This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Upon check in, the front desk employee and manager aggressively pressured me regarding payment. I had already paid a portion of the balance, but I was told that I could not leave until I paid the full amount, disregarding the initial payment. During the interaction, I was told, \"We're going to have a problem,\" which felt threatening and completely inappropriate for customer service. To make matters worse, they proceeded to charge the full amount despite the confusion surrounding the payment.
The issues didn't stop there. When I booked the room, complimentary breakfast was included in my reservation. However, after the disagreement with staff, I was suddenly informed that breakfast was no longer included. It felt as though amenities that were part of my booking were being taken away because of the interaction.
Additionally, I specifically reserved a room with two beds, but upon arrival there was only one bed available. Staff initially stated that they could bring in an additional bed to accommodate the reservation. After the payment dispute, however, they changed their position and said they could no longer provide the extra bed.
I would not recommend staying here and would strongly encourage future guests to carefully review their reservations and charges.
