This is very nice hotel with lots of newer facilities. we like it very much. It looks like each room has its own set up based on the specifical location and slope.

We are easy to roam around area because of much less people this time.

The only complain is it has staff (very nice guy) only from 8am - 4pm. We communicated with the hotel thru Hotels.com one day before arriving, and told them we would be taking the afternoon flight and arrive there around 6-6:15 pm. But no body was there in reception when we got there. It was very windy and cold. we called the # left on window, even we knew it would be costly by using US cell phone to call Greece #, but failed. then we tried to text to the #, and this time was successful, and got responded. The issue, I was told by the staff later on, was there was no communication between this hotel and hotels.com, so the info I sent to the hotel was not received by them at all.

In addition, there was no Internet at the hotel because the hotel's internet provider had issues. It caused some issues for us as well.

Excellent property. Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water for a couple days so showering was difficult. Don’t take the “cave” concept lightly, you really are in a cave with only a small skylight and the front door for natural light. And therefore there is no views from your room. Our cell phones only worked near the entrance door but not at our bed. However there was free wifi that worked well. Rooms are spacious and ours had a kitchenette but no microwave.

My family loved this resort. The only two issues we had was the roof top hot tub on our unit was not working. This was one of the highlights we were looking forward to. Secondly, my daughter had bought a bracelet and it came up missing. There was cleaning service and I had mentioned it to management but they assured me it couldn’t have been them. So who knows but these were the only two complaints we’d had. Loved it besides that.

We had a difficult time finding the hotel. We tried calling for over an hour to reception but no answer. Once we managed to find it the man at reception said we had the wrong number when we showed him the number we were calling. We then took a business card and it was the exact same number. We had requested the honeymoon suite with a hot tub. The tub was dirty as it had rained and the rain is a dust rain so that couldn’t be helped. The tub was cold so you would not use it even if it was clean. Once we got to our room it had a very strong musty smell. We asked if we could be moved and they accommodated us. The women was very good. Once we were moved the new room was very lovely.

The hotel is located 10 mins from the main square in Fira. The property itself looks very modern and is very tidy, with a cleaning service every morning in your room and cleaners around the hotel throughout the day. The staff are very helpful and will tailor to your needs in Santorini, whether you need an activity booked, a taxi or just advice! We received a free upgrade to a room with a hot tub and a patio, which made our experience 10x better. There is an abundance of loungers by the pool if you just want to relax in the sun, which I highly recommend! Overall the property was amazing and I would definitely stay again

The property didn’t disappoint. Everything as seen online. The property was secured with modern facilities. We were really impressed about Salome’s professionalism. Awesome Fira Hotel

White Concept Caves was perfect for our stay. It is just far enough from the city center that you are not kept up at night by the noise, but close enough where you can pop in and out as you wish. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The concierge was so helpful in booking our transfers to/from airport/port and to dinners in destinations outside of Fira. The jacuzzi outside the room is very fun and the pool is pristine. Breakfast was delicious every morning and delivered to the room. Really a great stay.

Staying in a cave room was a highlight of our trip! Our large room slept four grown adults well and still offered extra room for lounging. The mattresses and linens were high quality. Having an exterior place to lounge alongside our hot tub offered great memories. We especially appreciated the infinity pool for morning reading. Location was perfect. Breakfasts were delicious and offered something for everyone. We could walk five minutes to all the activity and walk back to the room if it got hot. We LOVED our stay! Elpida was a huge asset and made sure all our needs were met.

Well maintained property. Breakfast brought to room each morning which is a. Ice touch. Close to Fira Downtown. Major downside is noise…spring break parties till midnight, jacuzzi pumps going off every 30 minutes, property doors slamming, etc. The amount of sleep you get is inversely proportional to the super high price per night you pay. Also there is zero view other than your neighbor….there are tons of properties around with ocean view.

Breakfast was great, most of the staff were friendly except for the lady who checks guests in.
The swimming pool that is accessible by hotel guests is large and can accommodate a lot of people. The private whirl pool in front of our unit was not kept well in fact we found many dead bugs in it when we checked in. We did not use the whirlpool at all during our stay because it was so filthy.
Location wise, it quite far from the tourist center. Do not trust the estimated time shown on google map as it will take longer since you have to walk up hill and it is by no means it’s a “gentle hill:

We were pleasantly surprised how modern and clean the hotel was when we arrived. During our 3-day stay, we talked with Ares, Salome, and Alexandra. All of them were fantastic and provided very helpful suggestions (from where to buy local wine to where to eat and go). We also got a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and less than 10 minutes walking from the Fira bus station. Breakfast is included. There is an order form for the guests to choose breakfast items each night and breakfast is delivered to the room next morning. Plenty of options on the menu. Good quality food. Our friends checked in a week later and they also loved it! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

When you first enter the area it is a bit concerning bc you can’t drive in. There’s a garbage dump, a torn down building and you walk thru what looks like a bombed out area. Then you reach the hotel. Such an oasis amongst the rubble. Beautiful pools, amazing rooms and so unique. Location. Is very quiet at night. Service is incredible.

