil pas très avenante, dommage, on sent la fin de saison.
Prix intéressant, juste pour dormir.
Irrespect des autres clients par rapport aux bruits.

値段からしたらいいかも

ロケーションはフィラには徒歩15分ほど、近所に24時間の美味しいパン屋さんとスーパーあり。バス停もあるので空港、レッドビーチ、ブラックビーチの観光に便利。イアにいくにはフィラのバス停に歩いて行けば良いかも。
ホテルのおじさんは、行く前のメールのやり取り親切でしたが、実際はなんか無口なじいさんで、島にこういう感じのおじさんおよび爺さんたくさんいたから、島にいるとああなるのかも。でも4泊したけどしっかり毎日掃除してくれてよかった。時々ネコが遊びに来た。冷蔵庫は大きく、中のものは凍ってしまった。電子レンジの用意はないし、爺さんにお願いしたけど、キッチン付きの部屋を借りない限り、ゲスト用には用意はない、といわれた。
パン屋さんのサンドイッチですが600-700円ほどで顔くらいの大きさ、一回では食べきれず夜と朝ごはんで食べた。パン自体もおいしく、中の具材もぎっしりで、最後までおいしいです！日本なら1000円はすると思います！二食ぶんとしたら大変お得だと思うし日本でここまで美味しいサンドイッチ、思えばないかも？と言うわけでこちらにお泊まりの際は是非お試しください！

Ne compter pas sur la piscine exposez plein nord entre 2 bâtiment (il y’a toujours du vent donc il fais froid et l’eau ne se réchauffe pas à l’ombre)
