Great time! We stayed in the upgraded room which had our own private pool and terrace. The staff were all amazing, the room was clean and spacious. Definitely felt like it had value for the money especially in Santorini. It was about a 10 minute walk to Fira but we liked that cause it was quieter around our hotel in the evenings. The staff also couldn't do enough for you. Would stay here again for sure.

A wonderful family run hotel just 15 minute walk to downtown Fira! My family stayed here on our first trip to Santorini, and was happy to be in walking distance to restaurants/tours if you can walk up the beautiful windy streets to downtown.
The staff was great and very welcoming. The working donkeys of the island walk right by the hotel every morning, their bells jingling.

We absolutely loved our time staying here! The lovely lady who served us gave us lots of recommendations and was really accommodating. The villa was beautiful, spacious and had great outdoor space for us to have our morning coffee/breakfast. We had cleaners who provided us with fresh towels/sheets every morning which was a lovely touch. It was also very close to the centre of Fira so it was easy for us to sightsee. The pool was so nice and quiet and we loved relaxing there in between sightseeing. It was slightly noisy as it was next to a road but other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here :)

The staff was so friendly and nice. They were a pleasure to get to know. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was not enough room to put our big suitcases. We enjoy walking and didn't mind the uphill walk to get to the center of fiera.

My family loved our stay at Alizea. The staff are all very warm, inviting, and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and kept very clean. I like that the location is a bit farther away from the main square, but still close enough that it's easily walkable. Just be prepared for a lot of uphill walking.

Our stay at Alizea was mostly good. The customer service and communication was great. Offering a free simple breakfast everyday and daily housekeeping. Also organising transfers to and from the port.
Unfortunately the internet did not work in our room and we had minimal to no phone reception. Usually this wouldn’t be a big problem but we paid extra for the luxury suite as Santorini was meant to be the relaxation portion at the end of our month long trip and intended to spend time in our room entertaining ourselves, but we ended up having to leave the room to contact friends and family etc.
I will say Alizea were aware of this and tried to help by getting the wifi from a neighbouring hotel but unfortunately still didn’t work in our room.

Amazing beautiful lovely. I loved this hotel so much I would live there if I could. Staff was amazing their suggestions were super helpful and great. The bus stop was about a 12-15 min walk from the hotel making it easy to get around Santorini. The breakfast was delicious and time spent at the pool was one of our favorite activities. We booked the grand suite with “private pool” the pool is not private as people from other rooms and balconies can see and also access because there is no private gate or door. The biggest issue was the pool was so cold it could not be used. The WiFi did not work. Also our stay included a free bottle of wine with Expedia status but they said it did not. The morning staff was very kind but I would not book this room in future

I highly recommend this place. They make you feel like a visitor coming home. They take care of EVERYTHING possible. Margo communicated with us through the App and set-up a surprise welcome drinks for my wifes bday. We traveled on her bday so when we arrived at Midnight, there was nothing we could do (not knowing many places were still open in the main area. Not close to the main sites but definitely book an ATV/Quad with them. They will arrange everything for you through a trust conpany (Super-Moto w/Spiri). We will stay here again and again. The room was large, bed was excellent, very clean, jacuzzi and pool is great! After our stay, they stored our luggage since we had a 10pm flight. They have a bathroom tucked away w/shower so we spent our last day at the beach and was able to return for a shower and change before going to the airport. 100% best accommodation ever, and we have been to 25 countries. This is the absolute BEST! Thank you so much Alizea staff and family. The pre-order breakfast kept us full all day. We loved it!

Both Margo and Georgia were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They catered for every request we made. The property and room were always clean and tidy. Fabulous stay, the pool area is so tranquil the room had everything one would need was very clean. The staff are amazing so nice and friendly always willing to help. Only issue I came across was lack of sound proofing -I was in room 3 and could hear full conversations of room 2 next door that shared a main entrance. The main door kept banging loudly a lot as they came and go or left it open and the wind blew.

This venue is close to the bus stop / a main road for cars/ATV rental. Clean & receptionist was so helpful and provided us with tips of the island. We did lounge by the pool for a couple hours each day because the pool isnt heated so it was too cold to swim in. Room size was large and clean. Only complaint is that the shower curtain doesnt keep the water from pooling into the rest of the bathroom floor and you end up with a large wet puddle around the toilet after showering. Would book here again for the value & convenience if taking public transit.

I like the staff. The ladies at the reception desk were nice and helpful. This place is affordable and about a 10 minute walk from the main square. The only thing I will say is the shower was small and the water kept stopping as I was showering. Other than that, the place was great.

We absolutely loved the staff at hotel they made us. They were so kind and helpful made us feel so welcomed. We had a late flight out and I was not able to book another night because they were fully booked. They let us store luggage, use the facilities and wait by the pool until we left for the airport. Everything was great, rooms felt very modern and clean. Breakfast was good and Staff couldnt do enough for us and were really friendly. Its 5-10 min walk away from centre of Thira. If you have a hire car there is a free car park 2 min away and you can avoid the really busy roads to get there.

This was a great stay, we enjoyed our room and the cleanliness of the overall hotel. Great view! Our only issue was that it was a little out of the way from main village area. It was about 15 minute walk, up hill the whole way there. This is a great place for just relaxing and enjoying Santorini.

She also supplied us with informative area information. Will definitely stay here again. NOTE: If you plan on renting an ATV, car, etc., book it through the hotel. Friendly staff, good personalized breakfast, where you fill out a sheet the night before telling them what you would like to east in the morning. Nice pool area, not a ton of seating, but we had no problem finding loungers. Front desk staff organized taxis to and from the ferry port. Nice little balcony in our room too, with a drying rack.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Beautiful, light, clean and spacious suite, overlooking the ocean. Quick 7 min stroll up the hill to the town centre and the bus station for getting around (we went to see the sunset in Oia). Super warm and friendly hosts who helped us to get our ferry tickets with ease, booked a transfer to the port and gave great local advice! Added bonus was despite being so close to town it was very peaceful. Did not get time to make use of the pool but it looked divine. Do not hesitate to book!

Our stay was an amazing experience and a highlight of our trip. The hotel is in a prime location, only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Fira with a very peaceful and scenic surrounding area. The pool provided an amazing reward to end off each day and they can provide you with towels for the pool too. Tijana was very attentive to our needs and provided our group with helpful information about the island and how to get around. The room was spacious and well decorated.
