We loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony and the custom breakfast brought to us each morning. We were about a 10 minute walk from the main area of Fira. The host gave us great recommendations of where to go on the island. The air conditioning held up to the heat of July! We recommend staying here!

We stayed in April for 9 nights in a deluxe suite. The hot tub was incredible. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff were so lovely and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. We even braved the pool, which is not heated but was lovely and refreshing on the warm days. It’s a short walk in to Fira through the laneways. Perfect location and excellent value. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our stay here. They have the most incredible staff that helped us to make reservations. Gave us ideas of where to go, we could whatsapp them and they were always available to help us. I wish I could give them 10 Stars because that truly made the stay there SO much easier and Comforting. They gave the best restaurant reviews, and we loved our breakfast Brought to the room, enjoying the hot tub and the pool.

First and foremost, staff are super super friendly/accommodating and helpful!! Everything they helped arrange in terms of restaurants were spot on, and transport to/from airport/Port were super professional, friendly, and on time! They were better than most super upscale ritzy hotel staff!!

Breakfast included and has a variety of good options per traditional European breakfast…and delivered to your room.

Location is a little 10 min walk up hill through small side streets to heart of Town….convenient if you want to be a little away from the crazy, close enough to get to easily.

Rooms are good size and worked perfect for us. Hotel is a little dated and pool not that fantastic as it’s small space, but we spent most time out of hotel…so great for us!

Jacuzzi and shower water temp could be a little more on hot side, but not horrible.

I’d recommend Irene City!

The room was lovely and very quiet. Be aware that the water temperature for the hot tub and the shower is set to 33c. This is not a problem in the usual Greek summer weather as it is very hot on Santorini, but it is not truly “hot” water and can be too chilly for a cooler day.

What an INCREDIBLE place! The staff was the most customer focused of any place I’ve stayed in my almost 60 years. They looked out for us and let us know our ferry had been cancelled (rebooked) before we even knew. The morning breakfasts brought to our room were incredible, and we loved the very private hot tub on our balcony. I can’t say enough good about this incredible place!

I was greeted with enthusiasm by Kostas. He gave me the run down for the villa and the area, including places to eat with a view as well as local family run restaurants worth a visit.
My suite was smaller than the pictures suggested but that wasn't an issue as it will light and airy. I nearly always dozed off quickly at night as the bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was great, especially after a day walking. The pool area was small but suited the size of the compound and got the sun from about 9am until mid-afternoon.
Breakfast was brought to the rooms each morning based on the order from the night before so I was able to wake up more slowly than in other hotels.
Even the last day was organised around me by Emmy. The hotel was closing for the season, and it was clear quickly that everyone was in full tidy up and clean down mode, but she arranged for a sun bed to be left at the pool for me to chill and a taxi to pick me up at 6pm even though checkout was 11am.
All in all, this was a great stay.

The service at Irene City Villas is amazing! Our suite was wonderful, clean and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic and so lovely to eat on the privacy of our own kitchen. The staff helped us with tours and dinner reservations. If we go back to Athens, we will definitely return to Irene City Villas!

Hard to say what part we liked best. Probably the friendly and helpful staff, but the entire place was approaching flawless. The room was both beautiful and functional, with the jacuzzi and the amenities being top notch. The included breakfast was amazing, with our only regret being that we ordered too much food. Perfect walking distance from the heart of Fira, kind of makes me wish we spent more time in Santorini. On top of it all, the price was not unreasonable. If we ever make it back to Santorini, I would totally try to stay there again.

Our experience at this hotel was more than FANTASTIC. The staff was amazing, the room excellent, the facilities are great. My wife and I had a long time without having such a great experience in a hotel, and this was superb. We stayed in a junior suite and the room is exactly as published on the pictures. The jacuzzi was cleaned every night. The breakfast was delicious. And again, the staff was EXCELLENT!! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Emi, Irini in the shop and all the staff give great service, they do an outstanding job. The room was so tastefully designed. The views lovely morning & night. Jacuzzi was just the thing too :)
Thanks so much, would love to come back!

Fun and accessible fira!

We had a great stay as a family of 4 there. It was within walking distance of so many great restaurants. The staff were remarkably helpful and provided great suggestions for things to do with two kids (4 and 7). We only had 2 full days there but my kids are already asking to go back.