If I had to say the dislikes: no view of anything as it’s sunken, not enough electrical plugs (sounds crazy but there were only 4 plugs in a suite bc of the ac taking out the others!) and the bathroom open concept is a bit “too open” - no shower doors (and no place to put your shampoo or soap). We are a close family but “not that close”.

Overall I’d definitely stay again. The proximity to the main area and the incredible rooms made it worth while. Oh and “Ares” is just the cherry on top! Superb service.

The best thing about this place is the owner, Sara. She is truly genuinely kind and will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. She was always available by what's app or email and helped with whatever I needed. The room was lovely and well located. I did not sleep well because there were no blackout shades and a bright green safety light, but if I had said something earlier I know she would have done something to block the light. I highly reccomend this little hotel.

The rooms and facilities are beautiful. The breakfast was okay (prepackaged due to COVID). The location was great - only 7 minutes from the main streets of the island, the bus stops and taxis. The best thing about this property was the manager, Sara. She was incredibly helpful and provided an in-depth description of the island, best places to see and all of its amenities on the first day (she basically helped us plan our whole stay). She went out of her way to help with bookings, got us the best seats for restaurant reservations and was available whenever we needed anything! Sara is a huge asset to this wonderful hotel.

Staying at the Infinity Collection in Santorini was one of the best experiences me and my wife have ever had in our years of travelling. This was a special trip as we were on our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Sarah the manager made our experience unforgettable. She helped us organize a dinner cruise, an ATV, and confirmed reservations for us. We couldn’t stop raving about her and the hotel when asked about our trip.

The hotel was beautiful! The suite was spacious and the cave style was so unique. The shower was incredible.

This hotel is intimate, charming, comfortable and convenient to downtown Fira. Sara, the manager could not be more dedicated, attentive, kind, efficient, and accomodating. She is also an excellent concierge and tour guide. Breakfast is delivered each morning by smiling housekeepers at you’re selected time with a variety of choices, to enjoy in your pj’s in your room. The room is comfortable, quiet and spacious, and actually quite bright considering it’s a cave! The satellite tv offers hundreds of channels from all over the world, and Netflix, if you feel like relaxing in your room. This hotel is the perfect choice for convenient location without the noise and crowds, intimate environment with no kids (!), and a peaceful and relaxing vacation where all your needs are met.

I took my mom on a trip to Santorini and we could not have been more impressed with this hotel. The cave-style rooms are amazing and spacious, the pool is intimate and gorgeous, the breakfast brought to your room is HUGE and the concierge Sara is so helpful and lovely that it really made our trip that much better. The only downside would be that there isn’t a water view if that is what you are looking for but the location is very central and the property is private which we much preferred anyways. I highly recommend staying here!

It was an amazing experience, Sara was so sweet and approachable. We enjoyed coming back everyday to our hotel to chat with her. Really enjoyed our stay there! Hotel was really clean as well.

A beautiful, quiet and convenient place to stay. I have to say that i think the staff that made the stay so pleasant! Sarah is an absolute gem! So welcoming and helpful, very much accomodating.

Room is super clean, quite a boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Hidden away but only a 5 minute walk to the centre of all the action.

Breakfast every morning delivered to our room! Nice pastries and fresh fruits.

Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and had the most INCREDIBLE experience. Sara at the front desk was absolutely amazing and accommodated our every need, gave us excellent recommendations and handled a car rental for us. Airport pick up and drop off was flawless. The room iteself was immaculately clean and so cozy. We had a such a lovely time enjoying our breakfast brought to our room every morning in our comfy white robes and slippers. Sara even gave us a book about Santorini as a parting gift. We felt like we were staying with family here and I couldn’t recommend Infinity Collection enough! :)

Amazing location and guidance

The hotel is very true to the local environment with an element of luxury. The cave rooms make you say wow, are extremely clean, and have high quality amenities. Complimentary breakfast in your room is also a major plus!

Sara was extremely accommodating and helpful when wanting to find the best local cuisine and activities to do. She was also great to booking restaurants and activities and was always available if we were on the road and needed help.

Spacious room in very good location

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and loved the hotel. The rooms were converted caves, which gives you an unique experience. The staff and owners were very helpful and knowledgeable about Santorini. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

FANTASTIC
Sara at reception knows everything! Incredibly helpful and when I say knows everything it’s that. The infinity collection is just off the main streets, features a wonderful pool and is ‘cozy’. The rooms are pretty special, I loved the stay and wish I could return tomorrow!