Staff was excellent and helpful, breakfast delivered every morning was good too. We parked our rental car in front of the hotel which was safe, but always felt uneasy with the traffic zooming through every once in a while. Overall, my wife and I had a very relaxing honeymoon stay at Irene City Villas.

If I could give Irene City Villas 6 six stars I would! Liza and Nick were super helpful. They made great suggestions for activities and food and were so accommodating. The property is in a great spot - easy to get into Fira and the bus stop but is in its own quiet area.

The bed is comfortable and the hot tub is a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the island. Breakfast is served to the room everyday which was so nice!

My partner and I loved our stay here and would suggest Irene City Villas to anyone staying in Santorini.

Liza's service was beyond excellent. She provided us with all the places to visit, tours to take, and restaurants we needed for our two-day and two-night short stay.
We arrived knowing nothing about where to go, and she took excellent care of our time at Santorini.
On the morning of our departure, she prepared a box breakfast for us because of our early departure.
Excellent doesn't describe the attention we received from her.

Best decision ever

Irenw City Villas is not only a cosy, elegant and charming boutique hotel in Santorini, is more than that. You have an holistic experience: healthy and delicious breakfast, attention to detailed service...but the best is the experience of feeling at home abroad and for that, we cant but thank Kostas,Liza and all the team.
Their food recommendations, the tips about the island and acrivities to do and the honest chats (missing Liza already).
Cant wait to go back

Great apartment, spacious and comfy. Our check in took very long. We were exhausted and tired and didn't need to spend over an hour talking about what we already knew. He was trying to be helpful, but ignorant of our condition. Check in should be quick and fast, no need to try to sell us car rental, excursions, etc on arrival. We already had everything planned. They don't apply paper towels or laundry detergent. Store across the street sells it. About a 10 min walk to the bus station.

We are traveling with 3 daughters ages less than 10 and this hotel was just the best. But most of all Liza was just amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left she was so great with our daughters . We built long lasting memories thanks to Liza and Irene City Villas. Thank you!

This hotel was a wonderful little home away from home during our visit to Santorini. The room was well appointed and had a beautiful view, and the bed was very comfortable--I'm like the princess and the pea, so that's saying something! Liza and Constantinos were super welcoming and helpful. We got great recommendations for dining and Liza even managed to get us dinner reservations in Pyrgos during Easter weekend (a big deal, since a lot of places were booked up). She also arranged for a driver for us for a few of our outings/tours, which made getting around a breeze.

I would definitely recommend Irene City Villas for anyone visiting Santorini and will happily return when we can.

Great stay but jacuzzi NOT hot!

Hotel staff was excellent. Room was very comfortable. We left early because the “jacuzzi” was not actually a hot tub, but kept at 75 degrees F. Coming from Canada. I expected the the hot tub to be about 102 degrees F. Hotel was very understanding.

Wonderful Visit, Wish We Could've Stayed Longer!

We loved our stay at Irene City Villas. The staff and the hotel owner were generous and friendly. They worked hard to make sure our stay was wonderful from the moment we made the reservation. They quickly reached out to us to welcome us to the hotel and let us know that they would be happy to help with restaurants, rentals and excursions. Yannis greeted us at the hotel and took care of us during our stay. He had wonderful recommendations, found us last minute restaurant reservations and even booked us a wonderful sunset catamaran tour. The accommodations were even better than the photos. We stayed in the grand suite which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great and brought right to our room. The hotel was perfectly located, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, but nice and quiet. We fell in love with Santorini - not just because of the beautiful views, but also because of our amazing stay at this hotel. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful and memorable!

I booked Irene City Villas, as it was walking distance to Fira City Centre. This was a surprise holiday for my husband's 40th Birthday.
I had emailed Irene City Villas beforehand as I wanted balloons, cake in the room on arrival, They were very quick at getting back to me and made sure everything was in place.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Yannis made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble for him, even helping us book a restaurant with views of the sunset. We felt like he was a big part of our holiday, we felt sad saying good bye.
My husband loved the decor of the room and that we had our own private outdoor Hottub.
I would without a doubt recommend Irene City Villas, perfect location, perfect room and Staff that will do so much for you, to help make your stay/holiday perfect.
